Background : Infusion of pentastarch, with or without dopamine, has been used for cardiovascular support during epidural anesthesia, especially for maintaining normotension. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of dopnmine on hemodynamics, estimated hepatic blood flow, and the extraction ratio of indocyanine green during thoracic epidural anesthesia with the infusion of pentastarch. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of dopnmine on hemodynamics, estimated hepatic blood flow, and the extraction ratio of indocyanine green during thoracic epidural anesthesia with the infusion of pentastarch. Methods : Thirty healthy rabbits, weighing 2.5 ― 3.5 kg, were evenly divided into three groups during thoracic epidural anesthesia; The control group received normal salin (10 ml/kg/hr), the pentastarch group received pentastarch (10 ml/kg/hr), and the dopamine group received pentastarch (10 ml/kg/hr) and a dopamine infusion (5 μg/kg/min).Thoracic epidural block was done at T level with 0.4ml/kg of 1% lidocaine. Hepatic blood flow was estimated by measuring the clearance of indocyanine green according to the constant infusion method before and 30 and 60 minutes after epidural anesthesia. The extraction ratio of indocyanine green, heart rate, mean arterial pressure, central venous pressure and splanchnic vascular resistance were also measured at the same time in the three groups. Results : Heart ratee, mean arteria1 pressures, estimated hepatic blood flow and splanchnic vascular resistance were unchanged but central venous pressure increased significantly at 30 and 60 minutes after epidural anesthesia in the dopamine group. The extraction ratio of indocyanine green remained unchanged 30 and 60 minutes after epidural anesthesia in all groups. Conclusions : Combined theray with pentastarch and dopamine infusion can keep the cardiovascular stability, hepatic blood flow and splanchnic vascular resistance constant during thoracic epidural anes- thesia in rabbits. The presence of the sound tube and resonance cavity is unique in Korea Brahman Bells which is no examples in other country bells in the world. The sound tube erected in the crown is effective to emit the fundamental tone of the bell when the condition of resonant transmissibility is satisfied. The results of our analysis shows that the optimum length of the sound tube in the Bell Emile is 96cm but is not the present length, 77cm. The resonance cavity erected underneath the lip of the Bell Emile is found to be for the resonance of standing waves in the space including both bell cavity and resonance cavity and resonance cavity to the fundamental tone of the bell itself, in order that the strongest vibration can last long by least energy and lengthen the reverberation of the bell. Some historical remarks are also made on the magic flute, MANPASIKJUK, which was in existence in Shilla that can lull all evil waves, such as plagues, storms, droughts, famines and even enemies. The sound tube erected in the crown of the bell was originated in this magic flute. Finally, a strong proposal is advanced on the new national symbol of Korean traditional cultural assets. Indeed, it should be highly recommended that the Great King's Bell Emile would be the only real symbol of our national cultural assets by its own right of excellency and richness in every aspect of arts and sciences.
Effect of Stress State on the High Temperature Workability of AZ31 Mg Alloy

The influence of stress state on the high temperature workability of rolled AZ31 Mg alloy was investigated on the basis of a processing map. To construct the processing map, high temperature compression tests were carried out on samples oriented parallel to the rolling direction at various temperatures (25 °C~450 °C) and strain rates (10−3s−1~5s−1), and then the results were compared with those of a torsion test. The overall efficiency profiles of both the compression and torsion processing maps were similar to each other, but the index of dissipation efficiency in the torsion was somewhat lower than that in the compression. The microstructure of the compressed specimens revealed much finer grained structure than that of the torsion specimens. Such microstructural differences were attributed to the different tendencies of twin formation and texture evolution depending on the stress state.
치과내원환자가 인지하는 의료서비스 품질과 고객만족, 서비스가치 및 고객충성도와의 관계분석

The purpose of this study was to reveal association between medical service quality, consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. Medical service quality was composed of physical quality, personal quality, technical quality, procedural quality. We thought these factors affect to the consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. For this study, 221 dental patients in Busan and Ulsan are participated in this study. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson’s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. In conclusion, we obtained the next results. First, the influencing factor in consumer satisfaction were physical quality(β=.519), personal quality(β=.262), procedural quality(β=.110), adjusted R²=.537. Second, the influencing factor in service value were physical quality(β=.253), personal quality(β=.251), technical quality(β=.210), procedural quality(β=.136), adjusted R²=.401. Third, the influencing factor in customer loyalty were personal quality(β=.343), physical quality(β=.302), procedural quality(β=.148), adjusted R²=.398. As dental patients' desire to medical service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future dental service management.

This thesis relates to developing an index drilling automation system that quickly and efficiently processes a hole in a product by a rotating robot arm and transfer devices. Static structural analysis was performed using the ANSYS Mechanical program to evaluate the structural stability of the system. According to the research, the equivalent stress value is low overall, and the minimum safety factor is 4.42, so it seems structurally safe. This system will significantly help improve productivity through unmanned work as it can control and set the drill and index simultaneously on the control panel in conjunction with the training.
