        국가정보보호수준 측정 및 활용에 관한 연구

        정보보호 수준을 측정하는 것은 매우 어려운 일로써 정보보호의 영역이 계속 확장됨에 따라 개념자체를 정의하기가 어렵고 아울러 다차원적인 요인을 포함하는 정보보호 지표 선정의 어려움, 시계열적인 통계 데이터 부족, 상이한 정보보호 지표를 하나의 지수로 통합하는 문제가 있기 때문이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정보보호수준을 계량적으로 측정하기 위한 방법론으로 가장 적합한 것은 지수화하는 것이다. 이는 정책입안자나 정보보호 이해관련자들이 종합적인 측면에서 정보보호수준 목표를 결정하고 실행결과를 평가하는데 용이하기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보보호정책 수립 및 평가의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있는 지수를 산출하기 위한 종합적인 정보보호수준 평가지수 모델을 제시하고 지수를 산출하는데 있다. 지수산출결과, 정보보호수준은 2002년부터 2005년까지를 시계열적으로 보면 매년 평균 5.8%의 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 반면 역기능수준은 2003년 1.25 인터넷 대란으로 증가한 것을 제외하고 꾸준한 감소추세를 나타내고 있다. 특히 정보보호수준과 역기능수준이 발산하고 있어 정보보호정책이 유효하게 작용하고 있다고 판단되어진다.

        가토의 골수내 식염수 주입이 말초혈액 제변수에 미치는 영향

        Study Objective: To examine the effects of intraosseous saline infusion on hematologic parameters. Design and Setting: Eight New Zealand White rabbits were anesthized intramuscular ketamine injection, An initial blood sample was withdrawn from an earlobe artery under introduction of anesthesia. An 18-gauge intraosseous(10) needle was inserted into proximal tibia of rabbits, and 10 mL/kg of normal saline was infused over two minutes after the intraosseus needle insertion. Measurements: Complete blood counts were performed on the blood sampled. The light microscopic examination of the peripheral blood smear was perfomed by clinical pathologic staff. Results: No statistically significant differences were found in hematologic paramenters from samples drawn before and after intraosseous infusion. Conclusion: We advocate less caution in the interpretation of hematologic studies performed on blood samples obtained soon after an intraosseous infusion.

        The limnological survey of Lake Okjong was conducted for one year from June 1993 to May 1994 on the monthly basis. The loading of phosphorus, nitrogen and organic carbon from the watershed into the lake were monitored at the main in flowing sites. Secchi disc transparency , epilimnetic chlorophyll a, total nitrogen, total phosphorus concentration and primary production were in the range of 1.3~4.H m, 2.4~ 18.7 mg Chl/m³. 1.25~2.87 mg N/l, 7~65 mg P/m³, 325~2,113 mg C/m²/day, respectively. TN/Tl atomic ratio varled from 129 to 443. N/P ratio decreased in summer because phosphorus concentration was higher than in winter, while nitrogen did not vary much. The seasonal succession of phytoplankton was distinct. In winter and spring, diatoms, Aulacoseira granulata var. angustissima and Aulacoseira italica were dominant while cyanobacteria, Microcystis sp.,M. ichthyovlabe, Phormidium sp. and P.valderianum var. tenuis were dominant in warm seasons. The dominant zooplankton species were Thertmocyclops taihokuensis in warm seasons while Boosmina longirostris were dominant in cold seasons. The organic carbon, nirtogen and phosphorus content of lake sediment were 8.0~14.8, 0.59~0.71, 1.14~1.87 ng N/g, respectively. The sediment of Lake Okjong can be classified as oligohumic based on C/N ratio. The total phosphorus loading from the watershed and fishfarm were estimated to be 2.7g P/m²/yr, which far exceeded the critical loading for eutrophication. The organic carbon loading from the watershed and primary production were determined to be 998t C/yr, 6,348t C/yr, respectively.       • 국내 주요 호수의 육수학적 조사(4): 주암호

        In this study limnological characteristics of Lake Juam was surveyed from June 1993 to May 1994 in order to provides important information regarding water resources. Seschi disc transparency, epilimnetic chlorophyll a(chl-a), tatal nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP) concentration and primary productivity were in the range of 2.0~4.5 m, 0.9~13.6 mgChl/㎥, 0.78~2.32N/l, 11~56 mgP/㎥, 270~2,160mgCm^(-2)day^(-1), respectively. On the basis of TP, Chl-a and Secchi disc depth, the trophic state of Lake Juam can be classified as mesotrophic lake. The phosphorus inputs from non-point sources are concentrated in heavy rain episodes during the monsoon season. As a result, phosphorus concentration are higher in summer than in winter. TP loading from the watershed were estimated to be 0.9 gPm^(-2)yr(-1), which correspond to a boundary of the critical loading (1.0 gPm^(-2)yr(-1), which correspond to a boundary of the critical loading (1.0 gPm^(-2)yr(-1)) for eutrophication. From the results of the algal assay, both phosphous and nitrogen act as limiting nutrients in algal growth. The seasonal succession of phytoplankton community structure in Lake Juam was similar to that observed in other temperate lakes. Diatoms(Asterionella formosa and Aulacoseira granulata var. angustissima) were dominant in spring and winter, cyanobacteria (Microcystis aeruginosa, M. sp. and M. viridis) were dominant in warm season. The organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus content of lake sediment were 9.5~14.0 mgC/g, 1.01~1.82 mgN/g, and 0.51~0.65 mgP/g, respectively. The allochthonous organic carbon loading from the watershed and autochthonous organic carbon loading by primary production of phytoplankton were determined to be 1,122 tC/yr and 6,718 tC/yr, respectively. To prevent eutrophication of Lake Juam, nutrient management of watershed should be focus on reduction of fertilizer application, proper treatment of manure, and conservation of topsoil as well as point source.

        완두의 이면교잡에 의한 F_1세대에 대한 조합능력을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 9개 형질에 대한 GCA, SCA, RCA효과를 검정한 바 조합능력은 전 형질에서 GCA, SCA, RCA가 모두 유의하였고, 분지수·경직경·엽장·주당협수·협당립수·주당립수·100립중·주당립중은 GCA가 SCA보다 크고, 품종간 GCA효과는 고성종1호가 경직경과 100립중에서, 고성종2호가 경장·분지수·엽장에서, 김해종이 주당협수·주당립수·100립중·주당입중에서, 진해종이 협다립수에서 각각 정(+)으로 높았다. SCA효과에서 경장은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 1×3(고성종1호×김해종)조합이, 분지수는 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 경직경과 엽장은 1×3(고성종1호×김해종)조합이, 주당협수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 협당립수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합·1×4(고성종1호×고성종3호)조합·2×3(고성종2호×김해종)조합이, 주당립수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 100립중은 3×4(김해종×고성종3호)조합이, 주당립중은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합·3×4(김해종×고성종3호)조합·4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이 각각 정으로 높았다. RCA효과에서 경장·엽장·주당협수·주당립중은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합이, 주당협수·주당립수·100립중·주당립중은 2×4(고성종2호×고성종3호)조합이 각각 정으로 높았다. Five pea varieties in F₁ generation of the possible crosses among them were used to estimate the combining ability for nine characters, i. e., stem length, number of branches per plant, stem diameter, leaf length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight per plant. Data for F₁ hybrid and parents were subjected to the analysis method proposed by Griffing. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Mean squares of general combining ability(GCA), specific combining ability(SCA) and reciprocal combining ability(RCA) were significant for all characters observed. Mean squares of GCA were higher than those of SCA and RCA in number of branches per plant, stem diameter, leaf length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight and seed weight per plant. Variety Gimbae showed the highest GCA effect for number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant and positively high effects of GCA were observed from variety Gosung#1 in stem diameter, 100-seed weight, and from variety Gosung#2 stem length, number of branches per plant, leaf length, from Jinhae in number of seeds per pod In SCA effects, hybrids in Gosung#1×Gosung#2 were wxhibited positively high for stem length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant, and high SCA effects for number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant were found positively in Gosung#3×jinhae. In RCA effects, hybrids in Gosung#2×Gosung#3 were exhibited positively high for number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight per plant and high RCA effects for stem length, leaf length, number of pods per plant, and seed weight per plant were found positively in Gosung#1×Gosung#2.

        We give several characterizations of a TV-PVMD and we show that the localization R[X;S]$_{N_{\upsilon}}$ of a semigroup ring R[X;S] is a TV-PVMD if and only if R is a TV-PVMD where $N_{\upsilon}\;=\;\{f\;{\in}\;R[X]{\mid}(A_f)_{\upsilon} = R\}$ and S is a torsion free cancellative semigroup with zero.

      • Inhibitory effecs of thiacremonone on MPTP-induced dopaminergic neurodegeneration through inhibition of p38 activation

        Neuroinflammation is implicated for dopaminergic neurodegeneration. Sulfur compounds extracted from garlic have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Previously, we have investigated that thiacremonone, a sulfur compound isolated from garlic has anti-inflammatory effects on several inflammatory disease models. To investigate the protective effect of thiacremonone against 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced behavioral impairment and dopaminergic neurodegeneration, 8 week old ICR mice were given thiacremonone (10 mg/kg) in drinking water for 1 month and received intraperitoneal injection of MPTP (15 mg/kg, four times with 2 h interval) during the last 7 days of treatment. Our data showed that thiacremonone decreased MPTP-induced behavioral impairments (Rotarod test, Pole test, and Gait test), dopamine depletion and microglia and astrocytes activations as well as neuroinflammation. Higher activation of p38 was found in the substantia nigra and striatum after MPTP injection, but p38 activation was reduced in thiacremonone treated group. In an in vitro study, thiacremonone (1, 2, and 5 μg/ml) effectively decreased MPP+ (0.5 mm)-induced glial activation, inflammatory mediators generation and dopaminergic neurodegeneration in cultured astrocytes and microglial BV-2 cells. Moreover, treatment of p38 MAPK inhibitor SB203580 (10 μM) further inhibited thiacremonone induced reduction of neurodegeneration and neuroinflammation. These results indicated that the anti-inflammatory compound, thiacremonone, inhibited neuroinflammation and dopaminergic neurodegeneration through inhibition of p38 activation.
