        When we see the modem structure of industry, we’d like to analyse the future and the view of the Sports management with the science. The purpose of this study is that we propose materials in order to improve the quality of human’s life and the management of sports industry. 1. There are a lot of following problems in our future world; environmental pollution, the advancement of science, comparative social circumstances, the variety of value judgement. So it is necessary to study deeply about sports industry and sports management. 2. The scale of sports is so enormous that sports activity plays an important role in human’s leisure and influences on the sports industry. At the same time we have to study about sports management. 3. Sports at a lifetime that is, we must study sports which meet not only the child but also the old at the same time man or woman in the 21st century. 4. The popularization of science has raised economical level of sports in the society of sports industry. According to commercialization of sports, sports market is getting bigger.

      • 비 체육전공학과 학생들의 교양체육 수업에 따른 의식 연구

        This paper studies students' preference of and satisfaction with the physical education done in college as part of liberal arts classes. The result of the study will not only improve the quality of the physical education class, but also pull out the positive attitude of the students toward the class. This will eventually contribute to popularization of the life-long physical education. Students of our time, who understand the importance of leisure and health, ask for more and more physical education. They also want to enjoy the diversity in their classes. Colleges should thus prepare more adventurous sports classes for boys and more body-centered sports classes for girls. Only when the schools answer to such need of their students can they make their classes a true life-long physical education. A systematic support in administration and finance for the sports facilities is very important because they themselves are strong enough to attract students and arouse their desire for physical exercises. The teaching of seasonal sports during vacations could be a good solution if you can't have enough time for an efficient education during semesters.

        Sports may be said to be worthy of note as essential contents that can lead the twenty-first century. Therefore, it seems of much significance to develop the sports industry to a new one in the twenty-first century inasmuch as it has been insufficiently developed for a commercial purpose. The results of this study were revealed, as follows: The potential of the growth of ths sports industry is considered an infinite entity as a prospective industry. Greater importance of sports as a new cultural propensity to consume. Development to a form of participatory sports with which production and consumption are combined. Attention be paid to changes in sports paradigms in which a variety of consumer-centered sports phenomena are expected. The enhancement of the commercial value of sports. Transition of mass sports to small-scale but varied individualized sports. Intensification of the personal welfare function of sports. The production of sports is shifted from a supplier-centered to a consumer-centered production. It would be an issue of importance to develop the added value of sports in knowledge base economy. The endlessly augmenting value of the contents of sports by dint of the rapid development of information technology. The development of the sports service industry is a global tendency. The cognition of the sports industry that has been thus far confined to sports articles manufacture and sports facilities is now rapidly growing. The emergence of the importance of sports services including sports information and sports marketing. The contribution of sports to the welfare and promotion of the people as a representative cultural industry. Sports-related business contributes to economic growth and acceleration of employment.

      • 남극지역의 대기오염 측정체계 구축을 위한 기초조사

        From January through February 2000, the SO_2. NO_2, and VOCs (Volatile organic compounds) concentrations were measured at the total 15 sites (between 6213S and 6214S, between 5846W and 5848W) around the King Sejong Station located in King George Island. The badge type of SO_2 and NO_2 passive diffusion samplers impregnated with 5% Na_2CO_3 and TEA, respectively and VOC passive samplers including activated carbon filter were used. The samplers brought back to the laboratory were analyzed with IC or GC after extracting by distilled pure water, H_2O_2, or CS_2. Considering that the concentration level of each compound analyzed are very low in Antarctica, the blanks and instrumental detection limits were also determined. The blanks of SO_2 and NO_2 sampler were found to be 0.63 ppb and 0.49 ppb, respectively. Measured concentrations range from <LOD to 1.58 ppb for NO_2 and from <LOD to 0.44 ppb for SO_2. For ten species of VOCs investigated, on the other hand, most of compounds except for toluene and benzene could not be detected because of extremely low concentrations below the instrumental detection limits. Measured concentrations range from <LOD to 0.96ppb for toluene and from <LOD to 0.22 ppb for benzene. Although the concentrations of most gaseous contaminants investigated are observed to be very low, our results clearly show that anthropogenic emissions at King Sejong Station affect the concentrations of several of these compounds. The limited but valuable data presented in this study will be helpful to establish the systematic air monitoring system in the near future.

      • 씨름 들배지기 기술의 키네메틱 특성분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic variables Dul-baejiki, the most frequently used and crucial technique in Ssireum(Korean Traditional Westling) with 3dimensional analysis technique and show the kinematic characteristics of it. The subjects of this experiment were two best skilled players who have been plying in professional Ssireum team and whose weights are over 100kg(subject A) and under 100kg(subject B) each. Kinematic variables analyzed here include time, posture, and center of gravity. The mean values and the standard deviations for each variables were variables were obtained and used as basic factors for examing characteristics of Dul-baejiki motion From the data analysis discussion, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) Temporal variables The average time elapsed(TE) by phases of Dul-baejuki motion are the following. For subject A(over 100kg), TE during 1st phase was 0.69 sec(53.5%), TE during 2nd phase was 0.44 sec(34.1%), TE during 3rd phase was 0.16 sec(12.4%). For subject B(under 100kg), TE during 1st phase was 0.69 sec(55.6%). TE during 2nd phase was 0.36 sec(29.1%), TE during 3rd phase was 0.19 sec(15.3%). In the TE by phases of both subjects, the longest TE was the 1st phase, next the 2nd phase, and then the 3rd phase. 2) Center of Gravity(COG) variables Frontal Plane for both subjects showed a continuous movement rightward from pulling phase to falling phase. For Sagital Plane, subject Q moved backward in pulling phase, but subject B moved 6 cm forward until falling phase and then moved backward. For Height, subject A was situated 87.3 cm ∼106.7 cm high from the mat from initial phase throughout falling phase, subject B was situated 75 cm ∼97.1 cm.

        스테로이드를 투여 받는 환자에서 발생한 Nocardia farcinica 뇌 종양 1예

        Nocardiosis occurs mostly in the immunocompromised patients. N. farcinica is known to have resistance to some antibiotics and significant increase in morbidity and mortality in patients requiring long-term treatment. Nocardia farcinica infection, especially brain abscess, has not been reported in Korea. Here, we report a case of N. farcinica brain abscess in a patient receiving steroid treatment. The patient was a 64 year-old male with gouty arthritis, He received steroid for more than two months, because of allopurinol-hypersensitivity syndrome with skin rash. After three months of steroid therapy, he visited other hospital with mild fever and left thigh pain and was diagnosed of intramuscular abscess due to gram positive bacilli. One month later, he visited our hospital with right side weakness and was diagnosed as brain abscess. The causative organism turned out to be N. farcinica, which was confirmed by means of 16S rRNA sequencing. Antibiotics were selected by E-test results and treatment was successful.

      • UTPS를 利用한 地下鐵 需要豫測에 關한 硏究

        This study is purported to forecast the demand on subway ridership by using Urban Transportation Planning System(UTPS) which is considered the most efficient of the various demend forecasting programs ever developed. In the study, UTPS Package is introduced, and every program included therein was test-run to analyze any possible limitations and device appropriate methods applicable to a transportation planning in Korea. Various data available in Seoul city were input and necessary caliblations were performed. These results were demonstrated by carring out to the demand forecasting for the Seoul subway lines 2, 3 and 4 and are expected useful for further applications.

      • 소아고관절 주위좌골에 발생한 급성 골수염

        Early diagnosis is the key of proper management and reducing of complication in infectious condition of pelvic area. It is difficult to diagnose differentially between pyogenic arthritis of hip joint and osteomyelitis of pelvic bone around hip joint by bone scan that shows only 2 dimensional plane. But it is possible to differnetiate two lesions by SPECT that shows 3 dimensional plane. We report a case of osteomyelitis of ischium around the hip joint in a five year old girl who had severe painful swelling of left buttock, hip and thigh and fever for 2 days. Bone scan showed diffusely increased activity on left hip joint and also pelvic bone surrounding hip joint. But SPECT could visualize increased activity not on left hip joint but only on left ischium. So pyogenic arthritis of hip joint could be ruled out. The patient was cured without any complication by only administration of adequate antibiotics, under the diagnosis of acute osteomyelits of left ischium.

        유도 허벅다리걸기 기술발휘 시 받기의 자세와 저항수준에 따른 중심변인 분석 사례연구(Ⅱ)

Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 15, No. 1, pp. 237.-257, 2005. It was to study as a following-research of "A Case Study on Center of Gravity(COG) Analysis when Performing Uchimata(inner thigh reaping throw) by Posture and Voluntary Resistance Levels(VRL) of Like in Judo[1]". The purpose of this study was to analyze the COG variables when performing uchimata(inner thigh reaping throw) by two postures and voluntary resistance Jevels(VRL) of uke(reciver) in Judo. The subjects, who were one male judoka(YH) for 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games Olympian(silver medalist), and one male trainee; Y.I.University representative member (SDK), and were filmed on two S-VHS 16mm video cameras(60fields/sec.) through 3-dimensional motion analysis methods, that postures of uke were shizenhontai (straight natural posture) and jigohontai(straight defensive posture), VRL of uke were 0% and 100%, respectively. The kinematical variable was COG variable, distance of COG, and distance of resultant COG between uke and tori(the thrower), velocity and acceleration of COG. The data of this study collection were digitized by SIMI Motion Program computed the mean values and the standard deviation calculated for each variables. When performing uchinwta according to each posture and VRL of uke and classifying. From the data analysis and discussion, the conclusions were as follows : 1. Displacement of COG Subject YH, COG was the highest in kuzushi(balance -breaking), vertical COG was low when following in tsukuri(positioning; set-up), kake(application; execution), and COG was pattern of same character each postures and resistance, respectively. Subject SDK, COG was low from kumikata(engagement positioning) to kake, and COG was that each postures and resistance were same patterns, respectively. Subject YH, SDK, each individual, postures and resistance, vertical COG was the lowest in kake phase, when performing. 2. Distance of COG between uke and tori The distance of COG between uke and tori when performing, subject YH was 0.64-0.70cm in kumikata, 0.19-0.28cm in kake, and SDK was 0.68-0.72cm in kumikata, 0.30-0.42 cm in kake. SDK was wider than YH. 3. Distance of resultant COG between uke and tori The distance of resultant COG between uke and tori when performing, subject YH was 0.27-0.73cm from kumikata to kake. and SDK was 0.14-0.34cm in kumikata, 0.28- 0.65cm in kake. Jigohontai(YH:0.43-0.73cm,SDK:0.59-0.65cm) was more moved than shizenhontai(YH:0.27-0.53cm, SDK: 0.28- 0.34cm). 4. Velocity of COG The velocity of COG when performing uchimata, subject YH was fast anterior-posterior direction in kuzushi, ant-post. and vertical direction fast in tsukuri and kake. SDK was lateral, ant.-post. and vertical direction in kuzushi, ant.-post. and vertical direction in tsukuri and ant.-post. direction in kake, respectively. 5. Acceleration of COG The acceleration of COG when performing uchimata, The trend of subject YH was showed fast vertical direction in kuzushi and tsukuri, ant-post. and vertical direction fast in kake. The trends of SDK showed lateral direction in kuzushi, lateral and ant.-post. direction in tsukuri and ant.-post direction in kake, respectively.
