        항암화학요법 관련 오심과 구토 완화를 위한 비약물요법에 관한 연구동향

        Purpose: Purposes of this study were to understand the current trends on complementary therapy in relieving chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and to suggest the future research direction. Method: Subjects were selected on CINAHL, MEDLINE, Korean Academy Data Base from 1980 to 2001 which used nausea, vomiting, chemotherapy and complementary therapy as key words in experimental studies. Eight korean articles and twenty-one international articles were analyzed in terms of general characteristics, research methods, and types of complementary therapy. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical methods. Result: Since 2000, researchers have more actively used complementary therapy. In subject characteristics, mean age was 35.5 years old, 45% of the researchers were performed with high level of incidence of chemotherapy induced vomiting, 14% of them set limit of consecutive cycle during research, and 65% of them did not comment the selecting criteria of sample. About 60% of them were designed post-test only control group: 35% used INV by Rhodes, 31% used Likert scale, and 24% used VAS for dependent variable. Muscle relaxation therapy was mostly applied for relief of nausea and vomiting. Conclusion: Further studies will be needed to control extrinsic variables affecting nausea and vomiting in research design and to accumulate evidence with studies applying various complementary therapies.

      • 알루미나-이트리아 미분혼합체에서의 YAG 상형성 거동

        YAG phase formation was studied during calcination of Y₂O₃ or Y hydroxide and nanosized Al₂O₃ powders with various crystal structure (AlOOH, γ-Al₂O₃, and δ-Al₂O₃). The results were compared with those of a mixture of Y₂O₃ and Al₂O₃ nanopowders. Phase development in the powders which had been calcined at temperatures between 600℃∼1200℃ was investigated with XRD. A mixture of nano Al₂O₃ and Y hydroxide powders showed YAG phase in addition to Y₂O₃ and δ-Al₂O₃ at 1200℃. The formation of YAG phase attributes to ease of the reaction between δ-Al₂O₃ nanoparticles and fine Y₂O₃ crystallites which had been decomposed from Y(OH)₃. Whereas, a mixture of nano Al₂O₃ and Y₂O₃ powders did not contain YAG because of slow solid-state reaction between powders.

      • 능동 필터가 결합된 Cascode형 Mixer의 이미지 제거 특성분석

        본 논문에서는 능동소자의 부성저항 특성을 이용하여 이미지 제거 필터기능과 믹서기능을 나타내도록 캐스코드결합 믹서를 설계하였다. 능동필터는 차단대역특성을 바이어스와 튜닝인덕턴스 및 캐패시턴스에 의한 최적화시켜 이미지신호 제거특성을 나타나도록 설계하였으며 설계된 캐스코드의 믹서에 국부발진주파수를 4GHz, RF입력신호를 5∼5.5GHz를 인가하였을 때 이미지대역은 2.5GHz∼3GHz에서 발생하였으며 출력단의 IF 주파수와의 비교에서 이미지신호제거능력은 대역내에서 -46dB을 보였으며 캐스코드 믹서의 변환이득은 1.3dB이었다. In this papaers, we designed the cascode mixer which have image rejection and active filter behaviors with negative resistance characteristics of active device. The designed active filter to have notched bandpass filter, is optimized the bias voltage, tunning inductance and capacitances to reject of image signal. The designed cascode mixer which is of 4GHz local oscillating frequency and 5∼5.5GHz RF input signal, image band of 2.5∼3GHz, shows -46dB of image rejection ratio and 1.2dB conversion gain on the band.

      • 탄소섬유/고인성 에폭시 수지 적층판의 모드Ⅱ 파괴인성 평가

        본 연구에서는 탄소섬유/고인성 EPOXY의 일방향 CFRP적층시험편에 대해 정적 ENF 시험 및 스프릿홉킨손봉법에 의한 동적 ENF시험을 하여 일방향 CFRP 적층판의 모드Ⅱ층간파괴인성치를 측정된 하중응답, 반력봉 반력의 J-적분과 시험편의 변위해석을 통하여 평가하였다 실험결과, 준정적 변위속도 δ = 5 × 10 근방에서 하중 최저점에서부터 하중의 진동이 발생하기 시작함을 알 수 있었으며, 또한 최저 측정점에서 하중점 변위속도의 증가와 더불어 동적 층간파괴 인성치가 증가함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, an investigation was performed on the dynamic interlaminar fracture toughness of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastics) composite laminates. Composite laminates used in this experimentation are CF/high toughness Epoxy Resin composite laminated plates. In the experiments, Split Hopkinson's Bar(SHPE) test was applied to dynamic and notched flexure test. The mode Ⅱ fracture toughness of each unidirectional CFRP was estimated by the analyzed deflection of the specimen and J-integral with the measured impulsive load and reactions at the supported points. As an experimental results, Loading vibrations are generated when quasi-static displacement velocity, δ becomes 5×10 from the lowest loading point. It is thought that the dynamic fracture toughness of specimens(CF/EPOXY) with the increase of displacement velocity becomes a little greater at a measuring point within the range of measurement.

      • 시멘트가 혼합된 다공성 세라믹스의 압축강도

        Porous ceramics mixed with cement were fabricated to develop lightweight insulation bricks and panels with low thermal conductivities. A fine mixture of potter's clay, kaolin, and clay was mixed with portland cement up to 10~50 vol%. Slurries were prepared by adding water and a foaming agent into the powder and ball milling. The foamed slurry was poured into a mold and cured at room temperature for 48 hrs. Samples were fired between 800℃~1000℃ and then compressive strengths were measured. Various sizes of pores were formed in the fired samples and the compressive strength was increased with firing temperature due to porcelain formed as a result of the reaction between cement and clay ingredients. The results of microstructure and strength showed that it is possible to fabricate porous ceramics from cement containing additives.

      • 3차원 레이저 진동 측정기를 이용한 초고속 진공청소기 모터의 진동특성분석

        Recently technology resulted in highly efficient and multiple-functional electric appliances considering environmental problems. One of the environmental problems is noise of a product in respect to its function. A vacuum cleaner is an essential electric appliance in our daily lives. However, severe noise resulted from high motor speed for improving the function of the appliance is a nuisance for the user. This noise is caused by vibration from various parts of the appliance and fluid noise during a series of intake and exhaust processes while rotating the impeller connected to the axle at a high speed of the fan motor inside the vacuum cleaner rotating around 30,000-35,000 rpm. Despite the fact that many researchers conducted studies on reducing the noise level of the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner, only few studies have been conducted considering both the theoretical and experimental aspects using fluid analysis by measuring vibration and noise. Moreover, there has not been a study that accurately compared major noise data obtained considering both of the aspects. In this study, both aspects were considered by considering the following experimental and theoretical methods to verify the major causes of noise from the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner.

        박달나무의 반형매 가계간 Cd Phytoremediation과 축적 특성

        The main purpose of this study was to select a B. schmidtii population which has high cadmium tolerance and remediation and to determine the difference of cadmium uptake patterns among populations. One-year-old B. schmidtii seedlings were treated with 0, 0.4, 0.8mM CdSO₄ *3/8H₂O for two months. Cadmium concentrations in different positions of stem and cadmium concentrations and contents of leaves, stems and roots were analyzed. Also soil cadmium concentrations were analyzed. B. schmidtii was highest in root and lowest in shoot tip, showing a gradual decrease from root to shoot tip. The shoot to root Cd concentration ratios were over 1.26. It is concluded that B. schmidtii has good potential for phytoextraction as a shoot accumulator, which can be used for remediation of cadmium-contaminated areas. But tolerance differs between populations. Therefore B. schmidtii should be used as a means of phytoremediation after selection for Cd tolerance is performed.

      • 골뱅이(Buccinum Undatum) 알레르기 : 감작률과 다른 음식물 항원과의 연관성 Sensitization rate and its relationship with other food allergens

        Background : The common whelk (Buccinum undatum) is one of the largest and most common snails in the North Atlantic. In Korea and Japan, common whelk is a popular eatable shellfish. Although shellfish has been known as the one of the most common causes of food allergy, there has been no published report on allergenecity and clinical significance of this sea snail. In this study, we determined the sensitization rate to common whelk and its relationship with other food allergens in allergy patients. Method : We carried out the skin prick test (SPT) with commonly consumed food stuffs in Korea including common whelk in 1700 patients over 1 year. The specific IgE to common whelk were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ELISA inhibition test using sensitized sera was conducted. Results : SPT to common whelk was positive (≥2+) in 83 (4.9%) patients studied. Twenty-four (38.7%) of 62 SPT-positive patients had high serum specific IgE to common whelk. ELISA inhibition test showed significant inhibitions by abalone as well as by common whelk and, minimal inhibition were noted by shrimp. Significant correlation was also noted in specific IgE levels between common whelk and abalone (r=0.58, F<.05). Conclusion : IgE-sensitization rate to common whelk was 4.9% in allergy patients. Further stuides are needed to evaluate the clinical significance of sensitized patients to common whelk, and to confirm a cross reactivity with abalone. (J Asthma Allergy Immunol 24 : 77-84, 2004)

      • 화농성 견관절염의 관절경적 처치

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of arthroscopic drainage in the management of septic arthritis of the shoulder. Materials and methods : The cases of nine septic glenohumeral joints were evaluated. Each patient was treated by arthroscopic irrigation and necrotic synovectomy, combined with parenteral antibiotics. Result In five of nine shoulders in which treatment was begun four weeks or less after symptoms appeared, a satisfactory functional outcome was obtained, while four patients who were treated after a delay of more than four weeks had poor results. Conclusion : The most significant factors leading to poor results of treatment were delay in instituting treatment, virulence of the infecting organism, and a serious process of underlying disease. Arthroscopic drainage is a valuable procedure for the treatment of the septic arthritis of shoulder. Arthroscopic drainage is a method that has proved effective, with minimal morbidity, in attempts to cure septic arthritis of the shoulder.

      • 곡률을 갖는 복합적층쉘의 에너지 흡수특성 및 충격손상

        본 연구에서는 CFRP 복합재 적층쉘 형상의 구조부재 설계 시 고려해야 할 고강성, 고강도 측면을 중점으로 2개의 계면수를 갖는 직교이방성 CFRP 복합재 적층쉘에 대하여 횡방향 하중 정적실험 및 ANSYS를 이용한 유한요소해석을 행하여 직교이방성 적층쉘의 역학적 특성을 실험 및 유한해석을 통하여 고찰하고자 한다. 또한, 곡률의 크기에 따른 CFRP 적층쉘의 충격특성을 정량적으로 평가하기 위하여 충격속도의 크기에 따른 에너지 흡수특성 및 충격손상기구를 규명하고자 한다. 정적실험의 경우보다 FEM해석의 경우가 약 25%∼35% 정도 높게 나타났고 충격에너지가 증가할수록 박리현상은 선형적으로 증가하였으며, 같은 충격에너지 범위라 할지라도 곡률 반경이 증가할수록 흡수에너지는 증가하였다. Centering on high rigidity and intensity 'to be considered in the design of sub-materials of the perpendicular anisotropic CFRP composite material laminate shells with two interlaminar number, this study performed width-direction load static experiments and the finite element method using the ANSYS to examine dynamic properties of perpendicular anisotropic laminate shells. Also, to evaluate the impact property of the CFRP laminate shell according to size of curvature quantitatively, it was to identify energy absorption and impact damage instruments according to size of impact speed. Absorption energy of the .FEM analysis was about 25-35% higher than that of the static experiment and the more impact energy increased, the more damage area increased linearly. Despite of the same impact energy range, the more curvature radius increased, the mere absorption energy.
