        코칭서비스품질과 코칭만족, 자기효능감, 코칭충성도 간의 관계 연구

        코칭은 새로운 경영 환경에 적응하는 전략인 동시에 리더십의 새로운 패러다임으로 등장하면서 비약적인 성장을 이루고 있다. 코칭 산업의 외형적인 성장과는 달리 코칭 현장에서는 코칭에 대한 사회적 인식 부족, 코칭 성과에 대한 증거 부족 등의 어려움을 겪고 있으나 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 학문적 연구는 제한적으로 이루어지고 있다. 특히 코칭이 전문서비스 산업으로 인식되고 있는 현재의 시점에도 코칭서비스의 품질을 측정하고 관리하고자 하는 시도는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 문헌 연구와 전문가 검토를 거쳐 코칭서비스품질의 측정 요소로 코칭의 전문성(코칭기술), 상호작용, 코칭결과, 코칭환경을 도출하여 코칭서비스품질을 측정하고, 코칭서비스의 효과성을 검증하고자 코칭 고객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 코칭서비스품질, 코칭만족, 자기효능감 및 코칭 충성도 간의 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 코칭서비스품질의 하위차원으로서 코칭기술, 상호작용, 코칭결과 및 코칭환경은 코칭만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 상호작용과 코칭결과는 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 코칭만족과 자기효능감은 코칭충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 코칭 현장에서 전문적인 코칭기술을 활용하고, 고객에게 알맞은 코칭환경제공 및 고객과 정서적으로 교감하며 상호작용 할 때야 비로소 성공적인 코칭이 될 수 있음을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 코칭서비스의 효과성을 검증함으로서, 코칭 성과 개선을 위한 방향성을 제시하고 시사점을 도출한 것에 의의가 있다. Coaching is rapidly growing as it emerges as a new paradigm of leadership and strategy for adapting to the new management environment. Unlike the apparent growth of the coaching industry, the coaching field suffers from a lack of social awareness of coaching and evidence of coaching performance. However, few related researches have been conducted. In particular, attempts to measure and manage the quality of coaching services are very insufficient. Therefore, through literature studies and expert reviews, the current study measured coaching service quality by deriving coaching expertise (coaching skills), interactions, coaching outcomes, and coaching environment as measuring elements. In addition, to verify the effectiveness of coaching services, we collected data from coaching customers and analyzed the relationship between coaching service quality, coaching satisfaction, self-efficacy, and coaching loyalty. As sub-dimensions of coaching service quality, coaching skills, interactions, coaching results, and coaching environments had a positive correlation with coaching satisfaction (+). The interactions and coaching results also positively correlated with self-efficacy (+). Also, coaching satisfaction and self-efficacy have been shown to have a positive effect on coaching loyalty (+). The results suggests that the coaching would be successful when professional coaching skills are utilized at the proper coaching environment and when the coaching environment is provided to customers and emotional communication and interaction with customers. This study is meaningful in verifying the effectiveness of coaching services, suggesting directions for improving coaching performance.

        Antibacterial Butenolides from the Korean Tunicate <i>Pseudodistoma antinboja</i>

        <P>Six new (<B>1</B>, <B>2</B>, and <B>5</B>–<B>8</B>) and three known (<B>3</B>, <B>4</B>, and <B>9</B>) butenolide metabolites were isolated from the tunicate <I>Pseudodistoma antinboja</I> by activity-guided fractionations. The structures were elucidated by combined NMR and MS spectroscopic methods. These compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activity, and most of them exhibited moderate to significant activity that selectively targeted Gram-positive strains and did not exhibit cytotoxicity in the MTT assay at 100 μM.         지방공기업 커뮤니티센터 표준 모델 연구 : 인천시설공단의 도입 사례를 중심으로

        본 연구는 지방공기업 경영혁신의 방안으로써 관리 중인 공공시설물에 「시민 중심의 커뮤니티센터 표준 모델」을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래하면서 사회 경제적 변화에 따라 정부와 기업, 공기업의 역할과 서비스 질은 달라져야 하며 특히 공공분야에서는 보다 다양한 혁신정책으로 시민 만족 제고에 노력해야 한다. 이에 시설관리공단 유형의 공기업들이 지속가능한 경영을 하기 위해서는 시설물을 하드웨어적으로 단순하게 ‘관리’한다는 시각을 전환하여, 소프트웨어적 관점으로 시설을 ‘운영’하는 단계까지 나아갈 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 시민 요구의 다양화 및 시민 수준 향상에 부응하여 ‘시설’이라는 공간을 바라보는 관점을 혁신하고 시민과 함께 공간을 조성해 나갈 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공기업 혁신과 시민참여 활성화를 위한 구체적 대안으로써 지방공기업형 커뮤니티센터 표준 모델을 제안한다. 표준 모델의 실제성을 높이기 위해 인천시설공단의 실제 도입 사례를 제시하여 타 지방공기업에의 적용 및 확산 가능성을 제고한다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to propose standard model of citizen-centered community center that is able to apply to public facilities administrated by regional facilities corporation as management innovation. Advent of fourth industrial revolution causes socio-economic changes, so qualities of services and role of local public enterprise have to be changed. Especially, the public sector has to endeavor to enhance citizen s satisfaction by various innovation policies. So for corporate sustainable management, facilities corporation typed public enterprise changes view of management from hardware-wise to software-wise. For this change, in response to citizen s diverse demand and improvement of a level, facilities corporation has to innovate the way of looking facilities as concept of space and create new space with citizens. This study suggests standard model of community center specialized in local public enterprise as the specific measures of innovation and fostering civic participation. And this study is significant in raising applicability and spread possibility of community center to other local public enterprises by analysis of application cases of Incheon facilities corporation.

        Diagnostic Endoscopic Ultrasound: Technique, Current Status and Future Directions

        Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) is now well established as an important tool in clinical practice. From purely diagnostic imaging, it has progressed to include tissue acquisition, which provided the basis for therapeutic procedures. Even as interventional EUS developed, there has been ongoing progress in EUS diagnostic capabilities due to improved imaging systems, better needles for tissue acquisition and development of enhanced imaging functions such as contrast harmonic EUS (CHEUS) and EUS elastography. EUS is well established for differentiation of subepithelial lesions, for T-staging of luminal gastrointestinal and pancreaticobiliary malignancies, for differentiation of benign pancreaticobiliary disorders and for diagnostic tissue acquisition, which can be achieved by EUS-guided fine needle aspiration or by EUS-guided fine needle biopsy using dedicated biopsy needles. This review briefly describes the technique of performing EUS and then discusses its clinical utility in terms of gastrointestinal cancer staging, the evaluation of pancreaticobiliary disorders and tissue acquisition. Enhanced imaging techniques such as CHEUS and EUS elastography are briefly reviewed. (Gut Liver 2018;12:483-496)

        Ascochlorin Enhances the Sensitivity of Doxorubicin Leading to the Reversal of Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

        <P>Increasing evidence has indicated that epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) at the advanced stage of liver cancer not only has the ability to self-renew and progress cancer, but also enables greater resistance to conventional chemo-and radiotherapies. Here, we report that ascochlorin (ASC), an isoprenoid antibiotic, could potentiate the cytotoxic effect of doxorubicin on HCCLM3, SNU387, SNU49, and SK-Hep-1 hepatocellular carcinoma cells, which had a predominantly mesenchymal signature with low expression of E-cadherin but high expression of N-cadherin. Co-administration of ASC reduced doxorubicin-induced invasion/migration and modulated EMT characteristics in mesenchymal cells. This process was probably mediated by the E-cadherin repressors Snail and Slug. In addition, ASC increased sensitivity to doxorubicin treatment by directly inhibiting STAT3 binding to the Snail promoter. We also observed that ASC significantly enhanced the effect of doxorubicin against tumor growth and inhibited metastasis in an HCCLM3_Luc orthotopic mouse model. Collectively, our data demonstrate that ASC can increase sensitivity to doxorubicin therapy and reverse the EMT phenotype via the downregulation of STAT3-Snail expression, which could form the basis of a novel therapeutic approach against hepatocellular carcinoma.         Clinical Features and Predictors of Dysplasia in Proximal Sessile Serrated Lesions

        Background/Aims: Proximal colorectal cancers (CRCs) account for up to half of CRCs. Sessile serrated lesions (SSLs) are precursorsto CRC. Proximal location and presence of dysplasia in SSLs predict higher risks of progression to cancer. The prevalence of dysplasiain proximal SSLs (pSSLs) and clinical characteristics of dysplastic pSSLs are not well studied. Methods: Endoscopically resected colonic polyps at our center between January 2016 and December 2017 were screened for pSSLs. Data of patients with at least one pSSL were retrieved and clinicopathological features of pSSLs were analysed. pSSLs with andwithout dysplasia were compared for associations. Results: Ninety pSSLs were identified, 45 of which had dysplasia giving a prevalence of 50.0%. Older age (65.9 years vs. 60.1 years,p=0.034) was associated with the presence of dysplasia. Twelve pSSLs were 10 mm or larger. After adjusting for age, pSSLs ≥10 mmhad an adjusted odds ratio of 5.98 (95% confidence interval, 1.21–29.6) of having dysplasia compared with smaller pSSLs. Conclusions: In our cohort of pSSLs, the prevalence of dysplasia is high at 50.0% and is associated with lesion size ≥10 mm. Endoscopic resection for all proximal serrated lesions should be en-bloc to facilitate accurate histopathological examination fordysplasia as its presence warrants shorter surveillance intervals.

        상하악에 동시 다발성 골신장술을 이용한 반안면왜소증의 치험례

        The hemifacial microsomia is characterized by variable underdevelopment of the craniofacial skeleton, external ear, and facial soft tissues. So, patients with hemifacial microsomia have an occlusal plane canting and malocclusion with facial asymmetry. Distraction osteogenesis (DO) with an intraoral or extraoral device is a technique using tension to generate new bone with gradual bone movement and remodeling. DO has especially been used to correct craniofacial deformities such as a hemifacial microsomia, facial asymmetry, and mandible defect that could not adequately be treated by conventional reconstruction with osteotomies. It has a significant advantage to lengthen soft and hard tissue of underdeveloped site without bone graft and a few complication such as nerve injury or muscle contracture. A 13-years old girl visited our clinic for the chief complaint of facial asymmetry. She had a left hypoplastic maxilla and mandible, occlusal plane canting and malocclusion. We diagnosed hemifacial microsomia and lanned DO to lengthen the affected side. Le Fort I osteotomy, left mandibular ramus and symphysis osteotomy were performed. The internal distraction devices fixed with screw on maxillary and mandibular ramus osteotomy sites. External devices were adapted to lower jaw for DO on symphysis osteotomy site and to upper jaw for rapid maxillary expansion (RME). At 7days after surgery, distraction was started at the rate of 1mm per day for 13days, and after 4months consolidation periods, distraction devices were removed. Simultaneous multiple maxillo-mandibular distraction osteogenesis with RME resulted in a satisfactory success in correcting facial asymmetry as well as occlusal plane canting for our hemifacial microsomia.

        하악각 골절의 치료 방법에 따른 하악골의 응력 분포 및 변위에 관한 삼차원 유한요소법적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the stress distribution and displacement in mandible according to treatment modalities of mandibular angle fractures, using a three dimensional finite element analysis. A mechanical model of an edentulous mandible was generated from 3D scan. A 100-N axial load and four masticatory muscular supporting system were applied to this model. According to the number, location and materials of titanium and biodegradable polymer plates, the experimental groups were divided into five types. Type I had a single titanium plate in the superior border of mandibular angle, type II had two titanium plates in the superior tension border and in the inferior compression border of mandibular angle, type III had a single titanium plate in the ventral area of mandibular angle, type IV had a single biodegradable polymer plate in the superior border of mandibular angle, type V had a single biodegradable polymer plate in the ventral area of mandibular angle. The results obtained from this study were follows: 1. Stress was concentrated on the condylar neck of the fractured side except Type III. 2. The values of von-Mises stress of the screws were the highest in the just-posterior screw of the fracture line, and in the just-anterior screw of Type III. 3. The displacement of mandible in Type III was 0.04 mm, and in Type I, II, IV, and V were 0.10 mm. 4. The plates were the most stable in the ventral area of mandibular angle (Type III, V). In conclusion, the ventral area of mandibular angle is the most stable location in the fixation of mandibular angle fractures, and the just- posterior and/or the just-anterior screws of the fracture line must be longer than the other, and surgeons have to fix accurately these screws, and the biodegradable polymer plate also was suitable for the treatment of mandible angle fracture.
