최대/최소 경계 스키마 추출 기법을 이용한 XML 문서의 DTD 추출

XML이 인터넷상의 데이터 교환의 표준으로 대두되면서 데이터 모델이나 플랫폼에 관계없이 데이터의 전송이 가능하게 되었다. 특히 데이터 중심의 XML 문서의 경우 전송시의 부하를 줄이기 위해 DTD없이 전송되는 경우가 일반적이다. 그러한 이유로 전송받은 XML 데이터의 저장 효율을 높이고 질의를 최적화하며 사용자에게 편의성을 제공해주기 위해서는 XML 데이터로부터 DTD 추출이 필수적으로 요구된다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 DTD를 추출하기 위해 반구조적 데이터의 스키마 추출 기법을 적용한다. 특히, 반구조적 데이터의 최소 경계 스키마를 추출하는데 데이터로그를 이용하는 기존의 방법보다 효율적인 방법인 시뮬레이션을 적용함으로써 보다 향상된 DTD 추출 기법을 제시한다. XML makes it possible for data to be exchanged regardless of the data model in which it is represented or the platform on which it is stored, serving as a standard for data exchange format on the internet. Especially, It is natural to send XML data without DTD on the internet when XML is data-centric XML. Therefore it is needed to extract DTD to store XML data efficiently, to optimize queries, and to help users browse XML data. In this paper, Techniques for upper/lower bound schema extraction are applied to extract DTD from XML data. Especially we propose an efficient technique for extracting DTD by using simulation which is better than datalog as a lower bound schema extraction method.

Fracture healing is a complex physiological process that involves the coordinated participation of several cell types. Unlike other tissues that heal by the formation of poorly organized scar, in fracture healing the original tissue, bone, is regenerated and the properties of the preexisting tissue largely are restored. Fracture healing generally proceeds in an orderly fashion when appropriate biological and mechanical component are present. Many complications may occur with repair and subsequent healing of fracture, including osteomyelitis, implant loosening, and fracture instability. All of these complications may result in delayed union, nonunion or malunion of the fracture. A 1-year-old male, Collie sustained a closed, transverse femoral fracture in a mortor vehicle accident. His initial treatment with open reduction and bone plating was failed. A second surgery was done to remove the plate and perform corrective osteotomy, and bone grafting. Histopathological observation of the bone fragment from fracture end was carried.
Development of radiotracer for polo-box domain of polo-like kinase 1

Polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1) is crucial regulator of cell cycle progression during mitosis. It is known to highlyoverexpress in many different tumor types, and has been implicated as a potential antimitotic cancer target. The phosphopeptide, Pro-Leu-His-Ser-p-Thr (PLHSpT), was shown a high level of affinity and specificity forthe polo-box domain (PBD) of Plk1. However, the peptide has the limitation of cell permeability. We designedthe derivatives to enhance the limitation of PLHSpT using drug delivery system. In addition, we synthesizedand evaluated its radiotracer for tumor diagnosis. This review discusses the derivative and radiotracer that aresuitable for tumor treatment and diagnosis for PBD of Plk1.
Children with COVID-19 after Reopening of Schools, South Korea

목적: 국내 초중고 학교 등교재개 이후 소아에서의 코로나바이러스감염증-2019 (코로나19) 사례의 감염경로를 파악하고자 하였다. 방법: 2020년 5월 1일부터 7월 12일까지 국가감염병감시체계에 신고된 3-18세 소아 청소년 코로나19 확진자의 사례조사서 및 역학조사서를 분석하였다. 결과: 2020년 5월 국내 초중고 학교 등교 재개 이후 7월 12일까지 총 127명의 소아 청소년 코로나19 확진자가 신고되었다. 그 중 59명(46%)은 가족 및 친지로부터 전파된 사례였으며 18명(14%)은 학원 및 개인교습 중 전파되었다. 8명(6%)은 다중이용 시설에서 전파되었으며 3명(2%)은 학교에서 전파된 사례였다. 결론: 코로나19 감염예방을 위한 관리체계가 사전에 마련되고 준비된 경우 학교 내 코로나19 전파는 드물게 나타났다. Purpose: To describe pediatric coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases after the reopening of schools in the Republic of Korea and their transmission routes. Methods: All case report forms and epidemiologic investigation forms for children aged 3-18 years reported as COVID-19 cases to the National Notifiable Disease Surveillance System from May 1 to July 12, 2020, were reviewed. Results: After the schools were reopened in May 2020, a total of 127 pediatric COVID-19 cases were confirmed until July 12. Of these, 59 children (46%) were exposed to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 through family and relatives, followed by 18 children (14%) through cram schools or private lessons, 8 children (6%) through multi-use facilities, and 3 children (2%) through school. Conclusions: The present data do not suggest an increased risk of COVID-19 transmission in the context of stringent school-based infection prevention measures introduced across the country.

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH), a type of sarcoma, is a malignant neoplasm with uncertain origins that arise from both the soft tissues and the bone. The occurrence of MFH on the chest wall is extremely rare. We hereby report a case of a 72-year-old woman who was incidentally detected with MFH after a traffic accident.
