        특수교사의 교사효능감과 일-삶 균형이 교사-학생 간 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        [목적] 본 연구는 특수교사의 교사효능감, 일-삶 균형, 교사-학생 간 상호작용 수준을 파악하고, 교사효능감과 일-삶 균형이 교사-학생 간 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 탐색하여 향후 특수교사의 교사효능감, 일-삶 균형, 교사-학생 간 상호작용 수준을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하고 관련 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국에 근무하는 특수교사 251명을 대상으로 교사효능감, 일-삶 균형, 교사-학생 간 상호작용 수준을 파악하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 특수교사의 교사효능감 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교사의 일-삶 균형 수준은 보통인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수교사의 교사-학생 간 상호작용 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 특수교사의 교사-학생 간 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 변인들 중 교사효능감의 하위요인인 일반적 교수효능감과 개인적 교수효능감이 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 특수교사의 교사-학생 간 상호작용은 교사효능감에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사효능감 향상을 통해 교사-학생 간 상호작용을 극대화할 수 있음을 시사한다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of special education teacher's sense of efficacy, Work-Life Balance on Teacher-Student Interaction and to provide the basic data necessary to present the future direction of program development to improve teacher’s sense of efficacy, Work-Life Balance, Teacher-Student Interaction. [Method] 251 special education teachers completed questionnaires. [Results] First, the level of special education teacher’s sense of efficacy is positive. Second, the level of Work-Life Balance of special education teacher is normal. Third, the level of Teacher-Student Interaction is positive. Fourth, among the variables influencing the Teacher-Student Interaction of special education teachers, general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy, which are sub-factors of teacher efficacy, were found to have a significant positive effect. [Conclusion] Based on the results, we will use it as basic data to develop programs to improve the teacher efficacy, work-life balance, and level of teacher-student interaction of special teachers. Also it can be used as evidence when planning a counseling program for people having difficulties in teacher-student interaction.

        키워드 통계 분석을 활용한 중국의 교육 연구 동향 분석 ― 13차 5개년(2016~2020) 규획 기간을 중심으로

        본 연구는 13차 5개년(2016~2020) 규획 기간에 중국 학술저널에 발표된 교육 관련 논문을 中國知網(cnki.net)에서 ‘교육이론과 교육관리’ 주제를 중심으로 전수 추출해 그 키워드의 연도별 분포 상황과 변화 추이 등을 분석하고 교육 정책과 수용 간의 관계 양상을 논한 것이다. 데이터 분석의 대상이 된 전체 논문 수는 17,833개이고, 그 논문들에 1번 이상 출현한 키워드는 총 22,646개로 각 키워드의 출현빈도 수를 산출해서 데이터 분석을 수행하였다. Python 3.8.5 환경에서 작업했으며 자료의 시각화에는 微詞雲(https://www.weiciyun.com/) 생성기와 Matplotlib 3.3.2를 이용하였다. This study extracted all China’s education-related papers published in Chinese academic journals during the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-2020) from cnki.net (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, 中國知網), focusing on the subjects of Education Theory and Education Management. We then analyzed the year-by-year distribution of the keywords and their change trends, examining the relationship between China’s education policy and its acceptance. The total number of papers subject to data analysis was 17,833, with 22,646 keywords appearing in those papers more than once. Data analysis was performed by calculating the frequency of appearance of each keyword. The Python 3.8.5 version was used, and the Mini Tag Cloud (微詞雲, https://www.weiciyun.com) generator and Matplotlib 3.3.2 were employed for the data visualization.

        <P>Conductive electrodes and electric circuits that can remain active and electrically stable under large mechanical deformations are highly desirable for applications such as flexible displays, field-effect transistors, energy-related devices, smart clothing and actuators. However, high conductivity and stretchability seem to be mutually exclusive parameters. The most promising solution to this problem has been to use one-dimensional nanostructures such as carbon nanotubes and metal nanowires coated on a stretchable fabric, metal stripes with a wavy geometry, composite elastomers embedding conductive fillers and interpenetrating networks of a liquid metal and rubber. At present, the conductivity values at large strains remain too low to satisfy requirements for practical applications. Moreover, the ability to make arbitrary patterns over large areas is also desirable. Here, we introduce a conductive composite mat of silver nanoparticles and rubber fibres that allows the formation of highly stretchable circuits through a fabrication process that is compatible with any substrate and scalable for large-area applications. A silver nanoparticle precursor is absorbed in electrospun poly (styrene-block-butadiene-block-styrene) (SBS) rubber fibres and then converted into silver nanoparticles directly in the fibre mat. Percolation of the silver nanoparticles inside the fibres leads to a high bulk conductivity, which is preserved at large deformations (σ???2,200?S?cm(-1) at 100% strain for a 150-?m-thick mat). We design electric circuits directly on the electrospun fibre mat by nozzle printing, inkjet printing and spray printing of the precursor solution and fabricate a highly stretchable antenna, a strain sensor and a highly stretchable light-emitting diode as examples of applications.</P>

      • Integrative molecular profiling identifies a novel cluster of estrogen receptor‐positive breast cancer in very young women

        <P>Very young breast cancer patients are more common in Asian countries than Western countries and are thought to have worse prognosis than older patients. The aim of the current study was to identify molecular characteristics of young patients with estrogen receptor (ER)‐positive breast cancer by analyzing mutations and copy number variants (CNV), and by applying expression profiling. The whole exome and transcriptome of 47 Korean young breast cancer (KYBR) patients (age <35) were analyzed. Genomic profiles were constructed using mutations, CNV and differential gene expression from sequencing data. Pathway analyses were also performed using gene sets to identify biological processes. Our data were compared with young ER+ breast cancer patients in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) dataset. <I>TP53</I>,<I>PIK3CA</I> and <I>GATA3</I> were highly recurrent somatic mutation genes. APOBEC‐associated mutation signature was more frequent in KYBR compared with young TCGA patients. Integrative profiling was used to classify our patients into 3 subgroups based on molecular characteristics. Group A showed luminal A‐like subtype and IGF1R signal dysregulation. Luminal B patients were classified into groups B and C, which showed chromosomal instability and enrichment for APOBEC3A/B deletions, respectively. Group B was characterized by 11q13 (CCND1) amplification and activation of the ubiquitin‐mediated proteolysis pathway. Group C showed 17q12 (ERBB2) amplification and lower ER and progesterone receptor expression. Group C was also distinguished by immune activation and lower epithelial‐mesenchyme transition (EMT) degree compared with group B. This study showed that integrative genomic profiling could classify very young patients with breast cancer into molecular subgroups that are potentially linked to different clinical characteristics.</P>

        <B>ABSTRACT</B><P><I>Paenibacillus polymyxa</I> E681, a spore-forming, low-G+C, Gram-positive bacterium isolated from the rhizosphere of winter barley grown in South Korea, has great potential for agricultural applications due to its ability to promote plant growth and suppress plant diseases. Here we present the complete genome sequence of <I>P. polymyxa</I> E681. Its 5.4-Mb genome encodes functions specialized to the plant-associated lifestyle and characteristics that are beneficial to plants, such as the production of a plant growth hormone, antibiotics, and hydrolytic enzymes.</P>

        Prospective phase II trial of regional hyperthermia and whole liver irradiation for numerous chemorefractory liver metastases from colorectal cancer

        Purpose: A prospective phase II trial was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and toxicity of regional hyperthermia and whole liver irradiation (WLI) for numerous chemorefractory liver metastases from colorectal cancer. Materials and Methods: Enrolled patients had numerous chemorefractory hepatic metastases from colorectal cancer. Five sessions of hyperthermia and seven fractions of 3-gray WLI were planned. Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) was determined using the Korean version of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire C-30 and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Hepatobiliary version 4.0. Objective and pain response was evaluated. Results: A total of 12 patients consented to the study and the 10 who received WLI and hyperthermia were analyzed. WLI was completed as planned in nine patients and hyperthermia in eight. Pain response was partial in four patients and stable in four. Partial objective response was achieved in three patients (30.0%) and stable disease was seen in four patients at the 1-month follow-up. One patient died 1 month after treatment because of respiratory failure related to pleural metastasis progression. Other grade III or higher toxicities were detected in three patients; however, all severe toxicities were related to disease progression rather than treatment. No significant difference in HRQoL was noted at the time of assessment for patients who were available for questionnaires. Conclusion: Combined WLI and hyperthermia were well tolerated without severe treatment-related toxicity with a promising response from numerous chemorefractory hepatic metastases from colorectal cancer.

        Purpose: This study was done to identify the cultural capacity of college nursing students and the relationship of intercultural communication. Methods: The participants were 200 students in colleges of nursing from 6 universities in C city, who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate. Collected data were analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: Cultural sensitivities in this study (r=.372, p<.001), cultural knowledge (r=.399, p=.001), cultural awareness (r=.547, p<.001), and cultural technology (r=.550, p<.001) each showed a statistically significant correlation with intercultural communication skills. Conclusion: The results of this study show that reinforcement of the cultural and intercultural communication ability of college nursing students, in-depth exploration of the cultural area and religious inspection, cultural and professional backgrounds, assessment and consideration of cultural characteristics, nursing diagnosis, and health appropriate to the cultural background. It is suggested that education such as service provision should be conducted systematically.

      • Rapid and Accurate Measurement of Ideality Factor and Parasitic Resistances of Thin Film Solar Cells

        <P>The sunshade method for the measurement of the ideality factor and resistances of solar cells is commonly used in silicon solar cells. However, the method is rarely employed for thin-film solar cells. In this paper, the sunshade method is applied to CIGS solar cells, and it is shown that the three major assumptions of the method remain valid for CIGS solar cells. The extracted parameters are compared to those calculated using other common methods, and the ideality factors and R-s values are quickly determined and found to be nearly the same as those extracted through illuminated I-V fitting and dark I-V fitting.         The Analysis of How the Ethnic Group Growth Effects Race Segregation and Population Growth in New York City

        Race has always been a main subject in social and economic factors. Even though the United States had many different types of ethnic groups, race segregation always existed. The different levels of race segregation can be measured by the dissimilatory index There are many changes in the ethnic groups" growth in New York metropolitan area. This research focuses on New York City counties. This main key point in this research is to measure the relationship between the ethnic group percentage change and the population growth and the dissimilatory index. This research has examined the relationship between the factors with regression analysis. Using regression analysis can conclude the relationship between these factors. In this research we will use the dissimilatory rate to look at the racial segregation changes in New York City. The findings of the research indicate that the ethnic group percentage change did not have an effect on the population growth in New York city. However, the change in percentage change in Asians and Hispanics had an effect on the dissimilatory rate. The conclusion can be seen as Asians and Hispanics caused the decrease in the dissimilatory rate in the counties in New York City.
