      • 한국 스포츠관광(sports tourism)의 현황과 향후과제

        This study aims at analyzing the actual status and conditions of sports tourism in Korea and suggesting its future development tasks. For this, it analyzes events, tours and resorts which are the major areas of sports tourism based on the conceptual understanding of sports tourism and as a result of discussing development tasks of sports tourism, the following conclusions are obtained. First, tourism policies are not developed in Korea due to the lack of tourism policymakers’ recognition of sports tourism, but as five-day work system a week has been executed and national leisure pattern has been diversified, concerns of governmental agencies and private enterprises have been increased. Second, Korea’s capacity to hold sports events is in the world-wide level, but efficiency of tourism industry doesn’t reach expectation due to the lack of its connection with tourism. Accordingly, more effective policies should be developed by organizing joint conference with tourism bureau, sports bureau, youth bureau and Korea Sports Association within the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Third, sports tour environment in Korea is very poor. In particular, the lack of golf course, ski-slope and marine sports facilities resulted in the absence of competitiveness due to users’ excessive burden. Therefore, government’s bold policy supports including simplification of administrative procedures, deregulation and tax cut for extension of sports facilities should be sought. Fourth, sports resorts in Korea cannot satisfy the requirements of modern tourists who pursue moving and experiencing tour because of poor sports facilities. In addition, as most of resorts are located in inland and mountain regions, they cannot utilize its geographical characteristics. So, marine resort construction which is the core facility of marine tourism at coast or island is the preferential task to promote international tourism in the age of ocean. Fifth, the South-North relationship having the ideological conflict in global village receives the world people’s attention. Therefore, discussion of sports tourism development policy using demilitarized zone (DMZ) with construction of leisure town at Mt. Gumgang will be effective alternative of unification policy.

        요추간판 탈출증 환자의 수술전,후 및 안정 회복에 따른 요부 등척성 신근력의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to determine the quantitative assessment of lumbar extension strength change for pre-operation, post-operation and following 4 week rest in hernia-operated patients. Twenty-four(11 males and 13 female) subjects participated and was tested at 3 times for pre-operation, post-operation and following 4 week rest. Each test involved the measurement of maximum voluntary isometric torque at seven degrees(72˚, 60˚, 48˚, 36˚, 24˚, 12˚, 0˚) of lumbar flexion using the Medx lumbar extension machine. There was no significant improvement of lumbar extenstion strength between pre-operation and post-operation for male at all degrees but for female significant increase was appeared at major degrees except 48˚, 0˚ between pre-operation and post-operation and at all degrees between pre-operation and following 4 week rest. Result further on body weight ratio show same results except that there was significant increase for female at all degree except 0˚ between pre-operation and post-operation.

        Reacting against the impressionist painters, whose object was to render a faithful visual impression, the gruop of artists known s Expressionists wanted to show the ideas and emotions beneath the surface of the visual world. In this paper it is indicated that the renewed romanticism of the later nineteenth century became the immediate basis of modern Expressionism. but more important to the development of Expressionism were Much and Gogh. Expressionsim proper is usually considered to have begun in the first years of this century in Germnay, and more particularly with the foundation of the "Brucke" group. The young painters in this group studied the painted and graphic works of the early German masters as well as Negro art. This group may be said to have represented German Expressionism in its purest form. More international was "Der blaue Reiter" group. The style of it was on the whole more decerative than that of the "Brucke", more lyrical, more open to the influences of Fauvists and Cubists, and more inclined to renounce the representation of reailty. Thus, kandinsky, a member in this group, became the first abstract artist. The First World War dispersed the Expressionist painters into every center of Europe. After the war, the artists of the Post-Expressionist generation took up the techniques of Expressionism. The original purely artistic aims tended to be replaced by a much greater emphasison social criticism. Unfortuntely when Nazi regime took charge of the cultural life of Germany and Centural Europe, the works of the Expressionists were branded as decadent. They were condemned to oblivion and only those who went into exile could continue to work. Since the Second World War there has been a succession of expressionist waves. It was the trend known as Abstract Expressionism that drew out our attention back to Kandinsky's generation. It may be given as a conclusion that Expressionism can't be dismissed as a transitory phase of modern art. For it is a solid fact that one of the modes of art is that a emotional expression. In this respect, expressionist tendencies will probably always exist, as they hav always existed in the past.

        The inverted pendulum problem, which keeps the pendulum in the upright position, is a typical problem of unstable systems and has been studied by many researchers. In this work a digital controller is designed not only to stabilize the pendulum in the upright position but also to control the cart location at a given point. Controller design is based on a linear quadratic(LQ) optimal control theory. The controller is designed to achieve good performance characteristics regardless of uncertainties due to modeling errors and disturbance using frequency response shaping of overall system. The system is proved to work properly through simulation and experimentation.

        The College of Engineering was specialized to have a sole function for supplying technical high school teachers in 1977 and referred to as the College of Industrial Education according to the Government's policy. The economic impact mainly due to the oil-crises caused a severe problem to this college, namely discrepancy of supply to demand scale. Accordingly the number of student enrollment was to be fluctuated from 479 in 1979 through 800 in 1979 and 900 in 1980 to 430 in 1981. And the engineering departments have been attached to this Engineering Education College since 1981. These circumstanses met singnificant inefficiency in facility operation. This program aims at providing an overall relocation of the college facilities and preparing the practical system to make the joint-operation possible taking into account circulation, academic stream, budget, maintenance, etc. However this study could not get optimal spacing but some trade-off, considering the current situation.

      • 이온 交換樹脂에 依한 黴量水銀의 濃縮分析

        Trace levels of inorganic and organic mercury ions in aqueous solution were concentrated on several ion exchange resins and their distribution coefficients were found by Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption (CVAA) technique. Of ion exchange resins used for experiments, moderately basic anion exchange resin (Cl^--from, Dowex-2 2×8-100) showed the best distribution coefficient, resulting in the effective concentration of mercury ions. Also, better distribution coefficients were obtained for highly crosslinked in exchange resins. As the temperature of mercury solution increased the amount of the mercury ions absorbed on the resins increased. Inorganic and organic mercury ions were selectively reduced by SnCl_2, NH_2OH·HCl and NaBH_4, respectively, and SnCl_2, NH_2OH·HCl showed a better results for inorganic mercury and NaBH_4 for organic mercury. Although the addition of NaBH_4 to solutions containing mercury ions as a reducing agent showed high absorbances, it did not obey Beer's law satisfactorily when the concentration became high. With the aid of HNO_3 and NH_4Cl sobution, sobutions containing both types of mercury could be preserved for more than a week. In solutions with inorganic and organic mercury ions, inorganic mercury ions were selectively determined by SnCl_2, NH_2OH·HCl. The organic mercury content of the solution could be determined after total mercury and inorganic mercury were analyzed separately.

It has brougt work, prosperity, increased trade and new travel and tourism opportunities Air transport is now massive and economically vital business, encompassing the manufacturers and operators of engines and aircraft, fuel suppliers, airports and air traffic control systems. Its customers represent every sector of the world s economy and every segment of the world s population The industry s competitive environment is undergoing fundamental change. Its development in major market is constrained by problems mused by overloaded airport and air traffic control systems and by concern about air transport s environmental impact. To meet growing demand, the industry is investing heavily in new technology and in modem aircraft. The airlines are improving upon outstanding standards of safety, efficiency and reliability and are continually reducing cost to the customer. At the same time the industry is constantly seeking to reduce its environmental impact and has regulurly improved its environmental performance over time. Air transport has consistently made optimal use of technology and has sponsored technological innovation - even though this has entailed major material and financial investment. Air traffic world-wide is growing by an average 5 percent each year. Current trends suggest that by the year 2005 its growth may double Should it grow to this extent, and if scientists predictions about global warming hold true, a number of conditions will need to be met; Quite apart from the major question of the ability o f the airways and airports to absorb forecast growth air transport will need to further improve its environmental record If air transport s impact on the environment is to be minimised, the industry must continually devote adequate resources to the protection of the environment and fully exploit the best available technology. The airlines are playing their part in cleaning up" the planet and in preserving and protecting its natural resources. However, they are concerned that governments and the public are not sufficiently aware of the world-wide economic loss which would result from an industry fettered by unnecessary constraints. Stringent environmental standards entail heavy airline investment, which is eventually passed on to passengers in higher fares.

      • 동종 조혈모세포이식 후 발생한 크립토콕쿠스 척추염 1예

        Skeletal cryptococcosis is an uncommon infection. Cryptococcus is a common cause of meningitis and infects 7∼10% of patients with AIDS. As well as AIDS, the infection may be seen in association with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, sarcoidosis, tuberculosis and diabetes, also in patients on steroid medication. But there is no case report of skeletal cryptococcosis following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. A 40-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of low back pain. She had chronic myelogenous leukemia for 2 years and underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 8 months ago. She have been treated with steroid and cyclosporine orally because of chronic graft versus host disease. On examination she was afebrile and had posterior lower lumbar tenderness. But, she had no reduced strength of low extremities. Open biopsy was underwent. Histology demonstrated budding, round-to-oval, refractile yeast-like organisms within debris. The results of a lumbar puncture were unremarkable and cerebrospinal fluid culture failed to grow bacteria and yeast. The patient was treated with amphotericin B (1 gram) and AmBisome□ (2.8 gram) over 6 weeks. Three months after cessation of therapy, the patient was doing well.(Korean J Infect Dis 33:298∼301, 2001)

        In furnished an information for effective acting method and exercise formula of Inline Training as judging from a cardiopulmonary function and basal metabolism change for Inline Skate. This study research sample is a randomization an overweight female student 7 to exercise regularly or not to regulate a nutrition for reducing one's weight, to want to join oneself at this experiment at nurse department in K university and to continue a normal state of cardiorespiratory system medically for exercise load test before. It measured the HRmax of each testee and each testee executed the Power Inline Skating THR to 60-70 percent of HRMax after Exercise Load Examine for 10 weeks 4 per one week, It calculated the following result according to above process. At Inline Skate Training before/after, a rest state and convalescent state is significant difference at HR and at VO₂ and VE after exercise. Thus, I proposed the following results, Inline Skate generally has interested from many people so it increased the needs of information of Inline Skating. But a information of this was limited in Inline Skate greatly. Therefore, it was thought to require a research to give the value as sports and scientific approaching about Inline Skate. In next research, it enunciates the proposition to require a research to be get an effect of Inline Skate Acting for much better a variety of method and procedure.

      • 비엔나협약규정 신호체계와 우리나라 신호체계에 관한 비교연구

        20세기 말 국제사회는 정치 경제적인 교류 · 협력의 증가에 따른 국제 경제활동 빛 여가활동범위의 확대로 국가간 방문교류가 증가했다. 1968년 국제연합 (UN, United Nation)은 국제도로교통을 활성화하고 도로안전의 증진을 위하여 도로교통에 관한 국제협약인 도로교통협약(Convention on Road Traffic)과 표지 및 신호체계협약(Convention on Road Signs and Signals)을 선포하였다 2002년 10월 기준으로 표지 벚 신호체계협약에는 50개국이 가입하였고 도로교통협약에는 60개국이 가입한 상태이다. 국내에서는 도로교통에 관한 이 국제협약이 ‘비엔나협약’이라고 통칭되고 있으며 1968년에 버엔나협약 제정시 승인 서명만 했을 뿐 비엔나협약에 가입하지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비엔나협약의 신호체계와 극내 신호체계를 비교하여 (1) 그 차이점을 분석하고, (2) 비엔나협약 표지 빛 신호체계협약 가업을 가정시 유발되는 문제점에 대한 개선사항에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과 차량 신호등의 형태 및 가변형 가변등의 형태 녹색등 황색등 적색등의 동일 색의 화살표시등으로의 교체 가능성 여부, 녹색등화 적색등화 황색등화의 의미, 적색등화 점멸의 의미, 화살표시등의 등화, 녹색등과 적색 및 황색등과의 동시 등화 운용여부 등에서 차이점이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 비엔나협약 표지 및 신호체계협약 가업을 가정시 유발되는 문제점에 대한 개선사항으로는 (1) 도로교통법의 적색신호 및 황색신호 시 우회전허용 또는 비보호 우회전 허용에 관한 내용의 검토, (2) 국내에 현재 운영중언 4색등의 사용을 금하고 직진 및 좌회전 두 개의 전용 신호등으로 구분한 신호등 재설치 및 이에 따른 국내 지역제어기 교체 검토 빛 새로운 지역제어기의 운영 소프트웨어 개발 검토, (3) 가변형 가변등의 가변차로 전환 신호기의 교체 검토, (4) 도로교통법에서의 적색신호등의 점멸에 관한 내용의 검토, (5)도로교통법에 화살표시등에 대한 법규정 신설에 관련된 내용 검토 및 현장에서 운영되고 있는 하향 황색 화살표시의 방향을 상향으로 전환에 관한 검토, (6) 도로교통법에 자전거 전용신호등에 대한 법규정 신설에 관련된 내용 검토, (7) 비엔나협약 표지 및 신호체계협약에 따라 수정되는 신호체계에 대한 기존 운전자 재교육의 필요성 검토가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.
