      • 임상실습 교육개선을 위한 간호학생의 간호활동시간 분석

        신규간호사의 능력은 간호학생 때의 다양한 임상경험에 기초를 둔다. 따라서, 간호대학의 교수, 병원 지도자, 임상지도자는 간호학생들이 다양한 지식을 획득하고 간호기술을 경험할 수 있도록 도와주는 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 이러한 간호학생들의 임상실습에서 수행하는 간호활동과 간호활동 시간을 분석하고자 하는데 있다. 연구결과 간호학생 1인당 직접간호활동 시간은 185.5분(직접간호비율은 56.7%)으로 141.65분(간접간호 비율은 43.3%)인 간접간호활동 시간보다 많았다. 직접간호활동 시간 중 활력징후 측정이 51.9분으로 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였고, 간접간호활동 시간 중에는 차트보기가 22.98분으로 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였다. 전반적으로 기본적인 임상간호 수행기술에 소요되는 시간이 고도의 숙련된 간호기술을 수행하는데 드는 시간보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학의 지도자와 병원의 지도자 및 임상지도자가 함께 임상실습 교육과정의 지침서와 평가서를 평가할 필요가 있다고 제언하는 바이다. The competence of newly graduated nurses is based on various clinical experiences gained when they were students. Therefore, professors in nursing schools, directors in hospitals or preceptors must play a critical role in assisting them to obtain various knowledge and experienced nursing skills. The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing care activities and nursing care hours practiced by nursing students in clinical experience. The results of this study showed that the direct nursing care hours per each nursing student are 185.5 mins(direct nursing care rate 56.7%) and it is higher than indirect nursing care hours, 141.65 mins(indirect nursing care rate 43.3%). The hours of checking vital signs are the longest(51.9mins) among the direct nursing care activities, and the hours of reviewing chart are the longest(22.98mins) among the indirect nursing care activities. In general, the time of performing basic clinical nursing technique was higher than that of performing high skilled nursing technique. And nursing observation was higher than that of directly performing task. So, we suggest based on the results of this study as follows. It is needed for nursing instructors in nursing schools and hospitals together to evaluate the guidelines and check-list of clinical practice courses.

      • 일 전문대학 간호과 학생들이 인지하는 강의평가 기준에 대한 조사연구

        일개 전문대학 간호과 학생들을 대상으로 강의평가 기준을 파악하고자 하였다. 개방형 질문지를 이용하였으며 7개의 교수관련 강의평가 문항 각각에 대해 좋은 점수 및 나쁜 점수를 부여하는 기준을 조사하였다. 각 문항별로 다양한 기준이 확인되었으며, 간호과 학생들의 강의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 교수설계를 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. We aimed to set standards for the student evaluation of instruction for college students of Nursing. We used an open questionaire and surveyed the standards for how students judge the instruction good of bad by using seven questions related to the instructor. Various standards set from each question could be used as basic materials to meet the students' needs in the classroom when the instructors try to find out new instructional design.

      • SPOT기법을 이용한 수업분위기 활성화 방안

        Prefare : Education lies in the purpose of getting our lives to the standard of high quality. We are now in the threshold of the 21st century, full of hopes and excitement, which require us to march successfully toward new generation of information based upon knowledge and mental activity. That generation can never be generous enough to lead our teachers' lives in an easy-going style. We have to find out something, a pedagogical way of teaching technique, to meet students' satisfactory attachment. In this way, however, I believe that 'RECREATION' is a perfect means to attain such kinds of pedagogical goals, which is sure supposed to extend for students their social spirit and create a positive class atmosphere. The saying, "Human is an animal bring up with diversity only" can not be over estimated. If I take up one of it, SPOT -, which is supposed to include songs, hand-clapping, gymnatics, games, speech, is an effective to way to reach teaching goals. How SPOT is going! It means friendship among students with each other. It means encouraging students to be friends. It means purifying students mental activity. It means being free from strain or difficulties. Therefore, I would say that SPOT is essential for teachers to attain our teaching goals; we can perform it whenever, wherever, in an easy way. Moreover, if we use the SPOT technique, we do not need standard class materials, ie) books, tapes, etc. Accordingly, the result of demonstrative analysis for activation of class atmosphere shows that first, the effect of SPOT technique on education was very positive, and it turned out to be effective that the SPOT technique was used twice or three times a hour. Secondly, it is thought to be most effective when ST was applied for between 3 and 5 minutes and also, Spot Technique had the most effective impact on education with the use of such easy moves as hand-clapping, stretching, and gymnastics. Thirdly, in this context, it is thought that various contents of the SPOT technique, are designed to be used as frequently as possible, needs to be developed to activate the effect on Class. Finally, teachers need to constantly find new ways to help students improve their English. What is most essential for preparing SPOT is our originality to march toward the new generation successfully. What is secondly essential for SPOT is to be careful about students for the teachers watching them spending boring, during the class, that they are free from tediousness out of listening only in class. I hope teachers of the 21st century will be successful using SPOT, a newly devised teaching method.

        Steady component and unsteady component of second-order axial velocity within double inlet pulse tube refrigerators were obtained analytically. Second-order solutions were obtained from the first-order solutions of continuity, momentum and energy equations, assuming that the amplitude of the piston motion is small. The axial temperature gradient was considered in the analysis. The flow direction of the streaming was consistent with previous experimental observations. Effects of axial temperature gradient, piston frequency, velocity amplitude ratio and phase angle difference between the pistons on steady and unsteady second-order axial velocity were shown.

        Absorption process of water vapor into LiBr/water solution within a vertical tube absorber was investigated numerically. A film of LiBr/water solution flows down inside a vertical tube and the water vapor mixed with air flows concurrently with the liquid film. The coolant outside the tube flows counter-currently with the LiBr/water solution. The water vapor mixed with air as the non-absorbable gas is absorbed into LiBr/water solution film. The flow is assumed to be laminar and fully developed in both liquid and gas phases. The diffusion and energy equations were solved in both phases to give the temperature and concentration, from which heat and mass fluxes were determined. The coolant temperature and the wall temperature are obtained from the energy balance of the coolant. It was shown that the local absorption rate decreases as the mass fraction of air in the water vapor increases. The vapor pressure of water at the liquid-vapor interface reduces significantly since the non-absorbable gas is accumulated near the interface. Total absorption rate increases as the coolant temperature decreases since the rate near the liquid inlet increases as the coolant flow rate increases, but that near the liquid outlet decreases since the water vapor pressure decreases due to the larger absorption rate near the liquid inlet.

        As a method of heat transfer enhancement, octadecane was micro-encapsulated and added to water. The capsule wall was made of melamin. Its outer diameter was about 10㎛. 75% of the capsule mass was octadecane. The slurry did not show non-newtonian viscosity when the fraction of the capsules in the slurry was under 20%. Even though the pressure drop did not become high, but effective heat capacity was measured high. Nusselt number measured in the heating test section was similar with expected value when the octadecane was not melted, but higher than expected value when the octadecane was melted.

      • 부산지역 중학생의 식습관에 다른 영양지식과 식품기호도 조사 : 식습관에 관한 분석

        본 연구는 중학생들의 식습관과 영양지식이 균형 있는 영양 섭취와 건강 관리에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소임을 인식하여, 중학생들 외 영양지식 및 식습관 파 관련된 식품기호도를 분석하고, 각 요인 간에 상관관계를 조사한 그 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 조사 대상자의 인적특성에서 아버지의 연령은 '40 대 (83.7%)'로 가장 많았고, 어머니 역시 '40대 (72.0%)'가 가장 많았다. 교육정도는 아버지의 교육정도가 '대학교 졸업(54.8%)' 이 많았고, 어머니도 '대학교 졸업 (45.8%)'이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 형제 수는 2명인 학생이 69.3%로 가장 많았으며, 어머니가 직장을 가지는 경우가 64.7%로 조사되었다. 가정에서의 식사 관리는 대부분 '어머니(85.3%)'가 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, BMI가 '1 학년(20.3)', '2학년(21.3)', '3학년(20.7)' 로 나타났으며, 전체적으로 50.5%의 학생들이 정상 체중이었고, '저체중(26.5%)', '과체중(13.8%)', '비만(9.5%)'로 나타났다. 특히 1학년의 경우 다른 학년에 비해 저체중 비율이 34.5%로 가장 높았다. 영양지식은 부모로부터 접한다는 응답이 36.5%로 많았고, 어머니가 직장이 있는 경우 대중매체를 통해 영양지식을 접한다는 비율이 31.7% 로 높게 나타났다. 영양교육의 필요성은 전 학년의 72.2%가 필요하다고 하였고, '1 학년(80.5%)' 이 '2학년(66.5%)' 과 '3학년(69.5%)'에 비해 더 크게 인식 하고 있었다. 셋째, 조사 대상자의 90.2%가 아침식사를 한다고 응답하였다. 부연령과 부학력, 가계소득이 높을수록 아침식사를 하는 비율도 많아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 아침식사를 먹지 않는다고 답한 59명은 '시간이 부족해서(42.2%)' 라고 답했다. 간식횟수는 '가끔 먹는다(28.2%)' 고 하였고, 외식횟수는 '월 2-3 회(36.5%)' 로 가장 많았다. 편식의 유무는 48.8%가 편식을 하며, '맛이 없어서 (50.5%)' 라는 응답이 많이 나타났다. 식사 시간은 59.6%의 학생이 규칙적으로 식사하며, 식사량은 부모의 학력이 낮을수록 불규칙적인 식사형태를 보였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the nutrition knowledge, eating habits and food preference of middle schoolers. The subjects in this study were some middle schoolers in the region of Dongrae-gu, Busan, to whom school food service was provided. Their eating habits, nutrition knowledge and food preference were investigated. The findings of the study were as follows: 1) The largest number of their fathers were in 40s(83.7%), and the greatest number of their mothers were in 40s(72.0%) also. By academic credential, many of the fathers were college graduates(54.8%), and a lot of the mothers were college graduates as well(45.8%). The largest number of the students had two siblings(69.3%), and many of their mothers were working(64.7%). Their mothers were mostly in charge of their meals at home(85.3%). 2) The BMI of the seventh, eighth and ninth graders were respectively 20.3, 21.3 and 20.7, Overall, 50.5 percent had a normal weight. The rates of the underweight, overweight and obese students respectively stood at 26.5, 13.8 and 9.5 percent. Specifically, the rate of underweight was higher among the seventh graders(34.5%). The students whose mothers were working acquired relatively more information on nutrition through mass media(31.7%). As to the necessity of nutrition education, 72.2 percent felt the need for that, and the seventh graders(80.5%) more considered that to be relatively necessary than eighth(66.5%) and ninth graders(69.5%). 3) The 90.2 percent of the selected students had breakfast. The percentage of having breakfast was higher among the students whose fathers were older, whose fathers were better educated and whose household income was larger. Out of 59 students who didn't have breakfast, 42.2 percent cited time constraints as the reason. In regard to snack-eating frequency, 28.2 percent had a snack from time to time. The most dominant eating-out frequency was twice or three times a month(36.5%). As to unbalanced diet, 48.8 percent had an unbalanced diet, and percent did that because they found meals to be untasty. Concerning eating time, 59.6 percent took meals on a regular basis, and those whose parents were less educated had a more unfixed amount of meals.

      • 미립피복 로릭산 슬러리의 열물성치 및 겉보기 점도 특성에 관한 연구

        The objective of the present study is to reveal the thermal and flow characteristics of MC lauric acid slurry. The thermal characteristics of pure lauric acid and MC lauric acid were tested by a differential scanning calorimeter. The cooling curve of MC lauric acid showed a double curve, while that of the lauric acid showed a single curve. The effects of encapsulation was measured and explained. The flow characteristics of MC lauric acid slurry were tested by a capillary tube viscometer and a rotating cylindrical viscometer. The slurry showed shear thinning behavior, when the fraction of MC lauric acid is over 5%.

      • 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통한 치어사육용 다단계 배양시스템의 개발 가능성 탐색

        It was researched that the possibility for developing multistage culture system to cultivate larvae by computer simulation with basic experiments. This culture system was composed of 3 stages. Chlorella sp. at the 1st stage are being supplied to the rotifer(Brachionus plicatilis) at 2nd stage, and the rotifer are bing feeded to larvae at the 3rd stage. In this study, Chlorella sp. were cultivated by batch culture to search for the possibility of continuous feeding rate Chlorella sp., ???????? and ??(cells/hㆍrotifer) in the multistage culture system, then the change of the rotifer concentration at 2nd stage was simulated by computer. The required amount of rotifer for the growth of larvae was also increased as the increase of the length of larvae. On the 9th day of the culture, the rotifer uptake rate of larvae was 250(cells/dayㆍlarvae). Based on these basic experiments and results. It was suggested that the possibility of multistage culture system to cultivate larvae with continuous feeding of Chlorella sp. and rotifer.
