      • <狂言>에 나타난 三道樂에 관한 硏究

        Gambling contains illegal achievement for wordy desires in human life. At the end of gambling, it completely destroys humans life and results in stealing. Because of the dangerousness, gambling is officially prohibited. Though gambling in KYOGEN, roughly speaking, categories in small type of gambling, it includes contradiction in society because of destruction of life. Drinking is a behaviour out of normal life and includes illness itself. Since drinking makes people stay illogical state, it ends in destruction without logical conditions in life. Drinking in KYOGEN shows us illness, habit, destruction of life, and contradiction in society The Carnal pleasures in KYOGEN is an object of lust and they are treated as an existence of non-self-consciousness. Thus because of lust, destruction of life is occurred and results in contradiction in society. As mentioned above, the commonness in Gambling, Drinking, Carnal pleasures is contradiction In society resulted from destruction of individual life. KYOGEN shows us directly lust and pleasure loving owing to lack of self-control destroys logical order and produces illness in society.

        오훼돌기 절제술에 의한 개구장애의 치료

        There are many causes of trismus. Aetiology can be roughly divided into muscle spasm, mechanical interference, extracapsular ankylosis, intracapsular ankylosis. Trismus caused by mechanical interference between postero-lateral wall of zygoma-maxillary complex and coronoid process following reduction of fractured facial bone is rare. Especially on maxillary bone fracture, when we faced the trismus following removal of intermaxillary fixation, we got used to solve that problem by physical exercise, We obtained good resurts by coronoidectomy on patients with limited mouth opening who were referred from department of plastic surgery, St. Marys' hospital, the Catholic university of Korea. We report our experience with literature review.

      • 파노라마 사진을 위한 가중치 적용 정합 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 파노라마 사진을 얻기 위해 연속 촬영된 영상으로부터 이 영상들을 정합하기 위한 가중치 적용 정합 알고리즘을 제시한다. 우선 각 영상의 이동운동요소를 고려하여 영상의 중심에서부터 같은 거리에 있는 부분영역을 비교하고 정렬위치를 찾는다. 정렬위치로부터 정합될 부분 영상에 2차원 DDW(Dimension Dynamic Warping)알고리즘을 적용시켜 최적화된 대응 화소를 찾는다. 입력 화소와 대응 화소의 자연스러운 정합을 위하여 두 화소의 벡터길이에 비례한 가중치를 찾고 대응 화소에 가중치를 부여하여 대응 화소를 이동시키고 색상을 만들었다. In this paper, propose an efficient algorithm for stitching panoramic image mosaics. Above all consider camera panning motion, search alignment location by compared strip sphere only located at an equal distance from the image center. It need to search matching pixel appling 2DDW(Dimension Dynamic Warping) algorithm to matching part image by alignment location. For optimal matching between input pixel and matching pixel calculate weight in proportion to location then adjust brightness and location by the weigh.

      • 高速 液體 Chromatography에 의한 Propionic Acid系 誘導體의 分析硏究

        Propionic acid derivatives are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic drugs which have been used in many ways for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and Osteoarthritis. Analytical method for these propionic acid derivatives have been variously studied with an emphasis placed on their practical application to clinical field. The author have examined the general and systematic assay method. After examining the assay method of propionic acid derivatives, Lichrosorb RP-18 as a stationary phase and methanol/water (70 : 30) mobile phase, measuring in room temperature after setting the detecter filter to 254 nm, the author came to the conclusion that it is more simple, rapid and highly sensitive than the old analytical method in the operation, and therefore makes it easier to control the quality, and by using the HPLC, it is possible to study pharmacokinetics as well. It was also possible for drug groups to be divided separately with simultaneously being analyzed.

      • Lincomycin의 分析에 관한 硏究

        Lincomycin is a new antibiotic produced by Streptomyces lincolensis var. lincolensis. It is active against Gram positive aerobes and very active against both Gram positive and negative anaerobic pathogens. The present study was conducted to optimize the analytical conditions of bioassay, GLC and HPLC to make them more sensitive and convenient methods for the routine quality control of the antibiotics. The results were as follows; 1. When Micrococcus Idea UC 1:30 replaced the conventially used microorganism, Sarcina lutea ATCC 9341, the zone reading time was more stable and the hydrolysis could be prevented. 2. GLC method could complete the analysis within 10 min. with higher reproducibility(coefficient of variation 1.65%) compared to that of bioassay. 3. HPLC method employing ion-pairing mechanism could complete the analysis within 15 min. with minimum peak tailing, and with higher precision(within ± 2%) compared to that of bioassay.

      • 흰쥐 편도체에서 칼슘결합단백인 calbindin-D28K함유 신경세포의 생후 발달에 관한 면역조직학적 연구

        Background and Objectives : The calcium-binding protein, calbindin-D28K(CB) is widely distribution of CB in rat amygdala during postnatal maturation, in order to provide an insight into the developmental role it may play in the amygdaloid neurons. Materials and Methods : The present study is based on 28 postnatal cases ranging from the day of birth, postnatal day 0 (P0) to 30 days (P5, P10, P15, P20, P30), and these cases were compared with adult rat amygdala. Cryostat sections processed free-floating with monoclonal antibody by immunohistochemistry. Results : CB-immunoreactive neurons were already found at birth in all amygdaloid nuclei except the intercalated nucleus. The intensity and number of immunoreactivity of CB-containing neurons increased during the first 10 days of postnatal life but dramatically decreased at P15. Mature patterns of CB-immunoreactive neurons were achieved at P20. In the adult amygdala, CB-immunoreactive neurons were distributed in almost all amygdaloid nuclei except the intercalated nucleus. Conclusion : The present results show early appearance of CB immunoreactivity in the amygdala. It may be related to the early appearance of CB immunoreactivity in many other brain regions, and suggests that CB may play a functional role during the development of the nervous system including amygdala.

      • 척수를 손상시킨 후 꼬리정맥에 주입한 사람탯줄혈액세포가 뇌줄기에 미치는 영향

        Background and Objectives: Stem cells are a valuable resource for treatment of many disease, but limited access to stem cells in some organs such as brain restricts their utility. Many approaches have been attempted to restore the function following brain stem injury (BSI) and spinal cord injury (SCI). The use of the human umbilical cord blood cells (hUCB) - a rich source of nonembryonic or adult stem cells - has recently been reported to ameliorate the behavioral consequences of stroke. Mateiials and Methods: Forty rats were divided into 8 groups: (1) SCI l+hUCB (infused 1 day post injury); (2) SCI 2+hUCB (infused 2 days post injury); (3) SCI 3+hUCB (infused 3 days post injury); (4) SCI 4+hUCB (infused 4 days post injury); (5) SCI 5+hUCB (mfusedt 5 days post injury); (6) SCI 6+hUCB (infused 6 days post injury); (7) LO+hUCB (laminectomy+hUCB); and (8) LO (laminectomy only). SCI was produced by compressing the spinal cord for one minute with an aneurysm clip calibrated to a closing pressure of 50 g. We report here that immunhistotochemical identification of fluorescent hUCB positive cells in the brain stem after compressed spinal cord injury using mouse anti-human mitochondria monoclonal antibody (MAB1273). Results: All SCI+hUCB (1-8) groups contained fluorescent hUCB positive cells in the all area of the brain stem. But especially a large number of fluorescent hUCB positive cells were observed in the whole area of the brain stem of the experimental 5 (SCI 5+hUCB) and 6 (SCI 6+hUCB)groups. No hUCB positive cells were found in the brain stem of group with non-injured spinal cord of these animals and group with laminectomy only. Conclusion: These results suggest that hUCB are potentially useful as a vector for treating a variety of the central nervous system disorders, and we are sure that continuous of stem cell study will give an best opportunity to treat the uncurable disorders in the future.
