        The purpose of this inquiry is to understand the changing process of Tae-Kwon Do uniform by After thorough examination, they could be summarized as below. Tae-Kwon Do training uniforms are divided into two different types. One is a spread extended type which originally came form Japan and the other is an Korean traditional martial arts uniform. As the development of Tae-Kwon Do occurred, the uniform changed into a basic clothing form from the three countries period which included a black collar and a half black and red collar for grade holders. The differences in the length of sleeves and pants come from which material it is made of and a statement regulated by the Korea Tae-Kwon Do Federation. The uniform currently using is not the Korean traditional type which has to be worn over the head. This has a major disadvantage when putting it on and taking it off, it ruins the hair especially after sweating a lot through training. As a result, the uniform we are currently wearing has a slight problem in practicality and the historical background but the uniform itself is rogarded more as a sport uniform rather than a training uniform.

      • 六君子湯이 Cyclophosphamide로 損傷된 脾臟組織의 恢復에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study is to invesigate the effect of Yook- Gun- Ja-Tang on the side effect of cyclophosphamide to splenical tissue in the rat. The experimental animal were divided into normal group, control group, sample group by way of method treatment of the drug. Each group was sacrificed and stained in accordance with the schedule and observed under light microscope. The results of this study were as follow : 1. After treatment of Yuok-Gun- Ja-Tang, rat's weight and volume were more increased than normal group and control group. 2. The decrease of the numbers of the splenical tissue after administration of cyclophosphamide were recovered with prescription of the Yook- Gun- Ja-Tang : The decreases of white pulp, red pulp, marginal zone, central artery were recovered. 3. Increased macrophages in red pulp of splenical tissue of rats with administration of cyclophosphamide were decreased after treatment of Yook-Gun-Ja-Tang. These results appeared to suggest that Yook-Gun-Ja-Tang might be effective on the side effect of cyclophosphamide to splenical tissue of rat's and applied to the prescription for the recovery of the side effect of drug.

        스마트 능동 레이어 센서 개발 (Ⅰ) : 이론 및 개념 연구 Theory and Concept Study

        본 논문은 두 편으로 구성된 스마트 능동 레이어(smart active layer, SAL) 센서 개발에 관한 첫 번째 논문으로, 구조 내에 발생하는 균열 및 손상에 의한 탄성과 검출을 위한 SAL 센서의 이론 및 개념을 연구하였다. 본 SAL 센서의 개발을 위해, 첫째, 탄성파의 기본 이론을 고찰하였고, 둘째, 이론적 토대 위에 단일 압전 disc의 유한요소해석법(finite element analysis, FEA)을 이용하여 탄성파 검출 센서로서의 가능성을 검증하였고, 셋째, 몇 종류의 압전 disc 센서와 상용 음향방출(acoustic emission, AE) 센서를 연필심 파괴시험을 통해 상호 성능을 비교하여 실험적으로 그 가능성을 확인하였다. 또한 수개의 센서를 일정한 거리로 분포시켜서 구조물 결함의 효과적 검출 및 위치 표정이 가능한 스마트능동레이어 센서의 개념연구를 수행하였다. This paper is the first part of the study on the development of a smart active layer (SAL) sensor, which consists of two parts. In this first part, the theory and concept of the SAL sensor is investigated, which is designed for the detection of elastic waves caused by internal cracks and damages in structures. For the development SAL sensor, (ⅰ) the basic theory of elastic waves was studied, (ⅱ) the feasible study of the SAL as an elastic waves detection sensor using the finite element analysis (FEA) with respect to a piczoceramic disc was performed. (ⅲ) the comparison of performances between some piczoceramic sensors and a commercial acoustic emission (AE) sensor was accomplished to ensure the applicability by the experimental means, such as a pencil lead break test. Also, the conceptional study for the SAL sensor, which can be utilized for the effective detection and locating of defects by the arrangement of regularly distributed sensors, was discussed.

        연 X-선 현미경을 이용한 금 나노입자 세포영상

        연 x-선 현미경은 ‘물의 창’ 영역(2.3~4.4 nm)의 파장을 이용하여, 수십 nm의 분해능으로 세포를 파괴하지 않고 살아있는 상태에서 세포의 내부구조를 관찰할 수 있어 가시광선현미경과 전자현미경을 단점을 보완하는 특징을 갖는 세포 생물학 연구에 적합한 현미경이다. 그러나 기존 연 x-선 현미경은 광원으로 방사선 가속기를 이용하기 때문에 사용이 제한적이었다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 2.88 nm의 연 x-선을 광원으로 사용하는 소형 연 x-선 현미경을 이용하여, 내포작용에 의해 금 나노입자를 포획한 HT1080과 MDA-MB 231 세포의 영상을 약 60 nm 분해능으로 획득하였다. 금 나노입자의 세포에 대한 독성을 제거하기 위하여 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 캡핑하였고, 2.88 nm 파장의 연 x-선에 대하여 충분한 조영효과로 인하여 세포영상에서 뚜렷한 대조도를 나타내었다. 내포작용에 의해 액포에 포함되어 있는 다양한 크기의 금 나노입자 군집을 확인하였으며, 세포내부의 액포의 분포상태도 관찰할 수 있었다. 따라서 고분해능을 가진 소형 연 x-선 현미경을 이용하여 금 나노입자를 세포내의 미세기관이나 특정 단백질에 표지하면 연 x-선에 대한 조영효과의 증가에 의하여 더욱 유용한 정보를 획득할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. A compact soft x-ray microscope operated in the ‘water window’ wavelength region (2.3~4.4 nm) was used for observing cells with nano-scale spatial resolution. To obtain cellular imaging captured with colloidal gold nanoparticles using a compact soft x-ray microscope. The colloidal gold nanoparticles showed higher contrast and lower transmission more than 7 times than that of cellular protein on the soft x-ray wavelength region. The structure and thickness of the cell membrane of the Coscinodiscus oculoides (diatome) and red blood cells were seen clearly. The gold nanoparticles within the HT1080 and MDA-MB 231 cells were seen clearly on the soft x-ray microscopy. The gold nanoparticles were aggregated within vesicles by endocytosis.

      • Chlamydia Pneumoniae에 대한 헌혈자, 혈액화학검사자 및 Mycoplasma Pneumoniae 항체 검사자의 혈청 항체 보유율

        Chlamydia pneumoniae infections, known to be very prevalent in many countries, are not reported in Korea to the best of our knowelege. Prevalence of antibodies against C. pneumoniae was determined by the micro-immunofluorescence test. The proportion of sera with antibody titers of ≥16,tested by polyvalent conjugate of IgG, IgM, and IgA (poly-Ig) were blood donor 76.8%, blood chemistry-tested patients 58.0% and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae antibody-tested patients 22.0%. The positive rates by age groups were ≤years 13.5%, 10-19 years 66.7% and over all 49.6%. Only three sera showed IgM antibody titer of ≥, which became negative after absorption with RF-absorbent. Poly-Ig against C. trachomatis was less prevalent and that against Legionella pneumophila rare. None of the sera at 1:8 dilution were positive for the poly-Ig against Coxiella burnetii. It is concluded that the poly-Ig antibody against C. pneumoniae are highly prevalent in the sera of Koreans suggesting the existance of the infection, and for the diagnosis of the infection, the same interpretation criteria of the MIF titer, which is used in other countries, can also be applied in Korea.

      • 소형 연 X-선 현미경

        A Soft x-ray microscope operates in the 'water window' wavelength region (2.3-4.4 nm), where natural contrast between carbon (protein) and oxygen (water) allows to image a biological cell. The compact soft x-ray microscope operates at λ = 2.88 nm (430 eV) and consist of liquid-nitrogen-jet-target laser-plasma x-rays source, a tandem ellipsoidal condenser mirror for sample illumination, an objective micro zone plate, and a thinned back-illuminated charge coupled device with 1,024 × 1,024 pixels. The Liquid-nitrogen-jet-target laser-plasma source was a high brightness of 1.4×10^(12) photons/pulse·sr·line. The tandem ellipsoidal condenser mirror has 15% reflectivity. The photon flux arrived at the sample is 1.29×10^(5) photons/μ㎡ The micro zone plate was used for an objective optic, and had outermost zone width of 30 nm, zone number of 667, and diameter of 80㎛, and the focal length was 835㎛. On performance test for the compact soft x-ray microscope, the 'Siemens Star' image was obtained with a 60-nm-resolution at 380 magnification and 3 minutes exposure. I also obtained images of biological samples, such as diatom and red blood cell of a mouse with 5-10 minutes exposure.

      • 다공성 세라믹에 의한 중금속 이온의 흡착거동에 관한연구

        본 연구는 다공성 세라믹을 이용하여 수용액중의 중금속 이온(Cu(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ)의 흡착특성을 회분석(Batch Test) 실험으로 고찰하였다. 다공성 세라믹(porous ceramics)의 흡착능을 비교하기 위하여 Sand와 활성탄(Activated Carbon)을 비교흡착제로 사용하였으며, 실온에서 중금속 이온농도가 20mg/ι인 용액 50ml에 대하여 pH(2.0±0.5, 3.0±0.5, 6.0±0.5), 접촉시간(0.5hr, 1hr, 2hr,3hr) 및 흡착제양을 변화시키면서 각 인자에 대한 특성을 관찰하였다. 흡착제양이 4.0g이고 접촉시간이 3hr, pH6.0±0.5일 때 Sand는 Cu(Ⅱ), Pb(Ⅱ) 및 Zn(Ⅱ)의 제거율이 7.8%, 18.6% 및 7.1%로 나타났다. 활성탄 (0.3g)은 Cu(Ⅱ), Pb(Ⅱ) 및 Zn(Ⅱ)의 제거율이 99.5% , 99.5% 및 73.8%로 나타났다. 이에 대하여 다공성 세라믹은 Cu(Ⅱ)가 97.8%, Pb(Ⅱ)가 99.0% over 및 Zn(Ⅱ)가 38.3%로서 Cu(Ⅱ)와 Pb(Ⅱ)에 대하여 좋은 제거율을 보였다. This investigation was carried out to study on the sorption characteristics of heavy metallic ions (Cu(Ⅱ), Pb(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ)) by porous ceramics in batch type experiment. To compare the sorption ability of porous ceramics, sand and activated carbon were used as comparative adsorbents. At room temperature the sorption characteristics were observed by factors-pH(2.0±0.5, 3.0±0.5, 6.0±0.5), contact time(0.5hr, 1hr, 2hr, 3hr), amounts of adsorbents for 50ml solution of 20mg/ιof each heavy metallic ions.

        포커스 그룹을 이용만 임상간호사의 임파워먼트 경험에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study was to explore the empowerment experienced by hospital nurses. Methods: Focus group was used to gather data and open coding method suggested by Strauss and Corbin was used to analyze the data. Thirty-four nurses who have clinical experience of more than three years at three university hospitals were participated in this study. Results: Five categories were identified: Getting chances of opportunities to show personal capabilities and motivations, acknowledgement, support, recognition and delightfulness. The major sources of empowerment were the acknowledgement of patients and family, colleagues, supervisors. doctors, and other personnels in hospital. Conclusion: Focus groups could be an useful tool for empowerment research in nursing. further research will be needed to clarify the relationship among individual, group and organization.

      • 유전체 공진기를 이용한 개인휴대 통신용 대역통과 필터의 설계 및 구현

        In this paper, the band pass filter for personal communication services was constructed and designed using λ/4 TEM mode dielectric resonators with a (Zr0.65,Sn0.35)ATi1.04O4.04 ceramic of dielectric constant εr=37.8, Qxfo=48.600 temperature coefficient of resonant frequency rf=7ppm/˚C, and Unloaded-Q (Qo) of λ/4 TEM mode dielectric resonator with inner hole size 0.9㎜ and external size 3㎜ using silver electrode is 354.5 at 1950MHz. For the band pass filter design and construction, the design theory and simulation results of band pass filter using J-inverter theory have been studied. The parameters which are evaluated by design theory are practically applied to the filter construction and the simulation results are in agreement with the measured results after fine tunnings.
