      • 韓國産 달팽이의 化學成分에 관한 硏究 : (1) 민달팽이와 달팽이의 無機質 및 아미노酸組成 (1) Mineral Content and Amino Acid Composition of Korean Slug and Korean Land Snail

        민달팽이 및 달팽이의 化學成分을 分析하여 營養學的 價値 및 漢方效果를 究明하기 위한 基礎資料를 얻고자 一般成分, 無機質, 構成아미노酸 및 遊離아미노酸을 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다. 민달팽이 및 달팽이의 蛋白質含量은 各各 11.6%, 14.7%였으며 灰分含量은 2.7% 및 2.1%이었다. 민달팽이의 無機物 중 K이 213.0㎎%로 가장 含量이 많았고, Na, P 및 Ca의 含量은 各各 142.9㎎%, 138.6㎎% 및 129.5㎎% 였다. Cu, Fe, Zn 및 Mn은 微量元素로서 檢出되었지만 Fe含量은 29.63㎎%로 매우 높은 含量이었다. 달팽이의 경우도 K이 288.2㎎%로 가장 그 含量이 많았고, 다음은 P이 173.7㎎%, Ca은 97.2㎎%, Na은 51.4㎎%, Mg은 30.8㎎%이었다. 微量元素 중 Zn 및 Fe含量은 各各 16.58㎎%, 8.64㎎%이었다. 構成아미노酸은 乾物重量으로서 민달팽이의 40.9%였고, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, leucine, arginine, lysine 및 glycine이 全體아미노산의 53.4%로 함량이 많았으며, cystine, methionine 및 hictidine은 그 含量이 적었다. 必須아미노酸 含量은 總아미노산의 33.0%를 차지하였으며, 이와같은 傾向은 달팽이의 경우도 비숫한 傾向이었다. 민달팽이의 遊離아미노酸 중 含量이 많은 것은 arginine, glutamic acid, alanine 및 serine이었고, 이들이 全體 아미노酸의 54.8%이었으며 반면에 methionine, tyrosine은 含量이 적었으며, 全體 遊離아미노酸 含量은 711.3㎎/100g이었다. 달팽이의 遊離아미노酸 중 含量이 많은 것은 alanine, glutamic acid, arginine, lysine이었으며 이들이 全體 아미노산의 53.6%를 차지한 반면 mthionine, tyrosine 및 cystine은 매우 낮은 含量이었으며 全體 遊離아미노酸含量은 1052.2㎎/100g이었다. The proximate compositions, mineral contents and amino acid compositions of Korean slug, Incilaria frusferi, and Korean land snail, Acusta despecta(GRAY), were determined. The contents of protein, lipid and ash in Korean slug were 11.6%, 2.8% and 2.7%, and those from Korean land snail were 14.7%, 2.2% and 2.1%, respectively. Among the minerals in Korean slug, potassium, sodium and calcium were 213.0 mg%, 142.9 mg% and 129.5 mg%, and those from Korean land snail were 288.2 mg%, 51.4 mg% and 97.2mg%, respectively. In the case of trace element in Korean slug, iron, manganese and copper were 29.63 mg%, 11.21 mg% and 1.64 mg%, and those from Korean land snail were 6.84 mg%, 6.85 mg%, and 2.74 mg%, respectively. The protein of Korean slug was composed of glutamic acid and aspartic acid as a major amino acids and considerable amount of leucine, arginine, lysine and glycine. The amount of essential amino acids except tryptophan was 40.5% of total amino acid. The amino acid composition of Korean land snail was similar to those of Korean slug. Among the free amino acid in Korean slug, arginine, glutamic acid, alanine and serine showed high quantity and the sum of these amino acids occupied 54.8% of total free amino acid. While methionine and tyrosine were poor in content. In the Korean land snail, alanine, glutamic acid, arginine and lysine were abundant amino acids, and the sum of these amino acids occupied 53.6% of total free amino acid. The quantities of methionine, tyrosine and cystine were, in contrast, very small.

All the areas which hold National Games reconstruct the sports infrastructure, using this opportunity, do up the existing facilities nawly and cultivate men of ability who can manage the National Games. Also the city government double-checks the accomodations and reeducates the related workers to strengthen a defect. And all the citizens participate in the National Games systematically and non-systematically. The National Games is an open space with wide latitude that promotes huge cultura exchange among parents of students, staffs, tourists, teams of each city and overseas teams. Making the 88th Gwangju National Games in 2007 of an opportunity, Gwangju also should show widely the mettle as the city for the citizens, the city of culture, the first Gwangju and the first citizens.

      • 자기유변유체를 이용한 연마가공 시스템

        The Magnetoeheological fluid has the properties that it's viscosity has dramastic changed under some magnetic fields therefore, Magnetorhlogical fluids has been used for micro polishing of the micro part( for example, a aspherical surface in a micro lens). The polishing process may appears as follows. A part rotating on the spindle is brought into contact with an Magnetorhological finshing(MRF) fluids which is set in motion by the moving wall. In the region where the part and the MRF fulid ate brought into contact, the applied magnetic field creates the conditions necessary for the material removal from the part surface. The material removal takes place in a certain region contacting the surface of the part which can be called the polishing spot or zone. The polishing mechanism of the material removal in the contact zone is considered as a process governed by the particularities of the Bingham flow in the contact zone. Resonable calculated and experimental magnitudes of the material removal rate for glass polishing lends support the validity of the approach.

        Building integrated photovoltaic(BiPV)systems can from a cohesive design, construction, and energy solution for the built environment. The benefits of building integration are well documented and are gaining significant public recognition and government support. PV cells, however, convert only a small portion of the incoming isolation in to electricity. The rest is either reflected or lost in the form of sensible heat and light. In order to judge of the Integration capability to the BIPV system, energy efficiency, capacity and integration capability is studied by considering the production quantity of electric power and U-value of PV system.

      • 초등학생의 태권도 수련 프로그램과 정신력과의 관계

        This study had a purpose to define The Relations Between Taekwondo Training Programs and Mental Strength of Elementary School Students. In order to achieve this study objective, the Delphi Technique Analysis and the Quantitative Research were carried out. The analysis of Taekwondo training programs by the Delphi Technique was performed by means of the 3rd analysis with 30 experts. And as for the Quantitative Research, the study subjects were targeted for the total 265 pupils composed of 224 boys and 41 girls who were selected by the Group Random Sampling. This study took the primary school students in 4~6 years as the population who were training Taekwondo in the gym which was located in Gwangju. The results of this study that based on the methods and procedures summarized as follows: Taekwondo programs on the basis of the background variables, school year and income level showed the statistically significant differences in the body-centered and the mind-centered programs among the types of Taekwondo training programs. And the statistically significant difference was shown about the income level in the play-centered programs. This result showed the fact that, in training Taekwonclo, pupils showed differences for adapting themselves to the contents of body-, mind-, and play-centered programs according to the contents of programs based on school year and income level which were parts of the background variables.

      • ENHANCED HUMUS FORMATION IN A SUBSTRATE- CONTROLLED COMPOSTING REACTOR

        A substrate-amended fed-batch composting of food waste was investigated and its effect on humus formation and cellulose decomposition were studied. Various substrates were added to the reactor in fed-batch mode while no additional feed was introduced into the other reactor for comparison. Active composting was prolonged by the amendment of substrate. Cellulose composition changed from initial value of 33.4% to 32.6% in conventional batch composting. Cellulose decreased to 30.2% in the substrate-amended, fed-batch composting. It decreased further to 24.2% when the amount of substrate amendment increased in the fed-batch composting. Humus formation was enhanced in the substrate-amended composting. Humic substances were produced more in the fed-batch composting (7.47% and 8.76%) as compared to conventional batch composting (7.12%). About 5% to 23% increase in humic substance was achieved in the fed-batch composting. It was confirmed that the substrate-amended, fed-batch composting improved the degradation of cellulose and the formation of humus.

      • 센서 위치 보정을 통한 원추형 자기베어링 로터의 위치 제어

        이 논문에서는 원추형 자기베어링으로 지지된 고속 연삭기 로터의 정밀진동제어에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 이러한 연구 목적으로 달성하기 위하여 전력증폭기와 원추형 자기베어링을 포함한 각 축에 대하여 이산시간 모델을 규명하였으며, 그 결과를 모의 제어기의 설계시 활용하였다. 또한 제어기의 입력값을 조절하여 자기베어링 공간내에 로터가 최적의 위치에 놓일 수 있도록 조정하였으며, 위치를 검출하는 센서와 전자기적 흡인력을 발생하는 액츄에이터 사이의 위치 불일치를 보정하는 방법을 개발하고 실험 대상에 적용하였다. 그 결과 front 방향과 rear 방향 사이의 연성 효과가 확연히 감소되었고, 로터 회전시의 진폭이 50,000 rpm에서 ±7㎛ 이내의 성능을 보이는 정밀 진동 제어를 수행하였다. In this paper, the precise vibration control problems of high speed grinding rotor supported by cone-shaped active magnetic bearings are investigated. Toward this end, each part of the system including power amplifiers and magnetic bearing systems are identified s discrete time models, and the results are used for controller design. In addition, the correction method of the position error between sensor and actuator are developed and implemented for the experiments. As a result, the coupling effect between front and rear axis are decreased and the amplitudes of rotor vibration are controlled within ±7㎛ at 50,000 rpm.

      • 마이크로 드릴링 M/C에 의한 미세구멍가공특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, the trends of industrial products grow more miniaturization, variety and mass production. Micro drilling which take high precision in cutting work is requested more micro hole and high speed working. Especially, Micro deep hole drilling is becoming more important in a wide spectrum of precision production industries, ranging from the production of automotive fuel injection nozzle, watch and camera parts, medical needles, and thick multi-layered Printed Circuit Boards(PCB) that are demanded for very high density electric circuitry. This paper shows the tool monitoring results of micro drill with tool dynamometer. And additionally, microscope with built-in monitor inspection show the relationship between burr in work piece and chip form of micro drill machining.

      • 케미컬오일을 이용한 ERF 연마 특성

        Electro-rheological fluid is recently used for the micro polishing of 3-dimensional micro-aspherical lens. It's also used for polishing small area defects on the wide flat wafer. Since ER fluid shows a behavior of viscosity changing under certain electric fields, micro polishing efficiency may be enhanced for certain cases. In this paper, a perfluorinated carbonyl fluoride oil based ER fluids was used to improve surface polishing rate and submicron-scale accuracy. As the polishing electrodes, micro size cylindrical tools had been used for maximizing the electric field. An experimental device, which was applied for micro polishing a number of wafers of 4 inches in size and other workpieces, was made on a precision polishing system. It consisted of a steel electrode, a wafer fixture, 10mA current and DC 5kV power supply unit, and a controller unit. From the Experiments, the ER fluid is applicable for micro polishing of small parts.

        열공형과 비열공형 피질하 혈관성 치매에서 위험인자의 차이에 관한 비교 연구

        Backgrounds and Objectives: Vascular dementia is a group of dementing disoders arising from various stroke syndrome. Among these. subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) is regarded as a relatively distinct clinical entity. However, MRI patterns of SIVD are not homogenous. In some patients, lacunes are dominant, and in others, subcortical white matter changes are. This study was designed to compare risk factor profiles between SIVD with and without multiple lacunes. Methods: We divided 47 subjects (22 males, mean age. 68 years) recruited from VADAPET (Multicenter Trial For Evaluation Of The Changes In the PET Images Of Subcortical Vascular Dementia Patient) study into two groups one with more than 5 lacunes in deep gray matter (lacune group) and the other with 5 or less(non-lacune group) Clinical characteristics and laboratory findings of two groups were compared. Results: Nineteen of 47 patients (40%) belonged to the lacune group. The lacune and non-lacune groups d d not differ in the following variables: age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia heart disease, history of stroke or TIA, history of trauma or major surgery, family history of hypertension stroke, or dementia, age at diagnosis of dementia, body mass index, white blood cell count, ESR, CRP, fibrinogen, hemoglobin A1C, total cholesterol. LDL cholesterol creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and microhematuria. However, male sex, smoking alcohol. hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were possibly associated more with lacune group SIVD than with non-lacune group (p<0 1) Multivariate analyses revealed that smoking, hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were independent predictors of SIVD with multiple lacunes Conclusion: Our study suggests that SIVD with multiple lacunes may be significantly different in smoking habits hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol from SIVD without multiple lacunes.
