The recognition on leisure living which have been enjoyed by prestige level from popular persons is now widely spreaded in modern capitalism society and change of the leisure living influenced very much to the society and Industry. The 5 day work per week system expanded to the school and contemporary leisure living of the people is recognised as one culture with various contents. This change of leisure living made a recognition on the need for a space for leisure culture contents, which related to a creation of Complex-culture facility to contain various type of multiple leisure culture. The Complex-culture facility is mainly focused on the entertainment space with increased leisure living, which is consist of important element of the Complex-culture facility as performance space, exhibition, sports and shopping space to construct performance hall, theater, exhibition room, sports center, shopping mall, leisure space and plaza. This study, therefore, will Investigate on the function and value of color, and review on the cases of Complex-cultural facility and then choose a space of cultural element lack. It will recompose in Complex-cultural facility.

Generally, indoor thermal environment control consumes much energy in the building Appropriate performance evaluation of the building and HVAC facilities are achieved by an energy simulation The result Which does the energy simulation of property HVAC system in airport Primary, there seems to be reasonable method which save window conduction loads and solar radiation loads on the element for an energy saving Secondly, According to the existence of contact outside in building Loads, the Important factor of influence is divided into solar radiation, window conduction loads and interior loads(lighting, equivalent, occupancy etc) The last, the result which does the energy simulation of each HVAC system, CAV + V AV System is determined profitably in energy performance

The mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) plays a role in various cellu-lar phenomena, including autophagy, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Although recent studies have reported its involvement in nociceptive responses in several pain models, whether mTOR is involved in orofacial pain processing is currently unex-plored. This study determined whether rapamycin, an mTOR inhibitor, reduces noci-ceptive responses and the number of Fos-immunoreactive (Fos-ir) cells in the trigem-inal nucleus caudalis (TNC) in a mouse orofacial formalin model. We also examined whether the glial cell expression and phosphorylated p38 (p-p38) mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) in the TNC are affected by rapamycin. Mice were intraperi-toneally given rapamycin (0.1, 0.3, or 1.0 mg/kg); then, 30 min after, 5% formalin (10 μl) was subcutaneously injected into the right upper lip. The rubbing responses with the ipsilateral forepaw or hindpaw were counted for 45 min. High-dose rapamycin (1.0 mg/kg) produced significant antinociceptive effects in both the first and second phases of formalin test. The number of Fos-ir cells in the ipsilateral TNC was also reduced by high-dose rapamycin compared with vehicle-treated animals. Further-more, the number of p-p38-ir cells the in ipsilateral TNC was significantly decreased in animals treated with high-dose rapamycin; p-p38 expression was co-localized in microglia, but not neurons and astrocytes. Therefore, the mTOR inhibitor, rapamycin, reduces orofacial nociception and Fos expression in the TNC, and its antinociceptive action on orofacial pain may be associated with the inhibition of p-p38 MAPK in the microglia.

Thioredoxin-like protein 1 (TXNL1), one of the thioredoxin superfamilyknown as redox-regulator, plays an essential in maintainingcell survival via various antioxidant and anti-apoptoticmechanisms. It is well known that relationship between ischemiaand oxidative stress, however, the role of TXNL1 protein inischemic damage has not been fully investigated. In the presentstudy, we aimed to determine the protective role of TXNL1against on ischemic injury in vitro and in vivo using cellpermeable Tat-TXNL1 fusion protein. Transduced Tat-TXNL1inhibited ROS production and cell death in H2O2-exposedhippocampal neuronal (HT-22) cells and modulated MAPKsand Akt activation, and pro-apoptotic protein expression levelsin the cells. In an ischemia animal model, Tat-TXNL1 markedlydecreased hippocampal neuronal cell death and the activationof astrocytes and microglia. These findings indicate thatcell permeable Tat-TXNL1 protects against oxidative stress invitro and in vivo ischemic animal model. Therefore, we suggestTat-TXNL1 can be a potential therapeutic protein for ischemicinjury.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), such as Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), is a relapsing chronic inflammatory disorder of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract accompanied by abdominal pain and diarrhea. Although the exact cause of IBD is still unknown, genetic and environmental factors comprising dysbiosis of gut microbiota and impairment of intestinal mucosal barrier function have been considered for causing IBD. In this study, the L. paracasei LDTM7412 strain isolated from infant feces showed an anti-inflammatory effect in the RAW-264.7 murine macrophage cell inflammation model compared to L. rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103). Furthermore, the strain is suitable for probiotic properties based on safety assessment and intestinal adhesion ability. The results suggest that the strain L. paracasei LDTM7412 has the potential to treat IBD by alleviating intestinal inflammation as an alternative or assistant approach to ameliorate dysbiosis and reduce inflammation.
