Nowadays the soccer becomes one of the best spot lighting sports in the world. Especially the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup was deeply impressed on all the korean. One goal of illuminating engineering should be the design of lighting system that can provide consistently high task visibility regardless of where a task might be located within a working space. The television broadcasting on the soccer has been an important role in the media. The standard of FIFA(The Federation Internationale de Football Association) requires recommended illuminance levels for artificial lighting for a player, an audience, TV broadcasting, as well as everybody in the stadium. This paper has proposed an algorithm to select the suboptimal lighting tower position for watching and TV broadcasting a soccer game within a pleasant environment and an optimum illuminance distribution. The position using the software Philip`s Calculux was chosen based an the calculations of a horizontal illuminance, vertical illuminance, uniformity, glare, and so on by changing lighting tower positions.

This paper evaluate use on facilities of green tourism by participator's questionnaire. As the result of study, it shows follows; 1) To make town look more traditionally we should rebuild the buildings and the styles of roof with our own traditional rural system. And, we also change the block and brick style fence into soil or rock one instead to look rural path. The agricultural land and watercourse should be left naturally to be looked non-polluted environment. 2) The outdoor toilet, washing stand and distribute should be maintained and managed clearly every time. Residents' own housing also should be maintained to promote the home-stay lodging. 3) To improve the satisfaction of people's need of agricultural product, the special market building or place that could be packed and sold the product at the same time should be built or made. And, it should be located in the harmonious spot with the natural scenery and good parking lot.

In 2019, the daily generation of food waste in Korea was 14,314 tons, which is a steady increase compared to the past. To efficiently use food waste as an effective resource, composting and feeding are carried out. In Korea, attention is gradually focused on a sustainable resource circulation society. Compost made of food waste has problems with foreign substances, heavy metals, and salt content, and solid fuelization research is being actively conducted to compensate for this. In this study, infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), organic content measurement(TGA), and chemical composition were measured to compare the fuel characteristics with wood pellets, which are major solid fuels, in order to examine the physical and chemical properties of food waste compost.
생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.

The spatial information open platform V-World has been introduced to public by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2012. Recently, both vol- ume of V-World users and size of the system have been rapidly increased since various functionality was added to V-World. The current architecture of the V-World is enough to afford the daily average users but some delayed connection problem has been risen while huge number of users are accessing V-World simultaneously. This situation randomly appeared due to media relation services, so this problem was often taken care by temporary solutions (i.e hardware expansion). This study is focused on how to apply a contents delivery network (CDN) to the V-World for the next-generation architecture which is one of the solutions to solve this problem. In this paper, we deeply researched performance alteration based on CDN’s avail- ability in the system. Moreover, we tested the ideal location of the CDN based on web log which contained users’ geographic location which estimated based on IP addresses.

<P>This paper proposes an analytical levitation force computation method using the equivalent magnetic circuit (EMC) of a controlled-permanent magnet (CPM) levitation system that has potential applications in a magnetically levitated vehicles. The airgap field and levitation force characteristics of the CPM are investigated using the EMC, considering airgap fringing and leakage flux path for longitudinal and lateral direction surfaces. The computation results are validated using finite-element analysis and experimental results. The levitation performance was tested using a dynamic force test facility, which confirms the validity of the EMC computation scheme for the description of a CPM levitation system.</P>
