      • 초등 과학 지구 영역 '암석' 단원에 대한 학습차원의 하위 범주 분석

        In this study, the earth units rock in center of elementary school science were classified to the lower categories of Dimensions of Learning out of the 7th National Curriculum using the Demensions of Learning Project developed by ASCD in USA. Also they were investigated which lower categories of Dimensions of Learning were used to the Curriculum. The results were as follows ; First, the percentages of using lower categories of Dimensions of Learning were difference especially subject. subject F, C(21varieties) were used plentifully and subject D(16varieties) was used few. This result is because quality of subject. second, the average percentages of using the lower categories of Dimensions of Learning was similar according to grade 3 to 6. For example, the average percentages of using the lower categories of Dimensions of Learning was similar by 69.6%, 66.1%, 60.7%, 67.9%. third, percentages of using the lower categories of Dimensions of Learning was becoming intensively in Dimension 1 and Dimension 2 (Attitudes and Perception, Acquir and Integrate Knowledge). forth, Consequently in Grade especially use ratio of Dimension 5, grade 3, 4 to compare in grade 5, 6 was plentifully used. fifth, Consequently in time especially the average percentages of using the lower categories of Dimensions of Learning was a great extent in 6th grade. the results are considered to agrees with a research result which evenly using, accomplishing is high. sixth, look of Dimension 2 were used plentifully. Because of observatioing is many and data provision picture is many.

      • 通度寺 進入空間을 통해서 본 傳統景觀의 現代的 受容에 관한 考察

        Traditional landscapes were effected on the characteristics of nature and culture and have created distinct landscapes, while todays such attributes are becoming obscure as technology. In aspect of the contermperary applications of traditional landscapes, the cognitive qualities of observers was researched, which is about the components of entrance space in Tongdo Teple by phenomenological approach. The results of this can be summarized as follows : 1. Old components were not perceived and effected on the behavior of observers. 2. Cognitive qualities were varied from the attributes of space in and out. 3. Artificial features that related to contemporary life were perceived easily. As there were old and contemporary features to gether, the existence of old things is to be obscure relatively.

        조리 방법에 따른 김의 색도와 무기 성분 함량 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of various cooking methods(roasted, salad, deep-fried, seasoned-roasted and commercial laver) on mineral contents, color and sensory evaluation of laver. The contents of mineral of dried laver by various cooking methods were analyzed using the Inductively Coupled Plasma(ICP) system. The results were summarized as follows : The content of crude protein, moisture, ash and crude fat in dried laver were 35.1%, 10.6%, 9.7% and 0.8%, respectively. Among the minerals of dried laver, the content of poassium was the highest (2268.0㎎/100g d.w.) and those of calcium and iron were comparatively high (495.1㎎/100g, 13.5㎎/100g). Ca/P ratio of dried laver was about 1:1 levels. Among various laver dishes, the total mineral content was the highest in the roasted laver, but low in the deep-fried laver. Among color values by cooking methods, "L(lightness)" and "-a(greenness)" values were the highest in the roasted laver, and "b(yellowness)" was the highest in the deep-fried laver. The seasoned-roasted laver was highly scored by the sensory evaluation.

      • 四關穴의 配穴原理에 관한 硏究

        四關穴은 手陽明大腸經의 原穴이며 爲陽主氣主表하는 合谷(LI4)과 足厥陰肝經의 原穴이며 爲陰主血主裏하는 太衡(LR3)으로 構成되어 氣血鬱滯로 因한 臟腑病症을 主治한다. 四關穴의 配穴 原理를 徐凰의 子午流注逐日按時鍼法을 통해 알아본 결과 두 穴은 肝-大腸의 夫婦相配와 臟腑相通의 關係 그리고 天人相應論에 입각한 人身內의 氣血平衡의 重要性을 强調하기 위하여 主氣 主血의 대표적인 穴인 合谷, 太衡을 配穴應用한 것으로 理解된다. 또한 四肢末端部에 해당되는 第 1, 2 中手骨과 第 1, 2 中足骨의 兩側 手足內의 相互位置的對稱性과 經絡流住의 待對性을 가지므로 全身病症의 治療에 고루 應用되는 氣血四關이라 볼 수 있다. Sa-Gwan which are acupuncture treatment are composed of Hab-Gok(LI4)·Tae-Chung(LR3), and these are useful acupuncture point in clinic. Accoding to the classics, these were summarized at two view. Sa-Gwan meant elbow-knee joint and Original acupuncture point and the rest specific acupuncture point below elbow-knee joint. Second, Sa-Gwan meant Sa-Gwan acupuncture point of Hab-Gok (LI4)·Tae-Chung(LR3). So we investigated the principle of adjunct acupuncture point of Sa-Gwan, is study was carried out to investigate the principle of adjunct acupuncture point of Sa-Gwan. The flowering results have been obtained. 1. Sa-Gwan which are acupuncture treatment are composed of Hab-Gok(LI4)·Tae-Chung(LR3) and these are useful acupuncture point. so, these have used five zang-organ·six fu-organ disease. 2. View of classics about were summarized at two view, first, Sa-Gwan meant elbow-knee joint, Second, Sa-Gwan menat Sa-Gwan acupuncture point of Hab-Gok(LI4)·Tae-Chung(LR3) 3. The medical observation of Seo-Boog was zang-fu-Sang Tong and Chun-in correspdnding the latter place great emphasis on Gi-Heor. 4. In view of anatomy, Hab-Gok(LI4)·Tad-Chung(LR3) have symmetry in position and there have vast capability in machine.

      • RAPD와 핵 리보솜 DNA ITS2 염기서열에 의한 한국산 전나무속 식물의 유전적 변이 및 계통유전학적 분석

        We analyzed the genetic variation and phylogenetic relationship among fourteen taxa of GenusAbies distributed in Korea using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) 2 sequences of the nuclear ribosomal DNA (rDNA). RAPDs were used for identification of selected taxa by amplification using single 10-mer primers of arbitrary sequence. Fourteen taxa were clearly classified with 10 arbitrary primers, which generated 102 useful polymorphic bands that were evaluated according to the presence or absence of the fragments of equal size. The genetic distance between A. koreana for. chlorocarpa and A. koreana for. rubrocarpa was 0.127, showing the closest among any other pairs. By comparing the base sequences in the ITS2 region of the nuclear rDNA, genetic relationship was assesed among selected taxa. It showed twenty six sites of point mutation (base substitution) in 243 base pairs (bp) of ITS2 region. The G+C contents of ITS2 region were ranged from 58.3% to 61.7%. The value of nucleotide divergence among selected taxa was ranged from 0.4% to 9.8%. These results showed that RAPD and ITS2 sequence analysis was a useful tool for elucidating phylogenetic relationship and selection of specific marker in Abies species.

      • 영지 (Ganoderma lucidum) 자실체 다당류의 분자량에 따른 생리활성

        The study was conducted to investigate the biological activities of an protein-bound polysaccharide (GLP) isolated from the fruit body of Ganoderma lucidum. GLP was extracted by hot water and then it was purified high (GLP-HM) and low (GLP-LM) molecular weight fraction by ethanol precipitation. Both of GLP-HM and GLP-LM at doses of 20 mg/kg in vivo had the ability to inhibit the tumor growth of Sarcoma 180 tumor-bearing mice. Inhibition rates of tumor (%) were inhibited 60.6% and 38.7% by GLP-HM and GLP-LM, respectively. In assay of anti-complementary activity in vitro, the GLP-HM were higher than that of the GLP-LM polysaccharide. And also, the GLP-HM enhanced nitric oxide production of mouse bone marrow cells. When the GLP-HM was injected intraperitoneally in tumor-bearing mouse at doses of 20 mg/kg, the concentration of TNF-α in vivo was 140.9 pg/ml in the serum, 269.6 pg/ml in sarcoma tumor mass and 879.4 pg/ml in liver. This study shows that the high molecular polysaccharide from mushroom can enhance more the bioactivities than that of the low molecular polysaccharide.

        사용자 중심의 웹사이트 구축을 위한 주요 평가요인에 관한 실증 연구 : 과학관련 사이트를 중심으로

        7차 교육과정이후 ICT는 중고등학교 수업에서 교육효과 제고를 위한 중요한 도구로 등장하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 중고등학교 학생들의 과학학습에 도움을 줄 수 있는 웹사이트에 대한 평가요소를 분석해 보고자 한다. 여러 과학관련 웹사이트를 방문하고 이를 평가한 학생들의 설문 결과를 토대로 하여 공분산구조모형을 구축하고, 모형을 토대로 하여 어떤 요인들이 학습자의 만족에 영향을 미치는지를 확인해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 과학학습의 경우 학습자의 웹 사이트의 사용자 만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 신뢰성과 이해성/흥미유발과 관련된 요인으로 나타났으며, 제시방식이나 화면구성, 학습내용은 이들의 선행요인으로 고려되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 접속성이나 학습내용 자체는 만족도에 대한 직접 영향요인으로 작용하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. Since the 7th National Curriculum was established, ICT has emerged as an indispensable tool for teaching a variety of subjects in K-12 education systems. This paper develops the model for explaining the factors affecting students' satisfaction level in using web contents for science class. Based on data collected from a questionnaire survey from the students who evaluated the web sites providing the information related to the science subject, the structural equation model is presented. From this model, a following conclusion is provided : credibility and understandability/motivation are the most important factors affecting the level of satisfaction, but the presentation method, the screen design as well as contents itself has indirect impact on user satisfaction through understandability/motivation. Other interesting results are also provided. This result might provide the useful guidelines for designing the web-contents for science class in high school.
