본 연구는 운동이 건강에 좋다는 것을 알면서도 운동실천을 시작하지 못하는 사람들을 어떻게 운동실천을 시작하도록 하며 운동실천을 지속시킬 것인가에 대한 중재전략에 대해 선행연구들을 토대로 정리한 것이다. 운동중재(intervention)는 건강과 관련된 지식, 태도, 기준, 및 행동을 구체적인 목표를 가지고 운동을 하지 않는 사람들에게 인식시켜 운동을 시작케 하거나 운동을 지속적으로 유지시킬 목적을 가지고 건강관리 전문가로 이루어진 팀에 의해 실행되는 건강증진활동을 의미한다(Gauvin, Levesque, & Richard, 2001). 김병준(2006)은 운동실천 중재전략을 이론에 근거한 중재전략, 행동수정 전략, 인지행동전략, 내적동기 전략 등으로 구분하였다. 이론에 근거한 중재전략은 혜택인식, 방해요인 극복, 자기효능감 향상으로 운동실천을 하도록 동기유발을 일으킨다. 행동수정전략은 의사결정단서를 제공하고 출석상황을 게시하며 보상제공, 피도백 제공을 통해 운동실천을 하도록 유도한다. 인지전략으로는 목표를 현실적으로 구체적으로 제시하며 의사결정 균형표를 비교하며 운동일지 작성, 운동계약시 회원이 참여하도록 하여 책임감을 갖도록 하여 운동실천을 하도록 유도한다. 마지막으로 내적동기 전략으로 운동을 할 때에 즐거움을 체험하도록 하며 몰입상태에 임하도록 지도하여 운동실천 동기유발을 하도록 한다. 운동이 주는 긍정적인 효과를 인식하면서도 쉽게 운동실천을 시작하지 못하고 시작하더라도 오래가지 못하고 포기하고 중단하는 사람들을 다시 운동시킨다는 것은 쉬운 일은 아니다. 이러한 운동 실천을 하지 못하는 사람들을 다시금 운동실천을 하도록 동기유발을 하고 실천하도록 의지력을 갖도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 이것이 바로 운동실천을 위한 중재전략이다. The purpose of this study was to review the Intervention Strategies for increasing and keeping physical activity. The Intervention is growing of physical fitness with starting and maintenance physical activity by promotion of health expert team. Kim, byoung-Jun(2006) classed 4 theories intervention strategy. The theory authority of intervention strategy bring about motive for practicing physical activity with benefit recognition, interruption factor overcoming and self-efficacy growing. The behavior adjustment strategy induct into practice physical activity with decisional balance, attendance notice, offering of reward and offering of feedback. The knowledge strategy induct into practice physical activity with offering of detail target, comparing with decisional balance, completing sheet of physical activity and participation agreement of physical activity. Finally, internal motive strategy induct into practice physical activity with enjoyment experience. The intervention strategy for increasing physical activity is starting and maintenance physical activity who used not to practice physical activity and stop practice physical activity.

This study was carried out to analyze patents' disease status, their satisfaction with hospital service, the consciousness of co-operative treatment, and the consciousness of doctors on co-operative medical treatment of western and oriental medicine. We investigated 386 patients utilizing three oriental medicine hospitals in co-operation with western medicine hospitals and surveyed 30 doctors in these hospitals. We made use of frequency analysis for general characteristics of the object cases and t -test for distinctions among groups by spss-pc program. The results of this study were as follows. 1. As to general characteristics of the group, 55.2% were female and 44.8% were male. 64% were in the 30-59 age group and 18% were over 60.78% of the patients lived in the city of Seoul. The percent for housewives was 27.7%, professionals were 17.4%, and the unemployed were 17.1%. The percent of those for university graduates was 43.3% and highschool graduates was 33.9%. 36% of the patients had an average family income per month 1.5-2.9million. 2. In regards to disease status for inpatients, 67.5% were in the heart related disease group, and 16.9% in the locomotive organ related disease group. In the case of outpatients, 33.0% in the locomotive organ related disease group. And 18.2% in the heart related disease group. The kind of diseases which received co-operative treatment of western and oriental medicine was cerebrovascular disease or musculoskeletal disease. As the age increases, the number of inpatients for cerebrovascular disease was higher, but the percent of musculoskeletal disease was the highest(47.4%) for the age group between 40~59.

This paper is the development of industrial robot hand's and the design methods of industrial Robot hand that can mimic human fingers motion. In order to overcome problems incurred during the reduction of the mobility, this study focuses on analyzing human hand structure and finger movements from an anatomical point of view. As a result, distinctive features that improve the discovered stability in constraints for range of motion in the fingers is reflected in this design concept. A 4-bar Linkage is used in robot finger structure. Lastly, there were experiments to inspect the developed robot hands performance. The developed robot hand has many potential applications and can be in many different fields.
다환방향족 탄화수소에 오염된 토양에서 분리한 Pseudomonas sp. KK1의 생리학적 특성

Strain KK1 was isolated from soil contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and able to mineralize anthracene, naphthalene, and phenanthrene. In this study, strain KK1 was tested to evaluate carbazole-degrading potential using radiorespirometry. When KK1 was pre-grown on phenanthrene the cells were able to mineralize carbazole much more rapidly, suggesting a possible close linkage between the pathways for catabolism of carbazole and phenanthrene. Such an increase in carbazole degradation was not appreciable when KK1 was pre-grown on naphthalene. Strain KK1 was identified as the genus Pseudomonas with over 90 % confidence based on BIOLOG system and FAME analysis. Analysis of PLFAs extracted from kk1 cells on carbazole medium revealed that lipids 10:0 3OH, 17:0 cyclo, and 18:0 were representatives produced or significantly increased in response to carbazole. Tests for antibiotics provided the data that strain KK1 was resistant to antibiotic ampicillin, but susceptibile to chloramphenicol, gentamycin, kanamycin, streptomycin, and tetracycline. Strain KK1 demonstrated strong resistance to most heavy metals such as Ba, Cd, Fe, Hg, Pb used in this study.
直接噴射式 디젤엔진에서 GTL熱料의 EGR率變化에 따른 排出物 特性에 關한 硏究

Recently, altenative fuels are drawing more attentions due to the increasing need for lower emission characteristics and fuel consumption rate in automotive engines. The GTL(gas to luquid) is the one of most favored candidates. It has higher cetane number(more than 75) and almost negligible sulphur and aromatic contents. Therefore, enhanced emission characteristics are expected even in the application in diesel engines without any modification. In this study, the cylinder pressure and heat release, emission characteristics with fuel injection timings are compared between diesel and GTL fuel in the single cylinder diesel engine. Noticeable reduction in PM, THC and CO emission are observed due to lower sulphur and aromatic contents in GTL. Also, the ignition delay decreased due to higher cetane number of GTL , which slightly decreased the amount of NOx emissions. EGR is considered as a most efficient method to reduce the NOx emission. With EGR rates, NOx decreases more for the case of GTL, while the level of THC and CO emissions still remains lower than the case of diesel. With EGR rates, Small size distribution of PM became lager and there amount increased. Bul from all conditions, size distribution of PM for the case GTL was lower than Diesel.
HFCVD법을 이용하여 제작한 n-형 다이아몬드 박막의 특성 연구

HFCVD법으로 암모니아 가스를 사용하여 n-형 도핑된 다이아몬드 박막을 제작하여, 기판온도와 암모니아 가스 첨가비에 따른 박막의 morphology의 변화를 조사하였다. 증착된 시료에 대한 SEM, Raman, XRD를 이용하여 박막의 특성을 분석하고, 도핑에 따른 전계방출 특성을 측정하였다. 양질의 n-형 도핑된 다이아몬드 박막을 증착시키기 위해 기판온도와 암모니아 첨가비에 따른 최적의 증착조건을 찾을 수 있었다. We fabricate n-doped diamond thin films by hot filament chemical vapor deposition method(HFCVD) using ammonia as a doping gas and investigate the effect of the substrate temperature and the ammonia gas ratio upon the diamond film morphology. The SEM, Raman spectroscopy, and the XRD analysis are executed to characterize film morphology. Field emission property of the film is measured also. We find optimum conditions of the substrate temperature and the ammonia gas ratio to deposit high quality n-doped diamond thin films.
