      • 활성탄소섬유에 의한 색도제거에 관한 연구 : 위생매립장에서 화학적으로 처리한 침출수를 대상으로

        The activated carbon fiber(ACF) was used to remove color of leachate in sanitary landfill. Leachate treated with polymer coagulant was employed as the samples for the present with polymer coagulant was employed as the samples for the present study. The average COD_Mn of the samples was 117.8 mg/ℓ and the color was 300 degree, which was measured by use of light transmittancy in the range of 400~650nm. The physical properties of ACF were measured in terms of BET sufrace area and average pore-size, and its values were respectively 1465㎡/g, 14 A°. Experimental results of color removal test in the present study show that color substances adsorption by ACF if influenced by the BET surface area and pore size distribution of adsorbent. When 100㎖ of the sample was passed through the adsorption column packed with 1.5g of ACF, removal rate of organics determined by COD was 84.1%, and color degree decreased from 300 to 56 providing a 81.3% color removal. The results shows that COD is correlative to the color degree. At pH 11, there was much more removal than at pH 3. The alkaline pH value for color removal is much significant because that of landfill leachate is in the range of 8~11. The results showed that adsorption treatment by ACF could be practically effective on the color removal to satisfy the 200 color degree of the legal standards. But the processed and costs of adsorption treatment by use of ACF should be broadly discussed.

      • 40K 이하에서 YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x) 박막의 XPS연구

        The Y-Ba-Cu-O thin films were prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) method on SrTio_3(100) substrates at 650℃ without postannealing using β-diketonate chelate compounds as source materials. Tc and microstructure were investigated by use of Ac-four prove technique, X-ray diffraction method(XRD), and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Also XPS measurements were performed in the normal and superconducting state with ESCA/Auger system(VSW) under UHV conditions below 1x10 exp (-10) Torr using an A1-Kα source(1486.6eV). The spectral changes below 40K were analyzed for the valence band and XPS core spectra of Ba 3d_5/_2. The experimental results showed that when the YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-X) thin film was cooled to 40K remarkable changes were found in the valence band as well as the core level spectra. This suggests that XPS study of High-Tc superconducting materials should be performed at liquid nitrogen or liquid helium temperature.

      • 악성 혈액질환에서 성공적인 동종골수이식 후 숙주 기질 미세환경의 구축

        인체의 골수는 간엽모세포를 함유하고 있으며 이들은 골수미세환경의 주된 세포들로 분화가 가능하여 조혈기능을 지지한다. 본 연구에서는 성별이 다른 동종조혈모세포이식 환경에서 조혈모세포의 완전 생착을 보이고, 이식 후 1년에서 8년이 지난 11예의 재생불량성 빈혈 및 백혈병 환자들을 대상으로 하여 골수에서 MSC를 분리하고 체외 확장을 통해 배양된 MSC에서 X 염색체 탐식자를 이용한 FISH 및 microsatellite polymorphism PCR 기법으로 그 기원을 확인하였다. 그 결과 조혈모세포는 완전히 공여자 기원으로 대치되었음에도 불구하고 MSC는 모두 수여자 기원임을 알 수 있어, 동종조혈모세포이식에서 미세환경의 구축은 수여자의 자가 생산에 의한 골수 간질세포에 의한 것으로 생각된다. Background: Human bone marrow (BM) contains mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) that can differentiate into various cells of mesenchymal origin. It remains a matter of controversy whether donor-derived stromal cells are capable of engraftment following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) or not. Methods: To determine if donor-derived stromal cells are transferred to the recipients of allogeneic HSCT, we investigated the characterization of MSC in 11 patients 1 to 8 years after sex mis-matched allogeneic HSCT in severe aplastic anemia and leukemia. Results: All patients had complete engraftment with donor- derived stem cells as shown by detection of donor type DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Following culture, MSC showed the expression of SH2 and SH4, but none of the hematopoietic markers of CD14, CD34, or CD45. MSC which can be differentiated to osteogenic lineage showed the genotype of recipient completely using FISH or PCR analysis. Conclusion: This study confirmed that MSC isolated from recipients of allogeneic HSCT in severe aplastic anemia and leukemia are not of donor genotype despite of full hematopoietic engraftment with donor type. Donor cells did not contribute to reconstitute the marrow microenvironment.

      • 수평횡파형 유도초음파 산란에 대한 혼합형 경계요소 모델링

        Overlap에서의 유도 초음파 산란에 대한 정량적인 예측을 가능하게 하고 유도 초음파를 이용한 효율적인 NDE가 overlap 구조물들에서 수행되어지기 위해서 혼합형 경계요소법을 이용하였다. 다양한 joint를 가진 다층 구조물에서 적절한 모드를 선택하고 주파수를 조정함으로써 수행되어졌다. 두께의 차이에 의한 전달과 반사의 값들의 변화를 살펴보고 정해진 형상에서의 주파수 증가와 다수의 파동을 포함한 긴 overlap 길이를 가진 모델에 대한 산란 선도의 변동을 보여주게 된다.

      • 발화합성법으로 제조한 Y계 고온초전도체의 특성에 관한 연구

        Since the discovery of high critical temperature superconductors, many other fabrication methods have been developed. In this paper High -Tc Superconductors YBa_2Cu_3O_7-x were prepared by pyrophoric synthesis method as it was reported that it had the advantage of homogeneous mixing in liquid phase through the chemical reaction and it was possible to prepare fine powder below 1 ㎛ using Y_2O_3, BaCO_3 and CuO powder. To investigate characteristics of the specimens the particle size distribution, crytal structure, surface morphology, critical transition temperature(Tc), and levitation force(F_L) were determined by various analyzers such as SEM, XRD, Particle Sizer, and Ac-four point prove method. The experimental results can be summerized as follows: particle size of the fine black brownish powder with a very low density through phrophoric synthesis method was submicron bellow 0.4㎛. Tc over 92K observed in the samples by phrophoric synthesis method indicated a somewhat similar value comparing to that of specimen by the conventional solid reaction method. However levitation force showed a low value comparing to that of the solid-reaction method.

        화학증착법으로 890℃에서 SrTiO_3(100) 기판에 제조한 90K-YBa_2Cu_3O_6+x 박막을 10^-4 Torr의 진공 상태에서 10분 동안 1keV - Ar^+ 이온으로 조사하였을 때, 지금까지 보고된 중성자, 전자, X-선 및 γ-선 등이 고온초전도체에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구결과와는 다르게, 이온조사 이전의 시료보다 전이온도가 오히려 증가하였다. 또한 XPS 스펙트럼에서 Cu-스펙트럼 크게 변하였으며, 이것은 이온조사에 의해 초전도체의 Cu의 원자가가 변하였음을 의미한다. The 90K-Y123 thin films were prepared by Chemcal Vapor Deposion on SrTiO3 (100) substrates at 890℃. The effects of irradiation, Ar^+1 ion beam (1keV), of the high-T_c superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_6+x(Y123) has been studied by Ac-four prove technique, X-ray diffraction method, and X-ray phothoelectron spectroscopy measurements. The ion beam irradiation slightly increased T-c of YBa_2Cu_3O_6+3. Changes in the Cu2p satellite emission were observed.

        Air-coupled 트랜스듀서를 이용한 발전설비 배관에서의 유도초음파 모드 규명

        발전설비의 중요한 요소인 배관의 효율적인 비파괴검사를 위해, 배관내에 유도초음파를 comb 트랜스듀서를 이용하여 발생시켰으며, 유도초음파를 비접촉 방식으로 수신하기 위해 ACT(air-coupled transducer)를 적용하였다. comb 트랜스듀서의 요소간격과 이론적인 분산선도로부터 발생가능 한 유도초음파 모드가 예측되었다. 또한 예측된 모드를 수신하기 위해 각 모드의 이론적인 위상속도를 이용하여 ACT의 수신 각도를 결정하였다. 수신모드의 특성을 규명하기 위해 웨이블릿 변환과 2D-FFT를 이용한 시간-주파수해석을 수행하여 이론적인 분산선도와 비교한 결과, 수신된 모드는 이론적으로 예측된 모드와 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. In order to inspect the piping effectively, one of the important components in the facility of power plants, the ultrasonic guided wave was generated by a comb transducer and was received in a non-contact fashion by using an air-coupled transducer. The guided wave modes that can be generated by the comb transducer in piping are predicted from the theoretical dispersion curves and the element spacing of a comb transducer. Moreover, to receive the specific modes, the receiving angle of the air-coupled transducer is calculated from Snell's law between the phase velocities of guided waves and the sound velocity of air. The guided wave modes obtained in experiments are identified from the result of time-frequency analysis such as wavelet transform and two-dimensional fast Fourier transform.

      • 흰쥐 앞뇌중격부의 콜린성신경세포에서 Nerve Growth Factor 및 Galanin 의 공존

        Mammalian forebrain septal area, which is closely concerned in learning and memory, contains a lot of cholinergic neurons. It has been well-known that these neurons have high levels of some neurosubstances including acetylcholine. It has been reported that galanin as a neuromodulator/neurotransmitter and a nerve growth factor(NGF) as a neurotrophic factor are densely localized in rat forebrain septal area. However, the precise localization, co-localization and correlation between these neurosubstances have not been clearly elucidated yet. To identify the co-localization of these substances in rat forebrain septal area, immunohistochemistry using antibodies to choline acetyltransferase(ChAT), NGF and galanin has been accomplished on serial paraffin-sections of forebrain septal area. 1. High concentrations of ChAT, NGF and galanin positive neurons were observed in the medial septal nucleus(MS) and the diagonal bands of Broca(DBB) in the basal forebrain. 2. Approximately 80.6% of cholinergic neurons were NGF positive, and 78.0% of the neurons were galanin positive, and 71.6% of the cells exhibited positive reaction for both substances, in the forebrain septal area. 3. Some of ChAT, NGF and galanin positive neurons were distributed individually in the forebrain septal area. Based on the results mentioned above, it could be concluded that NGF and galanin were co-localized in most cholinergic neurons of the forebrain septal area. It seems that there are functional reciprocal between these substances in the forebrain septal area.

      • 동종 골수이식 후 만성 이식편대숙주질환과 동반된 그레이브스병

        저자들은 중증 재생불량성빈혈로 동종 골수이식 및 추가적인 동종 말초혈액 조혈모세포이식을 시행 받은 후 만성 이식편대숙주질환이 발생하여 면역억제제로 조절되었으나 자가면역성 갑상선기능항진증이 병발한 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), which is a frequent complication following bone marrow transplantation (BMT), is characterized by fibrosis of the skin, liver, lungs, and gastrointestinal tract, immunodeficiency, and the production of autoantibodies. Endocrine dysfunction, in particular thyroid disease, has been described following BMT, but this has previously meant hypothyroidism secondary to total body irradiation or transfer of autoimmune hyperthyroidism from a donor with Graves’ disease rather than in association with chronic GVHD. We report a case of a 26-year-old man who developed Graves’ disease eight years after BMT and who had remission of chronic GVHD. He received an allogeneic BMT for severe aplastic anemia. Eighteen months after BMT, diarrhea and chronic GVHD developed and were treated with cyclosporine and steroid. Four years after ceasing the cyclosporine, the patient developed weight loss, palpitations, fever, and anterior neck swelling, and was diagnosed with Graves’ disease based on typical thyroid function tests. The signs and symptoms in the patient improved with propylthiouracil and propranolol.

        The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion.
