심한 골병변으로 발현된 기능성 낭종성 부갑상선 선종

낭종성 부갑상선 선종과 심한 골병변을 동반한 부갑상선 기능항진증은 매우 드문 질환으로서, 저자들은 양측 고관절의 통증을 초기 주소로 내원한 환자에서 고칼슘혈증과 부갑상선 호르몬 증가, 골병변의 방사선적 소견을 통해 부갑상선 기능항진증을 진단하고, 경부 초음파와 컴퓨터 단층 촬영, 부갑상선 스캔검사 및 수술중 부갑상선 낭종액 검사 등을 통해 기능성 부갑상선 낭종의 한 종류인 낭종성 부갑상선 선종을 진단하고 수술적 제거를 통하여 정상화된 1예를 경험하였다. A cystic parathyroid adenoma is rare. A case of primary hyperparathyroidism, with the cystic formation of a parathyroid adenoma and a severe bony lesion, is reported. A 52-year-old male was admitted due to pain in both hips and for evaluation of hypercalcemia. The plasma level of the intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH) was elevated to 1424 pg/mL. Ultrasonography and the computed tomography revealed a parathyroid cyst on the left thyroid lower pole. Parathyroid scintigraphy detected a parathyroid adenoma. A radiograph showed a subperiosteal bone resorption on the phalanges, and a brown tumor (osteitis fibrosa cystica) on the femur shaft was noted. A surgical excision of the parathyroid adenoma was performed. The PTH level in the cystic fluid was increased. A histological examination confirmed a cystic parathyroid adenoma. The PTH level was normalized after the operation (J Kor SOC Endocrinol 18:214-220, 2003).

Global Register Allocation plays a major role in determining efficacy of Optimizing Compilers. Instructions involving only register operands are shorter and faster than those involving memory operands. Therefore, efficient utilization of limited number of hardware registers is important in generation good code. Register allocator attempts to map registers in such a way as to minimize the number of memory references. In this paper, we compare several register allocation methods and have designed and implemented a global register allocator using priority-based graph coloring.

This study has been conducted to offer as a reference material for follow-up research by other handball related researchers in this field study about handball. Knowing that the decision of the referees play a big role in the result of the game, we hope this study pave the way for future researchers, To achieve these goals, this study was selected with professional and amateur handball players as control group. The data were analized by One-way ANOVA and Multful regression using SPSS 11.0 for windows, This study resulted as the following : These decision of the referees differed according to the sex of the handball players. Female handball players showed a more positive attitude toward the referees decisions, Also, female and male handball players all thought the referees decision affect the result of the game but in particular, female players thought the referees were stricter than to male players, Meanwhile, according to the result of the survey of the relationship between the players awareness and experience, it turns out that the quality of the game resulted from the quality of the referees, After analyzing the awareness of players, tit was found that a crucial amount of the players consciousness was affected by the attitude of the referees. In this sense, handball players tend to become overly sensitive to the referees that, handball players. The analysis also represents the players consciousness to the referees but at the same time no findings proved that there is a certain impact on the result of the game. According to the results of this surrey, the handball players showed little confidence for the referees and this affects the result of the game. However when it comes to the impact of the referees on the game, the decision of the referees have consistency in making decisions of the game, and this has no actual affect on the result of the game. The reason these results come out is because it's a characteristic of handball but further analysis and theories should be made.

유산소 운동 능력의 차이가 점증최대운동부하 후 피로회복과정에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of aerobic capacity on blood lactate changes after supramaximal progressive loaded exercise. The subjects were divided into Handball players(HB, n=6)group and Control(CT, n=6)group. All subjects exercised according to the protocol by bicycle erogometer. Blood lactate concentration was also measured during the test time. The RER values of CT group were relatively higher than that of HB group. In particular, the RER values of HR group at exercise 8 & 12min were significantly lower than that of CT group(P<0.05). The blood lactate concentration of HB group was significantly lower than that of CT group at 12min during the exercise(P<0.05). During the recovery times the blood lactate concentration of HB group were significantly lower than that of CT group. In addition, blood lactate clearance of HB group was also higher than that of CT group during the recovery time. From these results, it was suggested that lactate clearance during the supramaximal exercise may be affected by the level of endurance exercise performance.

The interconnection network is an integral part of multiprocessing system. The multistage interconnection network(MINs) have been the objects of intense research in recent years. In this paper, the performance of circuit swiching MINs is investigated with new conflict resolution strategies. The timeout(t) control resolution model, proposed by this paper, includes drop and hold strategies, and it is shown that the results of performance evaluation for circuit switching generalized cube networks are analysed by timeout(t) strategy. The results of performance evaluation of partitioned MINs indicate that "input partitioning" coupled with the used of the "large t for timeout(t)" strategy produces the best network operation in terms of RST(Requst Service Time).

In this paper, we proposed a new method for the purpose of compensating RLSD which is unstable because of channel noise of long distance telecommunication line. This method is based on transmitting staring tone at MODEM transmitter, detecting it at MODEM receiver by PLL algorithm.

In these days, as rapid growth of multimedia industries and development of techniques, an effort to develop DAVIC(Digital Audio-Visual Council) systems which support multimedia services such as VOD(Video on Demand) and teleshopping is being done. Therefore it will be indispensable to establish a new conformance testing method related DAVIC system with respect to their standard specification. DSM-CC is a core part of DAVIC and adopts DSM-CC U-N for S3 information stream which plays a part in connection establishment and release of session and transmission layer, and DSM-CC U-U for S2 which operates user application of the system. In this paper, we propose a new conformance testing architecture and methodology based on scenario in order to test DSM-CC U-U which doesn't have any message sequences.

신경회로망을 이용한 VBR MPEG 비디오 소스의 고정 비트율 제어

Recently, many techniques have been developed for efficient transmission of MPEG Video and improvement of quality of service. In this paper, we propose fixed bit rate control algorithm using neural network which protects the overflow and under flow of buffer in order to maximize the channel utilization and the picture quality of the reconstruction image. The proposed controller consists of three-layered fully connected neural network with 16 input, 6 hidden and 3 output nodes using Back Propagation algorithm. The performance of efficient and adaptive control algorithm is evaluated and compared to TM1, MPEG Ⅱ in terms of PSNR, BPP(Bit Per Pixel), BPF(Bit Per Frame), average quantizer scale factor. The results are shown that proposed method is superior to TM1 about 0.5 dB(PSNR) for Table-Tennis, 0.2 dB(PSNR) for Football images.

Fault Tolerant System에서의 에러 검출기 설계

It is important to detect and correct errors in the modern digital system. In this paper, we have designed error detector and corrector in the fault tolerant system. Error detector/corrector consists of data latch, syndrome generator, parity generator, parity checker, syndrome and error detection part and error correction part. In addition, error detectro/corrector have a latch over the data and check bit in order to synchronize system. The operation of error detector/corrector has been checked through the logic simulation.
