        문화 커뮤니케이션을 위한 기업전용서체 개발에 관한 기초연구 -엔스크린(N-screen)제품 전용서체 중심으로-

        커뮤니케이션 디자인은 브랜드가 살아남기 위한 과정인 커뮤니케이션, 상품력, 혁신의 3가지 요소를 융합하여 브랜드를 성공으로 이끄는 중요한 수단으로 사용된다. 기업전용서체는 소통을 위한 문자인 동시에 커뮤니케이션 수단으로서 시각적 형태의 중요한 축으로 단순한 서체개발에서 벗어나 제품에 까지 적용되는 디지털과정을 거쳐야하며, 나아가 문화 커뮤니케이션 디자인으로서의 역할을 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 N-screen제품에 맞는 기업전용서체 개발의 필요성, 범용성 확보와 함께 디지털 디바이스 환경에서의 서체 디자인프로세스를 개발하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 엔스크린에 맞는 형태에 대한 가설 및 디지털 환경변화에 따른 서체의 최적화에 대한 기술적 근간을 통하여 실 개발사례(L전자)에 잘 적용 되었는지를 검증하였다. 더불어 N-screen 제품 환경에 맞는 문화 커뮤니케이션 수단으로서 기업전용서체 개발에 새로운 기초연구의 틀로 활용 되었으면 한다. With regards to a brand’s survival, the process requires three elements of communication, commodity power and innovation working together, and a communication design is used as an important means to lead the brand to success in this process. Corporate-exclusive fonts are texts for communication as well as a way of cultural communication in this sense. As an important axis to visual formats, the development of corporate-exclusive fonts is not just the creation of new handwritings, but it can play the role of designing cultural communication as it goes through the digitalizing process applied to products. Based on the necessity for corporate-exclusive fonts for N-screen, the needs to secure versatility and the font-design process that fits the digital environment. It is wished that this is used as a new frame for the development of corporate-exclusive fonts, through the technical basis for the optimization of the fonts according to the hypothesis and validate the digital environment of the form that is well applied to the actual case, which are the means of cultural communication applied to N-screen products.

        세균성 복부 대동맥류 1예 보고

        The mycotic aneuryms of the adbominal aorta is still uncommon disease and requires a concentrated efforts to diagnose, treat and follow the patient due to its rarity and septic nature. The causative organisms appear to be changed lately from the dorninance of Salmonellas to Staphylococci. Also surgical treatment became in favor of resection and in situ placement of graft over the classic approach of ligation, debridement and extraanatomical bypass. The duration of the administration of antibiotics postopertively has not been established yet. A 56 years old male patient with infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm infected with Salmonella group-B was sucessfully treated recently at Yonsei University Medical Center. Since Salmonellosis is not uncommon problem in our country, this entity should be considered in a patient with fever, abdominal pain and palpable abdominal mass. The case is reported with review of literatures.

        Metocurine Iodide 와 Vecuronium Bromide 의 분할 투여방법이 안압에 미치는 영향

        We measured the intraocular pressure changes in forty female patients (aged from 20 to 50) without a history of ocular or cardiovascular disease who were classified physical status 1 and 2, and scheduled for elective surgery. They were divided into 4 groups. Group l (n=10); metocurime 0.03 mg/kg as a priming dose and metocurine 0.27 mg/ kg as a intubating dose. Group 2 (n= 10); vecuronium 0.008 mg/kg as a priming dose and vecuronium 0.072 mg as a intubating dose. Group 3 (n=10); vecuronium 0.008mg/kg as a priming dose and metocurine 0.27 mg/kg as a intubating dose. Group 4 (n=10); metocurine 0.03mg/kg as a priming dose and vecuronium 0.072 mg/kg as a intubating dose. In this study, metocurine and vecuronium were used with the priming principle. We also measured changes in blood pressure, pulse rate and T1% of Train of four stimulation and evaluated the discomfort after the administration of the priming dose and the difficulties of intubation. The results were as follows, 1) Compared with the control value, there was no increse in intraocular pressure following intubation in all four groups and intraocular pressure of 2 and 4 minutes following intubation decreased significantly in all four groups. The greatest decrease was seen in group 3, but it was not significant when compared to the other three groups. 2) While a transient increase in blood pressure was seen in all four groups, the lowest increase was seen in group 3 as compared to the control value. Blood pressure 4 minutes following intubation decreased significantly in grop 3. 3) A significant decrease in the T1% of the Train of four stimuli at one minute after administration of the intubating dose was seen in group 3 compared to the other three groups. 4) Group 3 showed the lowest number of difficult intubation. In conclusion, the combination of vecuronium and metoeurine with the priming principle provide optimal conditions for smooth and rapid intubation with no elevation of intraocular pressure, blood pressure and heart rate changes for ocular surgery.

        살충제 Monocrotophos 가 흰쥐에 대한 독성 및 혈액중 Cholinesterase 활성도에 미치는 영향

        殺蟲劑 Monocrotophos의 毒性評價를 위하여 흰쥐에 1∼4주동안 투여후 急性 및 亞急性 毒性檢定 그리고 血液性狀 및 血漿中 Cholinesterase(ChE)를 測定하여 그 變化를 究明 하므로서 農藥中毒에 對한 基礎資料를 얻고자 本 試驗을 實施한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. Monocrotophos의 急性經口 半數致死 藥量(LD_(50))은 흰쥐에서 암, 수 各各 5.1, 8.7㎎/㎏이었고 腹腔內 投與時에는 암컷이 4.9㎎/㎏ 수컷이 6.0㎎/㎏ 이었다. 2. Monocrotophos는 經口에 6.4㎎/㎏, 腹腔內 4.0㎎/㎏ 投與時에 4時間이 지난후 암, 수 모두의 血漿 ChE 活性度를 最大로 抑制 시켰고 投與 24時間 以後부터는 점차 回復 되었다. 3. Monocrotophos를 흰쥐에 4週間 經口投與 할 때 3.5㎎/㎏/day 投與群에서는 對照群에 比해 암, 수 모두 體重增體量과 수컷에서 사료섭취량이 현저하게 減少 되었다. 4. 약제 投與時에는 血漿 ChE 活性度를 크게 抑制시켰으나 投與 中斷후에는 2週가 지나면서 거의 回復되었다. 5. 藥劑投與된 쥐의 赤血球, 白血球, Ht値, Hb量에 對한 血液狀 變化는 거의 없었다. The acute oral, intraperitoneal and subacute toxicity of monocrotophos, an insecticide, was studied in albino rats. The acute oral LD_(50) values for female and male rats were 5.0㎎/㎏ and 8.7㎎/㎏, respectively. Conversely the intraperitoneal LD_(50) values for female and male rats were 4.9㎎/㎏ and 6.0㎎/㎏, respectively. Plasma cholinesterase (ChE) activity in rats treated with a single dose was the most depressed 4 hours after administration, but returned to normal within 72 hours of administration. Significant depression of body weight gain and food consumption was observed in rats receiving the 3.5㎎/㎏/day dose level for 28 days as compared with the controls. Additionally plasma ChE activity depression was also observed.

        Metoclopramide 가 Succinylcholine 투여후 1 Hz 단순 연축 높이 소실후 재현까지의 시간에 미치는 영향

        Although it has been accepted that metoclopramide provides the effects of antiemetics, enhance- ment of intestinal motility and acts as antagonist on dopamine receptor, there is still controversy over inhibitory action of plasma cholinesterase. We examined the effect of preoperative intravenous administration of metoclopramide 10mg (group 2,4) on the duration of neuromuscular block induced by an intubating dose (1 mg/kg) of succinylcholine. Forty female adult patients were devided into four groups, scheduled for cesarean section (group 3,4) or other elective operations (group 1,2). The 1 H₂single twitch height of the adductor pollicis muacle was recorded on paper to 1 H₂single twitch stimulus by a nerve stimulator (Accelograph). The patients in group 2 and 4 received metoclopramide 10 mg i.v followed by succinylcholine 1mg/kg, and the patients in group 1 and 3 received succinylcholine 1mg/kg alone. The time from disappearance of 1 H, single twitch height to reappearance of that did not significantly differ tween group l and 3. However, there was significant prolongation of the time from disappearance of 1H₂single twitch height to reappearance of that in patients who received metoclopramide followed by succinylcholine in group 2 and 4. Also, we examined the effect of preoperative intravenous administration of metoclopramide 10mg on the duration of neuromuscular block by 0.5mg/kg of succinylcholine in twenty female patients for elective operations (group 5,6). There was no significant prolongation of the time from disappearance of 1 H, single twitch height to reappearance of that.

        UIC518 방법에 의한 국내 및 프랑스 고속철도 차량 진동가속도 분석

        궤도틀림은 직접 궤도검측을 통해서도 평가가 가능하지만, 차체 진동가속도의 계측을 통해서도 간접적으로 관리상태 를 파악할 수 있으며, 최근 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 간접적인 방법을 통해 국내 경부고속철도 자갈궤 도의 유지보수 수준을 조사하고 평가하기 위하여, 국내 경부고속철도와 프랑스 고속철도(TGV)의 차체 진동가속도 계측을 수행하고 UIC518 규격에 제시된 방법에 따라 차체 진동가속도 계측 데이터에 대한 신호처리를 수행하였다. 차체 진동가속도 는 차량의 주행속도에 따라서도 영향을 많이 받으므로, 신호처리된 계측결과를 속도대역별로 구분하여 상하방향 차체가속도 및 좌우방향 차체가속도의 크기에 따른 빈도분포를 계산하였다. 이렇게 계산된 빈도분포로부터 차량 주행속도에 따른 차체 진동가속도의 분포특성을 조사하고 UIC518에 제시된 기준과 비교하였다. 또한, 경부고속철도와 프랑스 고속철도의 상하방 향 및 좌우방향 차체가속도의 빈도분포에 대한 정량적 비교분석을 수행하고, 국내 경부고속철도 자갈궤도 구간의 궤도틀림 관리수준을 평가하였다. Track irregularities can be evaluated not only directly by track inspection but also indirectly by measurement of carbody accelerations and many researches are being conducted. Carbody accelerations were measured on the Kyeongbu high speed railway and France high speed line to investigate the situation of the track maintenance at Korea high speed line by using indirect method. Digital signal processing for the measured acceleration data were conducted according to UIC518 code. Since the vehicle speed affects the car body acceleration, the lateral and vertical acceleration of the car body were classified according to the vehicle speed and the distribution characteristics of these acceleration were investigated and evaluated by UIC518 criteria. Finally, the running behavior of KTX on Korea high speed railway were compared with that on France. Distribution characteristics of these acceleration were evaluated and discussed in terms of the track maintenance in Korea high speed line.

      • 3-Trolley Portainer Crane 운전 시뮬레이터의 개발

        항만에서, 빠른 시간내에 많은 양의 컨테이너 박스를 운반하는것이 곧 비용 절감이다. 이를 위해서는 크레인의 성능을 미리 예측을 할 수 있어야 한다. 특히 새로운 크레인을 제작할때, 실제 시험을 해본후 그 성능을 알아내기란 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 컴퓨터상에서 이를 미리 시뮬레이션하여 그 성능을 알아낸다면 여러면에서 비용절감의 효과를 얻을수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 하나의 Trolley에 의해 운전되는 크레인보다 더 나은 성능을 위해 설계된 3-Trolly Portainer Crane을 시뮬레이션하는 소프트웨어를 개발했다. 이것은 3개의 Torolley가 동시에 작동하여 하나일때보다 더 빠른 시간에 작업을 완수할수가 있다. 이 사실을 시뮬레이션을 통해 증명하고, 다양한 결과 자료를 이용해서 실제 이 크레인의 제작에도 상당히 도움이 될수 있다. 또한, 3개가 동시에 움직여서 각 구간별 소요시간의 측정이 문제가 되지만, 이것을 하나의 task로 미리 계산할 수 있는 방법을 고안, 적용하여 완수 하였다. In the port, it is a reduction of cost to load or unload many containers quickly. To do so, we should predict the performance of crane. Therefore, if we could simulate a crane operation and estimate the performance by the computer system, we can obtain a benefit of cost. In this study, we developed an operation simulator system of the 3-Trolley Portainer Crane which is designed for more efficeincy. Conceptually, the 3-Trolley Portainer Crane is operated concurrently by 3 trolleys, so it is faster than 1-Trolley Portainer Crane. We proved that through the simulation. It will be useful to manufactrue 3-Trolley Portainer Crane with many results from this software system. Also, the problem that must be calculated in parallel is solved by a single calculation method which we developed.
