Particle Swarm Optimization을 이용한 2차원 IIR 디지털필터의 설계

본 논문은 Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)을 이용하여 2차원 IIR 디지털필터의 설계방법을 제안하였다. 먼저 2차원 디지털필터의 설계문제를 PSO에 적용하기 위하여 최소화 문제로써 형식화 과정이 논의된다. 제안된 PSO 알고리즘을 이용한 설계방법은 기존의 PSO 알고리즘에 IIR 필터설계에서 요구되는 안정성을 보증하는 과정이 검토되어 개선된다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법의 타당성을 설계예시를 통해 고찰한 결과, 설계된 디지털필터는 동일한 설계사양으로 기존의 설계방법으로 설계된 디지털필터보다 근사오차 면에서 우수한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 제안한 설계방법에 의한 2차원 IIR 디지털필터는 설계과정에서 필터의 안정성을 보증할 수 있었다. This paper presents an efficient design method of 2-D infinite impulse response(IIR) digital filter based on a particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm. The design task is reformulated as a constrained minimization problem and is solved by our newly developed PSO algorithm. To ensure the stability of the designed 2-D IIR digital filters, a new stability strategy is embedded in the basic PSO algorithm. The superiority of the proposed method is demonstrated by several experiments. The results show that the approximation error of the resultant filters are better than those of the digital filters which designed by recently published filter design methods. The proposed design method can also obtain the stable2-D IIR digital filters.

In this paper, we consider a network optimization problem arising from the deployment of BcN access network. BcN convergence services requires that access networks satisfy QoS meausres. BcN services have two types of traffics : stream traffic and elastic traffic. Stream traffic uses blocking probability as a QoS measure, while elastic traffic uses delay factor as a QoS measure. Incorporating the QoS requirements, we formulate the problem as a nonlinear mixed-integer Programming model. The Proposed model seeks to find a minimum cost dimensioning solution, while satisfying the QoS requirement. We propose two local search heuristic algorithms for solving the problem, and develop a network design system that implements the developed heuristic algorithms. We demonstrate the computational efficacy of the proposed algorithm by solving a realistic network design problem.

지난 십여년간 식사장애 유병율의 증가와 함께 이에 대한 관심이 다양한 분야에서 증가하고 있다. 이러한 관심의 증가에도 불구하고 이 장애는 전통적으로 여성의 장애로 알려져 있어 남성에서의 이 장애에 대한 관심은 상대적으로 적어 왔다. 그러나 비록 남성에 있어 식사장애의 특성에 대해서는 이론이 많은 편이긴 하지만 최근들어 남성에서도 여성에서와 마찬가지로 식사장애가 일어날 수 있다는 사실에 대한 인식이 증가하고 있다. 이에 저자는 본 고찰에서 남성 식사장애 환자들의 임상적 특징을 여성 식사장애 환자들과 비교하여 정리를 하고자 한다. 이러한 고찰은 남성 식사장애환자에 대한 적절한 진단 및 치료를 가능하게 도울 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 식사장애가 성별에 따라 어떻게 다른가를 이해하고 성별에 따라 각각 특이한 과정 및 기전을 이해하는데도 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. During the past decade, interest in and knowledge of eating disorders have increased in the medical, social science, and popular literature. Despite this advance in this field, eating disorders in males have received relatively little attention in the literature. However, in recent years, there has been increased awareness that eating disorders occurs in males, as well as females, although research and theoretical discussions concerning this subgroup still remain scare. In this review, the author highlights the clinical characteristics that distinguish male patients with eating disorders from their female counterparts. The identification of such characteristics will improve diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders in males and may increase our understanding of processes that are specific to eating disorders in both sexes.

최근 저탄소 녹색성장 등 건설 환경의 변화에 따라 친환경적이고 시공 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 유닛모듈러 공법 등과 같은 새로운 건축시스템에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 유닛모듈러 공법은 전체 공정의 80%이상을 공장에서 제작하고 현장에서는 유닛모듈 조립과 마감작업 위주로 작업이 진행되므로 설계 및 공장 제작 등 현장시공 이전 단계의 품질이 건축물 전체의 품질을 좌우하는 특성을 가진다. 국내 유닛모듈러 공법은 2003년 학교 건축물의 적용을 시작으로 점차 확대되고 있지만, 적용 사례와 관련 자료의 부족, 모듈러 생산업체의 영세성 등으로 유닛모듈러 공법의 특성을 충분히 반영한 설계, 공장제작 및 현장시공은 아직 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 국내 유닛모듈러 건축물의 설계품질 향상의 일환으로 공장제작 및 현장시공 단계에서의 문제점을 도출하고, 그 원인을 비교 분석함으로써 유닛모듈러 건축물의 설계 초기 단계에서 고려해야 할 주요 검토 항목을 제시하였다. With the recent changes in building environments such as low-carbon green growth, there have been increasing demands for the new building system that is eco-friendly and can maximize efficiency such as the unit modular system. For the unit modular system, more than 80% of the whole process is carried out in the factory while in the field, mostly unit module assembling and finish work are done. Thus, the quality at the pre-construction stage when design and manufacturing are done determines the quality of the building as a whole. In the country, the unit modular method was first applied in 2003 to school buildings and has gradually expanded afterwards, but due to the lack of examples and related information as well as the small scale of modular manufacturers, its characteristics have not been sufficiently reflected in design, manufacturing and field constructions. This study, as an attempt to improve the design quality of unit modular buildings, points to the problem in manufacturing and field construction, compares and analyzes its causes, and suggests major points to be considered in the early stage of designing the unit modular buildings.
엔터프라이즈 아키텍처 도입요인에 관한 실증적 연구 : Technology-Organization-Environment 프레임워크를 중심으로

Interest in EA has been Increasing recently, however, with the coming into effect from July 2006 of the 'Information Technology Architecture Act' which requires the public sector to adopt EA. Until now, the study of EA has been focused on concepts and methodologies for the adoption of EA. The fundamental issue, however, the study on the factors affecting the adoption of EA, has rarely been explored. This thesis therefore surveyed which factors have affected the adoption of EA. The analysis found that the adoption of EA was affected by the external environmental characteristics such as rules or regulations and the level of competition in the Industry concerned, and by the organization's information technology level. However, technological aspects such as perceived usefulness or perceived ease of use - traditionally considered as critical factors in adopting information technology - were found to be less influential. These results show that in Korea we still do not regard EA as a method of optimizing the IT resources of a company. In order for EA to be widely adopted, therefore, we should Put primary emphasis on efforts to properly appreciate its technological aspects, such as its technological usefulness or convenience.
개량된 분기한정법에 의한 고속연산 2차원 상태공간 디지털필터의 설계

본 논문은 개량된 분기한정법(branch-and bound method)을 이용하여 고속연산이 가능한 2차원 상태공간 디지털 필터의 설계방법을 제안하였다. 설계된 디지털 필터가 갖는 계수행렬의 모든 요소 값들은 오직 2개의 2의 멱수 (powers-of-two) 의 합으로만 표현되어진다. 따라서 제안된 방법으로 설계한 2 차원 상태공간 디지털필터는 간단한 가산연산만으로 수행이 이루어지므로 고속연산이 가능하고, 또한 구조가 간단하며 저가격으로 실현이 가능하다는 장점을 가진다 . 본 논문에서 제안된 방법의 타당성을 설계예시를 통해 고찰한 결과, 설계된 디지털 필터의 근사오차와 군지연특성이 동일한 설계사양으로 연속계수공간에서 설계되어진 디지털필터와 비교하여 유사한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. This paper presents an efficient design method of 2-D state-space digital filter based on an improved branch-and -bound algorithm. The resultant 2-D state-space digital filters whose coefficients are represented as the sum of two power-of-two terms, are attractive for high-speed operation and simple implementation. The feasibility of the proposed method is demonstrated by several experiments. The results show that the approximation error and group delay characteristic of the resultant filters are similar to those of the digital filters which designed in the continuous coefficient space.

의료시장개방등 보건의료 환경의 변화에 대응하기 위해서 병원도 기업과 같이 병원의 경쟁력이 고객중심의 의료를 통한 고객관계관리를 도입해야 하는 시대가 도래 하였다. 이를 위해 병원 고객의 성격 및 정확한 분류를 통해 좀더 체계적인 고객관리 방법이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인천에 위치한 1300병상 이상의 종합병원고객을 대상으로 데이타 구간화를 적용한 RFM(Recency Frequency Monetary)모델을 도입하여 고객등급화를 수행하고, 데이타마이닝 사후분석를 실시하여 효율적인 고객관리 방법을 찾아본다. In order to cooperate today's healthcare environmental changes such as healthcare market opening and increase their competitiveness, Hospitals should perform customer based medical service and bring Customer Relationship Management to their system like other industries and enterprises. Therefore they need to reorganize customer management by analysis and classification of customers. This paper will suggest effective customer management strategies by the performing customer segmentation through RFM model which is applied by data tinning and analysis of data mining. Its study sample is from the general hospital with more than 1300beds in Incheon.

본 논문은 Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)을 이용하여 고속 2차원 디지털필터의 설계방법을 제안하였다. 먼저 2차원 상태공간 디지털필터의 설계문제를 PSO에 적용하기 위하여 최소화 문제로써 형식화 과정이 논의된다. 제안된 PSO 알고리즘을 이용한 설계방법은 필터설계에서 요구되는 안정성을 보증하는 과정이 검토되어 개선된다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법의 타당성을 설계예시를 통해 고찰한 결과, 설계된 디지털필터는 동일한 설계사양으로 기존의 설계방법으로 설계된 디지털필터보다 근사 및 라운드오프 오차 면에서 우수한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 아울러 제안된 2의 멱수가 필터계수인 2차원 상태공간 디지털필터는 승산기가 필요하지 않아 기존의 필터보다 연산과정에서 계산용량을 약 1/4로 줄일 수 있다는 것을 보였다. This paper presents an efficient design method of multiplierless 2-D state space digital filter based on a particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm. The design task is reformulated as a constrained minimization problem and is solved by our newly developed PSO algorithm. To ensure the stability of the designed 2-D state space digital filters, a stability strategy is embedded in the basic PSO algorithm. The superiority of the proposed method is demonstrated by several experiments. The results show that the approximation error and roundoff noise of the resultant filters are better than those of the digital filters which designed by recently published filter design methods. In addition, the designed filters with power-of-two coefficients have only about 1/4 computational burden of the 2-D digital filters designed in the 2's complement binary representation.

'Inha University' (Inha Institute of Technology) was founded on April 1954. The establishment of Inha University has several special meanings. First, I tried to examine the establishing process of Inha University in the context of emigrations and nationalist movements. Inha University was established to commemorate the 50th anniversary of emigration to Hawaii, with the seed money of $150,000 which came from the sale of 'Korean Christian Institute' in Hawaii. Korean Christian Institute had taken charge of teaching the children of Korean residents in Hawaii. Rhee Syhngman, the fist president of Republic Korea was the leader in founding Korean Christian Institute and Inha University, but behind him there were donations of both Korean residents in Hawaii and common Korean people of the 1950's. The establishment of Inha University has a nation-wide and national meaning in that the spirit of nationalist movements in Hawaii and donations of Korean people at home and abroad were linked together. Second, I tried to examine the economic and educational policies after the liberation in 1945. In the 1950's Korea planned to set up self-supporting economy with the aid of America. Accordingly, the educational policy had to be considered in view of economic independence, too. 'Inha Institute of Technology' was the result of these national economic and educational demands. Consequently Inha Institute of Technology took a special position of carrying out national policies with the intervention and protection of the Government, including the president Rhee Syungman in person, even though it was neither national not public but private college. Third, I tried to examine the local history of Incheon. How did Inha Institute of Technology come to be built in Incheon? That's because the emigrant ships departed from Incheon. For those Korean emigrants, it is quite natural that the city of Incheon has a symbolic and commemorative meaning. In addition, Incheon is a port city neighboring the capital Seoul and has 'Seoul-Incheon Industrial Complex' in it. Graduates from Inha Institute of Technology were expected to act as competent scientists and technical leaders of that complex. Really Inha Institute of Technology trained many a good technicians with short-term courses and re-educated them after. The history of university has been usually underestimated as that of mere institution. In dealing with the history of Inha University as an example, I tried to re-examine the history of university in the context of Korean history and to emphasize the importance of keeping any all records relating universities.
족부와 족관절 배부의 피복을 위한 비골 동맥 천공지를 기초로 한 역혈행성 지방근막 피판

Soft tissue reconstruction of dorsum of the foot and ankle has long presented challenging problems for the reconstructive surgeon. Limitations of available local tissue, the need for specialized tissue, and donor site morbidity restrict the options. In an effort to solve these difficult problems, we have begun to use adipofascial flap based on the perforating branch of the peroneal artery. We present our early experience of 5 patients treated with this flap. Our patients ranged from 6 to 26 years in age and included 3 males and 2 females. The etiologies of the wounds were secondary to traffic accident, and crushing injury. The flaps had reverse flow in all patients. The flap and the adjoining raw area were covered with a full-thickness skin graft, while the donor site at the lateral aspect of the leg was closed primarily without grafting. The skin graft was taken from the inguinal area, which was closed primarily. Compared with other flap, this adipofascial flap is thinner, producing less bulkiness to the recipient site and minor aesthetic sequelae to the donor site. In our opinion, this flap is versatile, effective, and an addition to the armamentarium of the reconstructive surgeon for coverage of difficult wounds of the foot and ankle.
