폐경기 여성을 위한 운동중재의 소고

본 연구는 폐경기 여성의 운동중재를 통한 문헌적 고찰을 분석하여, 운동중재가 건강관련 변인들과 신체기능 향상에 도움을 주는 이론적 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 골밀도, 신체조성, 혈중지질, 근력, 성호르몬, 동맥탄성력, 심박수변화율, 에 초점을 맞춘 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 폐경기 여성을 위한 운동 강도는 평균 60-75% HRmax, RPE 11-13 정도며 운동 빈도는 주3-5회, 운동시간은 40-60분, 운동중재 기간은 보편적으로 12주였고, 저 강도 보다 중강도 혹은 이상일 때 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 골밀도 향상에는 중강도 이상의 유산소 운동과 근력운동이, 신체조성과 혈중지질에서는 중강도 혹은 고강도, 복합운동이 걷기보다 효과적이었다. 근력은 중강도가 적합하며, 편측성 보다 양측성 근력 운동이 더 효과적 이었다. 호르몬 대사는 저 강도 보다는, 중강도에서, 장기간 실시가 효과가 있었다. 동맥탄성의 향상은 에너지 소비량이 같을 시 유산소운동의 강도에 영향을 받지 않았고, 심박수 변화율은 적정수준의 에너지소비량과 중강도 운동에서 유의한 변화를 보였다. 결론적으로 운동중재를 통해 폐경기증상과 생리적 신체변인 들이 개선되고 향상되는데 긍정적인 효과를 보였다.

급속응고된 N-type Bi₂Te_(2.75)Se_(0.15) 열전재료의 미세조직과 열전특성에 미치는 압출비의 영향

The n-Type thermoelectric compounds of Bi₂Te_(2.75)Se_(0.15) doped with 0.1 wt% SbI₃ were fabricated by gas atomization process and extruded under ratio of 16:1 and 28:1 at 450℃. The effect of extrusion ratio on the microstructures and thermoelectric properties were investigated by a combination of microscopy, XRD and thermoelectric properties. Grains of extruded bars are smaller than those of heated powder at extrusion temperature (450℃) due to the dynamic recrystallization but with increasing the amount of plastic deformation, grains of specimen extruded with 28:1 were slightly coarse. The compressive strength of hot extruded bar under 28:1 is 160 MPa and with decreasing the extrusion ratio to 16:1, the value is 250 MPa. The Seebeck coefficient a and electrical resistivity p were decreased with increasing ratio, while thermal conductivity x was increased. this results from decrease of carrier scattering and increase of carrier mobility. Extruded bar under ratio of 16:1 shows the higher value of figure of merit (Z=2.50x10^(-3)/K) than that of 28:1 (Z=2.07x10^(-3)/K). (Received June 24, 2004)

자궁경부 상피내 병변 환자에서 LEETZ 원추절제술 후 HPV DNA Test 추적 검사의 임상적 의의

Objective: This study was performed to investigate the clinical significance and timing of HPV test for follow up of patients after LEETZ treatment in CIN lesion Methods: From January 2005 to December 2008, 105 patients with CIN were treated with LLETZ at Kosin university gospel hospital, Busan, Korea. After LEETZ, HPV test and Pap smear were done after 3months. Every HPV typing was done by HPV DNA chip. Results: A total of 105 cases were enrolled in this study. There were 25 patients with CINⅠ, 38 with CINⅡ, 42 with CINⅢ. Mean age was 41.95 years (range, 23-71 years) at the time of LEETZ. Positive HPV DNA was found about 72.4% before LEETZ procedure and subtype 16 was the most common type (10.5%), follow by subtype 18 (6.6%) and subtype 58 (6.6%). During follow up after LEETZ, 65.6% had negative result after 3 month, 72.1% after 6 month, 73.9% after 9 month, 77.1% after 12 month, 79.2% after 15 month, 79.6% after 18 month, and 80.4% after 24 month. There were 2 cases of abnormal pap smear among persistent positive HPV DNA cases and no abnormal pap smear results in negative HPV DNA cases during follow up. Conclusion: Positive HPV DNA was found about 72.4% before LEETZ procedure and subtype 16 was the most common type (10.5%), follow by subtype 18 (6.6%) and subtype 58 (6.6%). We suggest that HPV DNA test is recommended per 6 Months, and close observation is recommended in persistent positive HPV DNA test cases.

전통 사상 및 교육 방법의 현대 도덕 교육과정에서의 활용 가능성 연구

도덕은 하나의 철학적, 심리적 상념으로서도 존재하지만, 실천으로 이어져야만 비로소 도덕으로서 역할을 할 수 있게 된다. 기본적으로 도덕이란 타자가 자신과 공존할 때, 그 타자와의 관계에서 좋음(goodness) 또는 옳음(righteousness)을 추구하는 것이기 때문이다. 그런 도덕이란 대부분 본능적으로 체득할 수 없기에 도덕교육이 있게 되는데, 한국인의 경우 서구와 다른 도덕적 전통을 갖고 있으며 따라서 서구적 도덕교육으로 충분하지 않거나, 전통적 도덕교육을 활용함으로써 더 나은 교육이 이루어질 수 있는 가능성을 찾을 수 있다. 그런 견지에서 전통의 실천적 의미를 재해석하고 활용하는 일은 한편의 논문으로는 너무 방대한 과제이다. 그래서 이 글에서는 비교와 범주화, 그리고 활용의 편의를 위해 전통을 ‘근세 유교(조선왕조 이후의 유교) 전통’으로 한정짓고, 다시 도덕교육 가운데 현행 도덕과 교육의 교육과정을 전통 교육과정과 비교함으로써 일정한 성과를 얻고자 하였다. 전통 교육과정은 기(氣)의 발달에 근거하여 연령별로 단계별 학습을 시도했으며, 그 핵심 이념은 인(仁)과 의(義), 실천적 덕목은 효(孝), 제(弟), 자(慈), 직(直), 근(勤), 검(儉)이라고 정리해볼 수 있다. 여기서는 그러한 전통 교육 이념이 ‘자신과의 관계’, ‘타인과의 관계’, ‘사회 공동체와의 관계’, ‘자연·초월과의 관계’로 영역을 나누고 각기 지향할 가치, 실천할 덕목을 배정한 현 도덕과 교육의 체계와 상통할 수 있다고 보고, 그에 따라 교육 현장에서 실천할 몇 가지 전통-현대 융합적 교육 방안들을 제안하였다. Any moral ideas get integrity upon their practices. Because in human society systems, morality have capability among human interactions, for it gives moral standards(good or bad/ right or wrong) to them. And when the society system is Korean, Koreans surely have developed unique styles of moral practice and moral education in their traditional ages. So reinterpretating and categorizing the moral tradition for taking advantage of it in contemporary context, make sense. In this study, Korean moral tradition is focused in its scope, as ``Confucian moral tradition in semi-modern era``. For convenience of study and the potentials of effective revision, Korean tradition have been resized. In Confucian moral tradition, semi-modern Korean moral ideas could be presented as ren(仁) and yi(義). Furthermore, ren and yi could be practiced with several moral virtues, like xiao(孝), di(弟), ci(慈), zhi(直) qin(勤) gian(儉). When compared with contemporary moral education idea systems, the traditional system can have affinity with the systems in moral ideas division(``with-self morality``, ``with-others morality``, ``with-universe and transcendence morality``). And several fusion-style, integration-based education practices can be developed and applied at contemporary school moral education.

Self-patterning Technique of Photosensitive La_0.5Sr_0.5CoO₃ Electrode on Ferroelectric Sr_0.9Bi_2.1Ta₂O₉ Thin Films

$La_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_3$ (LSCO) electrodes were prepared on ferroelectric $Sr_{0.9}Bi_{2.1}Ta_2O_9$(SBT) thin films by spin coating method using photosensitive sol-gel solution. Self-patterning technique of photosensitive sol-gel solution has advantages such as simple manufacturing process compared to photoresist/dry etching process. Lanthanum(III) 2-methoxyethoxide, Stronitium diethoxide. Cobalu(II)2-methoxyethoxide were used as starting materials for LSCO electrode. UV irradiation on LSCO thin films lead to decrease solubility by M-O-M bond formation and the solubility difference allows us to obtain self-patternine. There was little composition change of the LSCO thin films between before leaching and after leaching in 2-methoxyethanol. The lowest resistivity of LSCO thin films deposited on $SiO_2$/Si substrate was $1.1{\times}10^{-2}{\Omega}cm$ when the thin film was ennealed at $740^{\circ}C$. The values of Pr/Ps and 2Pr of LSCO/SBT/Pt capacitor on the applied voltage of 5V were 0.51, 8.89 ${\mu}C/cm^2$, respectively.

UNIX 운영체제가 널리 보급됨에 따라 UNIX를 기반으로 하는 데이타베이스 관리체제의 개발이 요청되고 있다. 그러나, 국내에서는 아직도 실세계에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 데이타베이스 관리체제를 개발한 경험이 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 UNIX를 기반으로 하여 높은 성능을 갖는 데이타베이스 관리체제를 개발하기 위한 데이타베이스 관리체제의 프로토타입을 설계하였다. 이 데이타베이스 관리체제를 효율적인 질의 처리를 위한 질의 최적화 부분과 다수의 사용자에게 만족한 성능을 주기 위한 트랜잭션 처리 부분으로 구성하였다.

감자 유전자원 평가 및 다양한 컬러 감자 품종 개발

한국감자육종소재 은행(KPGR)에서 는 많은 감자유전자원을 수집함과 동시에 수집된 유전자원을 분석해서 감자육종에 활용하고 있다 다양한 유전자원 중에서 2001년 우리나라 준고냉지 지역인 장평과 양구에서 수확한 58가지 감자 계통 및 품종에서 식용 및 칩 가공에 적합한 품종 및 계통을 선발하였다. 감자의 선발 기준은 지역적 응성, 감자 괴경형태(눈 깊이, 모양, 표피색, 육색, 생산량, 더뎅이병 저항성과 중심공동 및 내부갈색저항성)와 감자의 칩 색도에 아주 큰 영향을 주는 환원당 함량 등 요소를 종합적으로 고려하였다. 기존 수미 와 대등한 흰색 표피 품종은 얼리밸리 , 썸머밸리 , 윈터밸리 , 태복밸리 였고, 골든밸리 는 노란색 품종으로, 고구밸리 와 주스밸리 는 적색표피 품종으로, 퍼플밸리 는 보라색 표피 품종으로 각각 선발되었다. 가공용 재배 품종인 대서 칩 색도와 비슷하고 생산량(4.0톤ha)이 비교적 높고 환원당 함량(0.30%이하)이 비교적 낮은 24계통 및 품종이 선발되었다. 선발된 계통 및 품종의 괴경형태 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 태동밸리 , 강심밸리 , 강원밸리 품종이 밝은 흰 색칩용으로 선발되었는데 환원당 함량은 각각 0.23%, 0.27%와 0.29%였으며; 보라밸리 , 로즈밸리 , Valley54는 칼라 칩용으로 선발하였는데 그중 보라밸리 의 환원당 함량은 0.26%로서 밝은 보라색 칩색도를 나타냈으며 로즈밸리 의 환원당 함량은 0.19%로서 칩 색도는 밝은 황색을 나타냈으며 밸리54의 환원당 함량은 0.27%였다. 스틱밸리 와 밸리72은 프렌치 프라이용으로 선발하였는데 환원당 함량은 각각 0.22%와 0.15%로서 괴경의 형태가 비교적 긴 형태로서 프라이 색도는 밝은 담황색을 나타냈다. Many potato genetic resources have been collected and improved for their diverse traits over the years using breeding program in KPGR. To select potential varieties for table and processing in Korea, 58 elite potato breeding lines and several Valley varieties were cultivated and harvested at Korea Alpine area in 2001. The cultivated lines and varieties were evaluated using their cultural adaptability in the environment and tuber characteristics, such as the depth of tuber eye, tuber shape, skin color, flesh color, scab resistance, yield, and the resistance of hollow heart and internal brown spot disease. Additionally, in the selection of potential processing varieties, reducing sugar content (sum of glucose and fructose concentration) of tubers is critically considered, because it mainly influence on the chip color of processing potato tuber. For table stock varieties with white skin color, Early Valley , Summer Valley , Winter Valley , and Taebok Valley were selected. In the aspect of diverse potato tuber color, several varieties were selected such as Golden Valley for its yellow fresh and skin color, Gogu Valley , Juice Valley , and Rose Valley for their red skin color, and Purple Valley for its purple skin. Compared with world wide known processing cultivar Atlantic , 24 lines (or varieties) were selected for the potential potato processing industry due to their low reducing sugar contents (below 0.3%), high yield (above 4.0 ton/ha), and unique chip colors. Selected white chipping varieties were Taedong Valley , Kangshim Valley , and Kangwon Valley , which have 0.23%, 0.27%, and 0.29% of reducing sugar contents, respectively. Bora Valley , having deep purple color in both skin and fresh, was selected for purple chip variety and has 0.26% of reducing sugar content. Light yellow chip varieties (lines) were Rose Valley and Valley 54, having 0.19% and 0.269% of reducing sugar content, respectively. For French frying potatoes, Stick Valley of 0.22% and Valley 72 of 0.151% in reducing sugars were selected. All of these selected lines and Valley varieties can be used as parents to improve potato genetic resources and to develop better varieties with unique traits and colors.

Vesicocutaneous fistula: An unusual complication of total hysterectomy

A 37-year-old woman was referred to our department for evaluation of a large uterine mass and menorrhagia with cyclic pain. She underwent a total hysterectomy because of a previous cesarean delivery. Subcutaneous edema, resembling a hematoma, was noted after removing the Foley catheter on postoperative day 1. With the differential diagnosis including a hematoma, we obtained a computed tomography scan, which revealed edema associated with a subcutaneous fistula originating from the bladder wall. Intravenous indigo carmine injection resulted in a change of color in the subcutaneous area, which confirmed that there was a fistula. We report a case of a vesicocutaneous fistula at the site of a total hysterectomy with a brief review of literature.
