        The state of the art on Wind Forces reported by the author in the year 1961 is presented herein. The flow of the air, which is the wind, is studied by Bernovilli equations. Both drag and lift forces are obtained by the use of the drag and lift coefficients. The variatio of velocities due to the height and the effect of shock wave are also included 모든 건설재료에는 치수의 한계가 있다. 현수선교나 사장교인 경우 강재를 사용하면 최대지간 거리 5000m~7000m가 가능하나, 유리섬유 복합재료를 사용하면 이의 2배, 탄소섬유 복합재료를 사용하면 이의 3배가 가능하다. 지간 거리가 20,000m가 되면 가장 중요한 하중은 바람 하중이다. 복합재료의 여러 장점 때문에 거대한 규모의 건물, 교량등 구조물이 건설될 때 구조 기술자는 풍(바람)하중을 구하고 다룰 수 있어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 구조 기술자가 풍 하중을구할 수 있게 기초이론과 기본기술을 제공하고 있다.

        Background : Patients with chronic renal fialure have a substantially elevated risk of death from cardiovascular diseases than do the general population. the patients with chronic renal failure are at significantly increased freqeuncy of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes mellitus which are known to the risk factors of the coronary artery diseases, and the prevalence of the coronary artery diseases in chronic renal failure patients is highly associated with the hemodynamic disorder and metabolic abnormalities. therefore we expected that the coronary angiographic findings in patients with chronic renal failure should be different from the general population (control groups) and investigated the risk factors contributing to coronary artery diseases. Method : we have retrospectively compared the coronary angiographic findings of 44 patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis with that of 88 patients in the general population and investigated the factors contributing to the development and acceleration of coronary artery diseases in patients with chronic renal failure Result : Hypertension and diabetes mellitus which is risk factors for coronary artery disease is significantly increased in patients with chronic renal failure, in coronary angiographic finding the severity of the lesion is worse. the incidence of PCI or CABG of patients with chronic renal failure is more than that of control group but statistically no difference between patients with chronic renal failure and control group. the sex, the duration of disease, the duration of dialysis, serum creatinine in patients with chronic renal failure have no correlation to the prevalence of coronary artery disease and severity of lesion. hyperglycemic patients with chronic renal failure have high incidence of coronary artery disease and are worse in the severity of lesion Conclusions : There is significantly increased the pevalence and severity of involving multiple coronary artery diseses in hyperglycemic patients with CRF.

      • 고동도 불순물 첨가효소와 N^+―P형 태양전지에의 응용

        태양전지의 접촉전위차 증대 방향에 대한 방법을 제시하고 그중 태양전지 구조형성에 고농도 불순물 첨가가 미치는 영향을 이론적으로 고찰하고 이 효과를 나타내는 파라메타(parameter)들을 불순물 농도의 함수로서 modeling 하였다. 또한 고농도 불순물 첨가효과의 소자에 대한 응용으로써, 이 효과를 고려한 n'-p형 태양전지를 해석해서 n영역(즉 emitter)의 설계 파라메타에 대한 접촉전위차의 관계를 조사했다. This experiment was present to method on contact potential increase direction of Solar Cells, and among that investigate on exert influence the heavy doping at Solar Cell structure formation theoretically, and model the parameters as a function of impurities concentration. To apply the heavy doping effects to devices, we also analyze N^4-P type Solar Cell in consideration of these effects and investigate the dependence of contact potential on the emitter disign parameters.

      • 野生鳥獸의 分布와 捿息密度 및 食性에 關한 硏究 -第2報-

        1. Birds and Mammals census by line transect (Roadside census) and food plants for birds (plants birds like the most) was made at Mt. Baek Woon, No.4 No.5 No.6 and at Mt. Chi Ak, during 18 April 1978 to 11 February 1979. 2. The number per hour and percent dominance (for the total of all species) were calculated as indices for relative abundance of each species, (Table: 4,5,6,7). 3. Distance (per Km), width (per ha.), time (per hour) and relative abundance for each species in four census areas were observed. 4. 49 species of bird recorded, Great Tit, Parus major, Brandt's Jay, Garrulus glandarius, Crow Tit, Paradoxornis webbiana, Meadow Bunting, Emberiza cioides(resident) and Naumann's Thrush, Turdus naumanni, Brambling, Fringilla montifringilla, Rustic Bunting, Emberiza rustica(winter bird) were recorded as dominant species Mt.Baek Woon. Great Tit, Parus major, Blue Magpie, Cyanopica cyane, and Crow Tit, Paradoxornis webbiana were recorded as dominant species at Mt. ChiAK. 5. Blue Magpie, Cyanopica cyane is breeding at Mt. ChiAK but at Mt. Baek Woon it was not yet observed. 6. Korean Magpie, Pica pica is no distributed four census areas. 7. Mammalian fauna in four census area is relatively low and Korean Red Fox, Vulpes vulpes Chinese Wolf, Canis lupus and Siberian Leopard, Panthera pardus had exterminated since Korean War Table: 3) 8. A few number of Korean Flying Squirrel, Petaurista leucogenys hintoni is breeding at Mt. ChiAK.

      • 새 교육과정의 물리교과 분석 연구

        The new curriculum that is revised will be put into effect in 1990. The pur-pose of this thesis is to find out a desirable direction of physics education by ab-stracting the problem and suggesting the way of improvement through analyzing the contents of the physics curriculum in high school. The conclusion of this thesis is as follows ; 1 . The teacher should be encouraged to present his teaching with 15 percent of a class for experiment, and in this thesis I think that all the subjects, espe-cially technology and society, should be taught in connection with science. 2 . The completion unit of physics has been decreased together with the suc-cessive revision of curriculum. In the fifth curriculum, the time allotment of physics curriculum is also less than that of the 0th- curricula of science. 3 . There is no difference between the new textbook and the old textbook in contents. It is desirable that the contents of the new textbook should be remade up, with a view to closing connection with practical life, in many categories.

      • Crystal Structure of Dehydrated Ag Tl-A

        The crystal structure of dehydrated ????-A has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. This structure was solved and refined in the cubic space group Pm3m at 21(1)℃. The crystal was ion exchanged in flowing streams of mixed AgNO₃and TINO₃aqueous solution, followed by dehydration at 360℃ and 2×10? Torr for 2 days. In this structure, one-sixth of the sodalite units contain octahedral hexasilver clusters at their centers and eight ?? ions are found on threefold axes, each nearly at the center of a 6-oxygen ring. The hexasilver cluster is stabilized by coordination to eight ?? ions. The Ag-Ag distance in the cluster, 2.82(2)Å is near the 2.89Å bond length in silver metal. The remaining five-sixths of the sodalite units are empty of sliver species. The first three ?? inos per unit cell preferentilaly associate with 8-oxygen rings.

      • 메탈라스와 와이어메쉬로 횡구속된 철근 콘크리트 기둥의 내력 및 연성에 관한 연구

        Generally, transverse steel in reinforced concrete column serves the three-fold function of confining the compressed concrete, preventing lateral buckling of the longitudinal reinforcing steel, and acting as shear reinforcement. However, the amount of confining steel required in the form of rectangular hoops is still argument. This paper summarizes the results of an experimental program where 10 short columns with compressive strength 21MPa are designed with variable lateral confinements such as Metal Lath and Wire Mesh were tested under monotonic axial compression to failure. The columns were 300mm square and 750mm high. The purpose of this study is to investigate the ductility and strength of columns with variable lateral confinement. Test results indicate that specimen confined by metal lath and hoop, and wire mesh and hoop show 1.89 times ductility than NO.I specimen using hoop only. However, effect of lateral confinement by metal lath and wire mesh is how or same than NO.I specimen in maximum strength.
