        生産システムの構造轉煥と情報技術

        This article discusses the paradigm change of production systems-from the inception as production and consumption of mass production system, through flexible production system used information technology to obtain diversity of telecommunication, data access and storage devices have changed a wide spectrum of new opportunities for production system. The evolutionary perspective reveals company, industry, and socio-economic system that shaped the pattern of mass production. Although many facets of mass production system are unique to the high growth in advanced capitalist countries, the author identify two features with broad implication for a favourable circulation. First, ford system has created high production and demand magnification, by mass production system and high wages for creation of purchasing. Second, the process of mass production-mass consumption was supported, beyond the firm, by socio-economic regulation. The mass production system struck against oil shock in 1973, but the essential reason was forbids's collapse. In recent years, information technology has dramatically altered the structure of production system in a number of industries. The model of this pattern is flexible manufacturing system(FMS). FMS has changed read time and a variety production, as well as stocks reduction, communication. The effects of FMS subsist the market condition on read time and a variety production, in their firm's competitive position. This article presents a framework for considering the competitive impact of information technology on production system.

        MPEG-4 for an object base coding after extracting the region from image, the coding for a real-time requirements is quick and must be accurate. The object crisis algorithms of existing calculation quantity are many and with image transformation or video conferencing system to same real-time application they are not suitably. The object real-time tracking it tried to apply the CAM-Shift algorithm which is possible from the dissertation which it sees consequently. Tracking the object which it moves or wants the VO where (Video Object) tracking the user wants in bounding box form defines the object where is started. Tracking the object of after uses a CAM-Shift algorithm and are extracted and the VOP with the VO which it is composed. It defines one bounding box with the method which is proposed consequently about lower only one VOP there to be it will be able to compose, it becomes.

      • Facile Control of C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>5</sub>OH Sensing Characteristics by Decorating Discrete Ag Nanoclusters on SnO<sub>2</sub> Nanowire Networks

        <P>The effect of Ag decoration on the gas sensing characteristics of SnO<SUB>2</SUB> nanowire (NW) networks was investigated. The Ag layers with thicknesses of 5–50 nm were uniformly coated on the surface of SnO<SUB>2</SUB> NWs via e-beam evaporation, which were converted into isolated or continuous configurations of Ag islands by heat treatment at 450 °C for 2 h. The SnO<SUB>2</SUB> NWs decorated by isolated Ag nano-islands displayed a 3.7-fold enhancement in gas response to 100 ppm C<SUB>2</SUB>H<SUB>5</SUB>OH at 450 °C compared to pristine SnO<SUB>2</SUB> NWs. In contrast, as the Ag decoration layers became continuous, the response to C<SUB>2</SUB>H<SUB>5</SUB>OH decreased significantly.       • 융모성 질환에 대한 화학치료후 임신에 관한 연구

        Among 124 patients of gestational trophoblastic disease who were treated between August 1978 and December 1986, 43 patients were given prophylactic chemotherapy with methotrexate (MTX) and citrovorum factor (CF), or actinomycin-D, 22 patients given therapeutic chemotherapy with MTX, or etoposide, and 59 patents had no chemotherapy. To evaluated the effects of chemotherapeutic agents on the subsequent reproductive performance and their progeny, a clinical study was carried out to compare the pregnancy rate, the time from negative conversion of β-hCG to pregnancy, the frequency of aboration or ectopic pregnancy, and the frequency of fetal anomaly and intrauterine growth retardation between three groups. The results are as follows: 1. The pregnancy rates were 67.4% in the group of prophylactic chemotherapy, 63.6% in that of therapeutic chemotherapy, and 74.6% in that of no chemotherapy. There was no difference between the groups(P=0.31). 2. There was no difference in the time from negative conversion of β-hCG to pregnancy between the groups as 10.6, 9.6, and 8.9 months in the groups of prophylactic chemotherapy, therapeutic chemotherapy, and no chemotherapy, respectively. (P=0.62). 3. There was no difference in the frequency of spontaneous abortion IP=0.67), threatened abortion (P=0.29), and ectopic pregnancy (P=0.55) between the groups. There was no case of premature delivery in all groups. 4. There were no differences in mean birth weight and the frequencies of intrauteirne growth retardation and congenital anomaly between the groups. 5. It seemed that the frequency of adherent placenta is higher in the groups of chemotherapy as 9.1% and 6.7% compared to 2.6% in the group of no chemotherapy. However, there was no statistical significance. From the above findings it is believed that the chemotherapeutic agents used in this study for treating gestational trophoblastic disease are compatible with the preservation of fertility with good pregnancy outcome, and not associated with any increase in congential abnormalities.

        Effects of 3′-isovaleryl-4′-senecioylkhellactone from Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg on PMA-Stimulated Inflammatory Response in A549 Human Lung Epithelial Cells

        Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg (PJT) has been used in traditional medicine to treat colds, coughs, fevers, and other inflammatory diseases. The goal of this study was to investigate whether 3′-isovaleryl-4′-senecioylkhellactone (IVSK) from PJT has anti-inflammatory effects on lung epithelial cells. The anti-inflammatory effects of IVSK were evaluated using phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA)-stimulated A549 cells and regular human lung epithelial cells as a reference. IVSK reduced the secretion of the inflammatory mediators interleukin (IL)-8 and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), and the mRNA expression of IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1, and IL-1β. Additionally, it inhibited the phosphorylation of IκB kinase (IKK), p65, Iκ-Bα, and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) p38, JNK, and ERK in A549 cells stimulated with PMA. Moreover, the binding affinity of activator protein-1 (AP-1) and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) was significantly reduced in the luciferase assay, while nuclear translocation was markedly inhibited by IVSK in the immunocytochemistry. These findings indicate that IVSK can protect against inflammation through the AP-1 and NF-κB pathway and could possibly be used as a lead compound for the treatment of inflammatory lung diseases.

        문화지구 관리특성 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

        인사동, 대학로 등 전통문화 자원 밀집지역이 생겨나고, 문화자원의 가치가 주목됨에 따라 「문화예술진흥법」 개정(2000)을 통해 ‘문화지구 제도’가 도입되었고, 이에 따라 현재까지 인사동(2002), 대학로(2004), 파주헤이리(2009), 인천개항장(2010), 제주 저지리 문화예술인마을(2010)이 문화지구로 지정ㆍ운영되고 있다. 문화지구는 ‘문화지구 관리계획’을 통해 관리되며 권장용도 지정, 조세감면 등 인센티브를 다루고 있고, 물리적 공간환경 관리에 대한 내용은 ‘지구단위계획’을 활용하고 있다. 하지만 두 관리수법이 개별적으로 수립ㆍ적용되어 내용이 일부중복ㆍ상충되거나 연계성이 저하되는 등의 문제가 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 기성시가지 문화지구 3곳(인사동, 대학로, 인천 개항장)을 대상으로 문화지구의 지역적 특성을 유지ㆍ관리하기 위한 효율적 운용시점에서 규제, 유도, 지원 측면에서 현행 문화지구제도의 관리현황 및 실태분석을 통해 제도적 한계점을 파악하고 개선방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 결과, 현행 관리수법을 통해서는 문화적 특성을 체계적으로 반영하여 문화지구가 운용되지 못하고 있고, 효율적 관리를 위해서는 업종 및 시설 중심의 관리에서 문화적 활동 권장방식의 전환, 지구별 특성에 따른 세분화된 지원ㆍ규제항목 마련, 주민협의체의 기능 강화를 제언하였다. South Korea has created a ‘cultural district institution’ to address issues related to traditional cultural resources. Insa-dong(2002), Daehak-ro(2004), Paju Heyri (2009), Incheon Open-port area(2010) and Jeju Culture and Art Village (2010) are designated as cultural districts. Cultural districts are managed based on the Cultural District Management Plan. The management plan employ incentives such as designation of recommended use, and tax incentives as a wy to achieve its planning objectives. Also, the contents of physical space environment management are established as ‘the district unit plan’ and utilized as a way of managing the spatial environment. However, the problems are being recognized the two management methods are partially duplicated, conflicted, or individually established with on consideration of connection. This study analyzes the cultural districts in urban areas. The purpose of this study is to identify institutional limitations and to find ways to improve the current status of culture district system in terms of regulation, inducement and support projects in terms of efficient management to maintain and manage regional characteristics of cultural districts. It was found that cultural district is not operated by systematically reflecting cultural characteristics through the current management method. For the efficient management, it is necessary to focus on promotion of cultural activities. It is also suggested to arrange detailed supports and regulations according to the characteristics of the district, and to strengthen the function of the residents council.
