      • 문화주제 중심 조선어 련어 교육방안 연구

        한족 학습자의 특성과 국내 교육조건을 고려하여 이에 맞는 교육 원리와 방법을 련어 교육현장에 적용하는 것이 바람직한 방법이 될 것이다. 하여 본고에서 문화와 결합하는 련어 교육방법을 모색하고 그에 맞는 교육방안 실례를 살펴볼 것이다. 조선(한국)어 련어교육의 목표는 학습자들이 련어지식을 익히고 조선어 어휘능력을 신장하고 궁극적으로는 조선어 의사소통능력을 향상시키는 데 있다. 한족 학습자에게도 련어지식의 학습을 통해 한어 간섭으로 인한 어휘오유를 줄이고 어휘능력을 신장하고 문화 차이점을 리해하여 문화간 의사소통능력을 향상시키는 것이 련어교육의 목표가 될 것이다. 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위해 련어교육의 수업모형과 각 단계 지도방안을 모색할 것이다.

        Polarization Properties of Quasi-Homogeneous Beams Propagating in Oceanic Turbulence

        Based on the extended Huygens-Fresnel principle and generalized Stokes theory, the evolution of polarization properties of beams generated by quasi-homogenous (QH) sources propagating in clear oceanic water was studied by the use of the oceanic turbulence spatial spectrum function. The results show that the beams have similar polarization self-reconstructed behavior under different turbulence conditions in the far field, but if the propagation distance is not long enough, the degree of polarization (DOP) fluctuates with much more complexity than state of polarization (SOP) of QH beams. The self-reconstructed ability of DOP at the special distance in turbulence would get to the best value if the values of coherence of width were chosen suitably, but for SOP, it has no best value.

        Sanguinarine impairs lysosomal function and induces ROS-dependent mitophagy and apoptosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells

        Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of themost common tumor types globally. Despite the progressmade in surgical procedures and therapeutic options, HCCremains a considerable cause of cancer-related mortality. In this study, we investigated the antitumor eff ects of sanguinarine(Sang) on HCC and its potential mechanisms. Our fi ndings showed that Sang impairs the acidic environmentof lysosomes by inhibiting cathepsin D maturation. Inaddition, Sang inhibited the formation of autolysosomes inRFP-GFP-LC3 transfected cells, subsequently suppressinglate mitophagy. Sang also induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)-dependent autophagy and apoptosis in HCC cells,which was signifi cantly attenuated following treatment witha ROS scavenger. Further investigation using autophagyinhibitors revealed that sanguinarine-induced mitochondrialdysfunction and mitophagy led to mitochondrial apoptosisin HCC cells. Immunohistochemical staining of sanguinarine-treated xenograft samples revealed that it initiated andblocked autophagy. In summary, our fi ndings suggest thatin HCC cells, Sang impairs lysosomal function and inducesROS-dependent mitophagy and apoptosis.

      • A Fast Bounded Parametric Margin Model for Support Vector Machine

        In this paper, a fast bounded parametric margin V -support vector machine (BP-V- SVM) for classification is proposed. Different from the parametric margin V -support vector machine (par-V -SVM), the BP-V -SVM maximizes a bounded parametric margin, and consequently the successive overrelaxation (SOR) technique could be used to solve our dual problem as opposed solving the standard quadratic programming problem (QPP) in par-V -SVM. Numerical experiments on several benchmark data sets and NDC data sets demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

      • Dimension Reduction of Speech Emotion Feature Based on Weighted Linear Discriminant Analysis

        Feature dimension reduction is important for speech emotion recognition. The classical linear discriminant analysis has been used widely in this field, but the best projection separating class from others can’t be obtained with the linear discriminant analysis method due to outlier class. To approach this problem, a novel distance weighted function based on the linear discriminant analysis is introduced, which can improve the separability of sample data and has low computational complexity. In order to evaluate the proposed algorithm’s performance, some experiments are performed on two speech databases: UCI and CASIA. Experimental results on the UCI database demonstrate that the presented algorithm has a better performance. Experimental results on CASIA show that the proposed algorithm yields an average accuracy of 88.78% in the classification of four emotions, revealing that it is a better choice as feature dimension reduction for emotion classification than the traditional algorithms.

        Anti-inflammatory effects of mung bean protein hydrolysate on the lipopolysaccharide- induced RAW264.7 macrophages

        The anti-inflammatory effects of mung bean protein hydrolysate (MBPH) on the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced macrophages were investigated herein. MBPH was shown to affect the cell morphology, proliferation, cell cycle, cytokine levels at different culture times, and the expression level of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB). The obtained results revealed that different fractions of MBPH promote cell proliferation, alter the cell cycle by decreasing the proportion of cells in the S stage and increasing the proportion of cells in the G2 stage, increase the expression of cytokines, included IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α, and negatively affect the LPS-induced inflammatory cytokines. Based on the analysis of cytokine expression at different points in time, it is concluded that cytokine secretion of MBPH-treated group reaches a peak at 24 h, the result was significantly different compared to other treatment groups (P < 0.05). It can be observed that the inflammatory response induced by LPS in the MBPH-III treatment group is reduced compared with other fractions (P < 0.05). In addition, MBPH inhibits the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway by inhibiting the nuclear transcription of p65 and phosphorylation of IκBα in macrophages induced by LPS. Our results demonstrated that lower molecular weight MBPH exerted stronger anti-inflammatory effects than other molecular fractions. Thus, MBPH could be utilized as a functional food ingredient to prevent inflammation in chronic diseases.

        Power Quality Warning of High-Speed Rail Based on Multi-Features Similarity

        As one type of power quality (PQ) disturbance sources, high-speed rail (HSR) can have major impacts on the power supply grid. Providing timely and accurate warning information for PQ problems of HSR is important for the safe and stable operation of traction power supply systems and the power supply grid. This study proposes a novel warning approach to identify PQ problems and provide warning prompts based on the monitored data of HSR. To embody the displacement and status change of monitored data, multi-features of different sliding windows are computed. To reflect the relative importance degree of these features in the overall evaluation, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyse the weights of multi-features. Finally, a multi-features similarity algorithm is applied to analyse the difference between monitored data and the reference data of HSR, and PQ warning results based on dynamic thresholds can be analysed to quantify its severity. Cases studies demonstrate that the proposed approach is effective and feasible, and it has now been applied to an actual PQ monitoring platform.

        Accurate delivery of pristimerin and paclitaxel by folic acid-linked nano-micelles for enhancing chemosensitivity in cancer therapy

        Chemoresistance remains a huge challenge for effective treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Previous studies have shown Chinese herbal extracts possess great potential in ameliorating tumor chemoresistance, however, the efficacy is clinically limited mainly because of the poor tumor-targeting and in vivo stability. The construction of nano-delivery systems for herbal extracts has been shown to improve drug targeting, enhance therapeutic efficacy and reduce toxic and side effects. In this study, a folic acid (FA)-modified nano-herb micelle was developed for codelivery of pristimerin (PRI) and paclitaxel (PTX) to enhance chemosensitivity of NSCLC, in which PRI could synergistically enhance PTX-induced growth inhibition of A549 cancer cell. PTX was firstly grafted with the FA-linked polyethylene glycol (PEG) and then encapsulated with PRI to construct the PRI@FA-PEG-PTX (P@FPP) nano-micelles (NMs), which exhibited improved tumor-targeting and in vivo stability. This active-targeting P@FPP NMs displayed excellent tumor-targeting characteristics without obvious toxicity. Moreover, inhibition of tumor growth and metastasis induced by P@FPP NMs were significantly enhanced compared with the combined effects of the two drugs (PRI in combination of PTX), which associated with epithelial mesenchymal transition inhibition to some extent. Overall, this active-targeting NMs provides a versatile nano-herb strategy for improving tumor-targeting of Chinese herbal extracts, which may help in the promotion of enhancing chemosensitivity of NSCLC in clinical applications.

        Experimental study of internal solitary wave loads on the semi-submersible platform

        A prediction method, based on the Morison equation as well as Froude-Krylov formula, is presented to simulate the loads acting on the columns and caissons of the semi-submersible platform induced by Internal SolitaryWave (ISW) respectively. Combined with the experimental results, empirical formulas of the drag and inertia coefficients in Morison equation can be determined as a function of the Keulegan eCarpenter (KC) number, Reynolds number (Re) and upper layer depth h1=h respectively. The experimental and calculated results are compared. And a good agreement is observed, which proves that the present prediction method can be used for analyzing the ISW-forces on the semi-submersible platform. Moreover, the results also demonstrate the layer thickness ratio has a significant effect upon the maximum horizontal forces on the columns and caissons, but both minimum horizontal and vertical forces are scarcely affected. In addition, the incoming wave directions may also contribute greatly to the values of horizontal forces exerted on the caissons, which can be ignored in the vertical force analysis.
