      • 통조림용 가다랑어육의 식품성분

        가다랑어 혈합육을 보다 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 일련의 기초연구로서, 가다랑어 혈합육의 지질성분, 함질소엑스분 및 구성아미노산 등을 보통 육과 함께 분석하여 비교, 검토하였다. 보통육은 혈합육에 비해 수분, 조단백질 함량은 약간 많은 반면, 조지방과 회분 함량은 혈합육이 약간 많았다. 휘발성염기질소량은 보토육이 22.7mg/100g, 혈합육이 46.9mg/100ㅎ으로 혈합육이 보통육에 비해 선도저하가 훨씬 빨랐다. 보통육과 혈합육의 총지질 조성은 각각 중성지질 79.7%, 71.9%, 당지질, 6.8%, 9.5%, 인지질13.5%, 18.6%로 이루어져 있었다. 중성지질의 성분은 free fatty acid ac triglyceride, 인지질은 phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl, 인지질은 phosphatidyl choline이 주성분이었고, lysogud 인지질의축적도 확인되었다. 총지지르 중성, 당 및 인지질의 축적도 확인되었다. 종지질, 중성, 당 및 인지질의 지반산 조성에서 보통육은 16:0 및 18:1을 주체로 한 포화산 및 모노엔산의 조성비가 혈합육보다 높았으며, 혈합육은 폴리엔산, 특히 22:6의 비율이 월등히 높았다. 16:0. 18:0, 18:1, 20:5 및 22:6 등이 주요 구성지방산이었다. 유리아미노산의 조성은 총함량에서 보통육 쪽이 많았고, 보통육에는 histidine, 혈합육에는 tauring의 보통육에서는 680.9mg.100g 정도 전존해 있었으나, 혈합육에서는 IMP의 분해가 급속히 진행되어 73.1mg/100g에 지나지 않았다. TMAO 및 TMA는 보통육에 비해 혈합육에 휠씬 많이 함유되어 있었고, total creatinine은 보통육 쪽이 많았다. 구성아미노산의 조성은 양시료 간에 별차이가 없었고, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, lysine, leucine, alanine, isoleucine 및 arginine 등이 주요 구성아니노산이었다. The lipid components, nitrogenous extracts and amino acids of dark muscle(DM) of skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) were analyzed and compared with those of white muscle(WM). WM was higher in moisture and crude protein content, and lower in crude lipid and ash content than those of DM. Contents of volatile basic nitrogen in WM and DM were 22.7mg/100g and 46.9mg/100g. Total lipid(TL) of WM and DM consisted of 79.7%, 71.9% neutral lipid(NL), 6.8%, 9.5% glycolipid(GL), and 13.5%, 18.6% phospholipid(PL), respectively. NL was mainly composed of free fatty acid, triglyceride, and PL was mainly occupied by phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl choline. Also lysophosphatidyl choline and lysophosphatidyl ethanolamine were identified in PL. In fatty acid composition of TL, NL, GL and PL, WM revealed higher contents in saturates and monoenes such as 16 : 0, 18 : 1, while DM showed higher contents in polyenes such as 22 : 6 especially. The major fatty acids of these samples were generally 16 : 0, 18 : 0, 18 : 1, 20 : 5 and 22 : 6. Contents of total free amino acids from WM and DM were 5,982.3mg/100g and 4,450.7mg/100g (dry base). Of free amino acids, Tau concentration was much higher in DM than in WM, Ala, Gly, Met, Arg, Thr were also high in DM. But His was much higher in concentration in WM. Content of inosinic acid(IMP) in WM(680.9mg/100g) was higher than that of DM(73.1mg/100g). The degradations of IMP proceeded very rapidly in DM. DM contained much higher trimethylamine oxide and trimethylamine than those of WM. The profile of combined amino acids in these samples were very similar, and main amino acids were Glu, Asp, Lys, Ala, Ile and Arg.

        The class of uterine malformation known as communicating uteri is characterized by two uterocervical cavities connected by an isthmic communication. We experienced case of communicating double uterus with double cervix, blind hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis. The complaint of the patient was odorous vaginal discharge with lower abdominal pain unrelated with menstrual cycle. We confirmed these Mullerian anomalies by transvaginal ultrasound. IVP(intravenous pyelography), MRI(magnetic resonance imaging), hysterosalpingography and hysteroscopy. After vaginal septoplasty, her complaint was subsided. We report this case with brief review of literatures.

        일단계 핵산 추출을 이용한 사람거대세포바이러스와 돼지내재레트로바이러스의 검출법

        Background: Xenotransplantation is thought to be one of the alternative methods to overcome the shortage of human organs for transplantation. Recipients should be immunosuppressed for graft survival, and thus, there is a need for developing diagnostic modality that can detect diverse infections originating from animals and recipients rapidly, in the early stage, and with high sensitivity using small volume of samples. This study was carried out to develop a fast, simple, and robust technique for the preparation of HCMV DNA and PERV RNA using small volume of samples. Materials and Methods: Nucleic acids were extracted from serially diluted samples with one step extraction method as well as with Qiagen kit. The presence of genomic DNA of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) and porcine endogenous retrovirus (PERV) was detected by PCR and specific primer set, respectively. RNA of HCMV and PERV was extracted and then detected by RT-PCR and specific primer set, respectively. For absolute quantification of HCMV, standard curve was established by real time PCR. Results: HCMV DNA and PERV RNA were prepared from culture supernatant and cells for PCR or RT-PCR with one step extraction method. It was possible to extract both the DNA and RNA from the samples in about 20 minutes with one step extraction method in a single tube. HCMV and PERV could also be detected by PCR and one step extraction method, respectively. It was also good with small quantity samples. Conclusions: One step extraction method is simpler and faster method than other extraction methods when there are two types of DNA and RNA viruses in one sample. From these results, we could see that the one step extraction method could be very useful in detecting HCMV and PERV rapidly from the pig cells or organ transplanted recipients with a small amount of sample.

      • 粉末 燻乾정어리 加工 및 貯藏中에 品質變化

        1976年 以來 우리나라에서 漁獲量이 急增하고 있는 정어리를 보다 效率的으로 食用化하기 위한 方法을 檢討하기 위하여 粉末燻乾정어리의 加工 및 貯藏에 관한 實驗을 하였다. 製品은 水分이 11.7%, 脂肪이 22.9%, 蛋白質은 61.7%였고, 原料 fillet에 대한 收率은 16.8%였으며, 담백한 맛과 燻乾品特有의 香氣가 있었다. 그리고 製品은 탄산가스 중에 貯藏하면 貯藏 중 酸化酸量의 變化가 거의 없고 品質을 安全하게 保藏할 수 있다는 結論을 얻었다. Since 1976 the catches of sardine have been increased rapidly in Korea. A processing method of smoked sardine meat powder and its quality changes during storage were studied. The fillets of raw sardine meat were boiled at 98℃ for 1 hour in a wire basket. After cooling at room temperature, the boiled fillets which small bones were removed were smoked at 60-70℃ for 8 hours. The second smoking was carried out under same conditions after 24 hours. The products were cleaned with brush and then powdered. The contents of moisture, lipid and protein were 11.7%, 22.9% and 61.7%, respectively. The yield of the product to the weight of raw fillet was 16.8%. According to the results of panel test, the product was well accepted having meaty taste and characteristic smoky flavor. The amount of oxidized acid in the product increased only a little during the storage in carbon dioxide gas.

        도시열섬현상 저감을 위한 그린네트워크 구축 방안에 관한 연구 : 대구광역시 달서구를 대상으로

        As urbanization has been expanded in Korea, open spaces, such as urban parks and public sites, have been utilized for other uses, and then this bring out environmental changes for the worse. It is expected that these changes become more serious problems due to overpopulation, increasing individualism, and development of transportation. This research base on the consideration of connecting between decreasing urban green spaces and distributed green sites so as to build the substantial plan for the Green Network construction for urban heat island mitigation in Dalseo district, Daegu Metropolitan City. The result were as follow; 1) Connecting existing natural sites to the remained parks green zone made an Ideal form of Green-Network system. 2) Some school sites were selected for usable open spaces in order to build Green-Network system, and the plan connecting together with exist natural sites was suggested. 3) Moreover, the scheme of planting on the road spaces for connecting green spaces was proposed. 4) The devices of planting on the urban riverside for enhancing the role of urban stream to form green network was conceived.

      • 폐선암조직에서 Neutral Ribonuclease의 분리와 성상에 관한 연구

        Concentrations of nucleic acids and proteins were determined in adenocarcinoma tissue of the lung and were compared with those in the control lung tissue. Also studied were properties of the neutral RNase specific to the lung cancer to investigate the possible role of the RNase in process involved in carcinogenesis of adenocarcinoma of the lung. DNA and protein centents were unchanged, but RNA content was increased in adenocarcinoma tissue of the lung. Neutral RNase activity was unchanged in the cancer tissue, indicating that the RNase could not be used as a marker for the lung cancer. Proteins and neutral RNase in adenocarcinoma tissue of the lung were separated by a DEAE-cellulose column chromatography into 7peaks each, of which the peak I neutral RNase isozyme was not found in the control lung tissue. This indicated that the peak I neutral RNase was specific to the adenocarcinoma of the lung. The peak I neutral RNase isolated from the adenocarcinoma tissue of the lung did not hydrolyze single stranded (ss) polydeoxyribonucleotides and double stranded (ds) polynucleotides, but hydrolyzed ss polyribonucleotides. The enzyme was observed to be highly active toward poly C, poly U and RNA, indicating that the RNase appeared to be mixed type of secretory and nonseretory RNase. The peak I RNase was not active toward A-A and G-G linkages, but unusually highly active toward A-C and A-U linkages (4 to 6 fold as active as C-C linkage). These results indicated that the peak I neutral RNase isolated from the adenocarcinoma of the lung was (1)specific to the lung cancer. (2) mixed type of seretory and nonsecretory enzymes, (3) unusually highly active toward A-C and A-U linkages of ss polyribonucleotides and RNA, suggesting that the RNase might play roles in processes involved in carcinogenesis and suppression of cancer.

      • 인대내 거대자궁 근종 증례

        Uterine myomas are the most common pelvic tumor in women. These benign tumor generally arise in the uterinie wall and intraligamentary myomas are relatively rare cases. We experienced intraligamentary huge myoma. Preoperative GnRH(Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone) agonist therapy was done but the effect was nearly absent. Hystrectomy was done without complication. We report this case with brief review of literatures.

        택지개발지구내 도시공원의 분포특성에 관한 연구

        To generate a suggestion for a better framework especially the distribution and locations of urban parks in residential areas, ‘residential site development districts’ in Daegu city were tested based on the community involvement and user’s demand for visting. Service-range, advantage and disadvantage in use derived from the locations of the parks in the districts were analyzed according to the concept of density,character assessment, structure in the distribution and locations. Suggestions to give residents more friendly surroundings with ’easy access’ and ’friendly characteristics of each parks’ are as follows; ⅰ) Although most of the tested sites are satisfying the legal criterion on the required level of size of urban parks in each district, there are big difficulties to have rich natural environment in the case of extensive size of residential sites due to too low applied-criterion(0.6㎡ per person) which is a minimum requirement. ⅱ) Although the rate of size of parks in the sites were gradually improved recently, the portion for each person had not improved at all. Therefore, it is needed that new detailed criteria in different level rooted in the character of individual sites such as population and characteristics of parks. ⅲ) Although the distance of parks is within the range of use, the locations are on the edge of sites and residential districts where is not on the everyday route. Therefore to give more easy accessibility, the urban parks in the residential sites should be located on the daily life route where is a more common area in future plans.

      • Poled Polymer를 이용한 제2고조파(SHG) 발생에 관한 연구

        A new learning method and control structure is presented for a neural network control system. The new learning index are composed of the identification error and control error, which is introduced to joint the learning error between the neural network controller and neural network identkfier. Also, the control law is derived by the neural network controller output and the compensated values which is represented the feedforward signal from the neural network controller. And we shows that the tracking performance and adaptability are demonstrated by simulation studies.
