환경경영시스템의 효과 제고를 위한 환경측면 파악방법 연구

96년 ISO 14001 국제규격의 개발과 동시에 우리나라에서도 본격적인 환경경영시스템 인증제도가 시작되어, 기업경영에서 환경문제에 대한 적극적인 고려가 가시화되기 시작했다. 한편, 최근 사회적으로 환경에 대한 인식이 증가하면서 환경경영시스템 도입을 통해 이러한 인식에 부응하여 다양한 경영성과를 기대하는 조직의 요구도 커지고 있는 상황이다. 조직의 관점에서 경영성과란 결국 조직의 수익창출에 기여할 수 있는 성과를 거두는 것이기 때문에 환경경영시스템이 추구하는 목적은 환경영향의 저감을 통해 이러한 효과를 달성코자 하는 것이다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 조직이 발생시키는 환경영향의 요인, 즉 환경측면과 그 파악방법에 대한 이해를 통해 환경경영시스템의 효과 제고를 모색코자 한다.
방사선사진에서의 골질과 임상적으로 평가한 골질 분류의 상관관계

Purpose : To investigate the validity of digital image processing on panoramic radiographs in estimating bone quality before endosseous dental implant installation by correlating bone quality in radiographic images with clinical bone quality classification. Materials and Methods : An experienced surgeon assessed and classified bone quality for implant sites with tactile sensation at the time of implant placement. Including fractal dimension eighteen morphologic features of trabecular pattern were examined in each anatomical sites on panoramic radiographs. Finally bone quality of 67 implant sites were evaluated in 42 patients. Results : Pearson correlation analysis showed that three morphologic parameters had weak linear negative correlation with clinical bone quality classification showing correlation coefficients of -0.276, -0.280, and -0.289, respectively (p<0.05). And other three morphologic parameters had obvious linear negative correlation with clinical bone quality classification showing correlation coefficients of -0.346, -0.488, and -0.343 respectively (p<0.05). Fractal dimension also had a linear correlation with clinical bone quality classification with correlation coefficients -0.506 significantly (p<0.05). Conclusion : This study suggests that fractal and morphometric analysis using digital panoramic radiographs can be used to evaluate bone quality for implant recipient sites. 뇌졸중 환자에게 적용된 흡기근 훈련에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석 : 체계적 고찰

Purpose : This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of inspiratory muscle training(IMT) studies for stroke patients conducted over the past 10 years(2011–2020) in Korea. Methods : Previous literature was electronically searched using the RISS, KISS, KCI, and NDSL databases. Tree databases were searched for stroke IMT articles. A total of 12 studies were selected according to the PRISMA guidelines, and the Jeong’g qualitative evaluation criteria were used to refer to the checklist presented by the Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network. Results : Twelve studies met the criteria. In a qualitative evaluation on the papers, one study scored 8 out of 10, seven scored between 6 and 7, and four scored 5. Intervention sessions were conducted between 20 and 30 min, each at a frequency of three to five sessions per week, for a total of 4–8 weeks. The results indicated that IMT effectively improved respiratory function, physical activity, and respiratory muscle function in stroke patients. Conclusion : IMT was found to have a positive effect on respiratory function, physical activity, and respiratory muscle function in stroke patients.
골격근 근형질세망의 ATP유도 ^45Ca-uptake에 대한 Thapsigargin및 Vanillylnonanamide의 영향

To investigate the effect of thapsigargin(THP) and vanillylnonanamide(VN), derivative of capsaicin, on the ATP-induced ^45Ca-uptake in the sarcoplasmic reticulum(SR) of the skeletal muscle, the SR vesicles were prepared from the back muscle of the rabbit, and ^45Ca-uptake was carried out. The results as follows: ATP-induced ^45Ca-uptake of skeletal muscular SR was significantly increased by 1 mM ATP. It was significantly blocked by 5 μM THP, but slightly decreased by 20 μM VN. The combined effect of THP and VN on the 45Ca-uptake of the SR vesicles was much potentiated than the sum of each effect of them. The above results suggest that the action of VN, being slightly influential to ATP-induced Ca-uptake but potentiating the effect of THP on the Ca-uptake, might be related with direct perturbation of the SR membrane or exposure of the THP-binding site.

<P>The adsorption mechanism of thiourea (TU) and its effect on Cu electrodeposition were verified using TU derivatization. Contrary to the previously reported behavior of TU as an inhibitor, TU either promoted or inhibited Cu reduction according to the derivatization time. During the short derivatization time, the adsorbed TU with low surface coverage was oxidized to spontaneously reduce Cu<SUP>2+</SUP> to Cu<SUP>+</SUP>, thereby, accelerating the Cu deposition. However, TU inhibited the Cu deposition as the coverage of TU-Cu<SUP>+</SUP> increased with the derivatization time. Furthermore, a deterioration in the resistivity of the Cu film, which occurred when TU was added, was largely improved by the derivatization method while maintaining an enhancement in the film hardness. TU derivatization resulted in a 9.2% enhancement in the film hardness and only a 26.0% deterioration in the film resistivity compared to those of Cu films deposited in the absence of TU, which were not simultaneously obtainable upon the direct addition of TU to the deposition bath.</P>

Communication—Acceleration of TSV Filling by Adding Thiourea to PEG-PPG-SPS-I<sup>−</sup>

<P>The reduction of filling time is one of the current challenges in through silicon via (TSV) filling by Cu electrodeposition. Electrodeposition rate can be increased with higher current density; however, it can result in the formation of voids due to a negative shift in the potential, which can deteriorate the effect of organic additives for TSV filling. In this work, we introduce thiourea to increase the inhibition of additives on the side walls of TSV against Cu deposition. It was found that thiourea increases the inhibition effect of the suppressor, which leads to the reduction of filling time by half. (C) 2018 The Electrochemical Society.</P>
