        구안와사 환자의 삶의 질에 대한 연구

        Objective : The face is very important for human communication. So facial palsy patients experience not only physical disturbances but also serious emotional stress. Therefore the focus of treatment must be to not only aid the recovery of objective symptoms but also the improvement of subjective quality of life. However there has not been enough Oriental Medical study in this field until now. Thus this study was begun to suggest a useful index for the treatment of facial palsy. Methods : Grade of paralysis, sequelas, and quality of life were used for evaluation. To evaluate Grade of paralysis, House-Brackman Grade was used as the Gross scale and Kim's Grade was used as the Regional scale. Sequelas were evaluated by muscle contraction, synkinesis, NA, and grade of philtrum tilt. Quality of life was evaluated by SF-36v2, Facial Disability Index, and Vas. Results & Conclusion : 1. The change of grade of paralysis between the early and the present time reveals remarkable improvement statistically. 2. There was a remarkable improvement in all parts of quality of life except several areas of SF-36(RP, RE, MH, VT) 3. In only PF(Physical Function) of FDI, quality of life increased remarkably according to the improvement of grade of paralysis. 4. There is the positive relationship among Kim's grade, HB grade and Synkinesis 2. 5. Synkinesis among sequelas has the greatest effect on quality of life. And muscle contraction, change of NA, and grade of philtrum tilt also affect quality to some extent. 6. There was no remarkable relationship between the period of illness and change of quality of life. 7. Change of NA is shown after 3 months of illness and synkinesis becomes worse after 6 months of illness.

        버섯 피클(Pickle) 제조 및 저장 중의 품질변화

        The mushroom pickles were prepared as a processed mushroom product. The changes in pH, total acidity, brix, color and texture of the mushroom pickles (Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Agaricus bisporus and Pleurotus eryngii) were measured during storage at 4℃. In addition, sensory evaluations on the mushroom pickles were performed. While the pH of Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus pickles declined slowly, the pH of Agaricus bisporus and Pleurotus eryngii pickles declined rapidly during storage, The total acidity of Lentinus edodes pickles rose slowly, while the acidity of Pleurotus ostreatus, Agaricus bisporus and Pleurotus eryngii pickles rose rapidly, As for the color of mushroom pickles, "L", "a" and " b" values changed slightly. The changes in texture were determined by a rheometer, Hardness, cohesiveness, springiness, gumminess and brittleness of Lentinus edodes pickles were lower than those of the other mushroom pickles. In the sensory evaluation of mushroom pickles, Lentinus edodes showed higher acceptability ratings than the other mushrooms in taste, color, clearness, texture and overall acceptability. This study showed that among the mushrooms tested, Lentinus edodes was the most acceptable mushroom pickle for storage.

        This paper describes development of low cost precision machine that has combined the Build-in Motor with a vacuum chuck. This study mainly aims to find out a cutting condition for maintaining optimum surface condition and to examine cutting characteristics of the precision machine that is equipped by diamond bites. The cutting materials is Al alloy. Several experiments were carried out to find out the main factors that affect the surface roughness such as principal axis RPM(rotation per minute), feeding speed, and cutting depth. As a result, we obtain The optimum cutting condition of the developed precision machine.

        시차주사열량분석기를 이용한 치과용 접착시멘트의 경화기전 및 반응열에 관한 연구

        The working time of dental cement has a close relation with the setting time, where the setting reaction can be said as the result of the chemical reaction between cement liquid and powder. The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the setting characteristics and setting rate of dental cements by measuring the exothermic heat(Joule/gram) from the setting reaction at specified times using a differential scanning calorimeter (Differential Scanning Calorimeter, DSC 204, TASC 414/3A Controller, Netzche, Germany). Graphs of time-exothermic heat at 37℃ isothermal condition, showing the setting reaction of dental cements were plotted. Three types of luting cements studied were zinc-phosphate cement (ZPC), polycarboxylate cement (PCC), and glass ionomer cement (GIC). The effects of powder-liquid ratio on the setting characteristics of cements were also included. The amount of heat (calory) released per one gram of cement was calculated at each specified time, and was analyzed. ANOVA and Scheff's multiple comparison test (p=0.05) were used for statistical analysis using SPSS/PC+. The setting rate of cement was not constant during the setting reaction, and different setting characteristics were observed depending on the type of cement and powder/liquid ratio. Generally, 70∼90% of the setting reaction, measured by the exothermic heat release, occurred within 5 minutes after mixing. The exothermic heat released by ZPC was very high immediately after mixing, and the duration of the heat release was prolonged compared with other cements. The exothermic heat release of PCC finished most rapidly. It was generally observed that the amount of heat release (rise in temperature) per one gram of cement was highest for ZPC, followed by GIC, and then PCC. However, heat release during the first 2∼5 minutes after mixing was highest for GIC, followed by ZPC and then PCC. According to the Scheff's multiple comparison test, the duration of the total setting reaction did not show any significant difference among the cements(p>0.05), and also among the different power/liquid ratio groups(p>0.05). It was observed that more heat was released with the lower powder/liquid ratio than the higher powder/liquid ratio.

      • DCT 주파수 영역의 범위 값에 대한 연구

        본 논문에서는 영상압축의 표준으로 널리 사용되고 있는 JPEG에서 채택하고 있는 8×8 부 블록의 이산여현변환(DCT : Discrete Cosine Transform) 값의 주파수 영역을 대상으로 영상의 성질을 분석하였다. 이 과정에서 표준 영상 중 복잡도가 서로 다른 영상들을 표본으로 사용하였으며, 64개 계수값 중에서 5개를 선택하였고 영상의 성질을 대표하기 위한 수단으로 선택된 계수 값들의 범위값을 사용하였다. This paper covers image property analysis using frequency band of 8×8 sub-block DCT values in JPEG as standard of image compression. The proposed method uses different complexity sample images among standard images and selects 5 coefficients from 64 items. The range value of selected coefficients is adopted as parameter for image property.

      • 인터넷망에서의 대화형 접속법

        본 연구에서는 현재 인터넷 상에서 클라이언트/서버 간의 상호대화형 접속을 위한 백본으로 널리 사용되고 있는 HTTP/CGI 프로토콜과 머지 않은 장래에 이것을 대체 할 것으로 예상되는 CORBA/IIOP 기반 기술을 검토하고 그 성능을 비교하였다. 또한 CORBA/IIOP의 기존 제품들이 고속 네트워크에서 적용되었을 경우 발생할 수 있는 오버헤드의 종류와 오버헤드를 최소화하기 위한 전략을 제시하였다. The study examines and compares performance of HTTP/CGI protocol and CORBA/IIOP technologies. HTTP/CGI is currently used as backbone of interactive connection in Internet client/server system and CORBA/IIOP will replace HTTP/CGI as backbone soon. Therefore, reveals kinds of CORBA/IIOP overheads and minimizing strategies of overheads.

      • 인터넷을 이용한 환자감시장치의 개발

        본 논문은 환자감시장치에 사용되는 소프트웨어의 구현에 대한 내용이다. 환자감시장치는 환자에 부착된 각종 센서로부터 여러 종류의 생체신호를 측정하고 이를 처리, 분석하여 환자의 상태정보를 추출하여 의료진에게 출력해 주는 장치이다. 현재 이러한 제품들은 많이 출시되어 있지만 이를 인터넷에 연동시켜 공간상의 제약을 제거하는 것이 이 분야의 최대 관심거리가 되고 있다. 본 연구의 주안점은 인터넷을 이용하여 환자의 상태를 감시할 수 있고 실시간 데이터베이스 기술을 이용하여 최근 24시간 동안의 최근 환자 상태에 대한 막대한 정보를 저장하여 분석이 가능하도록 한 것이다. 이 연구의 결과는 원격 의료분야의 기반으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. This paper covers implemention of PMS(Patient Monitoring System) software. PMS is used for observation of patient s organic signals from various kinds of sensors. And, It is used for management, analysis information of patient's condition. In the long run, these medical appliances offer the information to supervisor. Today, the hot issue of this field is interlink to Internet. Main topics of this research are interlinking and realtime database technology. Employment of realtime database technology is able to store a large quantity of 24 hours organic signals, and analyze it. The fruits of this research can be used for foundation of remote medical treatment.
