Electronic Commerce is appearing as a new type of paradime with the spreading of internet rapidly and developing of the technology of information communication. Electronic has been used to exchange their documents between companies and has exited in various types like Home Shopping and Home banking. The methods to activate Electronic commerce 1. carry out plans from the long view because of the social and technical basis of E.C. is immature. 2. attempt distinguished policies from the existed trade policies. 3. make efficient use as a means of Data Base marketing. 4. obtain the support from the Government. 5. train the E.C expert. 6. continue to expand the network system, technique. experts and infra so that costumers, companies and the Government can use E.C conveniently. 7, use "One to One" marketing.In conclusion, the private companies have to cooperate with The Government Closely to activate E.C

Die Erzahlu¨ng Der Ku¨lterer, eine der fru¨hesten bon Thom as Bernhard, kann als Ku¨nstlemovelle gelesen werden, weil sie darstellt, wie ein einfacher Mensch in der Strafanstalt zu¨m Geschichtenschreiben kom mt. Dabei wird das Gefangnis als Schu¨tzrau¨m gegen die Gesellschaft interpretiert. Dam it sind aber nicht alle Bedeu¨tu¨ngen des Gefangnisses erklart. Desw egen wird in der vorliegenden arbeit versu¨cht, die Bedeu¨tu¨ngen der Strafanstalt au¨fzu¨zeigen. Das Gefangnis hat bei Bemhard zw ei Bedeu¨tu¨ngen. Einmal wird die welt als Gefangnis bezeichnet. Um diese Bedeu¨tu¨ng des Gefangisses zu¨ interpretieren wird in dieser Arbeit M ichel Fou¨cau¨lt herangezogen, weil er die moderne eu¨ropaische Gesellschaft seit Decart als Gefangnis erklart. Zw eitens kann das Gefangnis bei Bemhard als eine Art Krankheit angesehen werden, Krankheit als Vorau¨ssetzu¨ng zu¨r Steigeru¨ng der gistigen Leistu¨ngsfahigkeit, was ich schon in meiner Arbeit 『Thom as Bernhard u¨nd Krankheit als M etapher von Su¨san Sontag』 au¨fzu¨zeigen versu¨chte. Neben der Bedeu¨tu¨ng des Gefangnisses wird in dieser Abhandlu¨ng ein Vergleich zw ischen Bemhard u¨nd Bu¨chner gebracht, da Bernhard seiner Erzahlu¨ng der Ku¨lterer den Schlu¨ Bsaz von Bu¨chners Erzahlu¨ng Lenz als M otto voranstellt. Lenz ist "die erste moderne Erzahlu¨ng"(W alter Jens), in der es sich u¨m einen M enschen handelt, der der gottverlassenen w elt au¨sgesetzt ist. In dieser W elt verzw difelt Lenz vor Hoffnu¨ngslosigkeit, was au¨ch Bernhard in Der ku¨lterer darstellt. Das Schlu¨ Bkapitel dieser A rbeit behandelt die Erzahlu¨ng von Bemhard, Ein ju¨nger Schriftsteller, die als Fortsetzu¨ng seiner Erzhlu¨ng Der Ku¨lterer gelesen werden kann, da dort die Folgen der Entlassu¨ng des Ku¨lterers au¨a dem Gefangnis gezeigt weden. Ein ju¨nger Schriftsteller, die Hau¨ptfigu¨r der Erzahlu¨ng, begeht Sebstmord vor Hoffnu¨ngslosigkeit in der von der Zw ecklosigkeit beherrschten w elt.

This paper is to analyze a steel member under fire based on the classical plastic hinge theory and to present an analysis method different from the FEM. With the temperature rising, the moment capacity is reduced and restraint forces additionally occur. If you know the reduction of the moment capacity with time and the sum of restraint moment and moment by load, you can find out the hinge-developing time by matching those two values. You can call that time the hinge-developing time or the collapse time. You could also find out where the hinges occur.
Evaluation on the Computational Performance of the Bubble Visualization Program

In this study. the EIT (Electrical Impedance Tomography) technique is applied for the two-phase flow visualization. Using the conventional EIT image reconstruction algorithms, however. the processing time increases rapidly as we try to get a higher spatial resolution. In order to overcome this problem, we added an adaptive mesh grouping method to the conventional EIT reconstruction algorithm. Performance test on the proposed mesh grouping method shows promising results that we can significantly reduce the image reconstruction time without sacrificing the spatial resolution. The mesh grouping method is found to be very effective especially in bubble distribution measurements.
Computer Simulation of Anisotropic Turbulent Flows in Nuclear Subchannels

The prediction of thermal hydraulic field in nuclear subchannels is important to the design and the safety analysis of nuclear reactor. The accurate prediction requires the detailed knowledge of the flow structure. which is complicate due to anisotropic turbulent phenomenon. The flow pulsation phenomenon in rod bundle flow fields has been proposed as one of main causes of anisotropic eddy diffusion. In this study. the anisotropy factor for the fluid flows through rod bundles is estimated with the scale analysis on the flow pulsation phenomenon. Based upon the assumption that the transport process is composed of isotropic turbulent motion (turbulent motion without the flow pulsation) and flow pulsation. the scale relation for the anisotropy factor is derived. The derived scale relation is compared with published experimental results and show good agreements. Also, an anisotropy factor model for the numerical calculation of the turbulent flow field in rod bundles is suggested based on the derived anisotropy factor scale relation.

A computer code named 'MGA_SCOUPE' has been developed to determine an optimal fuel-loading pattern for the nuclear reactor. The optimization goal in this code is (1) the minimization of the deviations in the power peaking factors both at BOC and EOC, and (2) the maximization of the average burnup ratio at EOC of the total fuel assemblies. The developed code automatically performs lots of searches for the globally optimum solution based upon the Modified Genetic Algorithm(MGA). Through the application of the MGA_SCOUPE to the KORI 4-4 cycle reactor model, we have obtained a new better fuel loading pattern compared with the ones obtained by the existing codes such as SCOUPE and ROCS. Among the several satisfactory results, two dominant improvements can be summarized as follows; - The avg. burnup ratio can be relatively increased by approx. 45%, and - The standard deviation of the power peaking factor of the reactor both at BOC and EOC can be relatively reduced by approx. 25.8% and 18.7% respectively. In addition to the technical improvements as above, the MGA_SCOUPE has removed the user-dependency problem occuring at the SCOUPE in the optimal loading pattern searches, and made the searching process fully automated.
시판 참기름 및 참깨제품의 진위판별에 있어서의 지방산 및 Sesamol 성분의 이용

An attempt was made to use the fatty acid and sesamol composition as a basis for the identification of sesame oil and sesame products adulteration. In 23 kinds sesame oil and 7 kinds of sesame and sesame products pressed experimentally, the ratio of oleic to linoleic acid content (O/L ratio) were in the variable ranges of 0.71-0.98. Only 14 among 30 collected sesame oils and sesame products were found to be pure sesame oil by fatly acid and sesamol content value determination. In 16 adulterated sesame oils, it was revealed 5 samples were adulted soybean oil, 4 with rice bran oil, 4 with corn and perilla seed oil and 3 with rape seed oil.
