      • 간문부 담관암 환자에서 경피경관 양측성 금속 배액관의 효과

        Background: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of percutaneously place self-expanding metallic stent for the relief of biliary obstruction in patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Materials and Methods: From November 2001 to December 2004, 48 patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma were prospectively studied. After percutaneous placement of bilateral self-expanding, uncovered metallic stents, follow-up evaluation was carried out until July 2005. Results: There were 4 cased of Bismuth type Ⅱ,21 cases of Bismuth typeⅢa 8 cases of Bismuth type Ⅲb and 15 cases of Bismuth type Ⅳ. Stent placement was technically successful in all patients All patients had satisfactory biliary drainage, resulting in one week drainage rate of 72.8% and final drainage of 91.9% There were 12 cases (21.3%) of abdominal pain requiring analgesics and 1 case (7.1%) of cholangitis; both were successfully managed with conservative treatments. Late complications occurred in four patient (8.3%), including two patients with cholangitis, one patient with liver abscess, and one patient with biloma; all were appropriately managed by percutaneous drainage. The average length and median durations of stent patency and median survival time were 303 days (range, 60~815) and 338 days (range, 60 ~1175), respectively. Conclusion: Placement of a percutaneous metallic stent is an effective and safe method of palliation of patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma.

      • 韓國産 망둑어 亞科 魚類의 分類學的 再檢討

        Thirty three species belonging to twenty genera in the subfamily Gobiinae of Korea were reviewed and key to species and genera were provided. Among them twenty seven species captured during 1985-1987 were examined on the cephalic sensory canal systems for the taxonomic review, and classified into 4 groups based on the presence or absence of the canal and their canal pore patterns. It was confirmed that the pore patterns of preopercular and anterior ocular-scapular canal were important in the diagnosis of gobiid genera or species and in the discussion of the specialized species group. It was considered that the genus of Acentrogobius masago should be transferred to Pseudogobius from Acentrogobius, because A. masago was more similar to P. javanicus than to A. pflaumi and its congeneric species in their cephalic sensory canal systems. Some populations of Chaenogobius annularis and Acanthogobius lactipes showed the geographical variations in cephalic pit organs and the number of predorsal scales. The endemic gobiid species was not found the Korean waters, but some species showed a disjunct distributions between the west and the east coast waters in Korea. The south coast was inhabited by the abundant species including twenty seven species of seventeen genera. The genera of Acanthogobius, Chaenogobius, and Chasmichthys were considered to be the common genera in Korean waters.

      • 변형된 EM 알고리즘을 이용한 GMM 기반 문맥독립 화자식별 시스템의 성능향상

        In speaker identification systems, it was proved in previous other experimental theses that the performance of GMM is better than that of any other speaker modeling techniques. The EM algorithm is used to build a GMM-based speaker identification system. This paper introduces the modified EM algorithm to enhance the identification rate. The experiments examine algorithmic issues (initialization, variance limiting and model order selection). As a result of the experiments, the modified EM algorithm achieves 95.044% identification accuracy comparing with basic EM algorithm (94.605% identification accuracy) and is shown to outperform the basic EM algorithm.

      • 웨이브릿 기반의 움직임 추정 기법에 관한 연구

        The International standard such as H.261, MPEG(Moving Picture Expert Group) has been used block-based motion estimation technique. Wavelet transform is very popular in these video processing recently, because wavelet based compression has the advantages of efficient decorrelation each consecutive image frame and reduced-complexity in multiresolution motion estimation technique (MRME). We propose a technique to improve coding performance of baseline wavelet-based coder. The motion vectors are calculated using adaptive threshold method from subimage. In order to find wrong-searched block, threshold factor is defined for comparing with energy of reference block. The experiment results show that the proposed method improved bit-rate and PSNR of decoder.

        The purpose of this study examined and analyzed the historical changes of KSC and reconfirmed its effects and influences upon athletic activities in Korea and in other countries by theoretical frame based on philological way. In addition. it also presents characteristics of the changes and process of KSC and offers the visions of progress. Accordingly. the researcher made a specific purpose of the study. Firstly, a analysis on the of formation of KSC periodically. Secondly, a analysis on process of changes of KSC periodically. Thirdly, a new vision to offer for the progress of KSC. A periodical division of KSC: 1) KSC as an optional body(1915-1953). 2) KSC as a corporation(1954-1967). 3) KSC as an integration body(1968-1982), 4) KSC as a special corporation(1988-now). This study offers the visions for progress of KSC. The results of this study were as follows: 1) re-establishment an idea of physical education. 2) make healthy policies and systems of physical education. 3) integration of KSC and NACOSA. 1) separation KSC from KOC. 5) expansion of finance of physical education. 6) improvement of financial independence of member organizations. In conclusion. KSC has to be an organization of physical education and athletics for all the people, balancing with historical progress and according with purposes of the enterprise, it also has to improve its ability to do the duty and roles as a leader which generalizes physical education and athletics in Korea.

      • 개방 EDI의 보안 서비스 모델에 관한 연구

        기업간 전자문서교환이라고 불리우는 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)는 90년대에 들어서면서 모든 부문에 걸쳐서 주목 받고 있으며, 여러 국제 표준화 기구들이 EDI에 관련된 각종표준 제정에 노력하고 있다. 특히, 무역, 유통, 운송 등 각 분야에서 EDI 시스템의 도입이 필수적인 현 시점에서 정보 전송시의 정보 보호가 가장 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 시스템에 적합한 개방 EDI 보안 구조 모델을 제시하였고 EDI위협 요소에 대한 보안 서비스중 몇 가지를 선정하여 그 기법을 분석하여 구현하였다.

      • 무궤도 이동 로보트의 설계 및 주행오차 보정에 관한 연구

        In this paper, design and construction of mobile robot are conducted and the error reduction and obstacle avoidance techniques are introduced. Up to now, in the design of most mobile robots, there is emphasis on the compensation of tracking errors using the additional sensors and guidance method, rather than the reduction of the tracking errors of motor itself and wheel errors. In this purpose, high performance motor and encoder are used for the driving actuator, and the acceleration/deceleration technique and caster encoder are introduced to reduced the driving errors. Also ultrasonic sensor performs obstacle avoidance, which is proved using the driving test.

      • 필라델피아 염색체 양성 급성골수성백혈병에서 Imatinib Mesylate로 분자학적 관해를 유도한 후 성공적인 자가 말초혈액 조혈모세포이식이 시행되었던 1예

        저자들은 필라델피아 염색체 양성 급성골수성백혈병 환자에서 복합항암화학요법으로 혈액학적 완전관해를 유도하고, imatinib mesylate를 이용하여 분자학적 관해를 유도한 후, 성공적으로 자가 말초혈액조혈모세포이식을 시행하였던 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. Philadelphia chromosome (Ph¹)-positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is very rare disease, comprising 3~4% of the AML, and is a clinically distinct entity with poor clinical outcome with conventional chemotherapy. We report a case of Ph¹-positive AML who underwent successful autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation after achieving a molecular remission with imatinib mesylate.

      • 실내 구기운동별 대학 선수들의 요추 및 대퇴골 골밀도 비교

        In this study, the bone mineral density (BMD) of the femoral neck, trochanter, Ward's Triangle and lumbar vertebrae, and were measured using dual photon absorptiometry and the results compared in healthy young males involved in indoor ball games. The results were as follows. 1. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the lumbar vertebra BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.4814±0.1531)g/㎠ and 1.4441±0.1314g/㎠ in handball, 1.3394±0.1271g/㎠ in basketball, 1.1585±0.0273g/㎠ in college students respectively.(P<01) 2. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the femoral neck BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.4503±0.0652)g/㎠ and 1.3749±0.0825g/㎠ in handball, 1.3040±0.1624g/㎠ in basketball, 1.2807±0.1543g/㎠ in college students respectively. (P<5) 3. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the Ward's Triangle BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.3775±0.0637)g/㎠ and 1.3149±0.824g/㎠ in handball, 1.2443±0.1588g/㎠ in basketball, 1.1585±0.0273g/㎠ in college students respectively. But there were no significant differences in the Ward's Triangle BMD among them. 4. In the prioroty of order among college indoor ball game players, the trochanter BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.3017±0.0632)g/㎠ and 1.2381±0.0708 g/㎠in handball, 1.1724±0.1466g/㎠ in college student, 1.1650±0.1560g/㎠ in basketball respectively. But there were no significant differences in the trochanter BMD among them.
