        The purpose of this study is to develop the assessment category, items and a detail standard for environmental friendly evaluation on the Mixed-Use Dwellings. The results of this study brings on promoted environmental friendly appreciation, energy and resource conservation, reduction of contaminant, accordance in and around building, etc. For this purpose, analysis of domestic and foreign environmental friendly architectural citation screening system-BREEAM(1991), LEED 2.0(2001), GBTool(2002), KICTEAC (2000), KOEAM(2000), etc-was preceded, and through interview, survey and forum with professional group, developed evaluation item was verified and reappraised. Developed evaluation item were composed of thirty-one basic evaluation items and ten addition items on the residential section and twenty-five basic evaluation items and nine addition items on the non-residential section.

        지역특성을 고려한 환경친화적 공동주택의 영향인자분석에 관한 전문가 의식 연구

        This study is to present the characteristics of environmentally-friendly apartments in urban and rural communities. A survey of current literature and professionals show the characteristics of environmentally-friendly apartments differ from rural to urban. To better measure environmentally-friendly qualities as written in literature across the globe, a classification system was constructed. The classification system was made and the influential factors were found based on the precedent papers on environmentally- friendly apartments development and environment assessment method at home and abroad in the literature review. The classification used 9 different sectors: land use, transport, ecology, maintenance, material & resource, water, energy, pollution, indoor environment. Within these 9 sectors 60 discrete factors are applied to the apartments according to literature and professionals review. Professionals in urban and rural areas were asked to specify the influential factors, and the results were analyzed based on geographic origin. The priority of environment-friendly factors for the 30 in urban districts and 27 in rural districts used in this study were analyzed. Seventeen factors among are considered to have a notable importance on environment-friendly housing in all areas regardless of regions.

      • 신체계측치를 이용한 체지방의 평가 및 이용에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to obtain an estimate of body fat and its distribution assessed by anthropometic measurements in normal (235 cases) and diabetic subjects( 15 1cases).We assessed relative weight,body mass index (BMI),skinfold thickness,body circumference and skinfold and body circumference ratio. Also, assessment of body composition was measured by bioelectrical impedance (Valhalla 1990B). The results were as follows. 1. In normal control group,hip circumference was larger in male than female.All skinfold thickness was larger in female than male,but sexual differences were smaller than those in diabetics. 2. In diabetic subjects,hip circumference and skinfold thickness were larger in women than men. 3. In spite of the distinct changes of fat distribution observed in normal and diabetic subjects,there was no significant changes in the total body fat content. However,more body muscle mass(%) was observed in normal control than diabetic subjects. 4. In male group with normal ideal body weight,the circumferences of the arm,hip and thigh were significantly larger in control group than diabetics.But in female group,waist circumferences were larger in diabetics than control subjects. 5. The thigh and calf skinfold thickness were thicker in control subjects,but the subscapular skinfold thickness were thicker in diabetics particularly in female. 6.In female groups,waist-to-hip circumference ratio (WHR),waist-to-th igh circumference ratio(WTR) and waist-to-calf circumference ratio(WCR) were significantly larger in diabetics than control group. 7. In diabetic female patients,there were more central body fat,represented by subscapular-to-triceps skinfold ratio(STR) and central peripheral skinfold thickness ratio(CPR),than control group(female).8. In female,there was a significant correlation between triglyceride and waist-to-hip circumference ratio(WHR),subscapular-to-triceps skinfold ratio(STR) and,in male,the abdominal skinfold thickness. 9. There was more positive correlation between the anthropometric parameters and percentage of body fat in diabetics. This study suggests that combination of various anthropometric measurements could be used as an indicator in determining the amount and effect of exercise and other remedies in diabetic patients.

      • 대퇴 전자간 골절의 내고정시 발생한 천부 대퇴 동맥의 관통 손상 : 증례보고

        The superficial femoral arterial injury due to the internal fixation surgery in intertrochanteric femoral fracture has been reported to be an unusual complication case. Recently, we experienced a case of patient with penetrating injury of superficial femoral artery induced by the internal fixation surgery with a gamma nail in an intertrochanteric femoral fracture. This penetrating injury was successfully treated by the transplantation surgery with an artificial blood vessel, which has been not yet reported. Therefore, we report the present clinical result obtained from the case work with reviewing literature, It seems likely that this case is the first report related to penetrating injury of superficial femoral artery induced by the internal fixation surgery with gamma nail.

      • 음용수가 글루타치온의 산화에 미치는 영향

        The effect of drinking water on the oxidation of glutathione has been investigated for the first time using a UV/vis absorption spectroscopy. The homogenized rabbit liver which contains plenty of glutathione was incubated with CDNB in water picked from nine different sources, and thereafter the residual glutathione was determined in each case. The experimental results showed that the amount of residual glutathione in tap water was 57% and 71% of that in buffer solution and underground water, respectively. The fact that drinking water may cause cancer is addressed on the basis of the experimental results.

        In the present study, the synthesis of phenoxy methyl ethylene carbonate (PMEC) from carbon dioxide and phenyl glycidyl ether(PGE) was investingated using mesoporous chloropropyl-methyl-MCM-41-supported quaternary ammonium salt catalysts. The influence of the amounl of modifier and quaternary ammonium salt structure on the conversion of PGE was discussed. The MCM-41-immobilized quaternary ammonium salts showed good catalytic activity even at the atmospheric pressure of carbon dioxide, and it could be reused with easy seperation.

        we have developed cost-effective effectronic security system. The system is superior to the day-time alert system which is currently used for banks in Choongchung Province. The system can monitor 512 banks and inform the police of emergency state and its related informations. The developed svstem is under field test at a police station in Choongchung Province.

        15세기 조선온실건축의 기능 및 실내환경 특성에 관한 연구

        Choson Greenhouse consisted of three sidewalls using yellow soil except the south side, the window with oiled Hanji to transmit sunlight that is sloped to the south And Goodle was raised on the floor level, the soil of 40cm thickness was stored up, and the soil of 45cm thickness was finally spread to set vegetables in Choson Greenhouse A kitchen range that was attached in the internal wall between the greenhouse and the kitchen was installed to control the temperature & humidity The heated-air flow goes through fire passageway under Doodle, and exhausts through the smokestack When the water in the kettle boils up on the kitchen range, steam flows to the inside of greenhouse through a pipeline The latent heat of steam can make the temperature and humidity control in the greenhouse To find whether Choson Greenhouse provides functions and thermal environment for planting or not, the thermal performance was measured and analyzed in the greenhouse As measurement results, sunlight entered in the greenhouse, passing through the oiled Hanji cover As it reached the soli of floor and wall surfaces, and it absorbed the sunlight's energy Once absorbed, some of the energy passed back into the atmosphere, but much of it remained trapped in indoor space by the greenhouse effect We found that Choson Greenhouse keeps warm to grow plants with the rise in temperature, and the oiled Hanji is distinctly suitable for a role of thermal insulation, sunlight transmittance Also, the thermal performance was compared a Hangi-covered greenhouse model with a vinyl-covered greenhouse model The Hangi-covered greenhouse model was better for ventilation, thermal insulation and humidity control than the vinyl-covered greenhouse model Therefore, Greenhouse m early Choson dynasty can be fairly evaluated as the extraordinary farming facility compared to nowadays greenhouses

        폴록사머 및 프로필렌글리콜을 이용한 클로트리마졸 고형 좌제의 물리화학적 특성

        To develop a clotrimazole-loaded solid suppository with poloxamer and propylene glycol, the melting points of various formulations composed of poloxamer 188 (P 188) and propylene glycol were investigated. The dissolution study of clotrimazole delivered by the suppository composed of P 188 and propylene glycol was performed. The mixtures composed of P 188 and propylene glycol were homogeneous. Propylene glycol affected the melting points of poloxamer mixtures. In particular, the mixture [P 188/propylene glycol (70/30%)] with the melting point of about 32°C was a solid form at room temperature and instantly melted at physiological temperature. Furthermore, propylene glycol affected greatly the dissolution rates of clotrimazole from the suppository. Dissolution mechanism analysis showed the dissolution of clotrimazole was proportional to the time. Our results indicated that the solid suppository with P 188 and propylene glycol would be a candidate of rectal dosage form for clotrimazole.
