      • 3'-Methyl-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene이 백서의 정상 및 재생간의 EGF Receptor 변동에 미치는 영향

        To study the changes of EGF receptors in the rat liver regeneration and hepatic carcinogenesis, ^125I-EGF binding sites were measured in the regenerated liver cell membrane after partial hepatectomy of normal rat and 3-methyl-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene treated rat. 1. EGF binding sites (Bmax) in the normal rat liver cell membrane were 553.8fmole/mg protein and were markedly decreased at the 1st day after partial hepatectomy. These sites were increased at the 3rd day(Bmax-161.0fmole/mg protein) and were 29% of the normal liver EGF binding sites. 2. EGF binding sites (Bmax) in the normal cell membrane of the 3-methyl-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene-treated rat, were 72.8fmole/mg protein and were significantly less than those in the normal rat live cell membrane. At the 1st day after partial hepatectomy, EGF binding sites were markedly decreased and increased at the 3rd day (Bmax=155.8fmole/mg protein). 3. Kd values in EGF receptor binding were not much altered in both liver cell membranes of the normal rat and the 3-methyl-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene treated rat. From these result, it is suggested that decreased EGF binding sites in the liver cell membrane of regenerating rat liver and 3-methyl-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene treated rat may be due to the alteration of EGF receptor number.

      • 메시지 기반 문서화 프로세스 모델 및 지원도구

        CASE도구의 일부로 제공되는 기존의 소프트웨어 문서화 도구들은 개발자들을 위한 편리한 기능을 제공했지만, 문서화 참여자 사이의 상호작용 및 정보교환을 효과적으로 지원해주지 못했다. 개발자들 사이의 의사 소통 채널의 효율성 및 질은 소프트웨어의 성공적인 개발에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소이며, 이는 문서화에 있어서도 예외가 아니다. 상호작용 및 정보교환 지원의 미비로 인한 문서화 참여자들의 의사소통 부족은 문서 사이의 불일치, 누락, 문서내용의 모호함 등을 초래하여, 결과적으로 문서의 품질을 저하시킨다. 본 논문에서는 메시지 기반 문서화 프로세스 모델(Message-based Documentation Process model:MDP모델)을 제안하고 상호작용 및 정보교환을 지원하는 문서화 도구(Message-based Documentation Management System:MDMS)를 설계 및 구현하였다. 메시지 기반 문서화 도구에서는 문서 상태와 사건에 따라, 필요한 메시지를 구성하여 이를 자동으로 전송함으로써, 문서화 참여자들 사이의 상호작용 및 정보교환을 효과적으로 지원한다. MDMS는 메시지의 자동 전송으로 문서화 도중에 개발자가 직접 메시지를 작성하던 번거로움을 줄일 수 있으며, 문서 변경과 삭제로 인해 발생하는 문서 사이의 불일치를 줄임으로서 문서의 일관성을 향상시킬 수 있다. The conventional software documentation supporting systems embedded in CASE tools have provided convenient environments for team members to create and edit documents, but those systems were lack of interaction and communication facilities during documentation process. The quality and efficiency of communication channel between team members is an important factor for the success of software development. A lack of communication causes inconsistency between documents, unspecified parts, ambiguities, so that the software document quality is highly decreased. In this paper, we propose a documentation process model:MDP model(Message-based Documentation Process model). Based on MDP model, we design and implement a documentation supporting tool: MDMS(Message-based Documentation Management system) which enables team members to communicate and interact with each other during software documentation. In MDMS, messages are sent semi-automatically to team members by client message agents which determine the document content and receiver according to the status and event of documents. The advantage of MDMS is to reduce time and cost spent in sending messages manually and increase consistency between documents.

        답손(Dapsone)중독환자의 예후와 특성 분석

        We reviewed 26 dapsone intoxication patients who had visited Severance Hospital Emergency Care Center from January 1991 to January 1995 : 13 of them ingested intentionally, but the other ingested accidentally. Among the admitted patients the highest and lowtheest initial value of methemoglobin level is 59.6% & 10.1%. The frequency of symptoms at presentation was following 16 patients complained cyanosis of lip area, 10 patients complained dyspnea, 4 patients complained mental change, 4 patients complained vomiting, 2 patients complained nausea. The inital level of methemoglobin was less than 50% except in one patient. In the view points of total doses of methylene blue used, less than 100mg was used in 9 patients(34.6%) but in one case, amount of 6400mg was loaded. There were 5 patients(19.2%) in September & 4 patients (15.4%) in January. In respect of result, there were 13 discharged cases (50%) for symptom improvement, and 5 mortality cases(19.2%). The transferred cases from Gangwondo account 19 patients(73.1%). All of them is not directly emergency care center visiting patients but transferred patients from remotely located hospitals. Dapsone intoxication results in severe tissue hypoxic symptoms from malfunction of normal hemoglobin thus only with appropriate available doses of methylene blue & activated charcoal, good outcomes will be expected. If aggressive therapy such as hemodialysis is introduced in treatment of severe dapsone intoxication, the outcomes may be slightly improved better than in other supportive care cases.

      • Audio Design개발을 위한 환경친화적 DFD설계기법에 관한 연구

        최근 환경문제를 고려한 디자인의 방향은 '생태적으로 균형된 (Eco-Balancing)' 방법이어야 된다고 공감하고 있다. 이는 제품의 생산, 유통, 소비, 폐기문제 등의 총체적 개념에서 재료와 생산방법을 평가하고, 이를 디자인 문제해결의 초기단계에서부터 적극적으로 고려하는 확대된 개념으로 변화된 것이다. 이제 많은 디자이너들은 디자인 결정과 디자인 프로세스에 영향을 미치고 있는 모든 환경을 인식하며 또한 환경적인 문제를 최소화하는 데 기여할 수 있는 방법을 모색해야 할 때이다. 그 대표적인 방법으로 환경친화적 디자인(Environment Friendly Design)이 디자인의 한 흐름을 주도해 나가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 환경친화적 제품 개발을 위한 핵심적 디자인 접근 방법으로 Recycling 개념의 '분해를 위한 디자인 (Design for Disassembly, DFD)' 설계기법에 대한 방법론적 고찰을 통하여 이를 Audio Design에 접목시킴으로써 궁극적으로 환경친화적 제품 개발을 위한 보다 실질적이고 기술적인 디자인 접근 방법을 제시하고자 한다. Recently the design of environmental consideration is thought to be eco - balancing. Material and production method is assessed based on a total concept for energy consumption, recycling, polution and disposal which are generated from production, distribution, consumption and disposal of a product. It is high time for most designers that they should recognize all the environmental problems which affect the design decision and design process and should look for some ways to contribute to the reduction of the environmental problems. Among them the environment friendly design is leading the current. Therefore, this research aims to present a more realistic and technical access to the environment friendly design through the Introduction of "Design for Disassembly, DFD" on recycling concept to Audio design In order to develop the products which are environmentally friendly.

        한국인의 항파상풍 항체 역가

        Inspite of immunization, TETANUS remains a disease with a high morbidity and mortality rate. Tetanus has been still occurred more frequently in developing countries where immunization programs are inadequate. In Korea, there is a routine immunuzation schedule with diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus(DPT) vaccines at 2,4,6 month after birth at 18 month. But further prophylactic programs are not exist. Moreover, we have usually used only passive immunization, tetanus antitoxin, as a prophylactic regimen for injured patients instead of guidelines of Center for Disease Control. The purpose of this study was to assess the baseline tetanus immunity state and to suggest the proper immunization schedule and adequate prophylactic guideline for injured patients in Korea. One hundred thirty one trauma patients from emergency department of Severance hospital from September to November of 1993 were included. Antietanus antibody titers of the patients were analyzed by ELISA assay. The mean antitetanus antibody titer was 0.728 ±0.236IU/mL. The titers were diminished rapidly with age. In pediatric group(age under 15), the mean titer was 3.251 ±0.426 IU/mL and in geriatric group(age over 64), the mean titer was 0.007 ±0.002 IU/mL which was below the minimal protective antibody titer(0.01 IU/mL). While all of the pediatric patients have protective antibody titer, only 69.2% of young adults(15-39, n=65), 56.7% of adults(40-64, n=30), and 57.2% of geriatrics(>65, n=14) have protective antibody titer. Our results suggest that tetanus prophylaxis is unnecessary in the age under 14. In other age groups, however, our data strongly support the need of prophyulaxis.

      • 골격근 근형질세망의 ATPase활성도에 대한 Vanillylnonanamide의 영향

        To investigate the effect of vanillylnonanamide(VN) on the ATPase activity of the sarcoplasmic reticulum(SR) of the skeletal muscle, we prepared the SR vesicles from the back muscle of the rabbit, and measured ATPase activity. The results as follows: Ca-ATPase activity was about 50% in the total ATPase activity of skeletal muscular SR. In the reaction mixture with calcium, 100μM VN increased ATPase activity to 20%, and 100 nM and 10 μM thapsigargin(THP) inhibited the ATPase activity to 50% and 60%, respectively. And 100 μM VN plus 100 nM or 10 μM THP more inhibited ATPase activity than THP alone did it. However, without calcium, 100μM VN did not affect ATPase activity, and 10 μM THP inhibited it to 41%, but VN plus THP inhibited it to 31%. The above results show that VN in the reaction mixture with or without calcium has the different action to ATPase activity when it is used alone or together with Ca-ATPase inhibitor THP. This suggests that VN might increase or decrease the skeletal SR Ca-ATPase activity through affecting the lipid membrane around the Ca-ATPase.

        반도체, LCD, 휴대폰과 같이 제품 원가에 비해 고부가가치 제품 산업들은 급속한 발전과 새로운 서비스 요구로 인해 제품의 생산에 있어서 제조 스피드가 관건이다. 본 연구에서는 복잡하고 다양한 반도체 프로세스 중에서 Track - Aligner - Oxide Etcher - Asher - Sputter - Microscope 프로세스의 모델링을 통하여 평균 생산 시간과 처리량을 측정하여 처리량을 극대화 할 수 있는 생산 시간의 최적화에 대해 고찰하였다.

        A new synthesis of 1,1-R, R',-2, 3, 4, 5-tetraphenyl-1-silacyclopentadiene was described. It was synthesized from one-pot reaction of 1,4-dilithio-1, 2, 3, 4-tetraphenylbutadiene with R_nSiCl_4-n (n=0, 1, 2), where 1, 4-dilithio-1, 2, 3, 4-tetraphenyl butadiene was prepared from the reaction of diphenyl acetylene and lithium metal in ether solution with good yield (80∼85%).

      • 골격근 근형질세망의 ATP유도 ^45Ca-uptake에 대한 Thapsigargin및 Vanillylnonanamide의 영향

        To investigate the effect of thapsigargin(THP) and vanillylnonanamide(VN), derivative of capsaicin, on the ATP-induced ^45Ca-uptake in the sarcoplasmic reticulum(SR) of the skeletal muscle, the SR vesicles were prepared from the back muscle of the rabbit, and ^45Ca-uptake was carried out. The results as follows: ATP-induced ^45Ca-uptake of skeletal muscular SR was significantly increased by 1 mM ATP. It was significantly blocked by 5 μM THP, but slightly decreased by 20 μM VN. The combined effect of THP and VN on the 45Ca-uptake of the SR vesicles was much potentiated than the sum of each effect of them. The above results suggest that the action of VN, being slightly influential to ATP-induced Ca-uptake but potentiating the effect of THP on the Ca-uptake, might be related with direct perturbation of the SR membrane or exposure of the THP-binding site.
