항행선박이 계류중인 선박에 미치는 간섭영향에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 부산항 신항 선박급유 및 유류중계기지 건립에 따른 JETTY 평면재배치 검토로 인하여 발생되어지는 부산항 신항에 입항하는 대형 컨테이너 선박이 계류중인 선박에 작용하는 간섭력을 수치적으로 계산하고, 계류중인 선박의 안전 및 유류중계기지 건립 안전에 유의해야 할 점 등에 관하여 검토한다.
Harrington 분절간 강선 결박술을 이용한 불안정 흉요추 골절의 치료

This is a retrospective clinical and roentgenographic study to measure the correction of deformity and rigidity of Harrington SSI in the stabilization of unstable thoracic and lumbar spine fractures. 35 patients with unstable thoracic and lumbar spine fracture were treated with Harring- ton SSI from Feb. 1985 to Mar. 1987 in SNUH and 29 patients were followed up for more than 1 year, average 15.6 months. At final follow up of these 29 patients, 73.1% of patents gained neurologic improvment. Measurement of correction of anterior, middle and posterior column height, local kyphosis and anteroposterior offset were 29.7%, 5.2%, 31.2%, 12.8' and 5.3mm and loss of correction of these were 6.5%, 0.1%, .8%, 3.1' and l. 1m.

It is well known that the hydrodynamic interaction forces between ship and bank wall affect ship manoeuvring motion. This paper deals with the interaction effect acting on a ship navigating closely in the proximity of bank wall. In this paper, the calculation method based on the slender body theory for estimation of the hydrodynamic interaction forces between ship and bank wall is applied. The hydrodynamic interaction forces acting on a ship during passing through the proximity of the bank wall are predicted to evaluate an influence of these interaction forces on ship manoeuvrability. The calculation method used in this paper will be useful for prediction of ship manoeuvrability at the initial stage of design, for automatic control system of ship in confined waterways, for discussion of marine traffic control system and for construction of harbour. 측벽과 선박간의 상호 간섭력이 선박 조종 운동에 상당히 크게 작용하는 것은 잘 알려져 있다. 이 논문에서는 측벽 부근을 항해하는 선박에 미치는 측벽의 간섭 영향에 대해서 다루어지고, 선박과 측벽간의 간섭력 추정을 위해 세장체 이론을 토대로 한 계산 방법이 적용되며, 선박 조종 운동에 미치는 측벽의 영향을 파악하기 위하여 선박과 돌제(반원)형상을 하고 있는 측벽간의 간섭력을 수치 계산하였다. 이 논문에서 사용되어진 계산 방법은 제한수역에서의 충돌 회피를 위한 선박의 자동 제어 시스템과 해상 교통 제어 시스템 및 항만 건설등을 위한 초기 설계 단계에서 선박 조종성의 예측에 상당히 유용할 것이다.

Lauge-Hansen's classification system and Weber's classification system are the two most commonly used systems in ankle fractures. Both are based on causative mechanism but both have some deficiencies. Authors intended to decide which is easily applicable in clinical practice and which provides more information about treatment, especially that of diastasis. So we analysed 143 cases of ankle fractures in Seoul National University Hospital, Kang-nam General Hospital and Namseoul Hospital from January 1983 to December 1988. The results obtained are as follows. 1. Weber's type A fractures correspond not only supination-adduction but also to pronation-abduction and pronation-dorsiflexion, Type B fractures correspond most closeiy to supin- ation-external rotation and possibly to pronation abduction and pronation external rotation. Type C fractures show the nearest equivalence to pronation-external rotation and occasionally correspond to supination-external roation or pronation-abduction. 2. Diastasis was no(ed in 16 cases(28%) of type B and in 18 cases(74%) of type C and this lower incidence was seemed to be due to neglect of diastasis at physical examination or during operation. 3. It seemed to be more reasonable to fix the diastasis with tibiofibular fixation screw especially in type C. 4. Weber's simpler classification system, which can explain the hidden ligamentous injury such as diastasis, was more easily applicable in daily use than Lauge-Hansen ciassification.
