노무현 대통령과 이명박 대통령의 지도력과 국정운영 비교: 임기 초 지도력 특성과 국민지지

한국에서 민주주의가 뿌리를 내리기 위해서는 대통령의 지도력 행사에 제도만이 아니라 여론과 같은 외부적 요인을 통해 체계적으로 견제할 수 있어야 한다. 대통령의 지도력 특성을 분석할 수 있는 대상은 다양하지만 대통령의 지도력은 주로 개인적 지도력이 행정적 지도력, 입법적 지도력을 통하여 행사된다는 점에서 이들을 중심으로 분석할 필요가 있다. 이 글에서는 노무현·이명박 대통령의 지도력이 취임 초 1년여 기간 동안 행정부·청와대 인사, 대 국회관계에 어떻게 행사되었으며, 각 지도력 특성이 어떠한지 분석하였다. 두 대통령의 초기 지도력 행사는 국민의 대통령에 대한 부정적 지지에 반영되었다. To consolidate democracy in South Korea, the president`s exercise of power should be systematically restrained by the institutional mechanism as well as public opinion. The characteristics of presidential leadership can be analyzed by various means; however, the analysis of presidential leadership must be focused both on the administrative and legislative leadership because a president usually exercises his/her power through these kinds of leadership. This paper analyzed the characteristics of presidents Roh`s and Lee`s leadership around the time of the first year in office by focusing on the appointments, policy decisions, and their relationships with the National Assembly. Their exercises of presidential power had been negatively reflected in public opinion.
혈액투석중인 만성신부전 환자에서 골대사 지표로써의 Osteocalcin치

Background : Serum osteocalcin is synthesized by osteoblast and has been shown to be sensitive indicator of bone turnover inpatients with various metabolic bone disease. In renal osteodystrophy, serum osteocalcin is elevated due to decreased renal clearance and elevated level of PTH. This study was done to evaluate the usefulness of serum osteocalcin as a marker of bone metabolism and the correlation with other biochemical markers of bone metabolism. Methods : We measured serum osteocalcin, calcium, phosphorus, ALP(alkaline phosphatase) and PTH(parathyroid hormone) in 37 patients with end stage renal disease on hemodialysis. Osteocalcin was determined by radioimmunoassay and PTH was determined by radioimmunometric assay. Results : 1) The mean level of serum osteocalcin in ESRD patients was 233.8± 218.2ng/ml which was significantly higher than that of controls(p<0.0001). 2) The mean level of serum PTH in ESRD patients was 40.5± 43.8pg/ml was significantly higher than that of controls(p<0.005). 3) There was a significant positive correlation between the level of serum PTH, ALP and the level of serum osteocalcin in ESRD patients. 4) By using multiple regression, PTH is most reliable factor that affect to elevated level of serum osteocalcin ( beta coefficient = 0.687, Sig T<0.05). Conclusion : Serum osteocalcin as a marker of bone metabolism in ESRD patients is more useful than other biochemical marker such as serum calcium, phosphorus, ALP and PTH is a most reliable factor that affect to elevated level of serum osteocalin.
Methoprene 이 매미나방 정소의 미세구조에 미치는 영향

매미나방(Lymantria dispar) 정소의 구조적 특성과 유충호르몬 유사물(Juvenile hormone analogue : JHA)인 methoprene을 처리하여 얻은 정소의 미세구조 및 정자형성에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 매미나방 유충기의 정소는 복부 배면에 1쌍 존재하였으나, 성충에서는 난원형의 1개로 융합되었다. 정소는 복막초에 의해 싸여진 4개의 정소소관으로 이루어졌고, 정원세포는 핵이 뚜렷하고 세포질은 균질하였다. 정모세포는 분화되어 핵이 불규칙한 모양을 하고 부핵(nebebken)이 나타났으며, 부핵은 분열하여 mitochondria derivatives를 형성하였고, 미세소관 및 축사가 관찰되었다. 성충기의 정소는 피낭(cyst)내에 정자가 다발로 존재하였고 피낭에 머리 부분을 숨기고 있는 정자들의 많은 꼬리 부분이 확인되었다. 한편 methoprene 처리군은 유충기가 연장되어 수컷의 7령 유충이 유도되었다. 정소의 색과 크기에 있어서 성숙도가 대조군과 비교되었으며, 복막초와 세포질내에 많은 artifacts, 액포, glycogen과립이 확인되었다. 7령 유충에서야 부핵 무리가 발견되었고, 성충의 동일 피낭에서 정모세포를 비롯하여 시기적으로 차이가 있는 정자형성 단계를 나타내 대조군에 비해 정세포의 분화가 늦어짐을 시사하였다. The effects of methoprene on testis of Lymantria dispar were described. Testis composed of 4 follicles which are bounded together by a peritoneal sheath. In larval stage, spermagonium show the spherical nucleus with a large nucleolus and spermatid enclosed in the low electron densed cyst cell. The nebenkern divided into two mitochondria derivative at 5th instar larva. Matured spermatozoa are grouped together in bundles and mature sperm is embedded in the cyst cell of adult testis. Treatment with methoprene prolonged the larval stage, so the male 7th instar larvae were induced. The artifacts are observed in the peritoneal sheath and cytoplasm in larval stage. Spermatogonium contain numerous glycogen granule and vaculoe. At 7th instar larva, spermatid with nebenkern were shown. Morphological changes were observed in the cyst cell of treated adult of Lymantria dispar

In order to evaluate clinical utilities of Tc-99m MIBI dipyridamole stress myocardial SPECT in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), we compaired tomographic and polar map images of Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT with the results of coronary angiography in 25 patients with CAD (myocardial infarction 13,angina pectoris 12) in Chungnam National University Hospital from Oct. 1991 to Oct 1993. Percutaneous transcoronary angioplasty (PTCA) was done in three patients of 25 CAD patients and follow up SPECT studies were done in same three patients within 2 months after PTCA. The results were as follows : 1. Mean age of patients was 57.4 years. Man was 2.7 times more than woman. 2. Sensitivity and specificity of Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT for the detection of coronary artery stenosis in patients with myocardial infarction were 92.7 % anf 85 %, respectively. 3. Sensitivity and specificity of Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT for the detection of coronary artery stenosis in patients with angina pectoris were 100 % and 67 %, respectively. 4. After PTCA size of perfusion defects in stress SPELT images was decreased in all three patients . With the results above,we thought that Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT is useful noninvasive method to detect stenosed coronary artery in patients with CAD and it can be used as a method to evaluate the result of PTCA.

Melandrin, as a possible phytoalexin, which is expected to have the various pharmacological activities; antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity, was isolated in 1987 by Woo from Melandrin firmum (Caryophyllaceae). The synthesis of melandrin derivatives has been accomplished by the reaction of 5-hydroxy anthranilic acid ethyl ester with acid chlorides and then by hydrolysis of ethyl ester.
