辰國·辰王 기록과 ‘辰’의 명칭

이 글에서는 진국과 진왕이 등장하는 기록을 검토하여 기록의 사실성과 대상의 실상을 살펴보았다. 그리고 그 논의를 바탕으로 ‘辰’의 의미와 명칭 기원을 추정하였다. 진국이 처음 등장하는 기록은 『한서』 조선전인데 그 기사는 사실의 역사를 수록한 것이라 보기 어렵다. 潢이 위만조선을 침공하는 명분을 제공하고 자국의 위엄을 높이기 위한 찬자의 윤문이라 판단한다. 『위략』에서 진국은 위만조선 주민이 옮겨간 지역이고, 『삼국지』에서는 진한의 과거라 하였다. 진한은 위만조선 주민이 옮겨 오면서 형성하였다. 이상의 기록을 종합해 보면, 진국은 위만조선 유민의 남하에 의해 진한이 형성되기 이전으로, 오늘날의 한반도 중부 지역에 해당한다. 진왕은 『후한서』와 『삼국지』에만 등장한다. 『후한서』에서 진왕은 삼한 전체의 왕이라 하였는데, 이는 後潢 때의 사정을 반영한 것이라 보기 어렵다. 『삼국지』에서 마한 목지국의 진왕과 진한 12국의 진왕은 각각 다른 존재이다. 진한 12국의 진왕은 원문을 ‘진한왕’으로 바꾸어 볼 수 없다. 별개의 실체를 똑같이 진왕으로 표기한 이유는 ‘辰’이라는 명칭의 의미를 파악해 봄으로써 짐작해 볼 수 있다. 진국과 진왕은 실존의 명칭이라 보기 어렵다. 史家에 의해 작위적으로 쓰인 표현이며 그 기사 자체 또한 사실의 내용으로 신뢰하기 어려운 경우가 많다. 그러나 그 속에서 ‘辰’의 명칭에 담긴 의미를 파악할 수 있다. ‘辰’의 명칭은 삼한 지역 전체를 포괄하는 전통적인 대명사의 성격을 지닌다. 그러한 특성을 통해서 보면, 고대 중국인들이 동쪽의 먼 번방을 辰(震)으로 표기할 수 있다는 문자에 대한 관념에서 비롯되었다고 판단한다. This study examines the meaning of ‘Jin(辰)’and its origin through the review of historical records about the Jin state(辰國) and the king of Jin(辰王), verifying the facts and reality of the records. The first record of the Jin state was written in Hanshu(漢書) Joseon chapter(朝鮮傳). But this record is considered the manipulated sentence to provide the reason for Han(漢)"s invasion of the Wiman Joseon(衛滿朝鮮) and to increase the dignity of his country. In the Weilue(魏略), the Jin state refers to the area where Wiman Joseon residents moved. According to Sanguozhi(三國志), the Jinhan(辰韓) was called the Jin state in the past because the Wiman Joseon residents had formed Jinhan after Jin state. In this context, the Jin state refered to the central region of the Korean peninsula. The records of king of Jin appears only in the Sanguozhi and the Houhanshu(後漢書). In the Houhanshu, the king of jin is called the king of entire Samhan(三韓), which does not seem to have reflected the situation of the Eastern Han(後漢) period. In the Sanguozhi, the king of Jin in the state of the Mokchi(目支國) and the king of Jin in the Jinhan(辰韓) of twelve countries indicate different kings although they have same name. The king of Jin in the Jinhan of twelve countries does not mean the King of Jinhan(辰韓王). The reason that this two different kings were represented as same name can be understood by examining the meaning of the name "Jin(辰)". As a conclusion, the name ‘Jin state’ and ‘the king of Jin’ in the records did not indicate real state or king. These expressions were made by history writer for certain reason, and it is hard to think the records were historical fact. Nevertheless, through these records it is possible to understand the meaning contained in the name of "Jin". There was a common perception of "Jin", which refers to the Samhan(三韓) area. This perception originated from the notion that ancient Chinese used the word "Jin" when they referred to the eastern region.

「김힐문전(金詰紋傳)」 의 개관과 구성적 특징

이 글은 아직 본격적인 연구가 이루어지지 않은 「김힐문전(金詰紋傳)」을 대상으로 작품의 실상을 개관하고 그 구성적 특징을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 「김힐문전」은 2권 2책의 국문소설로서 영웅의 군담과 형제갈 등담 및 도교 인물전이 결구된 작품이다. 군담소설은 폭넓은 인기를 얻었던 소설 유형이고 형제갈등담은 갈등의 전개와 해결의 과정을 통해 권선징악의 주제를 전달하기에 용이한 화소이다. 또 형제갈등을 도교적 상상력에 의해 해결하는 과정에서 도교 인물전의 전통을 변형하여 수용하기도 했다. 이 외에도 현토체에 가까운 문어체의 구사와 언해 한시의 삽입은 전기소설의 전통과 19세기 이후 국문장편소설의 습합 양상도 보여준다. 이는 「김힐문전」이 최소한 19세기 이후 한학적 소양을 가진 작자가 다양한 소설작품을 향유한 결과 새로운 양식의 소설 창작을 시도한 결과물임을 추정할 수 있게 한다. The purpose of this article is to open the reality of Kim Hill Mun Jeon and reveal its compositional characteristics. Yet to be studied in earnest, Kim Hill Mun Jeon is a two-volume, two-book Korean novel that combines the story of heroes, the story of brotherhood conflicts, and the exhibition of Taoist figures. War novels gained wide popularity, and brotherhood conflict is a pixel that is easy to convey the theme of good and evil through the process of developing and resolving conflicts. In the process of resolving the conflict of brothers by Taoist imagination, the tradition of Taoist portraits is also adopted. In addition, the introduction of written language and Chinese poetry shows the tradition of Chuachi(傳奇) and the combination of Korean classical full-length novels since the 19th century. This makes it possible to assume that Kim Hill Mun Jeon is the result of an attempt by a writer with Chinese scholarship since the 19th century to create a novel in a new style as a result of enjoying a variety of works.

Conceptual Study for Tissue-Regenerative Biodegradable Magnesium Implant Integrated with Nitric Oxide-Releasing Nanofi bers

The excessive initial corrosion rate of Mg is a critical limitation in the clinical application of biodegradable Mg implantsbecause the device loses its fi xation strength before the fractured bone heals. This study suggests a new approach to overcomethis hurdle by accelerating tissue regeneration instead of delaying the implant biodegradation. As angiogenesis is anessential process in early bone regeneration, a Mg implant coated with electrospun nanofi bers containing nitric oxide (NO),which physiologically promotes angiogenesis, is designed. The integrated device enables adjustable amounts of NO to bestored on the NO donor-conjugated nanofi ber coating, stably delivered, and released to the fractured bone tissue near theimplanted sites. An in vitro corrosion test reveals no adverse eff ect of the released NO on the corrosion behavior of the Mgimplant. Simultaneously, the optimal concentration level of NO released from the implant signifi cantly enhances tube networkformation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells without any cytotoxicity problem. This indicates that angiogenesis canbe accelerated by combining NO-releasing nanofi bers with a Mg implant. With its proven feasibility, the proposed approachcould be a novel solution for the initial stability problem of biodegradable Mg implants, leading to successful bone fi xation.

전주 한옥마을 관광지 음식점의 메뉴선택요인에 대한 가치지각이 재구매의도와 전환의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 전주 한옥마을 관광지 음식점에 대한 고객들의 메뉴선택요인을 실증분석을 통해 도출하고 이에 대한 가치지각과 재구매의도 및 전환의도를 분석하고자 하였으며, 음식점에서 제공하는 메뉴선택요인이 가치지각에 미치는 영향과 고객들의 재구매의도 및 전환의도의 영향정도를 분석하였다. 연구의 시간적 범위는 2013년 3월 10일부터 3월 30일까지 전주 한옥마을 관광지 음식점을 방문한 고객을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 총 278부의 설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과 관광지 음식점의 메뉴 선택요인에 대한 요인분석결과 본질적 요인과 외형적요인, 서비스적요인, 심리적 요인이 중요 요인으로 도출되었으며, 관광지 음식점의 메뉴선택, 요인이 가치지각에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 메뉴선택요인 중 본질적 요인과, 외형적요인, 서비스적요인, 심리적 요인이 모두 유의 수준이내에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가장 영향력이 높게 나타난 것은 본질적 요인으로 나타났으며, 관광지 음식점의 가치지각이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관광지 음식점에서 가치지각이 전환의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 가치지각은 전환의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 관광지 음식점 방문객들의 가치지각이 높아질 수록 전환의도는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 관광지에서의 메뉴선택요인과 이에 대한 속성을 이해하고 이를 지속적으로 개선하여 고객과의 긍정적이며, 장기적인 관계형성 유지에 초점을 두고, 고객의 재방문을 창출해 나가는 관광지 음식점에서의 개선사항과 고객가치를 통한 재방문과 특히 관광지 음식점의 관광의 역할에 대한 필요성과 효능을 지각할 필요가 있을 것이다. This study had purpose to analyse value perception, repurchase intention and switching intention by examining menu selection attributes of restaurants in Jeon-ju Han-ok village, and also, it is to analyse the effect of menu selection attributes on value perception, repurchase intention and switching intention. For this study 278 questionnaires which was distributed to restaurant customers from 10th of March, 2013 to 30th of March, 2013 in Jeon-ju Han-ok Village were used for analysis. The findings from this study were as follows. First, after factor analysis of menu selection attributes, it was divided into essential factor, external factor, service factor and psychological factor. Second, it is found that essential factor, external factor, service factor and psychological factor have effects on value perception at statistical significance level, then, the greatest of those is the essential factor. Third, it was found that the value perception of restaurants has positive influence on repurchase intention. Finally, it was found that after analysing the relationship between value perception and switching intention, value perception has negative influence on switching intention, and it also showed the higher value perception of restaurant customers, the lower switching intention.

Tryophagus putrescentiae induces inflammatory cytokine secretions from the human cell lines THP-1 and EoL-1 cells

The present study aimed to identify the roles of the storage mite Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Tp) in relation to human skin diseases, such as atopic dermatitis. We examined the effects of T. putrescentiae extracts (TpE) on the secretion of inflammatory cytokines and their mRNA expression in human immune cells. Human monocytic THP-1 and eosinophilic EoL-1 cells were challenged with TpE and the inflammatory cytokines, interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) secreted in culture supernatant were analyzed using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The mRNA levels in the cell cultures were also measured via reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). In the THP-1 cells, the TpE significantly induced the secretion of IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1 in a time- and dose-dependent manner. It also stimulated increases in the expression levels of the IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1 mRNA. However, while the TpE induced IL-8 and MCP-1 mRNA levels in the EoL-1 cells, it did not induce IL-6 expression. Using Western blot analysis, we confirmed the activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs), in response to TpE challenge of the THP-1 cells. Collectively, our results show that TpE challenge elicits inflammatory response in the human monocytic THP-1 and eosinophilic EoL-1 cells, and it induces increased production of the inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1.

오월정신과 의미의 삶 - 빅터 프랭클의 로고테라피를 통해

It has already been three years since the COVID-19 outbreak began to spread globally. In the midst of the pandemic, people began to think about global values and ways of life in a different dimension than before. In order for these concerns to develop more hopefully, an appropriate healing process is needed for the social and cultural shock (wound) experienced in the pandemic situation. Victor Frankl, who survived the Auschwitz concentration camp, turns the question What does life mean to me? to What meaning does life have to me? In May 1980, the Gwangju Democratization Movement was launched in Gwangju. For a long time, we have been looking for an answer to the question, What is the meaning of May 18th in our lives? Following Victor Frankl, this question can be converted into What is the meaning of our lives on May 18th? The transformation of the question allows us to find a wall with a different meaning than the existing ones. In this thesis, the psalms with the theme of May 18th were analyzed as the subject of analysis among the works published in Minjung Poems, a representative poetry magazine of the 1980s. It was interpreted through the concept and direction of ‘logotherapy’ advocated by Victor Frankl. The elements to pay attention to in logo therapy (meaningful healing) are ‘attitude, will, and existence’. The attitude is valued when the subject pursues uniqueness. The subject expresses the original time through interaction with the object. The colorful relationship between subject and object dramatically increases uniqueness. We analyzed Moon Ik-hwans Why Didnt I Know It Yet and Cho Jin-taes Comrade 1. The will refers to the power that determines ones attitude and, based on this, is the spirit that transcends itself anew. Kim Gyu-dongs The Last Day and Lee Hak-youngs Single 2 were analyzed. By preempting pain and death, we can meet the poetic narrator who repeats itself as a being of a special will. Existence constitutes a sense of place that transcends meaning. The place of existence, the existence of a place can conceive and nurture a new life by being filled with special love. I read Kim Jun-taes Love in Geumnam-ro and Lee Seon-oks Gwangjucheon from this perspective. Through this, it was intended to provide an opportunity to transform the spatiality of Gwangju, which was formed in May 1980, from a tragic dimension to an existential dimension. Up to now, healing of the mind (mind) has been largely entrusted to the individual. Victor Frankls logotepapi does not stop there, and expands the healing agent of the mind to the community. The modern life takes place in a complex social and cultural relationship. It is not efficient to leave it alone to the individual to heal the wounds experienced in this process. It is hoped that logotherapy will be carried out at the social and cultural level so that individuals can find the meaning of life on a more stable level.

농업인 교육 프로그램 분석

이 연구는 농업인을 대상으로 한 교육 프로그램의 내용 및 방법을 살펴봄으로써 향후 농업인 교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있었다. 농업인 교육프로그램 분석을 위한 개념적 틀은 관련문헌에 대한 고찰과 수집 자료에 대한 귀납적 분석을 통해 개발되었다. 그 결과, 8가지의 기관 유형, 17가지의 프로그램 내용 영역, 5가지의 교육방법, 3가지의 교육인원, 3가지의 교육기간이 도출되었다. 분석대상은 총 173개 기관의 2,483개 프로그램이었다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라의 농업인 교육은 국가기관 및 기술센터 등의 정부기관 주도로 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째, 재배/사육기술, 생활개선 및 농촌건강관리, 정보획득 등의 내용이 주요 교육내용으로 다루어지고 있었다. 셋째, 각 기관 유형별로 비중 있게 다루는 주요 교육내용에 있어서 다소 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 농업인 교육프로그램에서 활용되는 교육방법은 대체적으로 강의에 편중되어 있었다. 다섯째, 교육인원에 있어 중규모와 대규모 인원의 비중이 상대적으로 높았으며, 1 대 1 개별 교육은 전혀 없는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 1일 혹은 3일 이상 이루어지는 교육의 비중이 상대적으로 높았으며, 2일 동안 이루어지는 교육의 비중은 비교적 낮은 편이었다. The purposes of this study were to analyze the farmer education programs in Korea, and to get implications for further program development. The framework for the analysis was developed through extensive literature review and an inductive method. As a result, eight types of organizations for farmer education, seventeen content domains of programs, five instructional methods, three categories of program participant size, and three categories of program period were derived. The subjects of analysis were 2,483 programs of 173 farmer education organizations. The major findings were as follows: 1) Farmer education programs of Korea were led by government agencies such as national organizations and extension agencies. 2) The content domains of cultivating/raising techniques, improvement of life quality and farmer health care, and information acquisition were relatively highly dealt with. 3) Main contents which were dealt with by each type of farmer education organization were differentiated. 4) In terms of instructional method, a lecture had the highest portion in most contents domains. 5) The portion of the middle size and large size of participants was relatively higher than others. And there are no programs which used one by one teaching method. 6) The portion of programs for 1 day or 3days was relatively higher, and the portion of programs for 2 days was lower.

정신보건관련시설 입원(소)자의 주요 정신장애 유병률 : 전국 20개 시설의 입원(소)자를 대상으로

Objectives : One of the objectives of this study is to estimate the prevalence rates of psychiatric diagnoses in the combined populations of psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric nursing facilities and homeless asylums using the Korean version of the Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI), which is a comprehensive and fully standardized interview schedule to assess psychiatric disorders for diagnosis. The Other objective is to compare with previously studied prevalence rates of Psy-chiatric diagnoses using the results of this study. Methods : The study subjects, aged from 181o 64 years, were randomly selected from 64,582 institutionalized population of psychiatric hospitals, Psychiatric nursing facilities and homeless asylums as of 30, June, 2001. Twelve trained interviewers administered the K-CIDI to the selected respondents. A total of 1,875 respondents (male 1,194, female 681) completed the interview. Results : The lifetime and one year prevalences of any diagnosis excluding nicotine dependence · withdrawal, anxiety disorder, eating disorder, somatoform disorder were 88.2% (male 88.1%, female 88.3%), and 65.8% (male 62.7%, female 73.7%), respectively. The lifetime and one year prevalences of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders were 78.5% (male 75.3%, female 83.7%), and 56.8% (male 51.9%, female 64.8%), respectively. The lifetime and one year prevalences of alcohol use disorder (dependence/abuse) were 26.7% (male 37.9%, female 8.3%), and 8.7% (male 12.8%, female 2.1%), respectively. The lifetime and one year prevalences of mood disorder were 18.1% (male 13.5%, female 25.8%), and 10.4% (male 7.2%,female 16.9%), respectively. The lifetime and one year prevalences of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders were comparable with the 2001 community survey by 1.19% to 1.32%, and 0.51% to 0.61%, respectively. The lifetime and one year prevalences of schizophrenia were also comparable by 0.16% to 0.28%, and 0.16% to 0.25%, respectively. There were no significant changes of prevalence rates when correction were applied to other psychiatric diagnosis. Conclusion : The results of this study could be used for evaluating the distribution of psychiatric diagnoses in mental health related facilities and for planning mental health policies.

본고는 백석 시의 미학적 성취를 표준어와는 다른 독특한 언어 체계의 내적 (비)규정성에서 찾고자 했다. 아울러 시어의 확장에 있어서 지역어가 기여하고 있는 바를 ‘퀼트와 펠트’의 측면에서 조명하고자 했다. 먼저 백석 시에 등장하고 있는 방언의 ‘수행성’을 규명하였다. 백석의 시에 등장하는 방언은 생활자로서의 몸에 배인 언어가 아니라 의도적으로 몸에 배도록 한 언어라는 점을 강조했다. 그에게 방언은 표준어 이전의 것이 아니라 표준어를 넘어서는 언어의 언어 즉 수행성의 언어라는 점에 주목했다. 시어를 포함해 언어는 주로 직조의 방식으로 텍스트를 형성한다. 텍스트라는 말의 핵심에는 ‘직물’이라는 의미가 자리한다. 이런 내적 규범을 넘어 지평을 확장하고자 했다. ‘얽힘’을 통해 구축된 텍스트로 백석의 ?황일?을 들었다. 현대의 시는 상징보다는 알레고리적인 방식에 의해 구성되는 경우가 많다. 이를 ‘퀼트’ ‘누비’의 방식으로 접근하였다. 백석의 시에서는 ?고야?를 분석하면서, ‘퀼트’의 방식을 백석의 시에 내재되어 있는 독자적인 언어 체계의 (비)규범성으로 보았다. 이때 지역어는 누비점의 역할을 수행한다고 보았다. 다음으로 ?여우난곬족?은 펠트의 방식으로 지어지고 있음을 논구하였다. 이 시에 등장하는 다채로운 지역어는 벨크로의 역할을 담당한다. 백석의 시에는 지역어가 훨씬 다양한 방식으로 씌이고 있다. ‘퀼트’나 ‘펠트’를 언어의 내적 규정성, 그리고 시어의 확장 전략으로 보고 지역어의 역능을 살피는 것은 부분적일 수밖에 없다. 언어의 층위, 좀 더 세부적으로는 시적 언어의 층위를 구분하고, 각각의 층위에서 지역어가 어떤 역능을 발휘하고 있는지 살피는 작업이 뒤따라야 할 것으로 보인다. 그래야 백석 시가 지닌 독특한 언어 체계의 내적 규범이 좀 더 명확히 밝혀질 수 있을 것이다. 이것은 백석 시의 미적 성취를 확장하는 것은 물론 문화의 시대에 ‘지역어’의 역할을 능동적으로 모색하는 데 필요한 이론적 토대를 구축하는 작업이 될 것이다. I wanted to seek in this study what the achievement of aesthetic standards of poems written by Baekseok was based on unique system of language inner [non]rules unlike standard Korean. In addition, I explained to ‘quilt&felt’ that is contributing to the expansion of poetic?language of an local language. Jeong?ju dialect in Baekseok’s poems acquired performance through a ripe body language of purpose, not the language of life. Jeong?ju dialect is language of language, performance language beyond standard Korean not previous standard. Language is a form of text in weaving way. Baek’s poems was crossing the inner regulations like this. twilight was built in way of ravelment. The modern poems was often composed by the way of an allegory rather a symbol. Old Night was composed in way of quilting that was beneficial in the way of an allegory. Jeong?ju dialect was a quilting point role at this point. The people in fox appeared dale was organized in way of felting. Colorful dialects in this poem were responsible for the role of velcro. Regional dialect is being utilized much more colorful. Here is the proposed ones that quilt, felt art partial to the role of regional dialect in Baek’s poems. It is separated on the side of the poetic language, and then, how to perform a role each floor which needs to be studied in future work. The unique language of system’s inner?Baek’s poems will be able to more clearly revealed.

요 검사용 스트립의 분광학적 분석을 위한 Computer Simulation

The spectroscopic properties of 9 pads in a urine strip were studied to develop a urine analysis system. From the present work, we determined the wavelength range which could accurately distinguish the degrees of 9 test items. A computer simulation was performed to distinguish the primary color reaction in the urine strips by using the reflectance of the urine strips, the iuminous intensity of light-emitting diodes, and the spectral sensitivity of photodiodes. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results obtained by using a UV-Visible spectrophotometer.
