        오대산국립공원 내 뱀류 로드킬 분포현황 및 발생예측 모델링

        오대산국립공원 내 뱀류 로드킬의 발생 경향 파악 및 예방을 위하여 2006-2017년 사이 공원 내에서 발생한 뱀류 로드킬 자료를 확보 및 분석하였고, 잠재적 발생지 예측을 위하여 종분포모델을 제작하였다. 연구기간 동안 뱀류 로드킬은 600m 대의 양쪽 환경이 산림-수계인 도로에서 가장 많이 발생하였다. 모델링 결과에서 뱀류 로드킬 발생 가능성은 고도 700m 이하의 하천과의 거리가 25m 부근인 완만한 경사의 도로의 로드킬 발생확률이 높게 나타났다. 국립공원 내 주요 로드킬발생 예측지역은 국도 6호선 도로 위 공원 남쪽 경계로부터 약 2.2km 지역과 약 11.7km 지역이, 지방도 446호선 도로 위 공원 남쪽 경계로부터 약 3.44km 지역이었다. 본 연구결과는 해발고도 700m 이하 수계와 인접한 도로 주변에 우선적으로 대체 일광욕 장소, 생태통로 및 도로의 유입을 막는 울타리의 설치가 산림에서 뱀류 로드킬을 줄이는 효과적인 방안이 될 것을 제시한다. In this study, we collected snake roadkill data from 2006 to 2017 and developed a species distribution model to identify the pattern of snake roadkill and predict the potential hotspot of snake roadkill in the Odaesan National Park of South Korea. During the study period, snake roadkills occurred most frequently on the road, which passes through between forest and stream at an altitude of about 600 m. The modeling result showed that the occurrence probability of snake roadkill was high on a road with a gentle slope at a distance of 25 m from the stream and an altitude of 600 m. The most susceptible regions for snake roadkill in the Odaesan National Park were located on National Route 6, about 2.2 km and 11.7 km away from the southern border of the park, and on Local Road 446, 3.44 km away from the southern border of the park. The results of this study suggest that providing alternative basking places and eco-corridors and installing protection fences that block the inflow of snakes into roads, preferentially around roads and streams at an altitude lower than 700 m would be an effective way of reducing snake roadkill in the Odaesan National Park.

      • 성선자극호르몬유리호르몬 길항제인 Antide가 수컷 생쥐의 유해감각예민도에 미치는 영향

        To investigate testosterone effect on nociception, tail flick latency(TFL, sec, 50±1℃) was measured before and after administration of antide(a gonadotropin releasing hormone antagonist) in male mice(Institute of Cancer Research, age of 7-8 weeks, weight 30.5-37.5gm). Testosterone replacement effect on TFL was also examined in antide pre-treated male mice. Experiment 1:30 male mice were randomized into 3 groups(N=10 each). Antide 100㎍/kg, 300㎍/kg or same volume(5.7ml/kg) of 0.2% bovine serum albumin was administered intraperitoneally. TFL was measured before and at 3,6, 9, 12 and 24 hours after injection. Experiment 2 : 40 novice male mice were randomized into 2 groups(N=20 each) and both groups were pre-treated with antide 300㎍/kg i.p.6 hours after antide injection, testosterone 1mg/kg or same volume(5.7ml/kg) of sesame oil was administered i.p. TFL was measured before and 6 hours after antide pre-treatment and 30 min after testosterone/vehicle injection. 1) TFL was significantly shortened by antide in dose dependent manner, In control group, baseline TFL(mean±SD) and those measured at 3,6,9,12 and 24 hours after injection were 4.8±0.7, 5.6±0.7, 5.3±0.6, 5.4±0.6 and 4.7±0.6 sec, respectively. In antide 100㎍/kg group, TFLs were 5.2±0.9, 5.1 ±1.1, 4.2±0.9, 4.4±0.8, 5.1±0.8, and 4.7±0.8 sec, respectively. Compared with baseline, significant hyperalgesia appeared 6 and 9 hours after treatment. TFL measured at 6 hours after treatment was significantly shorter than control. In antide 300㎍/kg group, TFLs were 5.6±0.4, 4.5±0.9, 4.3±0.6, 3.9±1.0, 4.6±0.8 and 4.7±0.9 sec. Significant hyperalgesia appeared 3 hours after treatment and continued thereafter. TFLs measured at 3, 6 and 9 hours after treatment were significantly shorter than control, and TFL at 9 hours was significantly shorter than antide 100㎍/kg group. 2) Hyperalgesia induced by antide pre-treatment was recovered by testosterone replacement. In control group. TFL was shortened by antide pre-treartment(baseline : 6.1±1.0 sec ,6 hr after antide : 4.7±1.0 sec) and there was no significant change after vehicle injection(4.6±0.8 sec). In testosterone group, shortening of TFL induced by antide pre-treatment(baseline: 6.2±0.8 sec; 6 hr after antide: 4.6±0.9 sec) disappeared after testosteronen replacement(0.6±0.8sec). From these results, it is suggested that testosterone has a role of maintaining baseline antinociception and acute decrease in testosterone level results in hyperalgesia.

        분석결과 검증 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 실험실간 협력 실험

        The residual study of pesticide has been used in various areas, such as food safety, environmental protection, establishment of tolerance, and explaining the pathway and reaction mode of pesticides, and its importance was expected to increase further more. The aspect of food safety, the pesticide residue survey have been practiced at many organizations, but there were no verification of analytical results at present. In this experiment, we focused on instrumental stability, including response of each instrument and the recovery ratio of each organization's method. As samples for this experiment, we prepared cucumber and sesame, and chose 4 pesticides (bifenthrin, chlorpyrifos, diazinon, and ethoprophos), which were mostly detected from pesticide residue survey and widely used for each crop. The standard deviation of peak areas in the chromatogram of each pesticide were under 1.212 %, so it showed that most instruments were stable. The relationship of recovery ratio of each organization were over 0.996 for every pesticide and each organization. Finally, the analytical results for pesticide residue from each participated organization were not statically significant and we could put confidence in the result from each organization.

        특성 길이를 이용한 평직 복합재 볼트 체결부의 강도 예측

        A study on predicting the joint strength of mechanically fastened woven glass/epoxy composite has been performed. An experimental and numerical study were carried out to determine the characteristic length and joint strength of composite joint. The characteristic lengths for tension and compression were determined from the tensile and compressive test with a hole respectively. The characteristic lengths were evaluated by applying the point stress failure criterion to a specimen containing a hole at the center subjected to tensile loading and a specimen containing a half circular notch at the center subjected to compressive load. The joint strength was evaluated by the Tsai-Wu and Yamada-Sun failure criterion on the characteristic curve. The predicted results of the joint strength were compared with experimental results.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze economic effects of supercomputing power in KISTI(the center of Knowledge Information Infrastructure), to anticipate the effects in the future and to provide some suggestions for the supercomputing policy in order to achieve national competitiveness in the 21st century. One of the most important conditions for the formation of knowledge-information infrastructure is to possess supercomputing power. It the capacity to produce and use highly value-added knowledges and information that determines the winner and loser nation in the future soicety. The ability of the government to build supercomputing power for producing, circulating, and using knowledges and information is so important as to determine national fate. The supercomputing power in KISTI has produced such economic effects as reduction of cost, increase of sales, reduction of property damage to people.

        SiC(3C) ?? 광다이오드의 Spectral Response (SR) 및 그 최대값의 변화를 기하학적 구조 및 전기적 물리상수의 변화에 따라 파장의 함수로 계산하여 그 결과를 반도체물리학 실험교육을 위한 교육자료로 활용할 수 있도록 예시하였다. 광다이오드의 최대 SR은 접합깊이, 광다이오드의 기하학적 구조, ??- 및 p-층의 도핑농도, 비반사층의 두께등의 변화에 의하여 조절되었다. 적절히 선정된 변수들로부터 계산된 SR의 최대값은 400 nm에서 약 0.90이었고, 파장영역 250∼500 nm 사이에서 청색 및 근자외선 광검지기로서 매우 유용하다. We have illustrated the variation of spectral response (SR) and the peak response of a SiC(3C) photodiode as an educatuional material for experiment of semiconductor physics about the n+- photovoltaic detection. The SR of a SiC(3C) n+-/p photodiode has calculated as a function of various optimal design parameters. The wavelength at which the peak response occurs can be controlled by varying the junction depth, the geometric structure of the photodiode, the doping concentrations of the p-layers and the p-layers, and the thickness of the anti-reflective layer. The SiC(3C) photodiode can detect both blue and near UV radiation. The peak response calculated for properlychosen parameters was about 0.90 near 400 nm. We expect a good photoresponse in the SiC(3C) homostructure for the wavelength range of 250∼500 nm.

        This study was undertaken to isolate and identify the gram positive bacterial flora in the rumen of Korean native goat. The results which were obtained in this experiment are as follows : 1. The gram negative cocci which were isolated are Veillonella alcalescens, Megaspharea elsdenii and Quin's Oval. The M-VS medium and PMS medium could be used successfully as a selective medium for the isolation of Veillonella and Megasphaera in the rumen, respectively. 2. The gram negative rods which were isolated are Bacteroides ruminicola subsp. ruminicola, Bacteroides ruminicola subsp. breuis, Bacteroides succinogenes, Fusobacterium necrophorum, Butyriuibrio fibrisoluens, Succinimonas amylolytica, Selenomonas ruminantium and Clostridium clostridiiforme. The CC-NBGT medium and FS medium could be used successfully as a selective medium for the isolation of Bacteroides and Fusobacterium in the rumen, respectively.
