        코어방적사직물의 구김회복거동에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the fabric specimen undergoes repeated laundering under given condition. After this cyclic laundering was applied, the crease recoveries of the specimen were measured using shirley crease revovery tester in order to evaluate the effect of factors at given condition during crease deformation. 5 samples of grey plain cloth were desized, alkali-scoured, bleached, whased with water, and air-dried. All tests were made on samples preconditioned to 65% RH and 20℃. The experimental results were analysed statistically to relate crease recoveries and the properties of smaples, recovery periods (time) of crease. Furthermore, the crease recoveries of core-spun yarn woven fabrics were discussed in comparison with those values for 100% combed cotton yarn woven fabric and 65% polyester 35% carded cotton blended yarn woven fabric. The results obtained are as follows; 1. Regardless of materials, remarkable decrease are observed in crease recoveries about 1-5 cycles of the repeated laundering, but slack decrease are observed in crease recoveries after 5 cycle of the re-peated laundering. 2. Crease recoveries (a) of core-spun yarn woven fabrics are relate to recovery periods (t) of crease as follows; loga=0.01415 logt+2.1168 (r^2=0.94) 3. Core-spun yarn woven fabrics were superior to 100% combed cotton yarn woven fabrics and 65% polyester 35% carded cotton blended yarn woven fabric in crease recoveries. 4. Crease recoveries (a) of core-spun yarn woven fabrics are relate to cover factor (CF), thickness (T) at pressure 0.5gf/㎠, weight (W) as follows; loga=-0.3482 logCF-0.4924 logT-0.4727 W+2.4243 (r^2=0.88) 5. Crease recoveries (a) of core-spun yarn woven fabrics are relate to 2HB/B, 2HB/W, ^3√B/W, WC/T which are concerning to formation of weared clothes and bending tran formation behavior as follows; log a=0.0091 2HB/B+0.4667 2HB/W+0.0185 ^3√B/W-+0.0114 WC/T+1.8433 (r^2=0.86)

      • 香砂平胃散 및 加減方이 白鼠의 摘出腸管運動에 미치는 影響

        Subtracting from component drugs by nine cases in Hyangsapyengwisan(香砂平胃散), its prescription and investigated the effect on contractile force of intestine in rats. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The effect of relaxation after contraction of rat ileum could be observed by administration of Hyangsapyengwisan. 2. By pretreatment with Atropine, the contractility of Hyangsapyengwisan was suppressed. 3. No change observed in contractile response of Hyangsapyengwisan by pretreatment with Cyproheptadine. 4. By pretreatment with Propranolol, the relaxation of Hyangsapyengwisan was suppressed. 5. The effect of relaxation after contraction of Hyangsapyengwisan was similar to that of Atractylodis Rhizoma. 6. The contractile response observed in subtracted Cyperi Rhizoma and Magnoliae Cortex from Hyangsapyengwisan, while growps in subtracted Atractylodis Rhizoma, Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium Cyperi Rhizoma, Ponciri Fructus, Agatsachis Herba, Cyperi Rhizoma and Ponciri Fructus, Ponciri Fructus and Magnoliac Cortex from Hyangsapyengwisan showed the relaxation. These results suggest that Hyangsapyengwisan has a contractile effect which may be caused by the partial action of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

      • 엔로플록사신 액제의 닭 호흡기 및 소화기 감염증에 대한 예방 및 치료효과

        We evaluated the efficacy of the liquid form of enrofloxacin against poultry respiratory and digestive infections, the major problems in the poultry industry, from diverse diagnosis viewpoints. Results obtained through this study were as follows: 1. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed good acceptability to poultry owing to no abhorrence to the drug by chickens, which indicated its suitability for mixing in drinking water. 2. The application of the enrofloxacin formulation improved the productivity of the chicken farm to a great extent by lowering the death toll of chicken raised in the farm. 3. The use of the drug shortened the days to the market, and increased the body weight at the time of marketing. 4. Preventive and therapeutic effects of the liquid enrofloxacin were observed higher than ampicillin, a major antibiotic used in poultry farming. From above results, the liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its use for the prevention and treatment of digestive and respiratory infections, let alone the growth promotion and feed efficiency, especially in the chicken farming practice.

      • 돼지에서 정맥, 근육 그리고 경구 투여시의 enrofloxacin의 약물동태학

        In order to characterize pharmacokinetic profiles according to route of a new enrofloxacin salt form (Enrotil®), it was given to 4 healthy pigs via oral (p.o.), intramuscular (i.m.) or intravenous (i.v.) administrations at a dose rate of 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight. Enrofloxacin (ENFX) in serum was detected by bioassay using E. coli BE1186 as a test organism. The biological elimination half-lives (t_1/2(β)) of ENFX were 6.76±0.99 h (i.v.), 7.16±2.30 h (i.m.) and 11.45±3.90 h (p.o.), Volume of distribution (Vd) of enrofloxacin was 2.20±0.31 L/㎏ (i.v.), 2.52±0.60 L/㎏ (i.m.) and 1.88±0.33 L/㎏ (i.m.). Mean residence time (MRT) was 8.77±1.26 h after i.v. injection and the maximal concentration time (Tmax) following p.o. and i.m. administration was 0.76±0.09 h and 0.60±0.12 h, indicating a rapid absorption from these routes. Bioavailibility (F) was calculated as 64.1% for p.o. administration and 59.71% for i.m. injections. In summary, the newly formulated enrofloxacin salt form has shown a high water solubility, rapid absorption and large tissue distribution, suggesting a potential antibacterials for oral application on a large scale in veterinary sectors.

      • 엔로플록사신 액제의 닭유래 병원세균에 대한 시험관내 항균효과 시험

        In this study the antimicrobial spectrum and sensitivity of a liquid formulation of enrofloxacin against the major six pathogenic bacteria isolated from the diseased poultry in Korea were evaluated in comparison with ciprfloxacin (CFX), gentamicin (GM) and penicillin (PC). A liquid form of enrofloxacin, a test material and ciprofloxacin showed at least 83% antibacterial activity against all of six test pathogenic microorganisms at the fixed concentration of 10 ㎍/㎖. Gentamicin and penicillin revealed much lower antibacterial activity at the same condition. We evaluated the liquid form of enrofloxacin as having widespread antibacterial spectrum against poultry infections. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed potent antibacterial activity, with the MIC range being 0.12∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram positives, 0.06∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram negatives and 0.5∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Mycoplasma spp. These values were equivalent to or somewhat higher than those of ciprofloxacin, but much lower than those of gentamicn and penicillin. This new liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its way in application of mixing with drinking water for the prevention and treatment of diverse infections in chickens.

      • 한국 고등학교 학생들의 환경문제 및 환경교육에 대한 인식 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop guiding priciples of the environment education in high school geography courses through the search for the consciousness of the matter of environment and environment education on the part of high school students. The method of questionaire is taken up for the inquiry. The subjects of this inquiry include 260 students in Seoul,the metropolice, 150 students in an industrial city, Incheon, 60 in a small and medium sized city, Choon-chun, and 60 in a farming community. The investigation into the consciousness of environment iclude the degree of environmental interest, the degree of virtual contamination in the inhabited regions, general knowledge of environment, and the policy of environment. The investigation into the environment education comprises general environment education, environment education in geography class, teaching methods in environment education, and thepractice of environment education and the preservation of environment. The guides at which should be aimed in environment education in every situations and geography class are as follows. At first, the environment education should be done, with the awarness of respective regional aspects; the awarness of virtual degree of contamination and the cause of environmental pollution vary in every situation. Secondly, despite of high awarness of the degree of interest in the matter of environment and environment education, the degree of awarness of term, representing the amount of environmental pollution, and of the government's policy toward environment is somewhat low. The majority become aware of the necessity of environment preservation and the environment-related information chiefly by mean of mass media, so the reinforcement of environment education toward these area is required through formal environmental education. Thirdly, the students emphasize on active participation in theactivities, in which are at the formation of the pleasant environment. In view of their inactive participation in environment preservation at home and in and out their campuses after school, the greatest emphasis should be put on the practical aspects of life with ecological understanidng of relationship between human and environment for the purpose of practice of environment education in every day life. Fourth, the current curriculum should be shifted from the emphasis on individual phenomenon and individual cases to those of multiple phenomena and materials dealing with common environmental issues. The field of study in class should be emphasized not only their own inhabitation areas but also other areas, which will help enhance the abilites to think in a comprehensive way and to make their decisions in a reasonable way. Finally, the use of multimedia including photographs, maps, tables, and statistic data, is required in environment education in geographic class, in addition to these, the use of a variety of audio-visual aids and a variety of new teaching method are recommended.

      • 진동법을 이용한 케이블의 장력측정기법과 계측환경의 영향분석

        Recently, cable-supported long-span bridges are widely constructed due to the quality improvement of cables and the development of design and construction techniques. Cable is an important and essential element in cable-supported bridges and the tensile force of cable is an important factor to evaluate the load carrying capability, current state of bridge, and structural safety. In this study, cable tensions of bridge are measured using vibration method, and the variation of cable tensions due to the temperature change and moving vehicles is analyzed. Experimental results show that the cable tensions are a little higher in day times rather than early morning, however the difference can be negligible. The variation of cable tensions due to moving vehicles is also very small. The result of this study shows that, in the maintenance point of view, the acceleration of cable measured under any daily circumstances such as day time and/or uncontrolled moving vehicles does little affect to the evaluation of the cable tensions.

      • Enrofloxacin과 colistin의 복합제(Enroco)의 아급성 독성시험

        The study was carried out to evaluate toxicity of enrofloxacin and colistin complex (Enroco) with a dose of 10 ㎎/㎏/day, 20 ㎎/㎏/day and 40 ㎎/㎏/day via oral administration for 3 weeks in ICR mice. All procedures of the test were performed by the established regulation of Korean National Institute of Safety Research (1994. 4. 14). Appearance, behavior, mortality and food consumption of treated groups were not affected during the experimental periods. No significant does-related changes of the combined antibacterials were found in urinalysis, eye examination, hematology, serum chemistry, and organ weight. No histopathological lesions were observed in both control and treatment groups. Our results strongly suggested that no toxic changes were found in mice treated orally with enrofloxacin-colistin complex for 3 weeks.
