        공간분석을 활용한 서울시 무단횡단 사고분석과 대응방안

        국내 무단횡단 사고 발생건수는 2014년 4,093건에서 2016년 5,761건으로 계속 증가하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 무단횡단이 또 하나의 사회문제로 떠오르고 있음을 의미한다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 무단횡단 사고가 자주 발생하는 장소를 찾고 그 특징을 분석하여 무단횡단 사고를 예방하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 도로교통공단의 TAAS교통사고정보 개방시스템에서 제공한 서울시 보행자 무단횡단사고 데이터를 QGIS의 포인트 매핑(Point Mapping) 및 커널밀도 추정법(Kernel Density Estimation)으로 무단횡단 핫스팟 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 핫스팟 지역으로 선정된 곳은 종로구, 영등포구, 구로구, 중구의 일부 지점으로서 높은 밀도의 핫스팟 그리드를 가지고 있었으며 그 지역을 중심으로 무단횡단 핫스팟 군집을 형성하고 있었다. 이 지점들은 대개 지하철역과 버스정류장과 같이 교통량이 많고 인구이동률이 높은 장소에 분포하고 있었으며 재래시장과 같은 상업시설이 분포해 있었다. 또한 핫스팟으로 선정된 지역에서는 중앙선 및 도보 펜스가 부재하거나 파손된 경우가 많았다. 이 연구는 이러한 무단횡단 핫스팟 분석을 바탕으로 상황적 범죄예방(Situational Crime Prevention) 전략을 통해 무단횡단 발생을 예방하는 방법을 탐색하였다. Domestic jaywalking accidents are continuously increasing from 4,093 cases in 2014 to 5,761 cases in 2016. This trend implies that the jaywalking is emerging as another social problem. In this study, we propose a method to prevent a jaywalking accident by searching for a place where such jaywalking accident happens frequently and analyzing its characteristics. For this purpose, jaywalking hotspot analysis was carried out using the point mapping and kernel density estimation methods through the QGIS using pedestrian jaywalking incident data provided by TAAS traffic accident information opening system of Road Traffic Corporation. As a result of the research, the hotspot areas in Jongno-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Guro-gu, and Jung-gu have high density hotspot grid and they formed an jaywalking hotspot cluster around the area. These areas were mostly located in high traffic areas such as subway stations and bus stops, and high population moving places and commercial facilities such as traditional markets were distributed. Also, in the areas selected as hotspots, the center line and the walking fence were often absent or damaged. Based on the analysis of the jaywalking hotspots, situational crime prevention strategies were sought to prevent the occurrence of jaywalking.

      • 위암환자의 복강내에 투여한 Mitomycin C-Carbon Particle의 Mitomycin 용출에 관한 연구

        Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherpy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. The Mitomycin C(MMC) adsorbed by the activated charcoal particles(CH) is relatively released when the drug concentration surrounding the carbon particles becomes low in the peritoneum of the peritoneal cavity. For the intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the advanced gastric adenocarcnoma, mitomycin C adsorbed on activated carbon particles was administered in the peritoneal cavity just before abdominal wall closure. The closed drainage tubes were inserted in the peritoneal cavity and clamped for tuo hours after completion of operation. MMC concentrations were serially measured in peritoneal fluid, plasma and urine at 2hour, 48 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour following its administration in order to study the efficacy of the MMC-CH as a drug delivery system. There were minimal toxicities in born marrow, liver, and gastrointestinal system after intraperitoneal MMC-CH administration. The data of this study suggested that MMC-CH may have a somewhat more beneficial effect than surgery alone when administered in optimal dose and schedules, but the MMC concentration of the peritoneal fluid was not sufficient to eradicate remnant cancer cells, and effective duration of maintenance was only below 24 hours in the peritoneal fluid and plasma.

In this study, Mitomycin C (MMC)-activated charcoal (CH)-alginate (ALG) beads were prepared by the mixtures of CH particles adsorbed with MMC as an anti-cancer drug and aqueous alginate solution. The alginate is recognized as biodegradable, nontoxic, and biocompatible. The release of MMC from the beads in 0.1 M Tris buffer was stable and continuous until about 1 week. The MMC-CH-ALG beads can be applied in the peritoneal cavity for intraperitoneal chemotherapy since they provide a good adhesiveness on the tissue and controlled release pattern of the drugs.

      • STEP과 XML 연계를 통한 도면정보 공유방안에 관한 연구

        The main purpose of this study is to suggest the way of sharing construction drawings information by linked STEP and XML. To achieve this purpose, the authors have reviewed the STEP data model representing drawing information, a method of linking with external data through STEP browser, a checklist for code checking, and converting STEP information to a XML format. In addition, the authors have suggested a scenario which expects a checklist for code checking regarding installation of elevators. Therefore, this study enables sharing drawing information for the drawing information and external data for the building life-cycle, from plan and design to maintenance.

        Using acclimated sludge with inorganic nitrogen medium for three months and non-acclimated sludge, raw sludge, under aerobic condition we investigated characteristics biological nitrogen removal. As results, e acclimated sludge under aerobic condition accomplished nitrification efficiently. But the samples from the reactor operated raw sludge had higher ammonium concentration rather than the concentration which was loaded by the medium. This means when we are trying to reorganize existing facilities, we should take high initial ammonium concentration into account.

      • 지리정보시스템을 이용한 도시지역 유출수문곡선 해석

        지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System)을 이용하여 도시하천유역을 격자로 구성한 후 강우로 인한 지표면 흐름을 운동파해석으로 유출을 모의하였고 적용성을 검토하였다. 국립지리원에서 1:5000 수치지도로 제작된 유역면적 125.4km², 유로연장 23.4㎞인 사연제 유역을 대상지역으로 선정하였고 GIS Tool인 Arc/Info를 활용하여 본 유출모형에 필요한 지형인자를 추출하였다. 그리고 Arc/Info의 모듈인 GRID를 사용하여 수지지도를 100m100m 의 DEM (Digital Elevation Model)자료로 변환하였고 AML(Arc Macro Language)를 이용하여 강우-유출 모형을 구성하였다. 지표류에 대한 운동파의 해석은 특성곡선법을 이용하였으며, 본 모형의 적용성 검토를 위해 실측 유출곡선과 비교하였다. 그 결과 유출수문곡선의 형태는 실측치와 유사하였고, 첨두도달시간은 거의 일치하였으나 첨두유량은 재현성이 비교적 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 추적기간의 크기에 기인한 유출량의 변동성을 파악하기 위하여 추적기간을 600 (sec) 와 300 (sec)로 선정하여 관측된 두 호우사상에 대해 각각 적용한 결과 첨두도달시간은 거의 변화가 없었으며, 첨두유량은 각각 0.27%, 9.60%의 변화가 나타났다. This study is on the application and the verification of the rainfall-runoff model with distributed parameters of catchment. This model was constructed of cell-based and analyzed the surface flow by kinematic wave. The catchment for applying selected SAYUN DAM that was area of 125.4㎢ and main stream length of 23.4㎞. To construct the model, this study was using the digital elevation map(1:5,000) and landuse map(1:5,000) and a tool of GIS(Geographic Information System),Arc/Info and its interior language(AML), was used for the analysis of physiographic characteristics. This model was used method of characteristics for analysis of kinematic wave analysis. To verify the simulation, this study made a comparison between observed hydrograph and simulated one. As the simulated results showed that the shape of hydrograph was similar to the observed one, ut the peak flow relatively increased. And it verified the effects when the routing period changes as long period or short period. Routing period was selected mean equivalent time(600sec) and its half (300sec). The results that applied to two events was 0.27% and 9.60% in the peak flow and there was no changing the time of peak.

      • 요통환자의 외래 진료양상에 대한 조사

        We report a series of 220 patients with low back pain who visited through neurosurgical out-patient department(OPD) from January 1994 to June 1994. We investigated how they were treated and what was the outcome on December 1995 by telephone interview. During the study period, 176 patients (80%) visited our OPD not more than twice. Frequency of OPD visit was single in 138 patients (62.7%), twice in 38 patients (17.3%), and over twice in 44 patients (20.0%). Twenty six patients (11.8%) were admitted, and 16 patients (7.3%) underwent an operation. Sixteen patients underwent surgery in this hospital, and the other 12 patients underwent surgery in any other hospitals. The rate of revisit was relatively high in patients who had a special study (58.1%), whose impression was herniated lumbar disc (41.2%) or degenerative spondylosis (55.6%), and who received prescriptions for drug (42.1%) or underwent an operation(87.5%). The rate of special study, prescriptions and/or operations of was relatively low in this hospital, which seems to lessen the rate of revisit. More active management seems to be necessary for the patient' satisfaction.

      • Bacillus sp. LJ-25가 생성하는 extracellular chitinase의 정제 및 특성

        The extracellular chitinase from Bacillus sp. LJ-25 was pruified Sephadex G-100 gel filtration, DEAE-Cellulose and CM-Spephadex C25 column chromatography. The pruified chitinase showed a single band on disc and SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the molecular weight was estimated to be about 50KDa. The Optimum pH and temperature for the activity of the purified extracellular chitinase were 7.5 and 35℃, respectively. The activity of chitinase was strongly inhibited by metal ions such as Zn²+, Ba²+, Co²+, Mn²+ and Cu²+. The purified chitinase did not hydrolyze N,N??-diacetylchitobiose, N,N, N'-triacetylchitotriose and p-nitrophenol-N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminide, which are known to be the substrates of exo-type chitinase. The products in hydolysis of colloidal chitin with the chitinase were N-acetylglucosamine, N,N'-diacetylchitobiose and N,N,N'-triacetylchitotriose.

        A delayed hemolytic transfusion reaction precipitated by anti-C (rh') is described in a previously transfused 40-year-old man. Seven days after the transfusion of the 7 pints of red cells for anemia due to Mallory-Weiss syndrome, he experienced a fall in hematocrit and hemoglobinuria accompanied by a positive direct and indirect antiglobulin test. Anti-C (rh') was identified in the patients serum by Panel cell screening test.
