Linux HA 클러스터링을 이용한 모바일 탄소 모니터링 시스템 구현

탄소미터링 통합관제 시스템(Carbon-Integration Control System, CICS) 이란 IT 시설물의 에너지 사용현황을 실시간으로 확인하고 제어하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 기존의 CICS는 관제 모듈이 분산, 독립 운영되었으나 SmartRack 기반의 CICS는 항온·항습 센서, 공조기, PDU 등의 장치가 통합되어 전력사용량, 탄소배출량 등의 정보를 수집하고 수집된 정보를 이용해 CICS를 구성할 수 있다. 기존 탄소미터링 시스템은 모바일이 아닌 PC 환경에서 관제 시스템을 제공하지만 본 연구에서는 웹 서버를 추가하여 PC환경에서 통합관제시스템을 제공하는 것뿐만 아니라 모바일에서도 통합관제 할 수 있는 시스템을 제공하도록 구현한다. 그리하여 Linux HA를 적용한 웹 서버를 이용하고 다양한 모바일 기기를 통하여 탄소 관제가 가능한 시스템을 구현한다. It is Providing information of Power consumption, carbon emissions, such as. It use configured the CICS. And using the information provided can be constructed of integrated control system. Also, Existing carbon metering system is a Mobile control system, not the PC environment provided. However, in this study, to mobile can be implemented that to provide in the integrated control system by adding Web servers. To safety of web server is applied Linux HA. To deal intelligently in case of emergency. In this paper, Mobile carbon monitoring system implementation using Linux HA clustering on CentOS 5.5 environment.

The contents about social welfare are considered in Sun Yet-sen’s “Principles of People’s Livelihood” through reviewing the definition, source, and the practice methods, etc. of “Principles of People’s Livelihood” deeply in this paper. “Principles of People’s Livelihood” shows out a lot of suggestions and practical methods, which are similar as the modern welfare thought and would be the guideline to the modern welfare system reform, on social public assistance, social relief, old-aged pension, and education. Therefore, “basic living subsidy system” and “public pension system”, as the representative parts of social welfare system, are chosen to do the research about the “methods choose” of Korea’s social welfare reform. And the problems in these tow systems are analyzed in this part, too. On the term of “basic living subsidy system”, it includes two problems, which are the low subsidy level and the too strict select standard of the candidate of the recipient. In the terms of public pension system, it also contains a lot of problems, such as the problem of uncertain financial safe, severe imbalance among the different policyholders, and the dead zone problem,etc., which caused higher and higher disbelieve to public pension system. To solve these problems, a new analysis is made from the aspect of social welfare thought mentioned in Sun Yet-sen’s “principles of people’s livelihood” to find a new path direction in the following pension system reform. The “Principles of People’s Livelihood” of Sun Yet-sen was suggested according to the situation of that time, furthermore, because it was not suggested by systematic social welfare thought, it is not perfect,especially in the point of practical methods. There also exists some limitation as a guideline.

중국의 전통은 농업을 '本'으로 하는 국가이다. '農'은 '땅(地)'과 밀접한 상관관계가 있다. 땅 '池'은 또 하늘 '天'과 漣秤해서 사용한다. 예를 들면 天地 등 自古로 하늘 '天'은 天子를 통해서 백성들을 통치한다는 것이 통설로 돼왔다. 또 한편 땅'池'은 움직일 수 없는 고정적인 것이다. 땅에 의탁해서 살고 있는 농민들도 결국은 한곳에서 定着하는 것이 일반화되어버렸다. 일정한 지역에서 고정적으로 되버린 인간들은 하늘만 바라보게 되고 결국 독재에 길들여지기가 쉽다. 바꾸어 말하면 天子에 의해서 독재 지배되기가 쉽다는 것이다. 즉 "무릇 하늘 아래 왕의 땅 아닌 곳이 없고, 땅에 살고 있는 자 왕의 신하가 아닌 자가 없다. (普天之下, 莫非王土; 率土之濱, 莫非王臣)"라는 詩經에 나오는 구절이 군주의 지위를 잘 표현해 주고 있고, 『禮記』에서 말한, "하늘에는 해가 둘이 아니고, 땅에는 두 왕이 있을 수 없다. 이것은 백성들에게 군주와 신하의 다름을 나타내는 것이다. (天無二日, 土無二王, 示民有君臣之別也)"라는 표현이 곧 君位至尊을 의미하는 것이다. 중국은 가히 황제의 나라라고 할 수 있다. 5천년의 역사와 전통이 君主導制였고 또 사회주의로 전환된 이후에도 '황제'라는 心願은 중국인들의 가슴속에 깊이 새겨져 있었다. '황제'는 정치의 한 중심에 자리하고 있고 중국인들 마음속에는 이 황제야말로 정치안정을 가져다 주고 정신의 지주가 되어있다. 그 광활한 지역, 그 많은 인구 그 많은 소수민족들을 통치하려면 바로 이러한 '정신적 고향'이 필요할 것이다. 황제는 정신적인 지주로서 정치안정을 가져다주고 바로 이러한 정치안정 토대위에서 21세기 중국의 경제번영을 이루는 것이다.

An application of case-based reasoning is proposed to build an influence diagram for identifying successful new ventures. The decision to invest in new ventures is characterized by incomplete information and uncertainty, where some measures of firm performance are quantitative, while some others are substituted by qualitative indicators. Influence diagrams are used as a model for representing investment decision problems based on incomplete and uncertain information from a variety of sources. The building of influence diagrams needs much time and efforts and the resulting model such as a decision model is applicable to only one specific problem. However, some prior knowledge from the experience to build decision model can be utilized to resolve other similar decision problems. The basic idea of case-based reasoning is that humans reuse the problem solving experience to solve a new decision. In this paper, we suggest a case-based reasoning approach to build an influence diagram for the class of investment decision problems. This is composed of a retrieval procedure and an adaptation procedure. The retrieval procedure use two suggested measures, the fitting ratio and the garbage ratio. An adaptation procedure is based on a decision-analytic knowledge and decision participants' knowledge. Each step of procedure is explained step by step, and it is applied to the investment decision problem in new ventures.

오심과 구토를 호소하는 한 여자환자에 대한 단기정신치료 증례보고

The author reported a case of short-term dynamic psychotherapy in which relatively good therapeutic results were obtained. And I reviewed several therapeutic factors thought to be important in shot-term dynamic psychotherapy from various literatures. In this case, the frequency of session was limited due to her current reality situations. She had suffered from some adjustmental problems and marital conflict before the onset of the illness. The author could grasp the cental theme of her problems early in treatment period and discussed over it including it's influence on current situation and early childhood with th patient. We also discussed about the relationship between the past and current reality so that she could realize her real problem. At the same time, therapeutic effect was enhanced by family therapy and temporary use of medication.
