Objective : The purpose of This study is to analyze influence of functional and clinical improvement effect on temporomandibular disorders of Dong-Qi acupuncture treatment that often be used to temporomandibular disorder patients. Methods : We investigated to focus temporomandibular disorders in Jaseng oriental medicine hospital from September 8, 2000 to March 22, 2001. We compared to before and after treatment situation using temporomandibular disease & facial ache dolor pain and malignant function disorders & activation inhibition analysis from one cured Dong-Qi acupuncture treatment of outpatients-40 examples. Results : These results appeared that Sex distinction occurrence ratio was much more female than male of 1: 7. Age distinction occupied the most ratio in 20-30 generation. Jobs was mainly ranked students and companion. In cases treated before visiting our hospital, was mainly ranked our hospital first dignosis. the distribution interval of solider was mainly followed above 3 years. the distribution interval of treatment was mainly gone within I month and above 3 month, frequency of treatment was examined below 5 times, into 6 to 10 times, more than 11 times, respectively. Everything showed a very valuable effect except chewing and dentalgia in decrease of ache dolor pain and linkage pain related to mal-function. There are meaningful effect in Every part on Mal-function improvement. Every contents showed a very excellent effect except activation such as motivation ingestion and recreation in influence of activation. Conclusion : The above results showed a very valuable treatment effect of temporomandibular disorders on Dong-Qi acupuncture treatment. Therefore we are considered the necessity of continuous study and observation applying to other disease as well as temporomandibular disorders.

In vivo bioluminescence imaging of cord blood derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation into rat myocardium

<P>Objective: The conventional method for the analysis of myocardial cell transplantation depends on postmortem histology. Here, we have sought to demonstrate the feasibility of a longitudinal monitoring of transplanted cell survival in living animals, accomplished with optical imaging techniques and pharmacological interventions. Methods: Human cord blood (50 ml) was donated with parental consent. After getting cord blood derived mesenchymal stem cells (CBMSCs), cellswere transfected (MOI = 100) overnight with adenovirus encoding firefly luciferase gene (Ad- CMV-Fluc). Our experimental Sprague-Dawley rats (n = 12) were given intramyocardial injections containing 1 × <TEX>$10^6$</TEX> CBMSCs, which had been made to express the firefly luciferase (Fluc) reporter gene. Optical bioluminescence imaging was then conducted using a cooled charged-coupled device (CCD) camera (Xenogen), beginning on the day after the transplantation (day 1). Groups of mice were intraperitoneally injected with cyclosporine (5 mg/kg) or tacrolimus (1 mg/kg), in an attempt to determine the degree to which cell survival had been prolonged, and these values were then compared with the cell survival values of the negative control group. The presence of transplantedCBMSCs on in vivo images confirmed by in situ hybridization for human specific Alu in the myocardium. Results: Cardiac bioluminescence signals were determined to be present for 6 days after transplantation: day 1 (97000 ± 9100 × 105 p/s/㎠/sr), day 3 (9600 ± 1110 p/s/㎠/sr), and day 5 (3200 ± 550 p/s/㎠/sr). The six mice that received either cyclosporine or tacrolimus displayed cardiac bioluminescence signals for a period of 8 days after transplantation. We observed significant differences between the treated group and the non-treated group, beginning on day 3 (tacrolimus;26500 ± 4340 p/s/㎠/sr, cyclosporine;27200 ± 3340 p/s/㎠/sr, non-treated;9630 ± 1180 p/s/㎠/sr, p < 0.01), and persisting until day 7 (tacrolimus;12500 ± 2946 p/s/㎠/sr, cyclosporine;7310 ± 1258 p/s/㎠/sr, non-treated;2460 ± 160 p/s/㎠/sr, p < 0.01). The humanderived CBMSCs were detected in the myocardium 3 days after transplantation by in situ hybridization. Conclusions: The locations, magnitude, and survival duration of the CBMSCs were noninvasively monitored with a bioluminescence optical imaging system. We determined that optical molecular imaging expedites the fast throughput screening of pharmaceutical agents, allowing for the noninvasive tracking of cell survival within animals. In rat cardiac CBMSC transplant models, transient immunosuppressive treatment with tacrolimus or yclosporine was shown to improve donor cell survival."</P>

웹 응용 프로그램의 문자열 삽입 보안 취약성 분석기 개발

Nowadays, most web sites are developed using dynamic web pages where web pages are generated and transmitted by web application programs. Therefore, the ratio of attacks injecting malevolent strings to vulnerable web applications is increasing. In this paper, we present a static program analyzer which analyzes whether a web application program has vulnerabilities to the SQL injection attack and the cross site scripting(XSS) attack. To analyze programs using abstract interpretation framework, we designed an abstract domain which models potential string set along with excluded strings and developed an abstract interpreter for the PHP language. Also, based on them, we implemented a static analyzer. According to our experiments, our analyzer has competitive analysis speed and accuracy compared with related research results. 오늘날 대부분의 웹사이트는 웹 응용 프로그램이 적절한 웹 페이지를 생성하여 전송하는 형태인 동적 웹페이지를 사용하고 있다. 이에 대하여, 취약한 웹 응용 프로그램에 악의적인 문자열을 전달하는 공격의 형태가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 문자열 삽입 공격인 SQL 삽입(SQL Injection) 공격과 크로스 사이트 스크립팅(Cross Site Scripting, XSS) 공격에 대하여 웹 응용 프로그램내의 보안 취약성을 자동으로 찾아 주는 프로그램 정적 분석기를 개발하였다. 요약 해석을 사용한 프로그램 분석을 위하여 가능한 문자열 값을 제외 문자열들과 함께 표현하는 요약 자료 공간과 PHP 언어의 요약된 의미 규칙을 설계하였으며, 이를 기반으로 분석기를 구현하였다. 또한 개발된 분석기가 기존의 연구 결과와 비교하여 경쟁력 있는 분석 속도와 정밀도를 가짐을 실험을 통하여 보였다.

심볼릭 링크 공격 취약성 검출을 위한 분석 기법

본 논문에서는 심볼릭 링크 공격에 취약한 코드를 정의하고 프로그램 분석 기법을 사용하여 이를 검출하는 방법을 제안한다. 심볼릭 링크 공격을 해결하기 위한 기존의 방법들은 심볼릭 링크 공격을 방어하기 위한 기법들로써 임시 파일에 대한 접근 시 공격이 이루어졌는지에 대한 적절한 검사가 이루어져야 하나, 이를 간과할 경우 공격의 위험에 노출되게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 심볼릭 링크 공격에 취약한 부분을 자동으로 모두 검출함으로써 프로그래머가 심볼릭 링크 공격을 안전하게 방어할 수 있도록 한다. 제안하는 방법은 취약점 분석을 위해서 기존의 타입 시스템에 새로운 타입 한정자를 추가하고, 추가된 타입 한정자를 고려한 타입 검사를 통해서 심볼릭 링크 공격의 취약점을 식별한다. 제안하는 방법은 자동으로 심볼릭 링크 공격의 취약점을 모두 검출할 수 있기 때문에, 프로그래머가 취약한 것으로 식별된 코드에 대해서만 기존의 방어 기법을 적용하도록 함으로써 프로그램을 전반적으로 검토하거나 수정해야 하는 부담을 줄여준다는 장점을 가진다. 제안하는 방법을 널리 알려진 실용적인 프로그램을 대상으로 실험해 본 결과 전체 fopen() 함수 중 일부만 심볼릭 링크 공격에 취약한 것으로 분석되었으며, 이는 제안한 방법이 프로그래머의 부담을 줄이는데 유용함을 보여준다. In this paper we define a vulnerable code to symbolic link exploit and propose a technique to detect this using program analysis. The existing methods to solve symbolic link exploit is for protecting it, on accessing a temporary file they should perform an investigation whether the file is attacked by symbolic link exploit. If programmers miss the investigation, the program may be revealed to symbolic link exploit. Because our technique detects all the vulnerable codes to symbolic link exploit, it helps programmers keep the program safety. Our technique add two type qualifiers to the existing type system to analyze vulnerable codes to symbolic link exploit, it detects the vulnerable codes using type checking including the added type qualifiers. Our technique detects all the vulnerable codes to symbolic link exploit automatically, it has the advantage of saving costs of modifying and of overviewing all codes because programmers apply the methods protecting symbolic link exploit to only the detected codes as vulnerable. We experiment our analyzer with widely used programs. In our experiments only a portion of all the function fopen() is analyzed as the vulnerabilities to symbolic link exploit. It shows that our technique is useful to diminish modifying codes.

가축분퇴비 시용 후 분해과정에서 발생되는 온실가스 제어와 발생량 감축 기술을 개발 하고자 노지에서 봄배추를 유기농으로 재배하였다. 처리는 가축분퇴비, 가축분퇴비+팽연왕겨+질산화억제제 10%, 화학비료를 대조구로 처리하였다. 처리전 토양은 EC 0.39 dS m-1, 유기물 함량은 29 g ㎏-1, 유효인산 416 mg kg-1, 치환성 칼슘 5.4 cmolc/kg, 치환성 마그네슘 1.8 cmolc/kg, 치환성 칼리0.76 cmolc/kg 등이었으며, 수확기 토양은 시험 전에 비해 감소하는 경향이었다. 가스포집은 2015년 4월 하순∼6월 중순까지 주 2회 포집하였으며, 시간은 오전 10시∼10시 30분 사이에 실시하였다. 시료채취에 사용한 챔버는 아크릴 재질의 폐쇄형 챔버를 제작하여 사용하였다. 챔버 설치는 시험구별로 4개씩 총 12개를 설치하였으며, 시료채취는 주 2회씩 6주 동안 총 12회 아산화질소 가스를 포집하여 즉시 분석 하였다. 시료의 N2O 분석은 gas chromatography (Agilent GC-7890B)를 사용하여 분석한 결과, 아산화질소 배출량(kg N2O ha-1, Day)은 화학비료 처리구 0.00196, 가축분퇴비 처리구 0.00178, 가축분퇴비+팽연왕겨+질산화억제제 10% 처리구에서 0.00153의 결과를 얻었으며, 가축분퇴비+팽연왕겨+질산화억제제 10%를 처리한 구에서 아산화질소 배출량이 가장 적게 검출되었다.
