        This study was performed to characterize the seasonal fluctuation of water quality and sediment environment from April, 2001 to November, 2001 in Gamak bay. Which was a productive area, but recently its fisheries conditional have been deteriorated because of increasing waste-water from municipal area, industry and autochthonous pollution by farm industry. In the survey of seawater quality, DO and COD concentrations were lowest in bottom layer at summer, but DIN and DIP contents were higher than those in surface layer. Eutrophication indices mean that eutrophication area move from south to north entrance via northern-west inner area with seasonal change from summer to autumn. In the survey of sediment environment, ignition loss(IL), chemical oxygen demand(COD), DIN and Dip were in the range of 3.8~15.7%, 10.3~60.6mg/g-dry, 5.053~1.810mg/ℓ and 0.065~0.324mg/ℓ , respectively. COD in sediment were highest at winter and spring. And, they were higher than sediment standard in the south inner area, which mean heavily polluted conditions with organic constituents.

      • 골반 자세 변화에 따른 일어서기의 기능적 연결분석의 접근

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of three different pelvic tilts on a sit-to-stand (STS) and to suggest a new assessment approach based on biomechanical analysis. The three difrent pelvic tilts were: (1) comfortable pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (CPT STS), (2) posterior pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (PPT STS) and (3) anterior pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (APT STS). To determine the onset time of muscle contraction surface electrodes were applied to the rectus femoris muscle (RF), vastus lateralis muscle (VL), biceps femoris muscle (BF), tibialis anterior muscle (TA), gastrocnemius muscle (GCM), and soleus muscle (SOL). The ICC was used for functional linkage analysis. The findings of this study were as follows. First, significant differences were found in kinematic variables and in muscle activation pattern among the three activities. Second, the results of functional integrated analysis revealed that recruited muscle activation patterns changed when the thigh-off was viewed as a reference point. Third, there were independent functional units between the thigh-off and the VL and between the thigh-off and the RF in the functional linkage analysis. The VL and RF acted as prime mover muscles, and more postural adjustment muscle recruitment was required as the demand of postural muscle control increased (PPT STS, APT STS, and CPT STS in order). In conclusion, the findings of this study suggest the following evaluative and therapeutic approach for STS activity. APT STS can be introduced for movement efficiency and functional advantage when abnormal STS is treated. However, excessive APT would change the muscle activation patterns of BF and SOL and require additional postural muscle control to cause abnormal control patterns.

        The effect of different temperature, salinity and pH on survival rate of Urechis unicinctus's swimming embryo was examined to develop the method for the efficient seed production. In addition to, this study was designed to investigate the possibility of pollutant marker diagnosis of marine pollutions by the change in different temperature, salinity and pH. Treatment was carried out whit different temperature (5˚C, 10˚C, 17˚C, 20˚C, 25˚C,), salinity(0‰, 10‰, 20‰, 30‰, 34‰, 40‰) and pH(4, 6, 7.2, 8.2, 9.2, 10). All the swimming embryo of the temperature experiment was survived within all experiment section, but the others experiment were not. At the temperature-shock and tolerance experiment ranging from 5˚C to 25˚C the survival rate was occurred: 75%, 95%, 100%, 100%, 50%, at the ph-Shock experiment ranging from 4 to 10, the survival rate was occurred: 0%, 50%, 85%, 100%, 60%, 0%, at the pH-tolerance experiment ranging 4 to 10 the survival rate was occurred : 0%, 75% 90%, 100%, 80%, 0%, and at the salinity-shock experiment ranging from 0% to 40% the survival rate was occurred : 0% 10% 90% 95% 100% 0% , at the salinity-tolerance experiment ranging from 0% to 40% , the survival rate was occurred : 0% 0% 90% 100% 100% 0%. These results suggest, that the survival rate of larvae of Urechis unicinctus was the highest at 17˚C, 34%. pH8.2 and this Urechis unicinctus could be live at the zone of euryceious and zone of euryhalines

      • 골반 자세 변화에 따른 일어서기동작의 운동형상학적 분석과 근전도 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of three different pelvic tilts on sit-to-stand ativities and to suggest a new therapeutic approach for movement reeducation in patients who have difficulty with sit-to-stand activities. The three different pelvic tilts were: (1) comfortable pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (CPT STS), (2) posterior pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (PPT STS) and (3) anterior pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (APT STS). To analyze the kinematic component of STS, a motion analysis system (Zebris) was applied to the ankle, knee, hip joint, and thigh-off area. Also, to determine the onset time of muscle contraction, surface electrodes were placed to the rectus femoris muscle (RF), the vastus lateralis muscle (VL), the biceps femoris muscle (BF), the tibialis anterior muscle (TA), the gastrocnemius muscle (GCM), and the soleus muscle (SOL). One-way repeated ANOVA was used for the statistical analysis. First, significant differences were found in kinematic variables for the hip, knee, ankle joint, and thigh-off among the three activities. Second, there was significant difference in muscle activation pattern in TA, VL. and BF among three activities. In conclusion, the findings of this study suggest the following evaluative and therapeutic approach for STS activity: (1) Changes in knee and ankle joints should be prioritized and recruitment order differences in VL and RF can be generated to accomplish abnormal STS activity. (2) APT STS can be introduced for movement efficiency and functional advantage when abnormal STS is treated.

      • 4,5-bis(hexanoyloxy)의 dodecame 合成 및 그 潤滑性

        4,5-Bis(hexanoyloxy) dodecane was syntheisized from 4,5-dodecanediol which was obtained through continuous reaction steps starting from n-octyl alcohol. All the intermediates and final products were purified by way of distillation or crystallization, and confirmed by IR spectrophotometer and refractometer. Physical properties of the diester synthesized were also determined for the flowing point and solidifying point. It was observed that the flowing point of the diester was under-78℃, and it appeared that the diester synthesized is much more superior to the common mineral lubricant on the base of the solidifying temperature.

      • 惡臭汚染 事例硏究를 통한 惡臭汚染 防止 및 管理對策

        본 연구의 목적은 석유화학산업 지역에서 악취의 외부이동을 감축하기위한 방법론을 개발하고 악취제어사례를 예견하거나 석유화학산업 지역에서 악취영향을 점검하기 위한 악취오염 방지 및 관리전략 수립시 예비지침을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 실제 기상자료와 악취발생원강도를 ISCST 분산모델에 입력시켜 착지점에서의 악취농도수준(o. u.)을 계산할 수 있었다. 본 모델링연구는 1 악취단위전략과 악취완충거리의 개념을 도입하여 석유화학산업 지역에서의 악취제거 및 예측을 수행하는 독특한 방법이라 할 수 있다. 결론적으로, 1 악취단위전략과 악취완충거리 개념을 도입하여 풍하거리에 따른 지표면 악취 농도수준을 예측하는 악취 분산모델링 방법론은 공단에서 배출된 악취오염물질의 제어 및 예측을 위해 악취저감 대책을 위한 전략수립시 예비지침서로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. The objective of this study is to create a methodolgy for reductions in off-site odor migrations at petrochemical industrial sites, and to provide the preliminary guideline in predicting the odor control episodes or in establishing the odor pollution prevention and management strategies for review of odor impact at petrochemical industrial sites. By incorporating the actual meteorological data and odor source strength into the ISCST dispersion model, odor concentration levels(o. u.) at receptors could be calculated. This odor modeling study is a unique approach to odor control and predictions at petrochemical industrial sites using 1 odor unit strategy and odor buffer distance concepts. Consequently, this odor dispersion modeling methodology predicting the ground-level downwind plume centerline odor concentration levels by using 1 odor unit strategy and odor buffer distance concepts can be used as a preliminary guideline in establishing odor reduction management strategy for odor control and prediction at industrial complex sites.

        CaO를 첨가한 Na고체전해질 센서의 CO_2가스 감도향상에 관한 연구

        CO_2 가스 감도를 높임과 동시에 감지거동을 안정화시키기 위하여 여러 함량의 CaO가 함유된 NASICON 전해질을 낮은 온도에서 소결하여 NASICON 센서를 제작하였다. 제조된 소자는 비교적 낮은 동작온도인 250℃ 정도에서도 양호한 감도와 안정된 출력특성을 나타내었다. NASICON sensors that the NASICON electrolytes with various CaO amounts were sintered at low temperatur(900℃), were fabricated to improve CO_2 sensitivity and stability in sensing behaviors. The manufactured device was shown good sensing characteristics and stability of output electromotive force at 250℃, comparatively low operating temperature.
