      • 濟州島의 淡水魚類相에 關하여

        趙載潤 濟州大學 海洋資源硏究所 1980 해양과환경연구소 연구논문집 Vol.4 No.-

        1. 1979年 3月부터 同年 10月까지 濟州島內 淡水魚類相을 調査하기 爲하여 河川및 貯水池 等 15個 地域에서 採集을 實施하였다. 2. 本調査에서 14科 21屬 23種의 淡水魚가 棲息하고 있는 것이 밝혀 졌다. 3. 23種중에 一生을 淡水에서 지내는 純粹한 淡水魚가 무지개송어, 잉어, 붕어 버들치, 기름종개, 미꾸리, 쌀미꾸리, 드렁허리, 파랑볼우럭(Blue gill)等 9種, 降河魚가 뱀장어, 무태장어等 2種, 遡河魚가 은어, 밀어, 꾹저구, 살망둑, 검정망둑, 미끈망둑 等 의 6種이며, 海産魚로서 淡水나 汽水域에 들어오는 것이 학공치, 숭어, 농어, 살벤자리, 알롱잉어, 복섬 等의 6種이었다. 4. 純粹한 淡水魚 9種中에 무지개송어, 잉어, 붕어, 기름종개, 미꾸리, 쌀미꾸리, 파랑볼우럭 等 7種은 다른 곳으로 부터 移殖된 것으로 推定되며 나머지 버들치와 드렁허리는 元來부터 濟州島에 棲息하던 種으로 思料된다. 5. 天然記念物로 指定된 무태장어는 北濟州郡 舊左面과 全南 長興, 慶北 盈德에서도 採集된 例로 봐서 西歸邑 天池淵瀑布(St. 11) 뿐만 아니라 濟州島內 河川과 沿岸의 湧泉水가 나는 地域이면 어디든지 棲息할 可能性이 매우 높다. A survey on the freshwater fish fauna on Jeju island was undertaken over a period of 8 months from March to October 1979 at 15 station on Jeju island. It was verified that 14 families, 21 genera, 23 species are inhabited on Jeju island according to this survey. Of 23species, 9 species are pure freshwater fish( Salmo gairdneri irideus, Cyprinus carpio, Carassius carassius, Moroco oxycephalus, Cobitis taenia, Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, Lefua costat; Monopterus albus and Lepomis macrochirus), 2 species are catadromous fish (Anguilla japonica and A. marmorata), 6 species are anadromous fish( Plecoglossus altivelis, Rhinogobius brunneus, Chaenogobius annularis, C. castaneus, Tridentiger obscurus and Luciogobius guttatus), and 6 species are peripheral fish(Hemiramphus sajori, Mugil cephalus, Lateolabrax japonicus, Therapon jorbua, Kuhlia marginata and Fugu niphobles). Of 9 pure freshwater species, 7 species of them are Salmo gairdneri inideus, Cyprinus carpio, Carassius carassius, Cobitis taenia, Misurnus anguillicaudatus, Lefua costata and Lepomis macrochirus, which were originated from other places while 2 species of them, Moroco oxycephalus and Monopterus albus are native species on Jeju island. It seems that Anguilla marmorata, a natural monument, could possibly inhabit not only Cheonji-cheon(St.11), Seogwi-po, but other steams or spring water areas along the shore on Jeju island.

      • 내열성 액정 고분자의 합성 및 복합재료

        A new thermotropic liquid crystalline copolyester(TLCP) was synthesized by condensation polymerization of 2,6-naphthalene dicarbonyl chloride with the corresponding diol having a tetramethylene and a hexarnethylene group. The blends of the TLCP with PEN were prepared by the coprecipitation from a common solvent. The TLCP and blends (2, 5, 10 and 20wt% TLCP) were characterized in terms of their thermal, mechanical properties and morphology. The TLCP in the melt state showed nematic mesophase identified by thread-like optical texture. The glass transition temperature (T_(g)) and cold crystallization temperature (T_(c)) of PEN in the blends decreased with increasing the content of TLCP and the TLCP acted as anucleating agent for the matrix polymer. Interfacial adhesion between the TLCP and PEN seemed to be poor. The modulus of TLCP/PEN blends was enhanced as the TLCP content increased.

        Radiofrequency ablation(RFA), as a form of minimally invasive therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, has become an important treatment modality. Because of limitation of surgery, RFA has become standard therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in some situations. But there are some complications of RFA such as bleeding, infection, hematoma, adjacent organ thermal damage including intestinal perforation, needle track seeding, and so on. There are few reports in the literature that systematically evaluate the incidence of needle tract seeding and its associated risk factors. And only 2 cases of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA were reported in Korea. We report a case of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA.

      • 펄프 叩解科程中 發生되는 微細纖維의 構造(I) : 針葉樹 펄프 Softwood Pulp

        펄프 고해과정중 발생되는 微細織維를 究明하기 위하여 시간별로 TMP, KP를 고해하여 濾水度 변화, 微細織維발생량 및 형태에 대하여 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.고해시간이 길어지면 濾水度, 微細織維 발생량은 증가되고, 섬유의 朶軟性 차이로 KP보다 TMP가 높았다. 2.고해에 의해 발생되는 微細織維는 절단된 朶細胞 破片과 細胞壁 2次壁의 마이크로휘브릴이다. 3.TMP, KP에서 발생된 微細細胞의 종류는 同하지만, 형태에서는 差異點을 보이고 있다. 印解가 진행되면 朶細胞는 小片化되고, 마이크로휘브릴은 切斷, 細分化된다. 4.印解初期에 발생된 微細織維는 1, 2次壁이 共存하지만, 印解가 더 진행되면, 1, 2次壁이 分離되었다. The freeness variation, the fine fibers occurrence and type were examined to investigate characteristics of fine fibers produced by beating during TMP(Thermomechanical Pulp) and KP(Kraft Pulp)processes. According to increased the beating time, the freeness and the fine fibers occurrence were gradually increased, and TMP showed higher freeness and occurrence than KP due to the difference on fiber softness. In addition, the fine fibers produced by beating were generally cut parenchyma cell and microfibrils of secondary wall. The kindness of fine fibers produced by TMP and KP processes were similar, but the types were different. At initial stage of besting, the primary and secondary walls of fine were coexisted. but as the beating was more processed, those primary and secondary walls were separated each other.

      • 펄프 고해과정중 발생되는 미세섬유의 구조(II) : 활엽수 펄프 Hardwood pulp

        Freeness occurrence and types of deciduous fine fibers depending on beating time were examined to evaluate morphological characteristics of fine fibers produced by beating of Kraft pulp(KP) processes. The results were as foltows; As the beating time was increased, freeness and occurrence of fine fibers were gradually increased. The fibrillation of fiber was started at 20 minutes(22˚ SR) after beating, and the cell wall was destroyed or cut after 70 minutes(67˚ SR). Fine fibers produced during beating were composed of microfibrils from wood fibers, fragments caused by vessel destruction, and parenchyma cells. At initial stage of beating, the primary and secondary walls of fine fibers were coexisted, but as the beating was more processed, fine fibers which were composed of secondary wall were increased, indicating of destruction of secondary cell wall. The morphological change of parenchyma cell was not occurred by beating.

        본 연구에서는 S/W 기반 음악작곡법과 작곡된 음악을 기반으로 한 동영상 편집기술에 대해 기술하였다. 이번 컨텐츠의 결과물은 미디로 작곡된 음악에 동영상관련 S/W를 활용한 동영상을 조합한 것으로, 누구나가 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 컴퓨터음악 작곡과 영상편집에 대한 배양이 주제이자 목표이다. In this paper, the scheme of music composition which is based on s/w system, and the skill of moving image edit is presented. The result of this contents informs the mixture of a composed music by the Midi program and a moving image for using by the s/w system, also guides many students that the computer music composition and image edit is not a difficult sphere. Experimental results showed that more effective approach than traditional method for music composition and image edit.

      • 林産油脂樹種의 利用에 관한 硏究(Ⅳ) : 쉬나무 種實의 成分分析 Analysis of Component in Evodia daniellii Hemsley Seed

        林産油脂의 資源活用을 위한 쉬나무 種實에 대한 脂肪酸 分析結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 쉬나무 種實의 化學的 組成은 組蛋白質 함량이 16.20%, 組脂肪이 52.45% 炭水化物이 18.70%, 分이 1.56%이였으며 物理-化學的 組成에서는 比重이 0.916, 屈折率이 1.4722, 酸價가 16.63, 비누化價가 191,11, 요오드價가 134.60, 過酸化物價가 15.30으로 나타났다. 總脂肪酸 組成에서 linolenic acid, linoleic acid와 oleic acid가 대부분을 차지했다. 그리고 總脂質중에서는 中性脂質이 95.1%로 가장 많이 나타났으며 脂質의 構成을 보면 中性, 糖脂質에서는 linolenic acid, linoleic acid 대체로 높은 含量을 보인 반면 燐脂質에서는 palmitic acid가 가장 높게 나타났다. We investigated the composition of chemical components of Evodia daniellii Hemsley seed. The chemical compositions of Evodia daniellii Hemsley seed consisted of 4.83% of moisture, 16.20% of crude protein, 52.45% of crude fat. 18.70% of carbohydrate and 1.56% of ash. The physico-chemical characteristics of the seed oil were determined as follows : specific gravity, refractive index, acid value, saponification value, iodine value and peroxide value were 0.916, 1.4722, 16.63, 191.11, 134.6 and 15.30, respectively. The lipids in the crude oil were almost composed of neutral lipids. The seed contained 6 different kinds of fatty acids which were linoletic acid, linolenic acid, oleic acid, lauric acid, palmitic acid and palmitolic acid. The content of linoleic acid in total lipid, neutral lipid and glyco lipid is the highest than that of other lipid. On the other hand. The content of palmitic acid in phospho lipid is the highest than that of other lipid.

      • 林産油脂樹鍾의 利用에 관한 硏究(I) : 사람주나무 鍾實의 成分分析 Analysis of Component in Sapium japonicum Seed

        林産油脂의 資原活用을 위한 사람주나무 種實에 대한 脂質 및 아미노산, 비타민等의 分析 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 사람주나무 種實의 化學的 組成은 組蛋自質 19.21%,組脂肪 62.35%, 炭水化物이 13.43%, 灰分이 1.90%이였으며 物理-化學的 組成에서는 比重이 0.928, 屈折率이 1.4768, 酸價가 2.35, 비누化價가 190, 요오드價가 126, 過酸化物價가 86.75로 나타났다. 그리고 總脂質중에서는 中性脂質이 93.8%로 가장 많이 나타났고 脂質의 構成을 보면 中性, ??, 燐脂質 모두 linolenic acid, linoleic acid와 oleic acid 대체로 높은 含量을 보였으며 總脂肪酸 組成에서도 linolenic acid, linoleic acid와 oleic acid가 대부분을 차지했다. 試料의 구성 아미노酸 分析에서는 필수 아미노酸을 포함하여 16種으로 構成되어 있었으며 이중 glutamic acid가 27.26%로 가장 높게 나타났고 다음은 aspartic acid가 14.47%의 含量을 보였으며 proline는 存在하지 않았다. 그리고 비타민 分析에서는 비타민 A, B_2, C, E의 4種類가 함유되어 있었으며 이 중 비타민 C가 가장 많은 含量을 보였다. We investigated the composition of chemical components of Japanes Sapium seed. The chemical compositions of japanese Sapium seed consisted of 3.20% of moisture, 19.21% of crude protein, 62.35% of crude fat. 13.43% of carbohydrate and 1.90% of ash. The physico-chemical characteristics of the seed oil were determined as follows: specific gravity, refractive index, acid value, saponification value, iodine value and perozide value were 0.928, 1.4768, 2.35, 190, 126 and 86.75, respectively. The lipids in the crude oil were almost neutral lipids. Also it contained all essential fatty acids. The seed contained 8 different kinds of fatty acids which were linoleic acid, linolenic acid, oleic acid, lauric acid, plamitic acid, stearic acid, penta decanoic acid, icosanoic acid. The seed contained 16 different kinds of amino acids and 4 different kinds of vitamin(A, B_2, C, E). The content of glutamic acid is the highest than that of other amino acids.

      • 히스토아크릴을 이용한 십이지장 궤양 출혈의 지혈 후 발생한 급성췌장염

        Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is common and potentially life threatening medical emergency. Emergency endoscopy is the first choice of diagnostic and treatment measure for patients with active upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Histoacryl should be considered a second-line treatment modality when conventional treatments were failed. However, it might cause several complications. Herein, we report a case of acute pancreatitis developed after histoacryl injection therapy for active duodenal ulcer bleeding. A 71-year-old man was admitted with melena and hematemesis. On emergency endoscopy, a 2 cm sized active ulcer with bleeding from an exposedvessel was seen at the duodenal bulb. Attempts to arrest the bleeding with hemoclipping and submucosal epinephrine injection were tried, but failed. We changed the method to endoscopic histoacryl injection, and obtained hemostasis immediately. A few hourslater, after successful hemostasis, patient complained diffuse abdominal pain. Ultrasonography revealed hyperechoic heterogenous diffuse pancreatic enlargement and right pararenal space fluid collection, this ultrasonographic findings and elevated serum pancreatic enzymes are compatible with acute pancreatitis.

      • 靭皮纖維에 關한 硏究(I) : 靭皮纖維의 形態的 特性 The Morphological Properties of Bast Fiber

        靭皮纖維의 特性을 究明하기 위하여 닥나무, 뽕나무, 삼지닥나무, 산닥나무의 인피섬유에 대하여 形態 및 細胞壁 特性을 檢討한 結果는 다음과 같다. 樹皮率은 樹齡이 增加 될수록 감소되는傾向을 나타내고, 삼지닥나무와 산닥나무가 닥나무와 뽕나무 보다 높았다. 纖維長 및 纖維幅은 닥나무와 뽕나무가 삼지닥나무와 산닥나무보다 길고, 넓었다. 4樹種 靭皮纖維의 纖維長은 木村纖維보다 길고, 뽕나무科 靭皮纖維의 纖維폭은 針葉樹 假導管보다 작고 闊葉樹 木纖維와 비슷하며 팥꽃나무科 靭皮纖維는 假導管과 木纖維의 폭보다 작았다. 4樹種의 靭皮纖維는 纖維表面에서 壁孔이 確認되지 않았고, 2次壁이 존재하고 있는 것이 확인되었다. 靭皮纖維의 細胞壁은 木村纖維의 細胞壁과 다른 細胞壁이 두껍고 細胞內腔이 작은 細胞가 分布되어 있다. In order to evaluate characteristics of bast fiber, the types and the cell wall properties of various bast fibers originated from Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. Morus alba var, romana Loddiges, Edzeworthia papyrifera Sieb. et Zucc. and Wikstroemia irichotoma makino. In the other hand, Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb. et Zucc. and Wikstroemia trichotoma Makino. The pits were not find in fiber surface of bast fibers from 4 species, but the presence of secondary wall was surely confirmed. The cell wall structure of bast fiber was a little different from that of wood fiber.
