노인의 생활 체육 실태조사

This purpose of this study is to research the actual conditions of the old age health life This study is conducted in view of the importance of the old age health life Evaluated in this study are the opinion of go to the old school or talce a rest in a rest roon for old people on life back ground health. As an aid to this study, a guestionnaire is distributed to 182 nale a and 270 female who go to the old school and take a rest in a rest room for old people in Seoul area. The limitation is that this study covers only old people in Seoul area The findings and recommendations based on the guestionnaires are as follows.

PLD 소자를 이용한 programmable delay 회로 설계

In the signal progresses, time delay can happen, and bring the operation error by the delay. Digital signal sets the timing to clock signal that get into ordinary standard. The delay of signal can bring the operational fatal error by that high speed digital system achieves CPU, RAM, ROM, FPGA and interface ICS and organic action fast usually. Skew can happen by such delayed signals and the serious problem in signal progresses can be happened on the semiconductor device testing or other digital circuit operating by the skew. To solve these problems, the device that make the exact delay must be used. To make a exact delay can be done by using delay components. However, many delay components must be used in the circuit design for complex delay structure. In this paper, we propose the programmable delay method/circuit using PLD device. The proposed method has many advantages, because that uses interior gates of PLD device from 1㎱ to several ㎱ delay the circuit designer can do programming voluntarily, and prove precision.

苗床材料 및 硬化處理가 黃色種 담배의 初期生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

This experiment was carried out to study the effects of hardening degrees, period of hardening tr-eatment and different seedling bed materials on the growth and yield components of flue-cured toba-cco. The results are as follows. 1.Extreme hardening decreased the amount of top, root and total weigh, and other growing cha-racters of seedlings 2.Growth of seedlings was very poor in the seedling bed filled with only sand, and good in the seedling bed filled with humus 6 : sand 4 ratio. 3.Amount of early growth after setting was larger in the plot of recommended hardening than in the plot of extreme hardening. The plants grown on the seedling bed filled with only sand showed poorer growth than any other plots. 4.The plants grown on the seedling bed filled with only sand, especially in the extreme hardening, had the smaller weight and poorer quality cutter. In the plants grown on the seedling bed filled with only sand and with humus 3 : sand 7 ratio, growth and yield components was shown a tendency inferior to the plants grown on the seedling bed filled with more humus. 5.Some characters related to the leaf quality investigated showed little differences according to the treatment. 6.The effects of period of hardening treatment on the growth and yield components were not significant.

종양과 구강각질세포주에서 Celecoxib과 Indomethacin의 Cyclooxygenase-2 비의존적 기전에 의한 억제 효과

Background and Objectives : Overexpression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), a rate-limiting enyme in the generation of prostanoids from arachidonic acid, has known to be closely related to tumorigenesis, tumor growth, angiogenesis, and metastasis. Selective or non-selective COX-2 inhibitors have been used for the growth inhibition of cancers with preventative intents ; however, it has been suggested recently that cancer cells have COX-2-independent mechanisms. Materials and Method : Using MTT assat and cell counts, we observed the growth inhibition of SCC VII, CT-26 and B16F10 murine cancer cell lines when treated by celecoxib and indomethacin. SNU-1041 and HOK 16B were used as controls for comparing with the murine cell lines. The COX-2 expression of these cell lines was analyzed by western blotting and compared with the degree of inhibition by the drugs. Results : The growth inhibition of the cell lines by the drugs was clearly demonstrated in a concentration-dependent manner and depended on the type of cell lines and test drug. The in vitro viability assay revealed that CT-26 expressing COX-2 protein was slightly inhibited but SCC Vn and B16F10 without COX-2 expression were moderate-to-highly inhibited by the drug treatment. Celecoxib and indomethacin appeared to have no close relation with the COX-2 expression of cell lines in their growth inhibition, HOK 16B showed a resistance by concentrations less than 25 μM of celecoxib, which implies that celecoxib has a more selective effect on tumor cells and is safer than indomethacin Conclusion : The growth of cancer cells was inhibited by celecoxib and indomethacin treatment, which depends on the type of cancer, treated drug, and its concentration. Their suppressive effect is not closely related to the COX-2 expression of cancer cells. (Korean J Otolaryngol 2004;47:562-8)

韓國利益集團의 政治參與實態 및 그 發展方案硏究 : 大邱의 경우를 중심으로 A Case Study and Its Policy Implications

This paper analyzes the problems in the political participations of the interest groups and derives some policy implications for the development of democracy in Korea. A survey of 105 social and economic interest groups and 556 residents -181 as elites and 375 as masses-was performed in Taegu during August and September, 1987. We found through the survey that the interest groups usually participate into government agencies with conventional methods rather than non-government agencies with unconventional methods. The power and distributional structures are crucial factors characterizing the participations of Korean interest groups. The two structures, therefore, should be properly reorganized when we design the policies to develop the interest group politics in Korea.

위험평가(Risk Assessment)에 의한 업종별 위험(Risk)의 구분

A total of 514 workplaces in 17 industries were inbestigated through walk-through survey. These industries were all small companies with less than five workers and didn't have work environmental measurement data. These industries were ranked by risk that was evaluated by combination of toxicity and possibility of exposure to chemical hazardous agents produced at operations of industry. Risk Index(RI) was qualitatively combined by the combination between hazard and potential of exposure to chemical hazardous agents. Industries that were regarded as having the highest risk were wood and products of wood, chemicals and chemical products, basic metals, other vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers, and fumiture manufacturing. These industries were found to have operations with higher risk than other industries. This study found that more attentions should be paid to these industries with that more attentions should be paid to these industries with high risk.

경희대학교 서울캠퍼스 진입로 및 주변 보행공간 기본계획

Kyung-Hee University in Seoul accept changing of education environment to deal with World's information technology society so that school had preparing the Masterplan to grow up campus's vision since 2006th. Finally we finish up this plan. However, realization of the Masterplan need a lot of financial resources, much times and phases in improvement. Especially, our school needs symbolized business in 2009 due to school of 60th anniversary. So we made a plan that to construct by design which is going to reshape campus's main road and westside afforest place for future. As a result, purpose of research is to improve an atmosphere conducive to academic pursuit, to show up greatness of school and to deal with changing school's environment rapidlly. That is why the Masterplan is trying to find school of superb scenic and developing of environment to congratulate of our school's 60th anniversary main approach and walking spaces.

경희대학교 국제캠퍼스 걷고 싶은 거리 조성계획

Kyung-Hee University Global Campus accepted changing of education environment to adapt to the World's information technology society so that school has been preparing the Master plan to grow up campus's vision since 2007. However, realization of the Master plan need a lot of financial resources, much times and phases in improvement. Especially, our university needs symbolized business in 2009 due to the 60th anniversary of our university. Based on this we want to improve the main entrance road environment from school gate to the school of international management and reconstruct the spatial environment beside the main road. The purpose of this research is to construct a pedestrian space environment and reconstruct the campus environment which adapt to the new times' demands. That is why the Master plan is trying to find the landscape scenic which adapts to our school' s main entrance space and the improvement method about the pedestrian space of the Global campus to congratulate of our university's 60th anniversary.

특수 체육의 이해와 발전 방향에 관한 연구

The equal opportunity of education is one of the basic rights of democracy. That means the handicapped also have the same rights as the physical education, physical programs for the handicapped, including adaptde physical education, Developmental physical education and corrective physical education, helps the disabled to live ordinary lives mentally and socially as well as physical education plays roles such as the promotion of health and social and intellectul development, treatment, the preservation of mental and emotional stability and adaptation, etc. In addition, being a counselor is one of the things required of a special physical teacher. Finally we should stop our attitude of prejudice toward the handicapped and help them to be equal members of our sociaty.
