An important role of the non-associated plastic flow is to realize the extreme dilatancy effect which is occasionally observed in the prediction of behaviors of pressure sensitive materials in a numerical way using associated flow rule of elasto-plasticity. This study developes the three-dimensional constitvtive model of concrete based on non-associated flow theory of plasticity and compares the predicted result based on the developed model with that based on associated flow theory under the various loading conditions including the lateral confining pressures. A way to modelize the non-associated plastic flow is proposed in which the plastic flow direction is determined by introducing the direction angle of plastic flow replacing plastic potential. In a conclusion, the three-dimensional behaviors of concrete predicted using associated and non-associated plastic flow rules are compared with experimental observations.

Pierre는 그의 부친이 저지른 죄악의 필연적 결과를 피하려고 시도하다가 파국을 자초했다. 그의 자기가 저지르지도 않은 죄악의 무거운 짐을 스스로 공개적으로 떠맡으면서도, 그의 마음속 깊은 내부에서 작용하는 진정한 본유적 죄악을 자기 자신으로부터 감춘다. 그의 영웅적 자기 포기의 행위는 근친상간, 살인 그리고 죽음에 차례로 이른다. 그가 Isabel을 처음 본 순간 그녀의 애틋한 미모에 이끌린 때부터 그의 영혼의 순결은 뜨거운 욕정으로 복합되었다. Isabel과의 혈연관계를 알려 주는 편지를 받은 때부터 Pierre의 신적 지혜에 따른 행동들은 현실의 실제문제와 관련해선 자살행위나 마찬가지였다. Pierre가 택한 이성적 미덕은 모친의 죽음, Glen Stanly의 사살, 그리고 Lucy의 충격사와 Isabel과 Pierre의 자살에 이르는 전면적 파국을 초래했다. 그의 열광자적 미덕, 즉 공화주의적 기독교 정신을 구현하는 위대한 선택이 결국 원죄적 죄악으로 귀결하는 것은 그의 운명이 아이러니이다.

市場類型別 消費者利用 實態調査를 통한 在來市場의 改善方向 : 水原地域 在來市場을 中心으로

This study is to focussed on the improvement for traditional markets in Suwon area which have been developed since 1794. Recently modernized - large department stores, as New Core and Highway department Stores, were opened, and many customers change their shopping places from traditional markets to department stores. Therefore traditional markets were confronted with great difficulties. To catch hold of problems and to proaposal improvement alternatives of traditional markets, we classified markets into three types, that is traditional markets, department stores, super markets. And then asked Suwon citizens how to think about shooping environment, transportation, quality level of goods, convenient facilities, employee's service level, after service between three types of market. The results of analysis show that consumers prefer department stores to traditional markets in terms of shopping enveronment, reliabilitys of goods, convenient facilities, employee's service, after service, etc.. Threrfore, improvement alternatives of traditional merkets are below. First, modernization of traditional markets for comfortable shopping environment, convenient facilities for customers. Second, specialization of traditional markets, third, improvement of services, for example, employee's kindness, after service, method of payment, etc.

세계화 시대의 성인교육에 대한 경제학적 관점과 정부의 역할

이 논문의 주요 목적은 세계화의 영향이 국가의 성인교육정책에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 정부의 역할을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 세계화된 경제의 특성을 분석하면 서 세계화의 어두운 면을 살펴보고 성인교육의 경제적 관점으로서 Manpower 이론, 인간자본이론, 사회적자본이론 및 기타 이론들을 소개하였다. 성인교육을 경제적 관점에서 살펴보면, 성인교육이 개인의 전 생애에 결친 소득을 증대시키는 것은 분명해 보인다. 여러 가지 연구방법론상 문제점에 대한 비판도 있지만 교육을 받은 기 간과 개인의 소득에는 어느 정도의 상관관계가 있다는 점은 다양한 연구결과를 통해 밝혀지고 있다. 세계화가 경제의 글로벌화를 촉진시켜 더 많은 성장과 발전의 기회를 부여하고 있지만, 국가간 격차 및 국가 내부의 빈부 격차 등을 더 확대하는 문제점도 있는 것으로 지적되고 있다. 성인교육의 목적이 경제적 관점에서 더 많은 생애소득 확보에만 있는 것이 아니라 소외 계층의 재교육, 문해교육 및 다양한 교육기회의 제공을 통해 사회의 통합과 안정을 이룰 수 있는 방향으로 나가야 할 것으로 보인다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 성인교육의 수요 및 공급측면 분석을 통해서 정부의 역할이 제시되었다. 자본주의 경제의 기본전제인 시장의 자율을 통한 수요 공급의 일치는 시장의 불완전성으로 인해 시장실패로 나타나기 때문에 성인교육도 마찬가지로 시장의 기능에만 전적으로 맡겨 놓을 수는 없는 것이다. 이점은 시장기능을 중요하게 여기는 고전주의 경제학파에서도 인정되고 있다. 여기에 정부의 역할이 중요하게 된다. 정부는 성인교육을 시장의 기능을 통해 제공되게 하되 시장실패의 보완을 위해 성인교육 공급자, 자금제공자, 성인교육 촉진자 및 다양한 이해관계에 대한 조정자 등의 역할을 수행해야 한다는 점을 제시하였다. 정부에서 성인교육의 모든 부분을 책임질 것이 아니라 다양한 분야, 즉 지방정부, 비정부기구, 지역사회 등과 연계체계를 확립하여 성인교육을 제공하는 것도 매우 중요하다는 점이 지적되었다. 문헌분석을 통해 성인교육 정책에 대한 몇 가지 논점들을 제시하고 있는데 주로 성인교육에 대한 재정확보에 대한 것이다. 성인교육에 대한 충분한 재정을 확보하여 양질의 성인교육을 제공함으로써 성인교육 기회에 대한 형평성 있는 접근기회를 보장하고 특히 우리 사회에서 소외받고 있는 계층들에 대한 고려가 필요하
