In Korea, wife rape is not existence. In 1970, the Supreme Court is a judgment of an acquittal of wife rape, a common view also follow it. But it is wrong judgment, because that is a male-dominated and baseless. They insistence of conjugal relations is special, but wipe is never special. Marriage has never been viewed as giving a husband the right to coerced intercourse on demand. Also the existing regulations of criminal law is comprehension, all women is rape’s object. That’s not reason of wife exception. So well, if rape is attendance of violence, it’s must punished. A married woman has the same right to control her own body as does an unmarried woman. And punishment of husband, according to an exemption law of domestic violence regard as appropriate.
차량 네트워크 시스템의 결함 허용을 위한 IEEE 1451 기반 중복 CAN 모듈의 구현

As many systems depend on electronics in an intelligent vehicle, concern for fault tolerance is growing rapidly. For example, a car with its braking controlled by electronics and no mechanical linkage from brake pedal to calipers of front tires (brake-by-wire system) should be fault tolerant because a failure can come without any warning and its effect is devastating. In general, fault tolerance is usually designed by placing redundant components that duplicate the functions of the original module. In this way a fault can be isolated, and safe operation is guaranteed by replacing the faulty module with its redundant and normal module within a predefined interval. In order to make in-vehicle network fault tolerant, this paper presents the concept and design methodology of an IEEE 1451 based dual CAN module. In addition, feasibility of the dual CAN network was evaluated by implementing the dual CAN module.
도축돼지 질병검사 정보를 이용한 양돈생산성 개선에 관한 연구

This study was performed to increase productivity and income of swine farms by diagnosing and preventing swine respiratory and chronic wasting diseases, major cause lowering productivity of swine farms. We suggest validating further effect of Disease-Feedback system in prior to regular practice and considering to increase the staff for additional work. Consequently, regular practice of Disease-Feedback consulting system is expected to enable to check disease incidence and prevalence of farm in detail, as lead to handle major diseases properly. Specially, it will induce farm owners` positive react on to control diseases in farms, so will improve swine farm productivity.
유치의 치근 흡수면 개조에서 반전기와 관련된 세포와 기질의 특성에 관한 연구

The resorption process of deciduous teeth occurs in the granulation tissues containing the odontoclasts and the other mesenchymal cells. The resorption process is accompanied by repair phase, although the resorption is predominant to the repair. However, the concept of reversal has not been established in the deciduous root resorption. Considering the negative balance in the root resorption unlike in the bone remodeling, the comparative study on the reversal phase in the bone and deciduous teeth is demanded. Therefore, this study was accoplished to observe the morphology, formation and function of the reversal line in the resorption surface of deciduous teeth, The ultrastructures of cells and matrix in the reversal phase of the resorption surface were observed by the light and transmission electron microscope. They were also stained histochemically and cytochemically against the alkaline, acid phosphatase and proteoglycan and examined by transmission electron microscope. The surfaces of the matrix exposed by immersion in the distilled water and NaOCI were observed by scanning electron microscopy for the three dimensional structure and the state of calcification of the reversal line. Also the specimens including the exposed matrix of resorption surface were implanted in the bone marrow of the rabbit, which would show the activity of stimulation of bone formation in the reversal line. Following results were obtained: 1. In the light microscopic view, the resorption surface could bclassified into the resorption, resorption-reversal, reversal, repair, resting phase. 2. The reversal line was formed under the clear zone of odontoclast and extended beyond the odontoclast in the transmission electron microscopic view of the resorption-reversal phase. The reversal line was very irregular in surface and consisted of the long papillary protrusions. 3. Proteoglycan and alkaling phosphatase were included in the reversal line. Proteoglycans were also stained under the ruffled border of odontoclast. 4. In the scanning electron microscopic view, the reversal lines were observed as a granular membrane convering the collagen fibers or a series of papillary protrusions. The reversal line consists of organic superficial layer and calcific deep layer. 5. After implantation of dentin stick including the resorption surface, the bone formation without accompanying the resorption occured upon the reversal line. Taken all together, the reversal line is formed under the clear zone of odontoclast, at least in part, by the accumulation of proteoglycan released from the dentin matrix during the resorption, and is intimately related to the cementoblast. The reversal line, with ability to stimulate the direct bone formation, is supposed to have a role as a medium for the attachment of new collagen fiber. On the base of the result, we hypothesize that the negative balance in the remodeling of the deciduous root resorption may be attributed, at least in part, to the modification of reversal line under the cementoblast.
