The purpose of this study is to discover the architectural type of 「Il-joo-moon」 It deals with 「Il-joo-moon」 that has been built before 1910 in Gyoung-sang province. This study analyzes type of member, jointing method, frame structure method by dividing 「Il-joo-moon」 into four parts such as roof, bracket system, frame structure, podium. The results of this analysis are as follows 1) Roof: The 「Pal-ssac」 style of roof and the 「Matt-bae」 style of roof are dominant and double caves mainly appears. 2) Bracket system: The arrangement of bracket system can be divided into one-line-arrangement and two-line-arrangement. As far as 「Chul-mock-soo」 concerned, 3 or 4 「Chul-mock-soo」 is predominent. 「Tong-jae-gong」 has been used to connect front and back bracket system for some 「Il joo-moon」. When it comes 「jae-gong」, 「Sue-soe」 style, 「Yon-bong」 style and 「Yon-hwa」 style are mainly seen. 3) Frame structure: There are 5 forms in classifying frame structure depending on the jointing method of main-column, diagonal member, sub-column etc. and weight transmission method. 4) Podim: Natural foundation stone is majority. It is judged that 「Il-joo-moon」 has no podium or natural ones, however, it has recently been converted into artificially processed podium in many cases.
야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

김치의 발효과정 중의 품질의 변화에 대하여 측정한 결과 온도가 5℃에서 20℃로 높아질수록 숙성속도가 빠르고 발생한 gas의 양도 많았지만, 일정기간 통안 발효가 진행된 후에는 gas의발생량이 줄어들었다. pH와 환원당량은 gas가 발생하는 특성과 유사하게 발효초기에만 급격히 떨어지고 발효가 진행될수록 변화가 적어지는 특성을 보였으나, 온도에 따른 최종측정치의 변화는 보이지 않아 gas가 발생하는 특성과의 차이를 보였다. 산도의 증가 형태 역시 gas의 증가 형태와 매우 유사하게 온도가 높아질수록 숙성속도가 빨라졌지만 최종 산도의 값은 각 온도별로 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 총균수는 gas 발생량의 변화와 비례관계는 보이지 않았지만 gas의 생성속도가 느려졌을 때 그 수가 줄어들었고 숙성 중 젖산균수의 변화는 총균수의 변화와 매우 유사한 경향을 보였다. 초기 젖산균수가 급상승하여 비슷한 수준을 유지할 때 gas는 초기젖산균수에 맞춰 증가하다가 젖산균수가 비슷한 시기일 메에도 젖산균의 증식이 계속되어 비교적 gas의 증가가 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. Effect of gas on quality of Kimchi was investigated at different fermentation temperatures. During Kimchi fermentation, the amount of gas, total numbers of viable cells, numbers of lactic acid bacteria and acidity increased but pH and reducing sugars decreased in all temperatures. The amount of gas increased with increasing fermentation temperature but the final volume of gas was not significantly different. Acidity, reducing sugars and pH showed similar patterns with gas production. The amount of gas was not depend on total numbers of viable cells but highly influenced by the numbers of lactic acid bacteria. This study provides the fundamental information on the relationship between fermentation temperature and shelf-stability of Kimchi.

To investigate nutrient dynamics of the lake and fish community, both water and fish samples were collected at three different areas (dam site, upper inflowing and downstream of lake outfow) for one year from Sep.2004 to Aug.2005 During the experimental periods, mean concentration of chl, a in epilimnetic layer (0-5m) was 18.5mg^(-3) and transparency ranged from 0.3m to 2.4m, respectively. In nutrient, mean concentrations of TP and TN were 111 mgP m^(-3) and 4.4 mgN L^(-1), respectively. Based on the water quality standard suggested by U.S.EPA(*1976), the trophic state of Lake Doam was classified as eutrophic state. Total number of fish collected in Lake Doam was 9,600 indiveduals in 26 species of 6 family. Sixteen of Korean endemic soecies including H. mylodon, A. signifer, P. tenuicorpa occurred. O. mykiss as introduced fish was also found in Lake Doam. Dominant and subdominant species were P. herzi and Z. platypus that took about 34.6% and 22.5% of total fish composition, respectively. Six species including A. signifer. P. tenuicorpa. and R. kumgangensis were rare in Lake Doam. Pelagic typw of figh commonly occurred at upper regions, whereas benthic type was mainly domenated at downstream area. Therefore, pollution source inflowed from the upper regions did not seriously affect downstream area (Songcheon water system) due to the role of dam as pollutant barrier. In addition high appearance of Comat type of fish that si hybrid between gold fish (C.auratus) and C. auratus was found in the lake, It was unclear the reasons that high prorortion of mutant species apperared in the lake. Further more researches are required in this area.

Eighteen patients took Moclobemide for 6 weeks, who had been diagnosed as major depression based on DSM-Ⅲ-R and had had more than 16 points on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. After medication of Moclobemide, they were evaluated by the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and in terms of sleep, vigilance, performance, social interactions and drive. The results were as follows ; 1. The average dosage of Moclobemide was 400±89 ㎎. 2. Antidepressant effect were checked on the all items of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and prominent on the items of work and activities, insomnia, suicide, somatic symptoms. 3 There were obvious changes of the antidepressive effect by the evaluation of the doctors and patients at 4 weeks after the medication of Moclobemide. 4. In the patients, 61% had positive effects on the sleep. 94% no negative effects on the vigilance. Nobody has negative effects on the social interactions and drive. 5. Side effects or physical disturbances induced by Moclobemide were not found. According to these results, it seemed that Moclobemide had clear antidepressant effects, few negative effects on the life of day time, positive effects on the sleep and somatic symptoms.
Coevaporation에 의한 cd₁-xZn_(x)S 박막 제작 및 특성에 관한 연구

In this paper, structural optical and electrical properties of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films prepared by coevaporation method were studied. Also, effects of ZnS mole ratio(x) to CdS on properties of thin film Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells were investigated. When the ZnS mole ratio was less than 0.85, the crystal structure of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films was hexagonal with the c axis aligned perpendicular to the substrate. For x>0.85, however, the Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films were grown with cubic zincblende structire. As the ZnS mole ratio increased the lattice constant of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films rapidly increased with ZnS mole ratio. The open circuit voltage of Cd₁xZnxS/CdTe solar cells increased with x due to reducing of the electron affinity difference between Cd₁xZnxS and CdTe films. However, the increase of series resistance due to the high resistivity of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films results on reducing conversion efficiency.
