        Nowdays GIS (Geographic Information System) has been widely used in public and private part. As demands on map via internet have been dramatically increasing, traditional GIS system is being developed to Web based system which uses Web browsers. Web based GIS system consists of Web Map Oient and Server. The Web Map Server offers geospatial data to several Web Map Oients. In this paper, we propose an interface of web map server. The interface provides user-defined styles and dedicated features for mobile environment as well as simple request for map.

        방송광고 심의제도에 대한 상호지향성 연구 : 광고주·심의기구·소비자 단체 간 비교 분석

        본 연구는 Chaffee와 McLeod의 상호지향성(coorientation) 모델을 한 단계 확장하여 방송광고 심의의 주요 행위자인 광고인-심의기구-소비자 단체 사이의 방송광고 심의에 관한 갈등의 폭을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 방송광고 심의에 관한 8개의 설문항목을 선정하여 광고인 58명, 심의기구 52명, 소비자 단체 54명을 대상으로 조사를 실시한 뒤 t-test를 실시했다. 연구결과‘객관적 일치도 1’,‘ 객관적 일치도 2’,‘ 객관적 일치도 3’모두에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 한편,‘ 주관적 일치도 1’,‘ 주관적 일치도 2’,‘ 주관적 일치도 3’에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈으나,‘ 주관적 일치도 4’,‘ 주관적 일치도 5’, ‘주관적 일치도 6’에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로‘정확도 2’,‘ 정확도 3’,‘ 정확도 4’,‘ 정확도 5’,‘ 정확도 6’에서는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나‘정확도 1’에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과가 의미하는 것은 방송광고 심의에 대해 아직도 광고인, 심의기구, 소비자 단체 간에 상호 이해도가 부족한 부분이 많은 것으로 나타나 앞으로 이에 대한 보완책이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. To examine the conflicts caused by the deliberation system of broadcasting advertising among advertisers, consumers, and deliberators, this study attempted to apply Chaffee and McLeod’s coorientational approach to the deliberation system of broadcasting advertising. Using questionnaires developed based on eight areas about broadcasting advertising deliberation, the data from 58 advertising practitioners, 54 consumers, and 52 deliberators were collected and analyzed. The findings showed significant differences in perceived ‘agreement 1’, ‘agreement 2’ and ‘agreement 3’ about the deliberation system. In terms of congruence, there were statistically significant differences in ‘congruence 1’, ‘congruence 2’ and ‘congruence 3’ . In contrast, no significant differences in ‘congruence 4’, ‘congruence 5’, and ‘congruence 6’ about the deliberation system were found. In terms of accuracy, there were statistically significant differences in ‘accuracy 2’, ‘accuracy 3’, ‘accuracy 4’, ‘accuracy 5’, and ‘accuracy 6’ about the deliberation system. However, no significant difference in ‘accuracy 1’ about the deliberation system was found.

        Torque Ripple Reduction of a PM Synchronous Motor for Electric Power Steering using a Low Resolution Position Sensor

        MDPS (motor driven power steering) systems have been widely used in vehicles due to their improved fuel efficiency and steering performance when compared to conventional hydraulic steering. However, the reduction of torque ripples and material cost are important issues. A low resolution position sensor for MDPS is one of the candidates for reducing the material costs. However, it may increases the torque ripple due to the current harmonics caused by low resolution encoder signals. In this paper, the torque ripple caused by the quantized rotor position of the low resolution encoder is analyzed. To reduce the torque ripples caused by the quantization of the encoder signals, the rotor position and the speed are estimated by measuring the frequency of the encoder signals. In addition, the compensating q-axis current is added to the current command so that the 6th order torque harmonic is attenuated. The reduction of torque ripples by applying the estimated rotor position and the compensated q-axis current is verified through experimental results.

        Induced Eye-detectable Blue Emission of Triazolyl Derivatives via Selective Photodecomposition of Chloroform under UV Irradiation at 365 nm

        A bent-shape triazolyl derivative was synthesized via click chemistry, and its photophysical property was investigated in various solvents. In contrast to the invisible ultraviolet emission of other solutions, the chloroform solution exhibited a blue light emission at 460 nm. Furthermore, the blue fluorescence intensified as the UV exposure time at 365 nm increased. On the basis of 1 H-NMR, pH paper, and acid-addition studies, we confirmed that chloroform was decomposed into HCl with the aid of the triazolyl derivative. The density functional theory calculations suggested that the eye-detectable blue fluorescence was attributed to an intramolecular charge transfer process of the protonated triazolyl derivative in the chloroform solution.

        Study on Rapid Measurement of Wood Powder Concentration of Wood-Plastic Composites using FT-NIR and FT-IR Spectroscopy Techniques

        Wood-plastic composite (WPC) is a promising and sustainable material, and refers to a combination of wood and plastic along with some binding (adhesive) materials. In comparison to pure wood material, WPCs are in general have advantages of being cost effective, high durability, moisture resistance, and microbial resistance. The properties of WPCs come directly from the concentration of different components in composite; such as wood flour concentration directly affect mechanical and physical properties of WPCs. In this study, wood powder concentration in WPC was determined by Fourier transform near-infrared (FT-NIR) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. The reflectance spectra from WPC in both powdered and tableted form with five different concentrations of wood powder were collected and preprocessed to remove noise caused by several factors. To correlate the collected spectra with wood powder concentration, multivariate calibration method of partial least squares (PLS) was applied. During validation with an independent set of samples, good correlations with reference values were demonstrated for both FT-NIR and FT-IR data sets. In addition, high coefficient of determination (R2 p) and lower standard error of prediction (SEP) was yielded for tableted WPC than powdered WPC. The combination of FT-NIR and FT-IR spectral region was also studied. The results presented here showed that the use of both zones improved the determination accuracy for powdered WPC; however, no improvement in prediction result was achieved for tableted WPCs. The results obtained suggest that these spectroscopic techniques are a useful tool for fast and nondestructive determination of wood concentration in WPCs and have potential to replace conventional methods.

        Defects exist underneath the fruit skin are not easily discernable by using conventional color imaging technique in the visible wavelength ranges. Development of sensitive detection methods for the defects is necessary to ensure accurate quality sorting of fruits. Hyperspectral imaging techniques, which combine the features of image and spectroscopy to acquire spatial and spectral information simultaneously, have demonstrated good potentials for identifying and detecting anomalies on biological substances. In this study, a high spatial resolution hyperspectral reflectance technique was presented as a tool for detecting bruises on apple. The two-band ratio (494 nm / 952 nm) and simple threshold methods were applied to investigate the feasibility of discriminating the bruises from sound tissue of apple. The pixel wise accuracy of the discrimination was 74%. The resultant images processed with selected wavebands and morphologic algorithm distinctively showed the early stages of bruises on apple which were not discernable by naked eyes as well as a conventional color camera. Results demonstrated good potential of the hyperspectral reflectance imaging for detection of bruises on apple.
