상담은 문화라는 배경가운데서 행해지는 것이며, 상담자와 내담자의 문화적 배경은 상담에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 문화란 사람이 창조했거나 빚어낸 환경의 일부이다. 문화는 의도적으로 가르치거나 노력해서 배운 것이 아니라 사회화의 과정에서 흡수되었고, 평생 동안 우연히 배우게 됨으로써 강화되는 것이다. 급변하는 세상에서 살고 있는 상담자는 초문화적(intercultural)이어야 한다. 상담이란 상담자와 내담자의 대화로 이루어지는데, 그들이 속한 문화의 영향을 받지 않을 수 없다. 또한 내담자의 상담 받고자하는 문제들도 문화적 요인과 배경을 갖고 있다. 그러므로 상담에 있어서 주변 문화의 특성을 고려해야한다. 한국인의 경우, 체면문화는 전반적으로 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 한국인에게 체면문화가 발달되었다는 것은 자기 완성적 욕구보다는 남으로부터의 승인과 사회적 성취욕구가 강한데서 체면의식이 발달되었다고 해석된다. 체면문화를 성경적 관점에서 볼 때에 나타나는 문제점은 첫째, 진실성의 결여이다. 예의를 갖추는 수준을 넘어서 자기과시를 위하여 거짓으로 꾸미는 것은 인간관계에 있어서 진실하지 못함이다. 둘째, 사람에 대한 두려움이다. 다른 사람이 자기를 어떻게 보아주느냐가 가장 중요한 것이다. 사람의 눈이 두려워 진실을 왜곡하거나 부당한 일을 하는 경우가 있다. 셋째, 자기를 숭배하는 우상숭배이다. 하나님의 영광보다 사람들 앞에서 자기의 영광을 추구함이다. 진정한 문제의 해결은 체면의식, 체면문화의 이면에 감추어져 있는 인간의 죄성을 파악하고 그에 대한성경적 직면을 통하여서 자기의 마음을 들여다보게 하고 하나님 앞에서 진실하고 솔직한 모습을 찾게 하며, 사람 앞에서는 겸손하면서도 당당한 마음으로 진실한 자신의 모습을 보일 수 있는 사람이 되도록 하는 것이다. 그러나 직면을 할 때에 체면 때문에 마음을 상하는 일이 없도록 지혜로운 방법을 써야 한다. Culture is “man-made part of the environment”and is like the air we breathe. Thus, in counseling, we can not ignore the culture by which counselee or counselor is influenced. One of the Korean culture we should be aware is the ‘chemyun’culture. ‘Chemyun’means honor, dignity or reputation. If you lose face, you can say you have lost your chemyun .In Korean culture, you must have and show dignity because no one wants to lose face or be ashamed, and everyone desires self-respect. The emphasis is more on other people`s opinion about you rather than virtue or value in yourself. Because of chemyun, sometimes you have to refrain from eating when you are starving, and you have to eat even when your stomach is full. Sometimes, you cannot put on more clothes even when you are freezing, and you cannot take off your clothes when you are sweating. Besides, you cannot cry or laugh in response to those things happening. In chemyun culture, it is a virtue to refrain from boasting about oneself, but people, deep inside, want to be admired and envied. So, they try to have what others recognize and to do what others approve. Such behaviors reflect their subconscious or even conscious desire to be recognized as superior by others. For example, some people spend so much money that they get into financial difficulties because they are caught up in what others might think of them. That is the fear of man. Fear of man is inversely related to the fear of God. As the fear of God is eroded, the fear of man is intensified in the heart of the human being. A question must be raised, “What is your biggest concern, what people think about you, or what God thinks about you?”If you are pursuing chemyun more than just trying to be courteous, you probably are seeking approval of man and your own glory. Behind the chemyun culture, there can be a self-worship.

본 연구는 창조산업이 도시경제에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 정부의 정책적 노력이 창조산업의 활성화에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 고찰하였다. 연구 목적을 위하여 기존의 이론과 한국의 현실을 고려하여 창조산업의 분류체계를 구성하고, 창조산업과 도시경제의 관계를 입지계수와 변이할당분석을 통해 분석하였다. 그리고 지방자치단체의 역할을 버블차트분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 창조산업이 기반산업인 지역은 창조산업과 도시경제가 함께 성장해 나가는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 각급 지방자치단체의 정책이 창조산업의 급격한 성장을 유발하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과는 지방자치단체의 창조산업 관련 정책이 창조산업의 활성화와 이를 통한 도시경제 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 버블차트를 활용하여 지역 내 산업구조에서 창조산업이 차지하는 비중 및 위치를 명료하게 파악하고 창조산업이 활성화 되는 지역의 정책 검토를 통하여 창조산업의 활성화에 정책적인 노력이 영향을 미치고 있음을 탐색적으로 분석하였다. This study examines the relationship between creative industry and the urban economy focusing on Seoul Metropolitan Area and then considers the effect of government`s policy efforts on vitalization of creative industry. To analyze the effect of creative industry on regional economic growth, this study employs location quotient and shift-share analysis. Then, the bubble chart analysis is used to identify the importance and current state of creative industry in the research area and to suggest the policy direction suitable for local conditions. The results show that the growth of creative industry has a positive relationship with urban economy. In doing so, central and local government`s policies for creative industry play significant roles. It implies that at the stage that creative industry is less mature than other industries, government`s active policies should be needed. Prior to that, governments should understand the growth potential and conditions of creative industry that varies among localities.

수처리용 PVDF 나노섬유 나권형 정밀여과 모듈에서 운전조건의 영향과 물 역세척 회복

강도가 강하고 내약품성, 무독성, 내연소성 등의 장점을 가지고 있는 PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) 나노섬유로 기공이 각각 0.3, 0.4 μm 평막을 제조한 후, 그 평막으로 나권형 모듈을 각각 제작하였다. 그중 0.3 μm 모듈은 제조 시 부직 포를 포함하지 않았고, 기공이 0.4 μm 모듈은 제조 시 부직포를 포함하였다. 카올린과 휴믹산으로 조제한 모사용액과 순수를 대상으로 두 모듈의 투과선속와 제거율을 비교하였고, 물 역세척을 실시한 후 회복률과 여과저항을 계산하였다. 또한, 기공이 0.4 μm인 나권형 모듈을 사용하여 유량과 막간압력차가 처리율과 여과저항에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) nanofiber has the advantages such as excellent strength, chemical resistance, nontoxic, non-combustibility. Flat membranes with 0.3 and 0.4 μm pore size respectively, were manufactured by PVDF nanofiber, and then each spiral wound module was prepared with them. A woven paper was not included in preparing the module with 0.3 μm pore size; however, it was included the module with 0.4 μm pore size. The permeate fluxes and rejection rates of the two modules were compared using pure water and simulation solution including kaolin and humic acid. The recovery rate and filtration resistance were calculated after water back-washing. In addition, the effect of flow rate and trans-membrane pressure on treatment efficiency and filtration resistance were investigated for the spiral wound module with0.4 μm pore size.

산업구조의 세분화 및 고객 요구사항의 다양화로 인해 국내 뿐만아니라 해외의 대고객 사업의 구조가 점점 프랜차이즈화 되고 있다. 그러나 프랜차이즈 업무가 표준화 및 전산화 되어있지 않아 실패하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 가맹점을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 표준적인 경영 관리 시스템의 필요성이 절실히 요구되는 실정이다. 본 논문은, 프랜차이즈 본부가 가맹점을 모집하고, 가맹점주의 창업업무를 도와주며, 교육 및 A/S등, 가맹점에 대한 지속적인 지원을 효율적으로 할 수 있게 함은 물론, 로열티 등 각종 수금업무를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 프랜차이즈 경영 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

영상처리 분야에서 이미지 샤프닝 기법은 주관적 화질 향상에 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모폴로지 기법을 이용한 향상된 이미지 샤프닝 알고리듬을 제안한다. 기존의 Sobel이나 Laplacian 연산자는 에지 검출에 있어서 잡음에 취약하다는 단점이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 잡음에 상대적으로 민감하지 않은 모폴로지 기법을 이용했다. 우선, 침식 연산을 수행한 이미지와 원본 이미지와의 차를 통해 에지를 얻는다. 이 에지는 원본 이미지의 히스토그램의 표준 편자 값을 기반으로 원본 이미지와 가중합을 통해 에지를 중점적으로 선명하게 만든다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 알고리듬은 기존의 Sobel이나 Laplacian 연산자 보다 우수한 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.
