세계적으로 불균형적 인구구조가 가속화되고 있는 시점에서 정부는 인력 부족을 해결하고 국가 성장 동력을 확보하기 위한 다양한 정책들을 실행하고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 개발된 몽골의 비전문 취업근로자 한국 체류 자격을 위한 글로벌 로컬 교육 프로그램 ‘K-EDU MON CENTER’의 CI(Corporate Identity, 이하 CI)를 디자인, 개발하였다. CI이론, ‘K-EDU MON CENTER’의 현황, 유사 CI/BI 개발 사례 분석을 통해 디자인 개발의 프로세스를 구축하였으며 사용자에게 특정한 인상과 인식을 제공하고 조직의 목표와 가치를 반영한 CI 베이직시스템과 응용시스템을 개발하였다. 통합된 이미지 구축을 통해 개발된 CI를 사용자 커뮤니케이션과 다양한 마케팅에 활용할 수 있게 되었다. The world's disproportionate population structure is accelerating. As a result, the government is implementing various policies to ease the shortage of human resources and improve national growth engines. We designed the CI(Corporate Identity) of K-EDUMON CENTER, a global local education program for Mongolian non-professional workers to qualify for stay in Korea. We have established a design development process through CI theory analysis, current status of “K-EDUMONNTER”, and similar CI/BI development cases. We have developed CI basic systems and applications that provide users with specific impressions and perceptions and reflect organizational goals and values. Integrated image building enables the developed CI to be utilized for user communication and various marketing activities.
Seasonal and diel abundance and feeding patterns of Chaoborus flavicans in Sang-Chun reservoir

To document the basic ecological aspects of Chaoborus species, which has never been reported in Korea, we attempted to identify the species, to monitor seasonal and vertical dynamics, and to elucidate trophic relations of the species in Sang-Chun reservoir. Using morphological characteristics, we identified the collected samples as C. flavicans. Also, we compared the distribution of C. flavicans, Daphnia rosea and chlorophyll a to observed seasonal dynamics. The increase of C. flavicans was observed 1-2 weeks after the increase of D. rosea. Survey of diel vertica migration patterns in the summer season showed that C. flavicans were in hypolimnion at daytime, but moved to the epilimnion at night. Finally, to determine trophic relationships in Sang-Chun reservoir, additional studies on the food web were undertaken by stable isotope analysis. Chaoborus flavicans I-II instars appear to be filter feeders based on carbon isotope values. Trophic levels of C. flavicans III-IV instars were shown to be higher than other zooplankto based on nitrogen isotope values.
치위생학과 학생들의 성격유형이 학업소진과 수면의 질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to reveal association between personality types on academic burnout and sleep quality. Personality types were composed of extraversion, neuroticism, openness, conscientiousness, and agreeableness. We thought these factors affect to the academic burnout and sleep quality. For this study, 218 dental hygiene students in Busan and Gyeongnam are participated in this study. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson’s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 program. In conclusion, we obtained the next results. First, the mean of academic burnout was 2.51 out of 5. In terms of sub-domain, exhaustion (2.95) is the highest, followed by inefficacy (2.36) and cynicism (2.01). Second, the influencing factor in academic burnout were neuroticism (β=.363) and conscientiousness (β=-.263), adjusted R2=.199. Third, the influencing factor in sleep quality were oral hygiene neuroticism (β=.266), adjusted R2=.066. According to the results, neuroticism and conscientiousness are effective in decreasing the academic burnout. Also, neuroticism is effective in increasing the sleep quality.

연구배경 국민들의 여가 공간을 녹지 시설에서 보내고자 하는 수요가 점점 증가함에 따라 진주시는 월아산 산림복지시설을 계획 중에 있다. 그리고 이에 따라 월아산 산림복지시설의 BI 개발이 필요해졌다. 이를 통하여 월아산 산림복지시설의 바이럴 마케팅 효과 추구, 랜드마크로서의 자리매김을 하고자 한다. 연구방법 경상남도 진주시 직원 및 관계자에게 월아산과 관련한 기초 자료를 제공받아 연구의 초석을 다진다. 그리고 선행 연구와 타 디자인 사례 조사를 참고하여 도출된 시사점을 통해 월아산 산림복지시설만이 가질 수 있는 브랜드 아이덴티티를 구축하고자 한다. Basic System 개발 9종, Application System 28종을 개발 범위로 정하고 연구 기간은 2020년 12월 02일부터 2021년 03월 31일까지 총 120일이다. 연구결과 ‘월아산 숲속의 진주’ BI는 디자인 출원 40-2021-0104816, 40-2021-0104817, 40-2021-0104835, 40-2021-0104808, 40-2021-0104832, 40-2021-0104814, 40-2021-0104810으로 등록되었다. 이를 통하여 ‘월아산 숲속의 진주’를 이용한 다양한 마케팅 및 디자인 전략이 가능해졌다. 결론 진주시 월아산 산림복지시설 BI 개발로 진주시의 월아산을 홍보하기 위한 브랜드 디자인을 개발하였다. 개발된 BI의 통합된 이미지 구축을 통해 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 유도하였으며 중요한 바이럴 마케팅 도구로 사용할 수 있게 되었다. Background Jinju City is planning a Walasan forest welfare facility as the demand for people to spend their leisure time in green space facilities increases. And This required the development of BI to build an integrated image of the Walasan Forest Welfare Facility. In this way, we would like to position the facility as a landmark that pursues the viral marketing effect of the Walasan Forest Welfare Facility. Methods Jinju City, Gyeongsangnam-do, and related parties will be provided with basic materials on Walasan, and the foundation of the research will be divided. Then, through the suggestions derived from the previous research and other design case studies, we try to build a brand identity that is only specific for the Walasan Forest Welfare Facility can have. The scope of development is nine types of Basic System development and 28 types of Application Systems, and the research period is 120 days from December 02, 2020 to March 31, 2021. Results "Walasan Jinju in the forest" BI has applied for design 40-2021-0104816, 40-2021-0104817, 40-2021-0104835, 40-2021-0104808, 40-2021-0104832, 40-2021-0104814, and 40-2021-0104810. This has enabled various marketing and design strategies using the "Walasan Jinju in the forest". Conclusions Under the leadership of the institute, "Walasan Jinju in the forest" must be managed according to the BIesign manual. The brand image integrated in the strict management not only creates the local economy but also gives the citizens unity and brand of an affirmative image.

Background: Conventional treatment options for periorbital syringomas are often unsatisfactory because of inevitable surface damages from the procedure and frequent recurrence rate of the tumors. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of intralesional electrosurgery using a monopolar radiofrequency device with a single insulated microneedle for the treatment of periorbital syringomas. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed using data from medical records, routine questionnaires, and clinical photographs of 55 patients with periorbital syringoma, who underwent intralesional electrosurgery. Results: Approximately half of the patients (50.9%) experienced marked resolution after one treatment. The lesion clearance rate increased and lesion severity decreased each time the treatment was repeated. No persistent therapy-related adverse event was found except transient erythema or crusting. Conclusion: Intralesional electrosurgery with insulated microneedle is an effective and safe treatment option for periorbital syringomas.

Clear cell acanthoma (CCA) is an uncommon, benign epithelial tumor presenting as a well-defined, slow-growing solitary nodule. The diagnosis of CCA is usually based on clinical and histopathological evaluation of the tumor. However, when such type of benign tumor occurs on an exposed area, a biopsy is not always the best diagnostic option since it may leave scar. The recent advent of dermoscopy has offered an accurate and non-invasive method to diagnose CCA without resorting to skin biopsy. A 40-year-old male presented with a shiny, erythematous-to-brown, flattened nodule on the left cheek. Dermoscopic examination revealed a ‘string of pearls’ vascular pattern, a characteristic dermoscopic feature of CCA. Under the clinical and dermoscopic impression of CCA, a 595 nm pulsed dye laser (PDL) therapy targeting the vascular tissue in the superficial dermis of the lesion was chosen for a minimally invasive treatment. After repeated sessions of PDL, an optimal cosmetic outcome was achieved and no recurrence was recorded during the follow-up period. Herein, we report a case of presumed CCA which was successfully diagnosed and treated by utilizing non-invasive modalities. (Ann Dermatol 33(3) 275∼277, 2021)
