This study were taken to isolate albumin and globulin fractions from the serum of tilapia sap., Tilapia mossambica, by physico-chemical analyses such as the classical salting- out, dialyses, electrophoretic method, ion-exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography. The result obtained in these experiments were summarized as tool lows: 1.The albumin fraction is composed of several components possessing relatively higherelectrophoretic mobilities and lower molecular sizes than the globulin components. 2.The molecular weight of albumin component was 89,000 and it possessed a BPB-binding ability. 3.Non of the albumin components was found to fit completely the definition of mammalian serum albumin. 4.The molecular weight of the globulin components was more than 295,000. 5.The correlation coefficient of the albumin/globulin ratio by BCG and blood analyzer was +0.599.

We propose an idea to verify personal identification. including security verification of identification(ID) cards so that they cannot easily be reproduced. The encrypted image is made by a fully phase image encryption technique that uses the double random-phase encoding. This encrypted image can be decrypted only when the corresponding phase codes are used for decryption. Therefore the information of the random-phase mask plays a key role when the encrypted image is decrypted. The encrypted image can be optically recovered and automatically verified for personal identification by the 4-f optical correlation system. A personal identification number is discriminated and recognized by the MMACE filter. and then authenticity of the card is verified by the optical wavelet matched filter(0WMF). Computer simulation results are presented.

This study is focused on the prediction of appropriate tool life by clarifying the correlation between progressive tool wear and AE(Acoustic Emission) signals, while cutting stainless steel by end mill on te machining center. The results of this study were that RMSAE tends to increase linearly along with the incrase of the cutting speed, and it was more sensitive to depth of cut than to the variation of feed rate at the same cutting conditions, and RMSAE increases around 0.21mm flank wear hereby AE-HIT also increases. AE signals depend upon tool wear and fracture from the above results. Therefore, the AE signals can be utilized in order to monitor the tool condition.

注南貯水池의 植物相에 관한 硏究

注南 貯水地는 落東江 水域의 동경 128˚40', 북위 35˚18'에 위치하는 背後濕地性 인공 저수지이다. 본 調査에서 밝혀진 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 주남저수지와 주변 식물은 49科 118屬 137種 23變種으로 총 160종류 이었다. Raunkiaer의 생활형 별로는 一年生植物 61종(38.1%), 地中植物 34종(21.3%), 半地中植物 41종(25.6%), 地表植物 5종(3.1%), 地上植物 19종(11.9%)이었다. 2. 저수지내에 생육하는 水生管束植物은 沈水植物 9종, 浮葉植물 5종, 浮遊植物 4종, 延水植物 8종으로 17과 19속 24종 2변종으로 총 26종류이었다. 3. 현존식생도와 수생식물의 식생단면도를 작성하였다. The Junam reservoir, man-made reservoir, is located in 35˚18' N and 128˚ 40' E near the westpart of Nakdong river. The flora was investigated in the reservoir and the bank 1. The growing plants consisted of 49 families, 118 genera, 149 species, and 21 varieties or 160 taxa. Among them, therophytes, cryptophytes. hemicryptophytes, chamaeophytes and phenerophytes were 61, 34, 41, 5, 19, respectively. 2. The flora of vascular hydrophytes were composed of 17 families, 19 genera, 24 species, and 2 varieties or 26 taxa. They were classified by life form, emergents : 8, submesed plants : 9, free-floating plants: 4, and floating leaved plants : 5. 3. The actual vegetation map and vegetation profile of the Junam Reservoir were made.

韓國産 미꾸리에 關한 育種·繁殖學的 硏究 : Ⅴ. Ultrastructures Changes of Pituitary Gland and Testes in Male Loach Ⅴ. 미꾸리 수컷의 腦下垂體와 精巢의 微細構造

본 연구는 1992년 3월부터 5월까지 자연채광 상태의 건국대학교 양어실습장에서 사육중인 한국산 미꾸리 수컷(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)의 뇌하수체와 정소의 조직형태학적 변화를 이해하기 위해서 실시되었다. 미성숙 시기인 3월의 뇌하수체와 정소의 미세구조와 5월경의 성숙단계인 각 조직간의 발달상황을 비교 분석하기 위해서 광학 및 투과형 전자현미경을 이용하였다. 뇌하수체의 성선자극 호르몬이 분비되는 부위(GTH)의 발달은 정소의 주기적인 발달단계와 대체로 일치한다. 성성숙 지수(GSI)는 4월부터 5월에 이르는 시기에 증가하다가 정자세포와 정자의 수가 증가되는 5월에 가장 높게 나타났다. 하나의 小葉 속에 발달단계가 다른 nest가 들어있더라도 같은 정자형성 단계에 속한다. 미성숙 단계에서는 이형염색질이 분산되어 있다가 성숙 단계에서는 핵이 진하고 균질한 상태로서 존재한다. 핵막은 분화초기에 나타난다. 제1차 정모세포에는 15개 이상의 작은 미토콘드리아가 두부의 세포질 주변에 있다가 발달함에 따라 2개의 커다란 미토콘드리아로 변화되면서 한쪽으로 튀어나온 부위 주변에 위치하게 된다. 정자 중편부의 주위에는 미토콘드리아초와 외측 섬유소로 둘러싸여져 있다. This study was undertaken to understand the histomorphological changes of pituitary gland and testis of Korea loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) under natural circumstances from March to May 1992. Sexual maturation was studied on 50 males Korean loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus). The results obtained in this study were as follows: The ultrastructures of the gonadotrophs largely parallel the cyclical changes in the testes. Gonadosomatic indices(GSI) increased from April to May, and showed the peak in May, coinciding with the increase of spermatids and spermatozoa in male. Each nest of cells belongs to one spermatogenetic stage, although nests at different stages can be found within the one lobule. At first heterochromatin is dispersed and then is condensed. In mature gamete, the nucleus is dense and homogeneous. The nuclear membrane appeared at the beginning of differentiation. In the primary spermatocytes, the small mitochondria are abundant over the outer cytoplasm. In the latter, the two large mitochondria are located over the cytoplasm. During cell differentiation, the cytoplasm decrease and the nucleus increases. Sperm mitochondria are assembled into an organized sheath surrounding the outer dense fibres and axoneme of the flagellar midpiece.

음향방출을 이용한 엔드밀의 마멸검출에 관한 연구

This study is focused on the prediction of an appropriate tool life by clarifying the correlation between progressive tool wear and signals, when cutting SM45C by end mill in machining center. First of all, end mill have a problem that position of sensor sticking because it is revolution tool, I think that it can be gained specific character according to sticking sensor in the vise. Consequently, the following results have obtained: 1. Each cutting speed of feed rate over 0.1mm had a tendency to increase linearly according to the RMS. 2. The level of AE signal at the same cutting area was more sensitive to depth of cut than the variation of feed rate. 3. In the range of cutting during about 75min at cutting speed 27m/min flank wear turns up about 0.21mm, about 0.29mm in the case of about 65min at 33m/min, hereby RMS increased rapidly at 0.2mm flank wear, also AE-HIT and CUM-CNTS.

무용전공 여대생의 전공 및 경력에 따른 성격특성 비교 분석

This study was designed to compare the characteristics of personality according to major and career in female college students majoring in modern dance, ballet, and Korean dance. The characteristics of personality was investigated utilizing survey in 120 female college students majoring in dance at K University. Among 120 survey results, 10 survey data were excluded due to statistical problem and 110 survey data were included for final data analysis. Subjects were well-distributed according to the major, i.e., 32 Korean dance, 40 ballet, and 38 modern dance. Their careers were divided into three categories, i.e., 1-3 years, 4-6 years, and 7-9 years for the statistical analysis. The sub-categories of personality in this study included activity-inactivity, emotional stability-instability, dominance-submission reflectiveness-impulsiveness, sociability, autonomy-heteronomy, achievement-nonachievement, neurosis, psychosis, and anti-social behaviors. The results obtained as a result of statistical analysis utilizing one-way ANOVA and Sheffe post-hoc test are summarized as follows: First, dominance of students in Korean dance was significantly higher than students in ballet, achievement and anti-social behavior of students in Korean dance and modern dance were significantly higher than students in ballet. Second, activity and sociality of high-career students were significantly higher than low-career students. reflectiveness in low-career students was significantly higher than high-career students. It was concluded that the characteristics of personality could be partly affected by major and career in female college student majoring in modern dance.

진행된 HIV 감염 환자에서 십이지장의 미란성 병변으로 발현한 Mycobacterium genavense 감염 1예

Mycobacterium genauense는 최근에 알려진 미코박테륨으로서, 식욕 부진, 체중 감소, 설사, 림프절 병증 등 파종성 Myocobacterium avium-intracellulare complex 감염과 유사한 임상상을 보이며, 위장관 침범을 잘 하는 것으로 알려져 있으나 아직 국내에서 증례는 보고된 바가 없다. 저자들은 진행된 HIV 감염 환자에서 십이지장의 미란성 병변으로 발현한 Mycobacterium genavense 감염 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 환자는 상복부 동통과 발열, 설사로 내원하였다. 십이지장의 미란성 병변에서 시행한 조직검사에서 항산균이 가득 차있는 거품세포가 관찰되었으며, 이 검체에서 16S rRNA 유전자의 중합연쇄반응 검사를 시행하여 Mycobacterium genavense를 확인하였다. Mycobacterium genavense, first identified in 1990, is known as a pathogen that mimics disseminated Myocobacterium avium-intracellulare complex (MAC) infection with particular propensity for the gastrointestinal tract. In Korea, no case with the organism has been reported. Herein we report a case of Mycobacterium genavense infection that manifested with erosive lesion of duodenum in a patient with acquired immune deficiency syndrome. The patient presented with epigastric pain and fever, diarrhea. Duodenal biopsy showed histiocytic infiltration with numerous acid-fast bacilli. Identification of the mycobacterial isolate by the polymerase chain reaction restriction analysis of 16S rRNA gene revealed Mycobacterium genavense.
