        혈관과증식을 동반한 구개부 선방세포암의 치험례

        Vascular lesions of the oral and maxillofacial area is interesting to clinicians because it is difficult in management and has poor prognosis. There have been attempt to classify vascular lesion and recently new classification is introduced that have two basic entities, 1) hemangioma, 2) vascular malformation. It is useful that evaluation of lesion, treatment planning and predicting on prognosis. But vascular lesion is still difficult to clinicians about treatment. A case of acidic cell carcinoma combined with hypervascularity arising on the hard palate in a 28-year-old woman is reported. We mistook it for vascular lesion because of hypervascularity. The clinical and histologic feature are described. Literatures about neovascularization of tumor & acidic cell carcinoma are reviewd, too. And we attempt to solve the problem of hypervascularity.

      • 최적설계 기법을 적용한 1톤 운반차용 P.T.O축 및 트랜스미션 개발에 관한 기초연구

        Now, power tillers and cultivators which are spread among fruit tree households have usage, low application, and high accident risk. Therefore, the development of multi-purpose work vehicles is needed as an alternative for these problems. Especially, easy usage and the ability to easily change gears when driving and the development of the P.T.O for various tasks such as pruning, water lifting, pest control, application and, mowing are needed. In this research, we will develop a transmission with design on P.T.Oaxle for agricultural work vehicles including multi-purpose vehicles. We aim to develop a 4-wheel drive transmission of synchronous contact type for practical use in fruit tree households which is required to be a large-sized agricultural vehicle. Therefore, we have per performed as follows that are composed of load capacity from 500kg to 1,000kg, safety securing for passengers, and drive securing under bad conditions of the topography slope and swampy land and the rest. For this purpose, we have developed a prototype vehicle through strength analysis of transmission design. we have selected optimal design conditions (Optimal RPM and torque according to some works) on the power transmission with multi-purpose vehicle for various jobs: spraying, manure spreading, mowing, brush wood chopping. If development of the P.T.O containing variable RPM and torque is successful, the following tasks can be possible. Air pruning, air maintenance, water lift, pest control, application, mowing, spraying, and brush wood chopping are possible with this developed P.T.O. Methods and contents for research are followed. Therefore, we have achieved performance-tests through the prototype of the multi-purpose work vehicle and have improved on troubles by the analysis of results of R&D. Also, we provided solutions to problems in mass production in the future.

        <P>Water enables the highly challenging enantioselective Michael addition of sterically congested β-trifluoromethyl-β-aryl- or -alkyl-substituted nitroolefins with dithiomalonates. Under on-water conditions, the reaction rates were remarkably accelerated as a result of enforced hydrophobic interactions between catalysts and reactants. Takemoto-type thiourea catalysts are very effective for this transformation, affording highly enantioenriched Michael adducts that provide simple access to chiral γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) analogues with a β-trifluoromethylated quaternary stereocenter.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        스핀-궤도토크에 의한 2단 전극 소자에서의 다중 자구벽 주입기

        We performed micromagnetic simulations on a multiple magnetic domain wall injector in a two-terminal device where a magnetic gradient is implanted at one end. In the magnetic gradient region, successive up-down magnetization is generated by the spin-orbit torque and, in turn, injected into the magnetic wire with a strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, resulting in multiple domain propagation. We found that the threshold current for the multiple domain injection is minimized when an effective magnetic anisotropy at the end becomes nearly zero. As the effective anisotropy becomes more negative, the threshold current increases with a magnetic anisotropy gradient because the gradient acts as a barrier to the domain injection. Our result provides design rules for the optimized magnetic anisotropy gradient for the multiple domain generation and injection.

        계단 주파수 레이더에서 VMD 방식을 이용한 이동표적의 속도 추정 및 도플러 주파수 보상 기법 분석

        계단 주파수 레이더(Stepped Frequency Radar : SER)는 송신신호의 펄스 수 및 주파수 증가분에 의해 수신기에서 넓은 합성대역폭 성능을 구현함으로써 높은 거리분해능을 얻을 수 있다. 그러나 이동표적(moving target)을 탐지할 경우 표적이 가진 시선속도(radial velocity)에 의해 거리-도플러 결합(range-Doppler coupling)이 발생되며 이로 인해 거리추정 결과가 부정확하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 이동표적에 대한 높은 속도추정 정확도와 그 추정된 속도를 이용한 도플러 주파수 보상이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수신신호의 시간영역에서 도플러 주파수의 선형적인 위상 특성을 얻기 위한 방안으로 제안되었던 Velocity Measurement Data(VMD) 방식의 신호처리 알고리즘 분석을 통해 일정한 속도를 가지는 이동표적에 대한 정확한 거리추정을 위해서 요구되는 속도추정 정확도 및 도플러 주파수 보상방법을 제시하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 이를 검증하였다. A Stepped Frequency Radar(SER) can achieve high range resolution by implementing wide synthetic bandwidth performance at the receiver by the number of pulses and frequency increments of the transmitted signal. However, when a moving target is detected, range-Doppler coupling occurs due to the radial velocity of the target, which results in inaccurate range estimation results. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to compensate the Doppler frequency using the estimated velocity with high accuracy for the moving target. In this paper, we analyze the signal processing algorithm of the Velocity Measurement Data(VMD) method, which was proposed to get linear phase characteristics of Doppler frequency in the time domain of the received signal. The methods regarding velocity estimation accuracy and Doppler frequency compensation for accurate range estimation of the moving target with constant velocity are presented and verified through simulation.

      • Is it Advertising or R&D that Helps Loss Firms.

        본 연구는 손실기업에서 광고선전비와 연구개발비의 지출이 기업가치 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 표본기간은 2006년부터 2017년까지이며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 광고선전비와 연구개발비의 지출이 기업가치 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구결과 광고선전비 지출의 경우가 연구개발비 지출의 경우보다 기업가치에 더 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 광고선전비의 지출은 경영성과에 양의 영향을 미치고 있으나, 연구개발비의 경우는 음의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 손실기업의 광고선전비와 연구개발비가 기업가치 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 결과, 손실기업에서 연구개발비는 기업가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 경영성과에는 연구개발비가 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 손실기업과 이익기업의 집단을 구분하여 광고선전비와 연구개발비가 기업가치 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 결과, 이익기업에서는 광고선전비와 연구개발비 모두 양의 영향을 미치고 있으나, 광고선전비가 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 경영성과에 있어서는 광고선전비만 양의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해 손실기업에서는 광고선전비와 연구개발비 모두 기업가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 광고선전비가 더 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 그러나 경영성과에 있어서는 연구개발비의 지출이 음의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigated the effects of advertising and R&D expenses on firm value and performance. The Sample data collected from listed companies on Korean Exchange from 2006 to 2017. The result of our study were in first, we found that advertising expense had a more significant effect on firm value compared to R&D expense. Futhermore, while advertising expense had a positive effect on firm performance, R&D expense on the other hand, found out to have a negative effect on firm performance. Second, in the case of loss firms, after investigating the effect of advertising and R&D expense on firm value and performance, it was found that R&D expense had a positive effect on firm value, but it had a negative effect on firm performance. Finally, as we grouped firms in to loss firms and profit firms and investigated the effect of advertising and R&D expense on firm value and performance, in the case of profit firms, expense on both factors positively effected the firm, but especially advertising expense had more influence compared to R&D. Advertising was also the expense that a positive effect on firm performance in case of profit firms. In the case of loss firms however, it was investigated that advertising and Advertising expense had a positive effect on firm value, but R&D had more influence compared to advertising. However, in firm performance, it was investigated that R&D expense had a negative effect.
